Please Help Me Recover From An Unexpected Setback

Hello, my name is Claudia, I am a single 45 year old woman. I currently reside in Southern California, in the Los Angeles area. I was struck with some financial challenges in early 2022, and accumulated debt due to trying my best to stay afloat.

I currently work 2 jobs, I am a mobile notary and I am a Lyft driver. I work daily and try not to ask for financial assistance of any kind, as I was taught to be self-reliant, but I can no longer fight this battle alone. I work 7 days a week and in no way shape or form have a work-life balance.

I rely heavily on my car for my two jobs, but a few days ago, I had a major setback. I went to get an oil change for my car 3 weeks ago, and do to an incorrect installation of the oil filter, the engine of my car ceased so I have been unable to work and generate income as this happened so suddenly and unexpectedly.

At this time, I am requesting a donation in the amount of $10,000.00 to assist with living expenses in the meantime, and some money to cover car rental expenses so that I can start to get back on my feet and start generating some income once again. (The car repair may take a month or longer to be completely repaired). I would appreciate your assistsance to be able to pay the upcoming rent,  buy some food, replace a refrigetaor that does not work properly in my living space (the food spoils in a matter of a day or two so I try not to buy things that spoil) and to help payoff some credit card debt that I accumulated in the last years, trying to stay afloat. I am feeling so stressed and anxious at this  time, but I have faith that I can overcome this setback with your generous donations.

Anything would truly help. Thank you so much to everyone in advance who is willing to assist me on getting back on my feet in this difficult period of my life.

Thank you,

Claudia

Looking for a saviour

Good evening,
I am a Scottish woman who lives in Edinburgh, UK.
Seven years ago my partner walked out on my children and I for another woman.  He was a serial cheater and not a very nice person.
We were not married and as such, I was left with nothing.  I had to find a flat for the children and I.  My children were 18 months and 5 years old respectively (daughter and son).
I had no job, no furniture, nothing.
I decided that I wanted to make sure my children were brought up as well as I possibly could achieve.  So, I researched the best free state primary school in Scotland and moved to a flat in that area.  My children have thrived.  My daughter is a girl scout and goes to piano lessons every week.  My son is a boy scout and goes to tennis and football lessons each week.  They are kind, funny, clever and a benefit to humankind.
I decided to go to college and completed an access to university course in Mechancial engineering.  I achieved an AAA result. I then applied to go to university and was accepted on to a Physics degree at The university of Edinburgh.  I looked after two very young children and done a Phyics degree while living in abject poverty.  I slept on a couch for years as I could not afford a bed.  This is testamount to my character.  I done everything myself with no help.  I dont even own a car.  I walked my children 1.3 miles to their school every day and bvack, then went to university.  Then walked another 1.3 miles to the school and back to pick them up.  Got home, clean, tidied, made a home made meal, bathed the children, played with them, read to them, made their packed lunches for school the next day…  Then sat studying subjects such as Electromagnetism, vector calculus and thermal physics to name just three modules.
Many people always quip how hard being a parent is; let alone a single parent.  Let me tell you; the single parent thing seemed like a walk in the park compared to a trying to do a Physics degree as a mature student.  I was under acute stress.  In hindsight, it was totally menatl to do a degree while looking after two under 5’s on my own with zero support.
The children and I stayed in our privately rented flat for 7.8 years.  Last July we were evicted and I had to find somewhere else to live.  I am a model tenant and my landlord needed to sell the flat I was renting.  This was incredibly stressful due to the housing shortage in Edinburgh.  There are like 10 people looking to rent for every property available.
There is a housing emergency in Scotland and particularly Edinburgh where I live.  Therefore I cannot get a council/social housing provided by the council.  I have been on the waiting list for a home for 5.6 years (current average time to get a social home is now 19 years).
It was a miracle that I managed to find a flat in the same catchment area for the children’s schools.  If we had to move to another area it would have caused so much psychological distress to the children being removed from their communities.
My rent increased from £980 per month to £1550 per month.
I passed my Physics degree and have been working for 3 years now.  Happy to provide my degree certificate if anyone wants proof of anything to donate.
I have always managed to support the children and I.  I have never asked for financial assistance in 8 years.  I have always paid my bills and rent.  However, this month I am short of rent of £550.
I am so frightened of not paying my full rent in time (due Tuesday), as that can be reason for eviction.
I would love the option of repaying any donation back in intsalments but i think this is anonymous.
If anyone out there would be kind enough to donate anything, I would forever be indebted to your generosity.  On every walk to the school every morning I would say thank you out loud into the air and wish you good fortune forever.

