Rent Assistance

I am currently facing a challenging situation as I find myself two months behind on rent, totaling $2495. As a student without a job, I lack the means to cover these expenses. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to secure employment, and I do not receive any financial support from my father.

Living independently, I rely on the school pantry for meals, struggling to make ends meet, especially with rent. Although I have received notices, I continue to request more time as I diligently apply for job opportunities, unfortunately without success so far.

This situation weighs heavily on me, and I feel lost, depressed, and unsure of what steps to take next. Any assistance, regardless of size,  would be immensely appreciated, as it would lift a portion of my rent burden. I am deeply grateful for any support extended to me during this challenging time.

Below is my payment information. May blessings abound for every helping hand. Thank you very much for your consideration and support.

Urgent Request for Loan to Cover Rent Expenses – Paying Back Each Donor

Dear  Kind People,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you through beggingmoney.com with an urgent request for assistance. However, I want to emphasize that I am not looking for a handout but, rather, a loan that I solemnly promise to repay to each donor.

Title: Seeking Loan to Cover Rent Expenses – Offering Repayment and Services

As an aspiring entrepreneur, I have been diligently working on building my own business, despite the numerous challenges and frustrations of starting from scratch. While progress has been slower than expected, I am beginning to witness positive developments that give me hope for the future. Nevertheless, I currently find myself in a precarious financial situation where I struggle to meet my rent obligations.

Hence, I humbly request a loan amount of $2500 to help me bridge this temporary gap and ensure that I can fulfill my basic needs, especially covering my rent expenses. I wholeheartedly commit to repaying each donor in full as soon as my business gains the necessary momentum and becomes financially stable. To further incentivize your support, I am also willing to provide free online paralegal work, content writing, financial research, or legal research services to offset the donation received.

Paypal Address for Contributions: mrdlc625@gmail.com

I genuinely believe in the potential of my business, and with continued support, I am confident that I will be able to create a sustainable future for myself while making a positive impact on the community. However, at this moment, I find myself in a challenging position where I require your assistance to overcome this temporary setback.

If you decide to offer your support, I am open and available to provide any additional information or documentation to further validate my request. I understand numerous other individuals are seeking assistance and I genuinely appreciate your valuable time and consideration of my situation.

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to read and consider my urgent request. I am hopeful that you can extend your support during this difficult period, and I genuinely look forward to the possibility of repaying your loan or using my skills to assist you in any way possible.

Warm regards,

Derrick Cooper

Need help saving my home in Phoenix, Arizona

https://paypal.me/SLayman310?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US

I am looking for donations to help me pay my rent that was due at the beginning of March.  I have not been able to pay due to being unemployed.  I have received a notice from the landlord that they intend to terminate my residency if I do not pay it.  I could use some help with getting this resolved.  I have lived at my apartment for four years and do not want to lose it now.  That would be to say that in the long run I have been paying my rent; but I will give the background story as to how I am broke to pay it now.

The last time I was current on the rent was back in January.  I was able to pay it back then because I had a job working at Amazon as a delivery station warehouse associate.  I used Flex to pay my rent back then.  Flex is a rent paying service that gives you the ability to pay half of it at a time, but they pay the full rent when it is due at the beginning of the month.  My apartment community participates in that service.  I was already using it for multiple months.  When I first applied for it, I got approved for a five hundred dollar credit line.  For just a couple of small fees, I can pay rent for half at a time without incurring late fees from the landlord, because Flex is a service that pays rent in full on my behalf.  At the beginning of the month, I pay rent except for five hundred dollars through Flex; and then I have until the twenty-fifth of the month to pay back the remaining five hundred dollars to Flex.  I habitually like to get that paid earlier to get it done.  In January, I had a pay day on the twelfth of the month, so I made my payment to Flex that day to be fully paid on rent for the month of January.

