Being a single mother especially in today’s era can be extremely overwhelming. If you are one of those mothers who is doing it alone every day you know what I am talking about. It seems like the bills just continue to pile up and never end.

Researchers have said that just in 2015 year ending alone over 80 percent of the households in America that we’re single households we’re in fact ran by a FEMALE head of household which we’re mostly living very poor.

Many people may say well there is government assistance for them to get a grant but it’s hard to find and information regarding that said topic anywhere. So in hopes to help the single mothers out in the world this article will give you some insight on the different assistance topics we can cover including where and how to get a grant or scholarship. Also, you will read and see how simple it is to receive help with income expenses and medical insurance.

Are there really grants for a single mother?

Of course they do but these grants are not only for single mothers. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t help for a mother to receive one. I know its mind boggling that the government hasn’t had any means created for money for a single mother that is actually in the shape of a grant. One thing the government does for a single mother is they assist them through a group or have set sponsors through a company, and sometimes they are covered by the actual income assistance completely.

Below are a few websites that will redirect you to free items that you can get just for registering on the website.

Low Income Assistance for Single Mothers / Government Grants

As I said there is not an official grant for a single mother available that is FEDERAL. However a single mother can go through federal programs and register and sign up for them. Those kinds of programs are usually for households with low income. Which means you would also qualify for Welfare. No matter what the case these are programs to help those who make below the limit and live poorly.

Below are different types of assistance based in the United States.

TANF – TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES

TANF is a crucial for many low income families located within the US.

With TANF you receive a small amount of cash every month that you can use toward your food, rent, and other necessities. However you only receive TANF for up to 60 month limit.

If you are a single mother and you have children in your home who are less than 19 years old you are eligible for TANF.

SNAP – SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Food-stamps or SNAP as other people may refer to is financial help for meals. You can receive money every month to place food on the table if you are on low or no income.

For most of Americans living in poverty SNAP is potentially the only assistance they can get.

Research has shown that in 2015 SNAP benefits have helped at least 45 million Americans. Most of the ones who receive the stamps are under are up to the age of 18.

When you go to use your benefits for SNAP you have your own personal debit card to ring your groceries up with at the register. If you are interested in trying to get on with SNAP benefits all you have to do is fill and application out and send it in or take it into a local office that deals with SNAP benefits.

NSLP – NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

This is a program that gives free (or discounted) food to students whose parent’s income is bellow a poverty level. The income needs to be at least between 130-185 percent bellow the poverty line.

Most the time if a person is a receiver of SNAP benefits their children will be accepted into this program for free lunches. But, that doesn’t mean if you don’t have or receive SNAP that your children are disqualified.

You need to contact your child’s school to apply.

TEFAP – THE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Food for the American families who are in the poverty range not matter what the age.

If you have received food stamps before or any other program assisting you and helping you such as the ones in this article you could also be approved for this program.

You will need to contact your State distribution agency to learn more about the Emergency food assistance program.

Local Food Banks

A food bank doesn’t exactly fit into the whole “Grant” program area as it is actually a location in your town where you can get food if you are in need.

Do not allow you or your family to go without food. If you ever reach that trouble you can call 211 and ask them where the nearest food bank is based on your location.

More then 200 food banks exist with the feeding america foundation and they supply enough food to feed over 40 million people.

WIC – WOMEN, INFANTS AND CHILDREN PROGRAM

This program includes a package deal where you as a mother are able to receive healthy foods, whether you are pregnant or a new mother, and also to children who are 5 or under.

WIC is a program that is temporary and only used for a short amount of time – usually between 6 to 12 months.

EARLY HEAD START / HEAD START

These programs are for children up to 5 years old.

You can receive free child’s medical and dental care along with their schooling, and dietary needs.

Find your closes headstart office on their website or call at 1-866-763-6481.

Insurance for unemployment

This is a special program which will pay you weekly if you are unemployed and it had nothing to do with you for you being fired or let go. You will only be able to receive this benefit for maximum 26 weeks. Different states have different benefit rules. But most states will average out at about 45% of whatever the average weekly income is.

Single mothers who are out of a job temporarily can find solace with these benefits and can help make the burden less for themselves because this pay will restore what you have lost from losing your work.