Single Florida Female HomeOwner needs $$ for Property Insurance

I am writing to seek potential financial support.

As a Florida homeowner, I have been severely affected by the recent spike in property insurance premiums. Due to the increased hurricane risks, my insurance costs have surged by nearly 300%, now totaling $4,614, due by June 15th. This is in stark contrast to the national average of $2,377, even though the average for Florida is $10,996.

The economic repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic have further exacerbated this issue. I suffered a significant loss of $80,000 in investments, and despite my efforts to rebound, my cash flow remains constrained. Consequently, I have had to rely on credit cards, resulting in a debt of $30,000.

Throughout my professional journey in real estate, as well as my work as a model and artist, I have had the opportunity to help four entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses, contributing over $150,000 in total. I firmly believe in the strength of community and mutual support, and now, I find myself in need of the same kind of assistance I have previously offered.

Your support in this situation would be invaluable and would greatly assist me in navigating this challenging period. Should you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for considering my request. I am hopeful for a positive response and deeply appreciative of any help you can provide.

Please help me save my home and land

I am Chandrapala and I am from Sri Lanka. I am a small entrepreneur. I have a book shop. I started my small business in 2018. Before I started this shop I got a bank loan for it. I put all my properties(home & land)  to the bank as a collateral to get my bank loan. Unfortunately, we faced COVID-19 pandemic period and me and my family also suffered from this virus so I had to close my shop for a few months. After the COVID-19 pandemic period Sri Lanka’s economic situation was completely changed. The government decided to increase the bank loan monthly rental, so our monthly installment was increased. Then we couldn’t pay up the loan rental because our day-to-day cost of living( foods medicine etc.) also increased. All the costs are done by the shop’s profit, so we had to pawn the jewelry and sell my motorbike to maintain the shop and pay up the bank loan rental. So I could not pay up my loan properly because of that reason my loan had big areas. Sri Lankan government decided power cut daily(six hours per day) so this is the one of main problem of the low profit of the shop. I borrowed some money from my friends and some other neighbors to pay the bank loan. Not only that, the electricity bill, telephone bill, water bill and shop rental are also too high but the shop has no big profit. Some days I paid for all the things. After that I have no enough money to get the meals for my family. I really faced a big crisis. Now I have no one to ask help for me. I had no other income. As of today, my home and land will be owned by the bank. I have no money to release it. The bank gives us only six months  to release our home & land. For my business I got small loans to buy selling items and pay up my first loan. after the COVID-19 pandemic. Period. I’ve had no good profit from it so now I face a big crisis. I want to save my home and land but I have no enough money to release it. I just want $20000 to release my home and land. Without this property, we have no place to live. I have two children and both are below four years. My business has fallen down now. I try to increase it like before, but it has no selling items like before. I have no money to buy them. I have no other source of income, jewelry is also owned by the bank. Because of the COVID-19 period my business had fallen down and that period the goods were also very expensive so I had to pay the big cost of the goods(selling items). Now I just want to release my home and land from the bank because, without this home and land, we have no place to live. My two little babies and wife have no place to live. I tried to get a loan from another bank, but all the banks rejected my loan application because my previous loan is for areas. I am really afraid for my little babies because if we don’t have this home we haven’t any place to live. Please help me save my home and my family. We have no other relatives’ home or any place. current situation I have no money to get the home with rent. I try to find a job but all jobs have not enough salary. My wife can’t go to work because there is no one to protect my babies so I just want $30,000. If I have $30,000 I can save my home and family then I can settle the bank loan and I can release my home from the bank. Please help me to save my home and land.