The other source of income I had at the time was donating plasma.  It was something that I had been doing for a while, but was looking to take a break from it.  That plan changed; unfortunately due to bad news.  At the time my days to donate were Thursdays and Saturdays.  My hours at the Amazon delivery station were from 1:20 AM to 11:50 AM, Thursday through Sunday.  To supplement my income, I would head to the plasma center after my shift is over on Thursdays and Saturdays to donate plasma.  On the thirteenth of January, it was a Saturday.  While I was donating plasma that day, I received an email from Amazon that reported my season with them is over.  I was not aware that was my last day at Amazon.   I had only worked with them for two months.  What I was told when I first got hired is that seasons normally last three to eleven months, and then the possibility of converting to a permanent employee status to get benefits.  What I did after that was show up to the warehouse at start of shift on Sunday to raise this matter to the attention of a manager.  What she told me was that it could be true that my season was over unfortunately.  She sent me home as the result of that, and was told that I will have to follow up with a human resources specialist when they come in on Monday.  So I went back to see one on Monday and they confirmed that’s true the company did intend to terminate my employment.  I began my job search right away because of this.  I continued to donate plasma since that was my sole source of income until I find a new job, after only taking one week off from it.  Then, my new days to donate were Mondays and Wednesdays.  That was because while I still had my job at Amazon, I scheduled a tooth extraction to take care of a dental emergency.  The extraction occurred on Monday the fifteenth.  I could not continue donating plasma the following Thursday or Saturday, because they defer for seven days after getting a dental extraction.  That’s why the days that I go and donate changed to Mondays and Wednesdays once I was able to return on Monday the twenty-second.  I have been there to donate every Monday and Wednesday since.

During my job search, I have applied for many jobs, and have gone to multiple interviews.  It was not until recently that I finally found one.  While it was still February, I got selected to be hired by a recruiting agency, TalentBridge.  They selected me for a contract-to-hire position I applied for to be a phone customer service representative at Wells Fargo to take calls from Wells Fargo credit cardholders.  I began that work on March the twelfth.  Although that resolves the issue of employment, I still do not have the means of paying the rent.  I only make one hundred and twenty dollars per week from donating plasma.

February rent has been paid to my apartment by using Flex.  Although I had money at the beginning of February to make my first payment to them, I did not have the five hundred dollars plus their ten percent payment fee they require by the twenty-fifth.  So, currently I am five hundred and five dollars indebted to them.  I tried applying for unemployment from the State of Arizona in February to attempt to get help but have yet to be approved for any benefits.  It shows on my unemployment portal when I login online to allow four weeks before contacting their call center.  Since it’s been that long since I initially applied, I tried calling them the other day but it just gives a recording and hangs up.  I kept filing my weekly claims to report my job search activities like they require, but remain clueless as to when I will get paid for a single one of those weekly claims.  Therefore, I cannot count on getting the money I need from unemployment timely enough to stop an eviction from occurring due to no word as to what is holding them back from paying any of my claims or to when I would receive any of them.

Sadly, me finding a new job has yet to be enough to put an end to this trouble; and putting an end to this is strongly desired.  I would hope that I can get the help I need before the local justice court orders me to vacate; and avoid homelessness.  I want to be able to stay in my apartment.  Again, I have been in my apartment for four years, so it is affordable in the long run.  It’s just an issue of me being unemployed for a while that has caused me to fall behind in my financial needs.   If I were to get an order to vacate by the justice court as the result of an eviction lawsuit, even if and when I find a new place to live, I would still be in an unstable situation.  My current lease lasts until the end of the year, so I would still have to pay not only the past due rent but also cover every subsequent month through the end of the year.  I would not be able to afford to take care of that while also paying the rent at whatever place I’d be going to next.  Something that’s characteristic of my apartment is it is one of the cheapest in my city.  That’s why I came here in 2020 and each lease expiration, I would end up renewing because I never found an apartment to stay at where the rent would be cheaper.