If you want to try and get this started and opened for you, you will have to find your local unemployment office or apply on the website for this specific program. Most states will allow you to also try to sign up for this over the phone.

Section 8 housing

Section 8 is basically a program that helps a family be able to pay for their housing. If approved you will receive a voucher of up to 70 percent of your bills (utilities and rent). You are expected to pay the other 30 percent.

If you want to apply and feel you qualify you can get in touch with your local office involved with public housing, the HUD office.

CCAP – CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

This is a benefit for families who can’t afford to place their children in daycare while working.

You still have to pay a certain percentage but it isn’t a big lump of money. The less you earn, the less you need to contribute.

EITC – Earned Income Tax Credit

It is a tax benefit for people with low income. You could potentially get as much as $6,000.

If you normally have a tax rate of $1050 but you are allowed $5550 then you get refund of $4500.

There is a Children’s Tax Credit too for as much as $1,000 for EACH child.

LIHEAP – LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

LIHEAP is a program that is a one time help to help pay for heating / cooling expenses.

Most of the time this is for the disabled or families with children or disabled person in the home.

If you need any extra information regarding this topic you can get in touch through the number 1-866-674-6327 or a local number for your local LIHEAP office.

WAP – WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Weatherization assistance program lowers energy bills for families in need. Usually the elderly and families involving children are accepted and put to the top of the list before all.

Your monthly income need to be below 200 percent poverty level.

To apply, find a local WAP center.

Medicaid

Medicaid is help with medical expenses. If you do not have health insurance this gives you certain benefits as long as your income restriction meets the level it should.

A lot of single mothers may meet the standards to be recipients of Medicaid even if you are unemployed.

Every state has different rules about Medicaid plans. You can find out exact requirements on this website.

Together with ObamaCare it ensures that even single mothers who didn’t receive any health benefits will now be able to have coverage.

CHIP – CHILDREN HEALTH INSURANCE

CHIP gives children without health insurance a chance to have health benefits all the way up until they are nineteen. It is for families whose income is too high to receive Medicaid benefits.

It provides every type of benefit you can think of — dental, eye exams, and even annual doctor’s exams.

Every state has its own rules. If you would like to learn a little more about this specific benefit you can call 1-877 Kids now (1-877-543-7669)

Federal Pell Grants

Aid program for students of up to $5,815 for those in need to be able to set foot into college.

This is the best opportunity for a mother who is single to finally be able to finish her schooling and finally continue in the workforce. The money is completely free of charge with no interest rates or paybacks ever.

You need to fill out an application and submit it for a pell grant and have it turned in on or before June 30th of every year.

Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant

Similar to the Pell Grant. If you already have had pell grants and you are at the top of the charts in need you will be first on the list to receive this. Depending on a persons needs that are wrapped in with their financial struggle will ultimately decide who will receive anywhere between $100 too $4,000 annually.

Charities

Charities can be a way to seek help for you and your children whether you are in need of food or clothing or even housing. A lot of charities around the world actually have their own food banks that they run and they will give you bags of free food.

If you go to salvation army a lot of the times they will let you sleep there if you have no where else to go especially if it is a result of violence.

Churches

Most churches will offer you food and clothes or maybe even a place to stay if you have been recently kicked out by the one you are living with.

To find information on this you should look through your phone books local listing or yellow page. You can also research online and see what churches are available to your area and call them and ask what services they do offer.

Loans

Single moms can receive loans usually relatively quickly but I would not recommended that at all. You could potentially go into debt and not be able to rise back from that.

Sometimes you have no choice because you have to fix your broken car or maybe pay for utilities and food and need the help right then. But you have to be able to pay that loan realistically quick.

Pay attention to your credit because if you try to get a loan through a bank or anyone they will check your credit score and see if it is even available to be able to place a loan out to you. If it is a loan that is for payday loans or credit card advances they will not run a check but you will end up paying more after fees and costs.

Line of Credit

If your credit is decent some people ask a bank for a loan personally. Most of the time this is a better idea then asking for a payday loan because if you need quick money with lower rates of interest this is it.

Personal Loans

On a personal loan interest is lower dramatically but you have to pay in instalments. It doesn’t really fit criteria for an emergency. Normally if you just tell them you do not have any more funds and that is why you need this they will turn you away. If your credit is poor you will not be able to even touch this offer.

