Murphy’s Law strikes harder

It the past 6 months my family and I have had a really stressful time.
We were booted out of our rental home of 19 years because landlord wanted double the amount for rent. We could not have afforded double but did pay more and after the contract year was up, she gave us an eviction notice. Landlord made up a lie stating her daughter was moving in and up to today, nobody has lived there.
We were forced to pay for garbage bins to clean out our belongings and had to rent storage containers for everything else.
My father passed away while all this was going on and I was an emotional wreck. I was left with a small inheritance and we decided to purchase a house instead of having to deal with landlord’s anymore.
Once we secured a mortgage and gave them most of the money we had for a down payment, we started noticing things wrong with the house. The house has a dugout and the house is being held up by wood shims and a vehicle hydraulic jack. The house has a major slant and we worry if the house will sink further and create irreparable damage. We also got scammed by a man selling us a garage kit and he was to lay foundation, build the garage and wire it. He keeps putting it off and changing the dates of when he can come do it. This has been going on for 6 months.
Buying a house is supposed to be a happy time but we have just faced a very difficult time.
We are looking for any kind of financial assistance to help us through.

Help Us Rebuild: A Family’s Fight for Stability and Hope

Life can change in an instant. For my family and me, the journey has been anything but easy. I never imagined that I would find myself in a position where I would need to reach out to kind-hearted individuals for help, but today, I humbly share my story in the hope that you might join us in our fight for stability and a brighter future.

A few months ago, my health took a devastating turn, forcing me to leave my job. As the primary breadwinner for our family, this sudden change left us struggling to meet our basic needs. My husband is in the process of starting a business in Kenya and Namibia, a venture that holds great promise, but the lack of capital has slowed its progress. Meanwhile, the weight of our financial obligations grows heavier every day.

The Challenges We Face

  1. Outstanding Mortgage: We are working hard to hold on to our family home, but the $55,000 mortgage loan looms over us. Losing our home would be a devastating blow.
  2. Debts: We owe $3,000 in other loans, which adds to our daily stress.
  3. Education for Our Son: Our son is a bright, hardworking student at Technical University of Mombasa pursuing a course in Mechanical Engineering with dreams of making a difference in the world. To cover his tuition, projects, and living expenses, we need $5,000 each year.
  4. Basic Living Expenses: Rent, food, and shelter cost us $1,000 per month.
  5. Medical Treatment: To manage my health and recover, I need $10,000 for treatment and therapy.
  6. Long-Term Sustainability: To break free from this cycle of hardship, we need to establish a sustainable business that will provide for our family in the future.

Our Goal

We are seeking to raise $85,000 to address both our immediate needs and build a foundation for long-term stability. This amount will allow us to:

  • Pay off the mortgage and protect our home.
  • Clear debts that have piled up.
  • Ensure our son can continue his education uninterrupted.
  • Cover medical expenses and regain my health.
  • Meet our monthly living expenses.
  • Invest in my husband’s business venture, which holds the potential to secure our family’s future.

Why Your Support Matters

This is not just about financial assistance—it’s about giving our family the chance to rebuild and thrive. Your generosity will provide us with more than monetary relief; it will give us hope, dignity, and the ability to stand on our own again.

We know times are tough for everyone, and any contribution, no matter the size, will make a profound difference in our lives. If you’re unable to donate, sharing our story with others would also mean the world to us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for considering helping us through this challenging chapter. Together, we can rebuild and create a future filled with promise and possibility.

Help Me Regain Stability and Support My Family

I am reaching out with humility and hope to ask for your support during an incredibly challenging time in my life.

The pandemic turned life upside down for so many of us, and like many others, I found myself caught in its financial aftermath. My once-secure full-time job was reduced to part-time hours, and despite my best efforts, I have not been able to recover financially. Balancing credit card debt, mortgage payments, and day-to-day expenses has become overwhelming, and the weight of it all has brought me to this vulnerable moment.

I have a family who depends on me. My two children are in university, working hard to build bright futures, and I want to continue supporting their dreams. My elderly mother also relies on me for care and assistance, but lately, even meeting her basic needs has been a struggle. Providing for them and myself while juggling a growing mountain of debt feels like an insurmountable challenge.