My necessity to keep a secure place to live, rather than living on the street is stating the obvious.  However, I am not the only one that would benefit from getting my rent paid.  I do not wish for my problems of unemployment to become my landlord’s.  The landlord is waiting on me to pay the rent to them, and they will have to sue me if I can not pay.  My inability to pay them rent means an income loss for them.  I would rather get the rent paid and fulfill my lease to them then get kicked out and have debt that I could not afford to pay them due to me paying rent at another place instead of to them.  If I get evicted, they would have to spend time, energy, and money getting my rental unit advertised for somebody else to take my place.  And if I do not have a place to move to right away, that also means I would not have a place to move all my possessions to right away.  The landlord would have to hire somebody to pack all my stuff and clean it out of the rental unit, as that would just be another example of how being broke is a disorganized position to be in.  An eviction would also hold me back from getting another place to rent at many places making it harder for me to find a new home as well as for other landlords to be able to make rental income off of me.

Given this situation, I am asking to raise $2,000 to resolve this situation.  What I would spend that money on is either to pay rent to the landlord, to pay back any debt that I have that pertains to paying rent, or income taxes.  The reason I am asking for the liberty to pay income taxes with this money as a secondary priority is for a couple reasons.  First, I have yet to go over my 2023 income taxes to determine if I still owe anything and tax day is near, and if I owe anything then me trying to catch up with rent could hold me back from paying them then occur fines for paying late.  Second, to also acknowledge the possibility of 2024 income taxes, it is my understanding that funds raised by an online donation site would be taxable income.  To prepare for that, I could either send in a check to federal and state tax agencies, or to update my withholdings from my employer and allow your donations to reimburse what would get deducted from my paycheck.  To describe my expenses, rent at my apartment is $985 per month.  Then there’s also tax, and damage fee waiver after that, which brings it up to $1,022.66 per month.  Then there are utilities on top of that too that’s due with the rent to the landlord.  I get a statement by email each month to report the utility amount due.  For not paying on time, there are late fees, fees for servicing notices, and legal fees if they bring an eviction suit against me.  As of 17 March, my rent payment portal reports that I must pay $1,397.40 to be current on the rent and avoid eviction.  That will continue to go up each day as the terms of my lease are to charge late fees for each day.  So there’s margin in my $2,000 figure for further late fees, depending on when I am able to receive the donations I need.  Plus, there is also the possibility of me resolving the $505 I still owe Flex.  Naturally, Flex is not allowing me to use their service until I get that paid, as my credit line with them is only $500 and that is used up from paying February rent.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and any and all donations are appreciated as well.

Rent Help Please

Hello our names are Johnny and Dani we are on the verge of becoming homeless. We are begging for any help you may be able to assist us with in order to come up with the funds required to move into a new apartment, deposit first and last months rent. I am a subcontractor but work has slowed and unfortunately Johnny was employed with UPS but fell ill with the 30 day virus that has been going around which turned into Pneumonia and he ended up losing his job. He is trying hard to find work but he is almost 60 and is no longer able to physically manage the trade that he spent  most of his life doing, cement finishing due to a bad injury when an 800 lb beam in a basement he was working on fell and crushed him between the wall and the beam.that said finding gainful employment has been a struggle. I know if we can just come up with the initial costs we will be able to make rent thereafter it is just a lot to come up with initially. Our goal is to come up with 2500$ but will be truly grateful for any help you might find it in your heart to give. Thank you in advance and for even taking the time to read and consider assisting us. I have been homeless in the past and so many bad things happened to me it is overwhelmingly stressful and scary to think I may be back out there again so again I am hoping and praying for a miracle here. Staying Positive in a Difficult Time

Dear Giver,

My name is Debra, I am 61 years old, I am writing to request your help with my rent payment for the month of March and April. I am currently experiencing financial hardship due to some unexpected death in my family.