Short term (payday) loans

This is a very popular type of loan. You may know it by the term “Cash advance.” The interest runs really high on these and it is a loan that is only for a small time frame.

This is a loan that would more then likely be considered if a problem arises and you needed to repair your car or had a disastrous dental emergency. You have to know for sure you will be able to give every penny back.

If you do not pay this type of loan back you could be in loads of trouble financially.

Credit card cash advance

Do you own a credit card? If so you will be able to get money from a bank as easy as 1, 2, 3. This is not a method that is highly praised though because as soon as you start taking money out of the bank the interest keeps rising and you also are charged for using and pulling out of the bank a fee. This is potentially the easier options if you do need cash asap but you have to pay it back and make sure you absolutely can.

When it is all said and done grants will not solve your money issues within your home if that is what you expect. To get a grant is definitely not easy it isn’t a walk in the park by any means.

If you are looking to get a more stable source of financially being stable you should probably look in areas around you or find a women shelter until you can get back up on your feet.

If you think you have all the time in the world you can apply for other areas of assistance such as Food stamps, HUD, and etc. They do take a lot of time and effort for someone to get back with you and let you know if you have been accepted and enrolled. Try finding a part time working job as a way to financially start becoming stable again.

The moral of this is you can not expect a grant to fall into your hands without effort and take all your worries away. They are only here too do one thing and that doesn’t usually fix anything with your financial setting.

This is all on you and what you decide, no one else can decide for you.

A Place for Me and My Children

Hello, my name is Didi, and I am a single mother of an 11-year-old girl and a four-month-old boy. I’m also a survivor of domestic violence. I decided to choose myself and my children and I left but when I did, I left everything I had, my car, my home and all our possessions but I have what is important, my children. I have been working on getting us back on our feet, but it’s been hard and all the money I get goes right back into surviving. So here I am looking for some help. I need enough money to get a place for me and my children to live. I am in need of the first month’s rent and deposit and that is around $3000. If I can just get a little help to get into a home, I can sustain that and then I can make it on my own. It’s just getting started. I just want to give my children the life that they deserve and the mother that they deserve. I can only hope that I can get some help to start our lives again.

Need Help, single mom struggling

Single mom of a transgender child who is going through the hormone therapy to transition to male.  However, since we have lost our Medicaid, the medical bills are climbing.  My work insurance pays some of the treatments, but my share of cost is quite a bit.  It will be $10,000 by the end of this year.  I am already struggling to pay normal household things.  Luckily I do not have a house mortgage since I inherited my parents place when they passed in 2020.  However, that is another story, it is a manufactured home about 60 years old and my step dad kept it together with spit and duct tape I think!  Now that he is no longer here to take care of everything, I am having to do lots of repairs and replacements of appliances.  I have a couple that I have not been able to do because of the cost of the repairs.  I know these are all first world problems, but we need a place to live and if the water pump gives out, we will have no water as we have a well.  That is a big repair cost that I haven’t been able to do.  Every time I get money set aside to call the plumber, something else happens that takes precedence. I have tried getting loans but don’t qualify for what I would need. My credit cards are maxed out and I just try to keep them current paid up.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s About To Be Dark Thanksgiving & Xmas!!

I never thought this was gonna be my story or ever see myself writing a help me please donation request!!! But this is life and these are the times that are among us. Yes I’m a single mother of 3….Yes I had a good paying job (keyword Had)….Yes I have a house (renting, don’t own)….But an unexpected change of February 2023, uprooted my life and sent me spiraling into survival mode.

