I’m not used to asking for help but this was suggested by a friend and I’ve never been in such a unique situation.  I’m hoping that maybe we can just get help getting our rent caught up and get my dental done.   We are trying not to get evicted and our landlord is trying to work with us but now without this months check we are going to be a month behind.

I’m 50 and my husband is 51.  I work full time for a hospital but my husband has not been able to work a full time job for almost eight years.  He was a trucker with his own business before I met him. Then he lost his CDL because he started to have heart problems.  He ended up homeless and had several heart surgeries. He was able to get approved for disability and was able to get a part time job.  We met six years ago and a month after we met he was diagnosed with end stage renal disease which was caused by his heart problems. He ended up losing his job due to multiple hospital stays. After yet another heart surgery and multiple surgeries for caths to be placed for Peritoneal Dialysis just to get infections and then finally an arterial port placed for hemo dialysis.  During this time we lost our home to Hurricane Florence and because we rented we were not eligible for FEMA help.  The next house we lived for two years but then the floor literally fell out from under us while COVID still had everything shut down.  We moved to a new town, I got a new job with my current employer and he was able to get a pacemaker and he does dialysis three times a week.  He was also able to get a part time job which made him feel useful again.  We were finally working on trying to pay the 50,000.00 we owe to one hospital and try to pay the 6000.00 we owe another one.   I need about a 1000.00 worth of dental work but I’ve been putting it off to cover our daily bills.

On Jan 3rd 2024 his disability check didn’t go into the bank.  When he called to find out why we found out that per the government his disability was supposed to be stopped July 2022 but because of a glitch it wasn’t stopped.  So according to the government we owe them back pay off 39,000.00.  They state he can work a full time job which his doctors say no but my husband is doing it anyways.  Luckily his current employer will let him sit when he needs to but he still pushes himself and gets wobbly on his feet. He works as a car cleaner at a rental company.

If you can help it means the world to us both. If not I understand and things have always worked out so hopefully this will still be the case for our future.

Hi everyone I am a college student in Atlanta Georgia and I need help with paying my rent and other bills. I need about 9000$ to help me cover rent and other expenses to be able to finish my college. I am currently in my final year of my Engineering degree with a 3.96 GPA and have one more semester left but unexpected circumstances have left me on the verge of dropping out to be able to survive.

I lost the job I was working for in early October due to the company downsizing and my roommate moved out around the same time cuz he got a job in his hometown and he left by breaking the lease and leaving me with all the bills and although I paid his portion of rent with my savings it has left me severely in debt with my account sitting at a negative -300$ which has resulted in me not even being able t0 afford food and facing eviction come February 2024. I haven’t been able to pay my phone bill, electric bill and other utilities and already lost phone service because of it and been contacted by the power company about shutting of electric and water.

I have been applying to jobs but so far haven’t found any and this has resulted in my performance in school to drop considerably. I can’t ask my family for money as they live paycheck to paycheck and i have been supporting myself  for the past 3 and a half years through college by paying the tuition myself with 50% from scholarships and 50% from saving money from working jobs and i don’t want to drop out right before my final semester
I wouldn’t be here asking for money if I wasn’t desperate. I’ve barely had any food to eat in the past 3 weeks and been pretty much surviving on a slice of bread and water. Please help. The 9000 will help me cover rent for 2 months and pay all my past utility bills and get groceries for food and help me pay about 30% of my tuition for my final semester the rest coming from scholarships and hopefully getting a job by the time tuition is due for my final semester.

• Hellothis is very hard for me to do because I don’t typically ask for hand outs but here we go. I lost my job about two weeks ago and I was living paychec to paycheck. I have reached out to family and all local resources and I have not had any luck. I have no family that I can go live with. I am currently attending school and I work part-time. I am struggling with severe PCOS and lower back pain, and it has caused me to be out of work consistently. I am still going through the struggles of dealing with the issues and symptoms mentally physically, and emotionally putting a lot of money into getting the help I need to get my issues under control without insurance. Hello. I’m a single mom of a disabled daughter who is considerably behind on my taxes rent. My mother passed away in October 2023 and I’ve been helping my brother as he was very close to her, lived with her, and is very depressed. Financially, he and his pets have been hurting. Hi.  My name is Tina.  I’m asking for help with monthly bills and schooling.  I currently drive truck, but I made the mistake of doing what’s called a lease purchase.  Since being employed with them (3 months), I’ve brought home enough for 1 months’ worth of bills.  I’m literally about to lose everything and be homeless and carless. This company requires a 30-day notice, otherwise I still have to pay all expenses for the truck, per the contract I signed with them.

