It’s hard to ask for help but I think it is my last resort.
I am a single mom who has started a business called Bella Capital (after my daughter) and it is an asset recovery company that will hopefully be able to give back to people all over the country. As well as doing something to help survivors of physical and pychological abuse.
My story starts with the end because the beginning was horrendous, and I am striving for the end to be as beutiful as possible. Especially because I need to support my daughter myself. That is my ultimate goal.
I hate feeling like I pity myself and I can only speak for myself on here. So here it goes…
A ‘friend’ of mine who I used to live with raped me and got me pregnant. He then moved to Mexico so he would have a better chance in not paying child support and says that I can “ask” him for money when I need it. He lies about having a job because he owns his own website design business but still takes from the government and continues not to help me financially with my daughter (but gets visitation?). So, the pychological abuse has always been there (along with some physical) with his narcissistic and controlling behaviors, and he is a professional at it.
He “let” me drive his car but that was totalled out a few weeks ago and he took the insurance money (which he is entitled) but knows how much we are struggling. So, we need a new car and help with getting this business up and running so I will be able to break apart from the last thing he is controlling me with…money. I want to be able to support my daughter myself and show her through my actions the right thing to do not the easy thing.

Hello my name is Alexander, I have worked for everything I’ve ever had since being put out at 14 years old with $10. It made me strong, but I didn’t get past 9th grade, or ever had help from anyone, but I am praying that I can get some help now. I got badly injured in 2006, took me years to walk again, I lost the home I had worked so hard for, I have never again been in position to buy another house, but I managed to get back on my feet pretty well, that is until the pandemic. I lost my shop at the end of 2021, had to put all my tools and belongings in storage, then spent 15 months living on the street in San Francisco. Now I have a temporary place inside, that I’m grateful for. I had been paying for my storage for two years, last month the corrupt storage company “SMARTSTOP STORAGE coliseum way in Oakland ca.” stole all of my belongings, from the ten by 25 unit that I had. Not because of non payment, but because of what I had in there, my life’s work, and $40,000 worth of tools, a collection that took 25 years to gather, all tools needed to build anything. I hope legal aid will help me sue them. But I can’t count on that. I need help with funding to get a new business going, I’m totally screwed without my tools, all I needed was a shop, now I have nothing. Because of being disabled from my accident, I won’t be able to do my building business, because it’s too much to completely start over without my equipment. So I’m going to start an online business, I don’t have everything worked out, but I can’t do anything with only my ssdi pay. Monthly. I need to get an llc, business account, website, a MacBook, probably some training, I also am pretty stranded in my room, without transportation. This has been just a tiny part of what I’ve been through, many people would have given up many times, but I won’t. If I were to have $50,000 or so, I would be able to create an ethical, and successful new business, then I could do more than just barely survive as I’ve been doing, and I would also be able to help other people once I got rolling. Hello, my name is Debbie and I am writing this letter to those who the LORD will use to help me fulfill my destiny. I went to a university in Georgia and graduated with 2 bachelor’s and a masters degree in accounting and information technology. I began my exciting career as an information technology auditor after graduation and my family especially my parents who were there to support me throughout my collegiate and professional career. However, my career came to a stop when I started to get seriously sick with an unknown illness that required medical investigation. In the process of investigating what was causing the debilitating symptoms I was experiencing I underwent an exploratory procedure that required general anesthesia. This procedure ultimately caused nerve damage to the left side of my body, which progressively lead to other health issues including complex regional pain syndrome on the entire left side of my body, seizures, gastroparesis, and severely reduced mobility that requires me to use a wheelchair to get around. On top of the nerve damage, I learned that the unknown illness that was being investigated was endometriosis. Therefore, I went into the hospital with 1 illness and came out with 2 leading to more.

I wanted to understand why this procedure resulted in me having nerve damage and to hold the hospital responsible for the life-altering situation that happened to me. So I went to several doctors that told me that I received too much anesthesia during the procedure, which was what lead to the nerve damage. I also got help from an attorney, but the attorney could not progress very far because the hospital destroyed the evidence of what happened to me in the procedure room, which was the evidence that proved that I received the incorrect amount of anesthesia. Ever since this procedure I have been experiencing physical, mental and financial hardships and disabilities because of the nerve damage and the other health issues it has led to, the mental anguish of watching my career that I worked so hard for falling too pieces and because the medical and living expenses has become so overwhelming since I had to quit working as a result of this situation. Also, my 72 old father and my 69 year old mother who I was supporting were also affected the same away, which adds so much guilt on me because they have been there for me. I promised my parents that I will always be there for them financially, but this situation caused me to break that promise.

It’s been almost 7 years now since this life-altering health journey began. I desire to become more physically and financially independent by:

living in a wheelchair accessible home that has room for me to use my motorized wheelchair
by being able to drive to my doctors appointments, the pharmacy and other appointments in my own wheelchair accessible vehicle that can allow me to lift and take my wheelchair with me and by female-owned, and
by operating my encouraging journal and stationary business that will include segments of my life-altering experience and how I am overcoming the negative aspects of it one day at a time. This journal and stationary business is one that serves to uplift others especially those who are going through hardship or who like myself whose life has been shattered and needs motivation to get the pieces of their life put back together again creating a new and better self.

I am looking for help to achieve my goal of obtaining an accessible home, an accessible vehicle and to provide a person like myself, a person with disabilities, with the opportunity to operate a business with a meaningful mission to encourage others through journaling and accompanying stationary items.

I have already created the design and written the content for the first journal set. Now I need help to get it produced. Some of the journals that I will be creating will be sold separately, but some of the journals that I will create such as the first one I have already created will be sold as a set, which include the journal, small serenity candles, a bookmark and 2 accompanying pens to create a peaceful atmosphere with the motivating convenience of the included pens and bookmark.

All journals and journal sets are created to help motivate and inspire the writer to release all what is on their heart in this sacred one-on-one journaling moment with God.

This first journal and other coming-soon journal sets will be available for purchase on my growing TikTok and YouTube channels that between both channels have over 1,000 followers since posting encouraging messages (some of which are included in the journals) for almost a year now.

Hello my name is Douglas Green. I am a retired Vietnam combat veteran. I am also the owner of a Mack Pinnacle tri axle dump truck that I was using for sand and gravel loads here in Los Angeles county. The dot registration is Dt Green trucking. I started my business  and bought the truck in April of 2022 and as the year was passing I found out about the compliance  requirement that was coming in January 1, 2023. I’m facing difficulties many of which disable me from reaching my goal. Taking care of my mother who’s worked hard her whole life. Losing my grandmother just this year took a lot from me. My family is important to me beyond explanation. I work hard everyday at a job where management is on the deep end of complete narcissism. Not only do they target their highest achieving employees, it’s accompanied by harassment that debilitates any integrity displayed. As well as their behavior being untouchable by any means. I push forward through these things out of necessity. As for my goal at being better equipped to care for my family. I’ll continue to strive for this no matter the conditions. I know we are accompanied in this world by demons some of us more so than others. The sight of an angel would be the perfect illumination all the same.