My oldest son, great kid, did everything academically that I asked of him, last year of high school got him a Camaro (his dream car), he was coming on from work (he’s a server) and a man fell asleep at the wheel of his car from working a double and smashed into my son who was severely injured. So I had to take off of work on family leave, my company family leave last 3 months including any extensions. My son’s injuries surpassed 3 months of 4 surgeries and rehabilitation. So my leave exhausted and I can’t leave my son so the job terminated me. So I was living off my savings because we all know you can’t get unemployment if your terminated. I fought for unemployment through appeal & they denied me. Long story short savings have  depleted. I paid up my rent til after Xmas with the last of my savings but my utilities, are about to get turned off, electric/heating bill is out of this world, they said they wasn’t able to get someone to come read my meter and when they finally did they said I was on the wrong rate plan and my usual $700 bill (its light & heat together) is Now a whopping $9000, they gave me a $1000 a month payment plan but I just can’t do it, there’s no money coming in, I’m looking for another job but I can’t wait for that and next month I can’t afford the payment plan so we will be in the dark cuz I can’t borrow anymore, everyone is struggling and I can’t even pay people back so what’s the point. Help Please!!!

Abandoned marriage

Hello, I’m a single mother of 2. Unfortunately I’m currently going through a separation. Can’t afford a lawyer for a divorce and the pro bono  lawyers around here are not really pro Bono. After our lease was up in March of this year I didn’t hear from him and when I did it was usually drama. I was left with a car note at almost 700 a month. My car insurance was canceled. But that alone was at 180 something a month. I only work 3 days due to hours being cut at work. Currently trying to find a side job that will work with my schedule seeing that I have 2 kids in elementary still. I have a storage unit that costs about 330 a month because I have nowhere to put my stuff. My kids and I currently share a room. So we’re a tight fit and my kids need their space. I have asked to borrow money to help with bills but after trying to pay that back, it brought me back to being late on bills or not being able to pay them. My daughter needs a root canal done and every where I go want to charge cash at $2300.00! All these specialists from what I’ve seen only take cash payments which I cannot afford at the moment. Gas has been crazy as well seeing that I try to keep my kids in sports so they won’t be bored outta their minds in one room all day. Don’t have funds to take them anywhere like I use to. I can’t ask for spousal support because we were married under 5 years and even if I wanted to I wouldn’t be able to due to all the debt he’s in. I tried section 8 but lists are closed. The one I did apply for I got rejected. I don’t qualify for cash aid. But right now I’m just trying to keep my car since that’s all I own and what takes me to my job and kids to school. My stuff in storage is also all I have and I can’t sell stuff if they have a lock on it for me not being able to pay it. Anything will help at this point. I know eventually work will pick up or I’ll get blessed with another good paying job. But until then we’d really appreciate anything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Stay blessed! Financial Hostage (Single Mother of 2)

Hi. I’m so sad and embarrassed to have to ask for help this way, but I desperately need it. My parents have been holding me financially hostage for quite some time now, and I am struggling to support my family. I don’t trust anyone else to watch my children (which I now know is a mistake). They charge me $1200/mo to baby sit for only 4 days per week. I do get help from the father, but since he has been paying me through them, I don’t receive the child support. They keep it as “repayment” for when they helped me out after our separation. I spend $2400/mo on just rent and childcare alone, and that’s not including the fact that my parents also make me provide food. I’ve asked them to lower the amount, but instead of cutting me a break so that I can provide for my family, they’ve demanded to see my check stubs to further control me. Any time I refuse to do what they want, they tell me that I’ll have to quit my job since I now, “don’t have a babysitter”. I’ve been struggling with the idea of putting them in daycare because I’ve been made to feel terrified of someone harming my children. My parents have used many fear tactics to ensure that my state of mind stays this way, but now I’m at my wits end with this arrangement and I have to break free. They spend my money on my children and then tell me I have to pay back what they’ve spent, so every other day I get a phone call about owing $60 here and $100 there. I cannot sustain our lives this way. In total, my bills are about $4500/mo, but anything will help. Please help me get on my feet and out of this situation. Thank you for your time and support.❤️