My experience with the previous 2 companies and harassment I experienced from some of my male coworkers left a bad taste in my mouth for the industry.  Also, HR’s wish to not get involved beyond our manager “talking” to these men. So with that being said, I am looking to switch careers completely. Hello, I am facing a possible eviction in Arizona and am in need of money to get rid of the eviction and continue living in my apartment. To give some background, I moved to Arizona from Philly in August in order to eventually restart school to become a high school teacher. I currently do not go to school but am instead working at a resturaunt and trying to build up funds before going back to school. I left my grandmom and a couple siblings in Philly and a few weeks after I moved, I was told by my grandmom that she had ovarian cancer.

I had been in Philly to originally help her with her stroke, dropping out of college to do so and I was ready to go back to Philly to help her yet again. My grandmother told me, however, to stay in Arizona since I had stayed in Philly for 5 years to help her already. Plus, she reconnected with my siblings after not talking to them for years before that. I decided to stay in Arizona but send money to help her out with anything she needed.

October hits and she passes away and I go out to Philly to help with the funeral and to settle everything. I ended up taking on a payment plan to pay for the funeral and that set me behind on my rent for the next few months. In the beginning of December, I was about to pay my rent when the funeral home processed my payment and I was unable to pay my rent since I have to pay the balance fully when it is updated on the rental website. This happened again as I was about to pay in January and caused my landlord to contact me and tell me that the eviction process is being started.

Luckily the landlord is understanding enough that as long as I pay the money, they would like to keep me here but I am still short the money needed since the funeral home took another payment even though I believed that the funds were fully paid.

I currently owe $3600 for my rent and I only have $1700 in my account for it. I need a total of $2000 for rent due to the additional processing fee that will be on top of the $3600 that I already owe.

I get paid biweekly so my next pay date is the 23rd and the landlord told me the attorney would most likely get a court date set for the end of next week or the beginning of the week after that.

Too be precise, I am in need of $2000 for rent and if you are willing to help me out, I would appreciate it very much.

Well I was once a Christian and got married to please God, and my husband and I lived together. Well one day I started to study about witchcraft being on certain items and started hallucinating weird sensations on my back when I would touch certain items. Soon the hallucinations worsened and I was deep in delusion and got rid of all of my clothes and walked around my apartment naked and I emptied my entire apartment of furniture because I was afraid of the “witchcraft”. My now ex husband left me to pay for the apartment by myself and moved back in with his mom because we were also already in disagreement because he wasn’t as faithful to me and my toxic family came and made me move back in with them. In 2020 the year I moved in with my family, I was sitting in my youngest brothers room that my mom was letting me stay in and I started to hallucinate my head coming off of my body, and soon fire burning me like I feeling the lake of fire mentioned in the Bible. And I hallucinated someone stabbing me with a knife and digging my heart and organs out. I also hallucinated being electrocuted and I was screaming and angry at God. And scared for my life. Every day I hallucinate things like this it’s been almost four years and I cannot work under these conditions. I hallucinate someone taking my eyes out and it is very scary, every day I wonder if my eyes are really gonna come out of my head and I feel like my life is just over sometimes. It is very scary to live like this every day. I wish I could work as a Normal person like I used to but I’m just not really able to work consistently anymore. I am in school now but the school doesn’t pay me consistently and even that money gets used for bills. And I even struggle to do that but my family really want me to complete school so I am doing it for them not just myself. Please, if anyone would have compassion on me and help me to pay for my monthly expenses food rent water and electricity and clothes, I would greatly appreciate it. I need clothes because I am on antipsychotics and they make me gain weight so I have to get a lot of new clothes to wear.