Today, I am seeking help to raise £48,000 to clear my credit card debt and loans. This relief would allow me to regain financial stability, focus on my family’s well-being, and continue my search for a full-time job without the constant burden of overdue bills. Your support will be a lifeline, offering me the chance to rebuild and move forward.

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign with others who might be able to help is equally valuable. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any help you can offer. Together, I believe I can rise above these challenges and find my way back to stability. Kindly see my link and I look forward to receiving your help. Thank you

A Heartfelt Plea for Assistance

Dear Friends and Kind Souls,

I write to you today with a humble and heavy heart, seeking your understanding and assistance during a challenging time for my family and me. Life has a way of testing our resilience, and though I have always prided myself on facing hardships head-on, I find myself in a situation where I cannot overcome the hurdles alone.

Over the past four months, I have been unable to work due to a debilitating bone spur in my right hip. The condition not only caused excruciating pain but also rendered me unable to walk properly. My leg would give way unpredictably, making even simple tasks difficult and unsafe. As a result, I had to take time off work to navigate a long process of medical consultations, referrals, tests, and treatments.

Thankfully, I recently underwent a fluoroscopic needle injection procedure that has brought some relief. I have now returned to work, eager to rebuild and regain stability. However, the months without income have taken a significant toll on my financial situation. Despite my best efforts to stretch every dollar, prioritize essentials, and keep us afloat, I am now facing the harsh reality of overdue bills and the imminent threat of eviction.

As a single mother of two incredible boys—an 18-year-old pursuing his college education and a spirited 6-year-old kindergartner—I have always done my best to provide them with love, stability, and support. Neither of their fathers has been present in their lives, and child support has never been an option. While I embrace the responsibility of raising my children alone, the current circumstances have stretched my resources to the breaking point.

I am not someone who asks for help easily. I have always believed in working hard and finding solutions independently. But today, I humbly reach out to you, my friends, and anyone willing to lend a helping hand. Whatever support you can offer—no matter how small—would mean the world to us. It would allow me to keep a roof over my children’s heads, catch up on critical bills, and regain the stability we so desperately need.

Your kindness and generosity will not only provide immediate relief but also give us a chance to rebuild our lives with dignity. Please know that any assistance you extend will be met with the deepest gratitude and a commitment to pay it forward when I am in a position to do so.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering my plea. May life bless you abundantly for your compassion and support.

Many heartfelt thanks

Praying for an Angel to Help Quick with Delinquent Taxes & Sewage Bills and Christmas Gifts

I start this by saying the Sheriff was at my front door last week delivering a court order for payment of delinquent county taxes for our rental property my dad recently moved out of. We owe $2,800 for 3 years unpaid.  If we don’t pay quickly, they are taking the property.  My husband is going to flip!  I have not even told him yet. Praying I can make a connection to get this paid quickly. I have bad credit due to paying many things late over the years including my mortgage and car payment. I’ve taken loans from my retirement and still paying on those.  I’m a mess!  I have no idea how I got in this deep.

My husband and I have been through the toughest year of our lives after 25 years of marriage. We lost my father in-law unexpectedly Oct 2023, moved my 91-year-old dad in with us in April 2024 and now have all 3 of our kids in college.  As hard as I try, I just can’t seem to get ahead.  We needed to do some major renovations in both of our father’s houses to turn them into rental properties.  We were able to do that thanks to several friends who did work and said we could pay later.  I’m believing we will start to get ourselves out of the hole financially at some point in 2025.  I know that we are delinquent on our sewage payments for all 3 properties which includes our own.  We owe $4500.

I’ve struggled paying my house payment and car payment because our bills have grown but our pay checks are not increasing to keep up.  With three kids having their own cars, our car insurance is $900 a month.  One of our college students does not have a job so I have to frequently give her money. To top it all off, it’s Christmas time.  My husband has to take his Jeep back to the garage this week to get additional things fixed after spending an unexpected $3,800 on it in October. I am just trying to keep up with paying my regular monthly bills besides needing to spend money on Christmas gifts.  I honestly have not been enjoying Christmas these past few years because I don’t have any extra money.  We buy things just to buy them instead of just enjoying the reason for the season.