Trying my hardest

Hello to all,

I am a young mother of 3. I’ve been trying for years to get through life with my children as their father left me. I ended up being in a domestic relationship for nine years which I decided to run away from on Dec 20th of 2022. A few days before Christmas. Christmas is always a great holiday in many families, but what about if you can’t celebrate due to knowing you need to get away from someone who might kill you? Having to think about it so I had a talk with my children letting them know that either we can stay and continue to be mistreated and done wrong or we can leave when I get paid. They were with me on leaving because they always feared he would take me away from them. And I understood completely because I knew it would be for the best. After the last time he put his hands on me and almost killed me. I left with my last check from Conn’s which was $687.36. He took everything from me and drained me of everything I’ve worked so hard for. My name wasn’t on the lease due to me helping my mother in 2018 get a house which led to eviction on both parties. So imagine being thrown out every time he got mad about anything!! He would have me up at 3:00 a.m. arguing and throwing me around  and flipping me out of the bed by lifting the mattress up with me in it just to throw me onto the floor. Then he would force me to leave with my kids because their not his biological children. So it didn’t matter to him how we felt about anything he had done. I’ve tried to get a place of my own for a long time until I just gave up from being constantly denied. We have been forced to live anywhere someone will say yes we can stay for a few days. I don’t have a high credit score to get any type of loans and I’m not sure how to apply for grants to help me and my children out. This is my first time ever doing something like this and I’m taking it as a sign from God that I should share what I’ve been facing. I found this site from searching YouTube on how to make money quickly. So here I am telling my story praying for God to send me the help my kids and I need. I have no car no home. I just want to be able to get back on my feet and eventually get a home for them and of course work to get me another vehicle. I cry every day knowing I’m not able to give my kids the things they need and one day I believe I’ll be able to give them their hearts desires but I need a head start. I really don’t know what to do at this point of my life other than to ask for help. I’ve applied for housing in Dallas Tx but they’re all rude and unwilling to help me in my situation. I’ve been on the waiting list for years and haven’t received any help from the housing authorities. This is very stressful and I don’t want to fully give up but what am I to do when it seems like everyone is saying no. At this point anything will help us. I am not a bad person at all. I don’t surround myself around people because I am ashamed of how I am living and I don’t want my children to be taken from me cause God knows I’m doing my very best. I believe he will make a way through this time of need. Thank you for your time and support.

Grandmother raising grandchildren in need

In 2018, I took in 3 of my grandchildren from an abusive alcoholic father. Their mother (my middle daughter) has severe PTSD and cannot care for them. I was living with my oldest daughter at the time. We came to an agreement that she would work and I would stay home with the children. They had been through so much. They needed therapy and medical needs that had not been addressed.

The 14 yr old boy has abandonment and trust issues, but is trying hard to hide his pain. The 8 yr old girl suffers from a condition where her bone age is 3 years older than her physical age. The 7 yr old boy is on the autism spectrum and behind on many of his fundamental milestones.

We had one vehicle, so I was also the family chauffeur. I thought everything was going great. Fast forward to 2023. A month ago, my youngest daughter and her 2 children (ages 14 yrs and 2 yrs) needed out of an abusive relationship so my oldest brought them here.

With no warning, my oldest daughter walked in last weekend and announced that she was moving out… immediately. She had met a man my age and was moving in with him. I am devastated. She left me with nothing and 2 months behind on bills. She even took the car. None of the parents are paying child support. I have begun job hunting and will get back on level ground. I just need some help to get caught up until I can get my head above water.

These children have been through a fire that took their home. They have been abandoned by their mother, father, step-father, and now the aunt that has helped raise them for the last 5 years. I am trying so hard not to put them through anymore heartache. Any bit of help would be beyond appreciated.

Divorce 4 children 1 income

I am a 50 year old mom of 4. I have been a public education teacher for 25 years. Recently divorced, I was left with 9000.00 of credit card debt that I have not been able to dig out of. I am paying the minimum but at this point it seems Ill never be back on a clean slate. I googled and found this site and I am hoping and praying that someone will want to help me get back on my feet. I want to be able to help my children with up coming student loans and help them starting their lives but there is no extra money especially on a Teacher’s salary !

Helping a single mum family on the road to self-sufficiency.

I am a single mum with a beautiful family which I have been nurturing and supporting alone for the past 4 years. I do work full time however I rely on my credit card to support clothing and feeding my family along with furnishing and fixing my home. I am very proud of the life style (simple but happy) I have been able to provide my children with. However, there is a dark secret which my children are becoming aware of – I am skint! always counting and paying money to give a sense of affording to my children, when we actually live in lack!

What am I asking for? I am asking for money which would allow me to clear my feet of the debt which I have accumulated from moving my children to safety, furnishing our home (we took nothing from the marital home) and basically from providing and managing things on my own with a mindset of – ‘its okay I will get that paid next time i’m paid!’. Something new always comes up!