Please help me!!

Abandoned Abused Mom, Rebuild My Life and Pursing Creative Dreams

Hello,

My name is Arielle, but I go by “Elle.” I’m reaching out because I’m in a really tough spot and need help. After 25 years of marriage, my husband left me. I found myself alone in an unfamiliar area with a lot of debt and no support from friends or family. I was a ward of the state from birth until I was 16, so I don’t have a family to fall back on.

I title this an Abandoned Mom because I am a mother and my adult children fault me for my marriage choice, for not being able to find a way out and they do not want the responsibility of helping me in anyway. My husband was not the only one abusive towards me.

Right now, I’m living out of my car with my service dog. I used to do a lot of painting, sculpting, and building, but being homeless has made that impossible. I do have an iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil, so I’ve started creating digital art. I set up an Etsy store and a Print-on-Demand account with Printful, but I haven’t been able to sell anything yet because I don’t know how to market or advertise my work.

I’ve tried getting help from others, but it hasn’t gone well. One man who offered to help damaged my car, which is why I’m now living in it. The car’s battery was already depleting before he hit it, but this makes it even harder to get by.

My service dog and I are doing our best, but it’s really hard to stay hopeful without a stable place to live. The constant worry about where we’ll sleep or if we’ll have enough to eat is exhausting.

I’m asking for help to find some stability. Even a month in a hotel would make a huge difference. It would give us a safe place to stay and allow me to focus on selling my art and rebuilding my life. Your support could really help us get through this tough time.

Thank you for reading my story. Any help you can give would mean the world to us.

(Sry, I am sleep deprived. I forgot to submit my paypal.)

In total I have lost $7236.34

We have reached out as a group to customer service and the only response over the past month has been that “there was a security risk and is currently under review”.

Today, the emails are bouncing back as non-existing. Any help will do a lot for me and my family! These are important savings that are lost…Thank you! Many blessings to anyone reading my story.

Plumbing Needs Fixed ASAP

I can’t believe that it has come down to this. However, I am in dire need of help. My husband was a hoarder & abusive. I finally got him removed from the house with a Protection Order. I have been struggling to make ends meet. He was the one that made the money, while I was forced to stay at home with our 3 little ones. Now everything is on me. There’s no child support yet because we haven’t been to court for that. The plumbing needs fixed. I replaced the toilet, that wasn’t it. I had it snaked, that wasn’t it. It’s the piping under the house going to the sewer system that needs fixed. They told me that could cost up to $6,000 possibly more, depending if they come across anything else wrong. It won’t flush, keeps backing up & overflowing on to the floor. Yes, urine & poop. The mess & smell is terrible! We can’t keep living like this! I have to keep running my kids to a neighbor’s or up to the store to use the bathroom. Makes it worse that I am sick with a lung infection. If anyone could please help with even a small amount that would be a God sent on this family.

God Bless you & Thank You for taking the time reading this

Need A Little Help To Get By

It’s within my character to be a nurturer and a helper, so all my life whenever someone was having a hard time financially, if i could do it, i helped freely from the heart without expecting anything back in return.

I have been that person who believe in pay it forward, so whenever I had extra cash, I would spend the day walking around giving away that extra money to random people who looked like they could use a little luck from a caring heart. That alone brought more joy to me than anything I could’ve bought with that extra money.

I believe that everything has a season. There’s a time to reap, a time to sow. A season to have, a season to have not, and I am in my season of have not right now due to illness that still is not clear as to what it really is because i’m waiting on the results of a recent MRI on my brain.

I really need a little financial help right now to sort out my bills and rent for at least 2 months because the worst thing for me is to be ill and stressed out over how i’m going to get those things paid up.  So, I heard about some kind hearts over here just like myself, and it never hurt to try a thing out and wish for that ray of light at the end of this overwhelmingly dark tunnel i’m in.