I am a very humble and hard working person, but lately everything seems to be spinning out of control. I have until the 5th of March to pay before any late fee is added on. However, due to the passing of my Mom in July, my Son had an accident in September where my car was total and he has 4 broken bones in his back and my granddaughter with a broken arm and head injuries, also the passing of my Brother in October and my Father in November.  I am unable to meet my rental obligations for this month.

I have tried to improve my financial situation by taking up side jobs, However these measures have not been enough to cover my rent.  My current income is $1200 bi-weekly and my monthly expenses are $845.  I Also have over $16000 in student loans and other debts which I am trying to pay off.

I am asking for your assistance in the form of $3500. This would help me immensely to get through this difficult time and avoid eviction.  I am willing to  work from home overnight until I can get back on my feet.

I appreciate your understanding and compassion in this matter. The support and generosity will undoubtedly make a huge difference as I navigate through this unexpected and overwhelming time in my life.

Thanking you in advance for your Time and assistance.  Please feel free contact me should you need more information.

May God continues to Bless you.

Yours Sincerely,

URGENT NEED FOR UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP

Hello Out There!!

I am writing to humbly request assistance with an unfortunate situation that I have found myself in. In late January, I lost my job.  And as someone who has spent their entire life working, this whole ordeal has caused me to feel a little defeated because I am a hardworking, independent individual who has always fought hard to earn every thing that I have.

This unexpected loss has hurt me tremendously and I am trying desperately to find re-employment in order to resolve my financial issues, but so far, I have not had very much luck. I am currently helping my son in raising my grandson, and he’s always looked up to me as his hero, but right now, I feel anything but, because in my mind, I have failed him!

I was hopeful that it wouldn’t take very long for me to find something, but it’s been a lot more difficult than I had expected, even with my skillset. I do have a promising lead lined up, and I remain hopeful, but as of now, I am behind on several bills and I was already in debt due to medical bills for a bunch of major medical conditions that I have, and this is just about worrying me to death. Over the past couple of years, my health has improved significantly, but without my daily meds, this would not be possible. And now that I am not working, I have no idea how I am going to be able to afford to continue to get my prescriptions filled on a monthly basis.

On top of all of my medical bills and health insurance, I have also slipped behind on my rent, which is $1000/monthly, my car note, which is $650/monthly, car insurance, which is $389/month, and all of my utilities as well. And because I already owe over $30,000 in student loans, my credit is not the best right now. I am desperately trying to find a way to climb out of this endless “debt hole” that I have managed to sink into, but I need your help in doing so.  If I could receive a donation of about $20,000 in total, that would help me afford all of my monthly meds, and my rent, and it would also help me to get a start in paying towards my debts. But truthfully, I would just appreciate ANYTHING at this time. My PayPal and CashApp IDs are listed below should you care to be of assistance to me. Thank you so very much for your time and consideration.

Managing OK, but wishing to Step Up and Flourish! Asking for Help not natural for me, I usually am the one giving.

I am OK with where I am at as my situation has arisen from the Covid Choice Point of Submission or Resistance to the Push for Forced Untested Medicines.  I chose to wait and keep myself free of the experiment as I have been a Natural Ways person for over two decades and although I respected others choice to participate, I lost my Job and my means to pay off my Loans and Credit Cards.  I have accepted I am in this position and have been coping OK with all the debt collectors calls and emails, however I am wishing to change my accommodation from sharing with my sister and her children to a place of my own now that I have finally secured a Permanent Part-Time position with the Bus Company I have been working casually for for the past 14 months.  It has been a long haul to get back on track after the Govt forced Mandates and subsequent employment loss of over 2 years.  I spent the last 3 years helping my sister by caring for her son whilst she worked, as a Nurse, in exchange for cheap accommodation with them.  They do not NEED my help anymore and so I would like to finally get my own life back and get back on track to Independence.  To do this I would need to raise Bond and a Months Rent in Advance plus removalist costs to move. A place that is all inclusive only 4kms from my work (bike riding distance) will be available soon and I will not have enough funds to jump on it in time but it is perfect.  I can even take my cats whom are my life, my loves, my everything.  If anyone can spare some funds to help me reclaim myself and get some personal space to Flourish and regain my Independence I would be so grateful.  But only if it doesn’t take away from your own needs, just those who can spare it without it being of harm.  My total debts are around $25K AUD, I am not asking anyone to pay those for me, but I would appreciate some help with getting into a Rental and Moving which will cost approx $5K AUD.  I am usually the one who gives and has trouble receiving so asking for help is a big shift in Self Worth for me, to believe I am worthy of being helped also.  My paypal me account is   paypal.me/Shizeekwa