I’m a Christian trusting God to bring us through the storm.  I know that sometimes we are in storms to know our purpose.  My husband & I want to never want to question tithing at church, giving over above our tithe and to be all in kingdom builders helping God’s people.  My goal would be to overcome our debts and gladly help others just like the ones on this Begging Money site.  You think you are alone but so many are struggling in this world.  I am confident one of God’s purposes for me is to help others.  I stand strong in faith that God will provide provision for us so that we may supply needs to others.  I truly appreciate any donations anyone is able to give to keep me out of trouble and to move me forward with resolving my own debt so I may help others with theirs.   Thank you & God bless!

Help a mother, daughter and 7 animals

Dear Donors,

I’m writing to you today because of the positive impact you can have.
I’d like to tell you about a dear friend of mine who is going through a particularly difficult “time” (6 years).

She is in a very suffocating relationship (psychological violence) and needs financial support to buy a house (she has animals (4 dogs and 3 cats) and can’t find a place to rent) and regain her independence. Because of this situation, her daughter (13) is afraid of life and is followed by a psychologist.

I know that your generosity could really make a difference in her life.

Every little donation counts to save these two people and 7 animals.

It would mean the world to them and to me.

Series of Unfortunate life events have caused extreme financial hardships anything helps!

Dear Anyone Generous enough to listen and/or Help,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you in a time of great need and humility. My family and I are currently experiencing severe financial hardship due to a series of unfortunate events that have left us struggling to make ends meet.

Several months ago, I was wrongfully terminated from my job, leaving me unemployed and without a steady source of income. Despite my best efforts to find new employment, the search has been challenging, and the lack of financial stability has taken a significant toll on my family.

To compound our difficulties, I have children with serious medical issues that require ongoing treatment and care. These medical expenses have further strained our already limited resources, making it nearly impossible to cover basic living costs.

Adding to our misfortunes, I recently had my vehicle repaired at an auto mechanic shop, which resulted in a $6,000 charge. Despite winning a court case against the shop for the damages incurred, I have yet to receive any compensation. This financial blow has only deepened our struggles, leaving us with insurmountable debt.

Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to you in desperation, seeking donations or any form of financial assistance to help us get back on our feet. We are facing an ever-growing hole of debt and hardship that we cannot escape without external support.

Your generosity and support would mean the world to us and provide a glimmer of hope in these trying times. Any assistance you can offer, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our lives and help us regain stability.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and consider our plea for help. We are eternally grateful for any support you can provide.

Warm regards,

[cash.app/$TRHIGGSJR]

Stuck in the Middle East

Hi. I’ve been working in the UAE for two years and my contract is up at the end of January 2025. During my time here  I’ve accrued more credit card debt than I would normally as I had some medical issues come up in addition to normal living expenses. I figured I would pay this off over time as I’ve always done back home in the U.S. However,I recently learned that there is a chance that I might not be allowed to leave the country until my debt is settled, as evidently there is a large number of expats who skip out on there debts, literally under dubious means, leaving the Emirati banks holding the bag. There is no way I’m going to be able to come up with what amounts to $8000 USD ( 28,000 AED) by the end of January.

So, I am asking for any assistance that might be available, even if it is not the full amount. Anything will help get me closer to paying this debt down in time. I really feel weird asking for help, and I had fully intended to continue paying this debt off from the U.S. when I returned., but I have been desperately trying to find a way to do this quicker since learning I could end up being detained or even jailed.

Thanks for your consideration.

In need of emergency funding for home hardship due to Hurricane Helene
My small family and I live in a small town off the coast of South Carolina. We are some of the fortunate that are blessed to have survived, we were hit pretty severely. I had to have a tree cut down on yesterday, it took about six men and three hours to bring it down. $1100 to cut & leave the debris. I was then told that there are (6) others that need to be removed. I currently can’t afford it.
We live in a single family brick house 3BR/2BR house on 1.12acre of land. We filed with Fema and were Paid $300 for expenses. Our house was built in 1957. Its very mean To our family. It was my grandfather’s house. The house that build me! We have five broken windows from flying debris, most of our major appliances we lost during the power surges. Our hot water heater element blew and busted a pipe underneath the bathtub. That caused our house to flood. It was capped, currently unable to use and is in need of replacement piping and prefabricated conversation.
We were out of electric for three days. We lost our living room furniture, three bed sets, clothing, books, shoes, private art portfolio, picture albums, personal items and a lot of stuff that honestly can’t be replaced right now. We’ve tried buying what we can each week to go towards each project to get back into our home. Thankfully we were able to get a local hotel room . We have pets at home that require love and care. It’s a constant race driving back-n-forth. Plus, we have a leaky faucet. The shower knobs have to be replaced as well. I bought a new sink for the master bathroom. Unfortunately, I haven’t hired a plumber for the job yet and this five gallon bucket fills up every three hours.
Everything cost so much to get fixed. I lost my job before the hurricane. It wasn’t much, but it helped pay our electric bill and my car payment each month. I had to let my car go back after the hurricane, so here we are asking for help, We’re a family of four. My husband and I of twenty six years and two beautiful daughters. We are thankful for any support you can provide, or prayer. Thank you in advance ☺️
Happy Holidays,