If anyone is able, my Zelle is

Urgent Appeal for Help: A Brother in Dire Need

Dear Friends and Compassionate Donors,

I hope this message finds you well. Today, I am reaching out with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for help on behalf of my dear friend and brother, David+, who is currently facing a dire and life-altering situation.

DAVID has always been a hardworking and resilient individual. He recently undertook a building project with hopes of improving his life and providing better living conditions for himself and his family. With every penny he had, he purchased building materials and signed a contract to start construction. Tragically, his hopes were shattered when all the materials he bought were stolen, leaving him with nothing but an unfinished project and a looming debt.

Due to this unforeseen and devastating event, David is now in a severe financial crisis. He lost his job shortly after the theft, compounding his difficulties. As a result, his house and all his possessions, including essential furniture and appliances like the fridge, have been seized to cover the debts from the contract he signed. He is now on the brink of losing everything and is in desperate need of $4,000 to settle his debts and reclaim his possessions.

This appeal is a call for compassion and solidarity. We are seeking donations, no matter how small, to help David get back on his feet. Here’s how your contribution can make a difference:

  1. Basic Necessities: With your help, we can ensure that he has a roof over his head and essential furniture to maintain a decent living standard.
  2. Restoration of Dignity: Recovering his seized possessions will restore his dignity and provide him with the means to live comfortably.
  3. A New Beginning: The funds will allow him to clear his debts and provide a foundation to start anew, including seeking employment and rebuilding his life.

In times like these, our collective support can transform despair into hope. David has always been there for his community, offering help whenever he could. Now, it is our turn to support him in his time of need.

If you can, please donate to  paypal.me/kalajula88, and share this appeal within your networks. Every donation, every share, and every kind word matters immensely. Your generosity can make a world of difference and provide [Friend’s Name] with the lifeline he desperately needs.

Thank you for taking the time to read this appeal and for your compassionate consideration. Together, we can help [Friend’s Name] overcome this crisis and ensure he has the opportunity to rebuild his life.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Wrongful Arrest Case

Please help. I am reaching out to share a deeply personal and urgent situation I am facing, and to humbly request your support during this difficult time.

In February 2023, I was wrongfully arrested under circumstances that have been manipulated to unjustly portray me as guilty. From the outset, my treatment has been both unfair and harmful. During the arrest, I sustained a significant injury to my wrist, which required immediate medical attention. This was confirmed by hospital staff as I was taken directly to the hospital, prior to jail.

Additionally, there have been numerous irregularities and injustices in the handling of my case:

1. **Coerced Witness Statements**: Officers involved in my arrest have been coerced into providing false witness statements. This has included the involvement of officers who were not even present at the scene, aiming to unfairly bolster the charges against me.

2. **Public Defender’s Lack of Interest**: My assigned public defender has shown a clear lack of interest in my defense, significantly undermining my ability to receive a fair trial. This neglect has left me feeling vulnerable and unsupported in navigating this complex legal situation.

3. **Excessive Charges**: The police department has seemingly made every effort to stockpile charges against me, which appears to be a tactic to cover up their own misconduct and the injuries I sustained during the arrest.

These actions have not only been detrimental to my physical and emotional well-being but also to my ability to secure a fair and just trial. The financial burden of the court costs and legal fees is another layer of injustice that I am struggling to bear.

In my efforts to secure adequate legal representation, I have reached out to several attorneys. Unfortunately, the upfront cost for their services is over $5,000, an amount that is beyond my means. My wife and I are currently in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and nearly all of our funds are being allocated to pay past-due balances. We do not have any valuables to liquidate that would come close to covering these legal fees.

I am running out of time. If I am not able to get an extension, my trial will begin on June 10th, less than three weeks from now. This tight timeline makes it even more crucial to secure the necessary funds as soon as possible.

This is why I am turning to you, my community, for help. I have two children to support, and the stress of this situation is taking a toll on my family. Any amount you can donate will go directly towards my legal defense and associated court costs. Your support will provide me with the opportunity to secure competent legal representation and fight these unjust charges. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference and bring me one step closer to a fair trial and justice.