I really want to support my kids without the lack mentality, after all it’s not their fault only one parent is prepared to provide. They really do have huge potential and as there mum I want to help them reach it. By asking for your support to help me help them.

I would be truly grateful for any support.  Debt to clear £ 20000.00

Autism single mom, doctoral student, spent life helping family needs help to create a future for my daughter and I.

I am a mother of an autistic daughter.  My father recently passed away and I have spent my life helping my family and I am a survivor of domestic violence.  We are currently living with family in the mountains where there are no programs for my daughter or good jobs for me to begin my career after all the years I have worked to achieve success.  My brother did not help in helping to cremate our father so all my money has gone to that as well as helping him before he passed. I would like to get us relocated and possibly get us a place to live but giving my life to help others has left me depleted and not able to help our situation. Please help us find a way onto a new life where we can finally create new achievements and happiness after so many years. I fear that eventually we will have nothing if we loose our family left we have helped for so many years and we have no money to find our way onto a new chapter in our lives. My daughter is so lonely and depressed.  I have to help her get near programs that can help her in social and independence skills. Thank you for your consideration and any help provided is greatly appreciated.

A setback for a comeback

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and considering lending a helping hand. I am honestly not one to ask for help and can always figure something out, but I am exhausted and cannot pick up one more job. I am seeking relief of $6,000 dollars to pay for two months’ worth of expenses (November and December), which includes rent ($ 2,500), light/gas($120), internet($120), phone (60), and necessities such as detergent, toilet paper paper towel, basic groceries ($200)—enabling me to use my paycheck, which is not much now, to clear up the debt hindering me from adequately managing my finances.

For 7 years, I stayed at a job paying me the minimum because they paid for my education. I picked up odd side jobs and one overnight job (7p-7a) that leaves me running on 4 hours of sleep maximum! For the past two years, I’ve worked 20-hour days, 6 days a week, while going to school and shuffling children the best I can. I understand someone may have it worse than me, so I try not to complain and do what I can when I can. BUT it is only so much one can take before they break, and to be frank, I am breaking. I realize I am a functioning depressed individual, and my children deserve a better mother.

In the spring of 2023, I graduated with my master’s in Management, and in July 2023, I landed a pretty sweet gig that will allow me to manage my finances and be home for my children more often than not. Then why ask for help? I still maintain 20-hour days 5 days a week, to keep the roof over our heads. I accumulated enough debt before life started to turn around, which has me drowning. The most recent event was check garnishment from previous backed-up rent during COVID-19 when I had to uproot my young ones before I could be evicted because then I would not be able to rent any apartment in my state. The garnishment has also caused me to voluntarily surrender my vehicle because keeping a roof over my children’s heads is more important to me than my discomfort of traveling an hour and 45 minutes to get to work on public transport. Since they are not bussed to school, they will have to walk this winter, but again, that is the least of my worries. While I can go on and on about how many things have set me back, I hope this is enough to give you an idea of my struggle, need, and reassurance that I am seeking relief this one time because I genuinely feel I am out of options. I am doing my best to make a decent living to one day do the same for someone else.

Single domestic violence mom trying to progress

  1. I’m a single mother who is a victim of domestic violence. I have an autistic child and have been helping her thrive with no financial or physical support from anyone. I used to work at a law firm, but lost my job due to the pandemic. When my daughter’s father had no choice but to leave because he became super violent he left me in a bad financial rut.  I couldn’t continue to stay with him because it was affecting my daughter’s development. I then saved whatever i could to start an organic skincare line. I am currently in $50,000 in debt and just wish to clear that so i can invest my money in marketing for the skincare line and praying to God i can grow it to be a huge brand so my daughter is secure in the future. I am doing the best i can to thrive. I face many challenges alone. It is not like me to do this I’m just desperate and I have so many roles to fill in my life and need a little break. I am cognizant of the fact that my choice in who fathered my child has a major role in why i am currently passing so much hardship, however, i truly want a new beginning and to make something out of myself not to ever have to do this again. I am thankful for anything if you want to know the brand name do not hesitate to reach out. Even a mentor to help push my company will be appreciated. Thank you so much may God multiply you 🙏🏽