Please help me

I never thought I would end up in a situation like this- but I have gotten myself in a financial hole. A big one.  I changed  states when I got my job- had to drop 6k on moving costs, then I sold my car, which, was under water so I lost another 3k. Now, I’m just digging out. I owe the IRS 5k, everytime I get paid, I end up being overdrafted by the next paycheck. I owe the IRS money because I had a second job last year. I am trying desperately to get 10k- square up with the IRS- get rid of the few dumb credit card purchases u cracked up when I was in my 20s. I am 35- I live alone. It’s just me taking care of me and its all too much. I just want to fix the debt and move on.  I know it’s so stupid but if anyone has ever been kind of bad at math and one dumb move turned into another- please- think about sending me some money. I can’t sleep at night. It’s all gotten to be too much. Every month I struggle to make rent. The overdrafts and the debt collectors are drowning me.

Free from debt and help to make an income.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to this. Mother, father, brother, my little family lived on the income from father’s sea job. 2012.12.26 Father died from tsunami It didn’t take long for our lives to turn upside down. We used to live in my father’s mother’s house and we moved to my mother’s house because it was difficult for my mother to face this life struggle alone. Helping grandma in the farm Even if the expenses were reduced, it was not enough for my brother and me for the education expenses and other essential expenses. So, as a solution to these problems, Amma went to the Gana Seva in the state of Dubai. It was true. Mother again  When we arrive, we are in some economic stability We are over. I think it is easier to die than to live under too much stress. I am a big debtor. 15000 USD to settle my debt Understands the need. There are only 3 months left for the gold goods bank to empty.I think it is a god. Let it be!                                                     My PayPal link    paypal .  me/AMAAJINE654YE

Friend being framed, needs lawyer

Good day and thank you for your time and attention.

My friend, a political refugee from Russia, needs help – several fabricated criminal cases have been filed against him and he needs a lawyer.

On November 1st, he was driving with his wife and stepson from Florida to Illinois. In Georgia, they were stopped by a police officer for speeding, but he was eventually arrested, explaining that my friend had a warrant issued for him by the state of Virginia, where he had never physically been. He spent about 20 days in jail in Georgia before being taken to Virginia, where he remains to this day awaiting trial.

His wife and I looked up the information about his case online (https://eapps.courts.state.va.us/ocis/landing) – it only included my friend’s full name (Aleksandr Borodavin), the dates of the crimes (08/25/2023), the date of the filing of the charges (03/14/2024), and the type of crime, you can check that info yourself. This already looked suspicious at that moment, considering that we have evidence (witnesses and bank statements) that he was not in Virginia at that time. Everything looks like he was set up by someone with connections in the police and/or government circles. Moreover, this someone must be from the Russian-speaking community, since the combination of my friend’s first and last names is unlikely to come to American mind due to its untypicality. And there is a suspicion that this is one of the former employers who at some point refused to pay my friend’s salary, to which he replied that he would call the New York Department of Labor, and the employer said that he should not do this or he would regret coming to the US at all.

Be that as it may, the charges are fictitious and my friend needs help. We managed to find him a lawyer, but his services are not cheap – $11,500 for representation in court. We have managed to collect $6,500 ourselves so far, and we need to raise another $5,000 by 12/12/2024 when his next trial takes place.

My friend, his wife and I are asking for your help in protecting him from the injustice that my friend has suffered. Since he is currently seeking political asylum in the United States, any criminal case against him will prevent him from receiving asylum, and he will most likely be deported back to Russia, where he will most likely be imprisoned for his opposition activities – supporting Navalny and protesting against the Putin regime.

We beg you, help with whatever you can, and may God bless you.