I am committed to proving my innocence and believe that with your help, justice will prevail. Your compassion and generosity during this challenging time would mean the world to me and my family.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering a donation. Your support and kindness are deeply appreciated. My paypal.me link is @primetimetactical21

Help getting back on our feet and overcoming hardships.

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

We’re reaching out to you today with open hearts and hopeful spirits, seeking your support during a challenging time in our lives. As a couple, we’ve faced unforeseen obstacles and financial setbacks, but we’re determined to rise above them with your help.

The past year has been tumultuous for many, and we’re no exception. Like countless others, we were blindsided by the impact of COVID-19 and subsequent health issues that forced us to miss work, disrupting our financial stability. Despite our best efforts, we found ourselves falling behind on bills and struggling to make ends meet.

However, we refuse to let these setbacks define us. Instead, we’re taking proactive steps to regain control of our situation. We’ve begun listing and selling various projects and items around our home, but we recognize that we could use some extra support to expedite our journey toward financial recovery.

That’s why we’re launching this online money campaign—to humbly ask for your assistance in helping us get back on our feet. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in our lives as we work towards overcoming this temporary setback.

But our vision extends beyond our own circumstances. Once we’ve regained our footing and stabilized our finances, we’re committed to paying it forward. We understand firsthand the stress and uncertainty that financial hardship can bring, and we want to be a source of support and inspiration for others facing similar challenges.

With your generosity and kindness, we can turn this difficult chapter into a story of resilience and hope. Together, we can prove that even in the darkest times, the power of community and compassion can light the way forward.

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Donate: Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards covering our essential expenses and getting us back on track.
  2. Spread the Word: Share our campaign with your friends, family, and social networks. Your support in raising awareness can make a significant impact.
  3. Offer Encouragement: Your words of encouragement and support mean the world to us. Let’s lift each other up during these challenging times.

As we embark on this journey of financial recovery, we’re filled with gratitude for the unwavering support of our community. Together, we can turn our hardships into opportunities for growth and solidarity.

Thank you for standing by our side and believing in our resilience.

Family Financial and Health Hardship

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you with a heavy heart but also with hope in my spirit, seeking financial assistance for my family during this challenging time.

Last September, while we were in Ohio mourning the loss of my grandfather, a devastating event struck our family. My father unexpectedly collapsed into a coma, leaving us all in a state of shock and uncertainty. Since then, we have been grappling with immense emotional and financial burdens as we navigate through this unforeseen crisis.

The medical expenses have been overwhelming, and coupled with the loss of my father’s income, we are struggling to make ends meet. As much as we have tried to manage on our own, the burden has become increasingly difficult to bear. At this juncture, we humbly reach out to you for assistance, hoping for your understanding and support in our time of need.

Your generosity could make a profound difference in our lives, providing us with the means to cover essential expenses such as medical bills, mortgage payments, and daily necessities. Your assistance would not only alleviate our immediate financial strain but also offer us a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness that has engulfed our family.

I understand that you may receive numerous requests for assistance, and I am truly grateful for your time and consideration in reviewing our plea. Any support you can provide, whether financial or otherwise, would be deeply appreciated and would go a long way in helping us weather this strenuous situation .

Once again, thank you for your attention to our situation, and we remain hopeful for your kind assistance.

Jennifer and family

Disabled Veteran needs help

I was ready to purchase a house in 2021 and then got diagnosed with lung Cancer. I almost died 16 times during my 10 days in ICU in a Baltimore VA hospital after my partial lung removal, followed by an appendectomy 5 week’s later. It took about 1.5 yrs to get back to almost normal, during that time I didn’t qualify for any aid and spent my life savings just trying to stay afloat while running up my credit card Debt too. Then in 2023 my job was eliminated at 61 yrs old and I’ve been struggling ever since with other medical conditions and too early to retire I’m at my wits end. I started a Handyman Co but jobs are few and far between. I’m looking for help to survive and possibly buy the house I need for the remainder of my life. PayPal is davidscar1962@gmail.com
