For 20 years, I devoted myself to serving as an ER/OR human nurse. The challenges faced by hospitals and the treatment of nurses led me to make a pivotal decision 7 years ago—transitioning to emergency veterinary nursing. The fulfillment I find as a Veterinary Nurse isn’t just in what I do, but in who I am; my heart resonates with passion for my work. Unfortunately, last year, a traumatic brain injury compelled me to leave the medical field. While not my first concussion—having been a 3-time NJ State Golden Glove Boxing Champ and Second Degree Blackbelt—this injury has left lasting damage, especially in memory retention, making it essential for me to put patient safety first at all times.

Since then, I’ve sought a new path that combines personal enjoyment with the potential for significant income. First, the care of my four aging dogs has become paramount. Additionally, I’ve embraced an aspirational goal: founding the world’s largest animal rescue organization. Years of meticulous planning have brought me to the threshold of realizing this vision.

However, my request for assistance diverges from this dream. I seek funding for a $20,000 mentorship in real estate. My encounter with WREIN, Women’s Real Estate Investor’s Network, through a $7 Masterclass offered a beacon of hope. The belief my late father instilled in me, coupled with this newfound connection to a community of driven women, has ignited a resolute dedication to pursuing financial liberation for myself and my family. The mentorship, including coverage for LLC, attorney’s fees, and funding for initial deals, presents an invaluable opportunity to realize this vision. I’ve witnessed the impact firsthand through the success stories celebrated within this network.

In light of my financial circumstances and knowledge acquired from my athletic careers, I understand the vital role that coaches play in achieving proficiency and effectiveness. Remaining integral is the urgency I face; prospecting for other opportunities is a luxury I simply cannot afford. Threats looming over my utilities, mortgage, and vehicles have forced me to make this plea for support. Hi, and thank you for taking the time to read my request. I’m a widow with 6 kids. Yes I know! 6! All my life I wanted to have a huge family, be a house wife and raise my children with love and stability. But as it were I lost my husband in 2020. And I thank God for my family who stepped in to help us. I’m 29 wand was married right out of high school to the love of my life so I never really got to join the work force until after he passed. Through the pain and oftentimes feeling I let my children down I had to come to terms with my life and what I want to do with my life. I love cooking and actually made a name for myself. I found comfort in gardening and building a community of parents like myself. This is my calling to reach, teach, and grow a village of support for our children in the community. And I need help. My children and I live with my mother but it’s time for me to live out my calling. The neighborhood were I grew up is a bit rough but it’s where I need to be to show other parents and kids there is hope and a better path. i found a 7bd 2 bathroom house for 165,000 it is a huge fixer upper and I’ve done my due diligence renovations will cost 100k. Now where the community garden comes in is there is .72 acre parcel of land next to the house for sale for 90k. We can have a big garden a playground and a school house where parents can come and drop their kids of for a few hours break. I home school all of my children and I’m a tutor with Classical Conversions homeschooling program. If I can be blunt I know it’s a lot of money but I know this is my destiny is. I want to start a movement to better parenting and diet. I know one day i will make a difference in our beautiful country. All I need is some help. I am willing to have a business mentor as well and update any donors.  Basically I will start a home based cooking show, also film the process of starting, growing and maintaining a healthy sustainable garden. The fascination with wildlife and with the art of taxidermy has been a long time family business. By capturing the hunt and experience for other to see we can immortalizing the bond between our elders and the next generation and the ones to come in conservation. Now that my parents have decided to retire the business after almost 5 decades. Now the business is not a get rich business but it has given our family just enough to keep our heads above water growing up. My parents never really tried to advertise or push growth in the company more than taking out an add in the yellow pages. Now me and my brother would like to continue the adventure but with a twist we want to focus on replica taxidermy the processes of reproduction and re-creation of animals with out the need in harvesting the animals. We also are not limited to fish we can do alligators, turtles, snakes there really is no bounds to replicating natures beauty. But to revive the family business in this new direction we need new equipment, tools, a shop location along with advertising and a good website just the things a modern business needs to be successful these days. Now that my parents are retired and on a fixed income and me with a growing family I just do not have the capital to give us the bump up investment we need to get it started. Personalized care in your home or as little as checking in on loved one in nursing facility that may not be getting good care or attention. We have been working with zero marketing dollars and no pay waiting to get going well. Still trying to get repairs done from hurricane ian last year (learning from youtube videos) we are pretty resilient.

Hi to all that are reading this. I grew up not knowing what i wanted to be in life so college right after school didn’t seem like the right thing to do for me. Years later I tried to go to an ITT school but wrecked my car due to falling asleep at the wheel from working during the day and school at night. I was the only one funding this adventure and i just didn’t have the type of family that pays for their kids college. Fast forward to 2009 where I learned real estate, self taught online and retired from corporate around 2018 to start doing handyman work along side the real estate. Shortly after that, covid hit and tenants weren’t paying their rent because most were starting to be jobless, thus draining my reserves. This was a major hit on both businesses because of the covid restrictions.

I thought that you’d be interested to know that 2/18/24 is my one-year anniversary, in only nine months I’ve received 22 five-star Google reviews and I’ve enhanced the quality of life of numerous people suffering with chronic pain by helping them achieve permanent relief.

I’m in desperate need of financial assistance to rent/lease a new Massage Studio. My current Massage Studio is located in an older building built in 1950. I renovated my suite with new flooring and paint. However, the building itself has not ever been updated since 1950, it is literally falling apart. The ceiling in my suite leaks every time it rains.  My suite is on the second floor and there is no elevator which makes it difficult for my clients in need of medical massage.

All my clients are impressed with my excellent service and the inside of my suite, but they are turned off by the location and the deteriorating building.

Most do not return because the exterior and entrance leading to my suite is so old and run down, or they have trouble climbing the stairs.  Due to the area and the condition of the building I have a hard time retaining clients.

As a result, I have to keep my prices under the industry standard and this stunts my ability to grow, along with the fact that I do not get foot traffic because the location and my suite is tucked away in this older building.

My name is Alexis Ford and I reside in Louisiana at this time. I am married to an amazing man for 2 and a half years and have a 9 year old son.

I am a nurse and have been serving in this career for 4 years. My husband is a truck driver and has been the trucking industry for 10 years. His past has gotten him in trouble with clearing house and won’t be off his record until he’s 36. He’s 32 now. He really wants his own truck to become and owner operator and for me to no longer work in the medical field due to me experiencing burnout and barely getting paid. He wants to be able to take care of himself, me and our son and to have an emergency fund for when things happen in the house due the business not kicking off yet.