I would appreciate any help and send my thanks and gratitude even to those who took the time to read this but are not able to help.  Your time is also valued.

Kind Regards,

Angel.

Life after Divorcing a Narcissist

After 20+ years with a narcissist, I finally came to my senses and got out. He was the one who wouldn’t admit that there was something wrong. I am broken and rebuilding myself from scratch.

I finally realized he was never going to change. I broke free with my life and my cat. I have so much trauma and chronic illness that I can’t work right now. I’m working through therapy to get my autonomy and my life back. I can’t pay the bills.  I moved 600+ miles to begin a new life and to be near family. It’s expensive here in this new state. I am trying to get my mental and physical health back. It’s harder than I imagined but I am stronger than I imagined.

The narcissistic abuse is so obvious in hindsight. The trauma has taken its toll on my mental and physical health. The anxiety, fear, depression and more have slowly taken away my freedom. I thought it would get better once I was away from him. I was wrong. The further away the marriage gets, the worse I feel. I was constantly in fight or flight. Now I am in constant freeze mode. I can’t leave my home without high anxiety and panic unless I am going to meet my sister or go to her house. I know what I need to do to get work or continue my education but I freeze. I can’t make decisions without panicking. I need help with paying bills like rent, electric, cell phone bill, medical bills, car payment and more. Just buying food is a struggle right now.  Please help.

Struggling to pay my bills

Am a 22year old who moved to Canada recently with no parents or relatives. When I came here I had no place to stay and had to live in a shelter because the savings I had was for food and cater for my phone bill. I got a job in one of the retail stores, but the pay isn’t that good to pay for my phone bill, rent, food buy basic stuff as a girl and also buy some clothes since its winter time and I don’t drive. I have been struggling to pay my bills and save up some money for me to go back to school because I didn’t finish my degree back in my country and I would be happy if I could get financial help, at list to pay my rent  bills, and maybe I can save up and buy a car to help me balance work and school life because I have applied for school and am hoping to be accepted soon. Thank you. If you would like to help me financially , here is my PayPal account

There is only one of me

My name is Bianca Ortiz. I am a single mother of 2 girls. Currently,  I have a full amd a PRN job. Unfortunately its not enough lately. I live in apartment that is overcrowded and unsafe. Its all I can afford right now. My teenage daughter attends a private school, completely paid for by Scholarships she earned with her art. She is a junior..and works very hard to keep her grades up, for the scholarship requirements. She also works after school at Panera. Her father left us, many years ago and relocated out of the country. I was given sole custody, for reasons of abandonment.

My oldest child is 24, and currently lives with me. Her father recently passed, very unexpectedly. She was evicted from her apartment in January and has been dealing with the loss of her father. She suffered a head injury about 6 years ago. She was in a boating accident and was left with some residual trauma. She has been trying to deal with the PTSD since then. She works and does her best. I think its best for her to stay with me for a while. She has had enough loss lately.

As for my recent financial issues, the cost of living has tripled and the recent loss of health benefits has been an issue.  I have some chronic health issues that if left untreated,  can be life threatening. The stress over that past 4 months has been incredible. I have lost 20 lbs since Christmas. All of my bills are past due and my car has been hanging on by a thread. I hate being in such a terrible , desperate place. Its embarrassing.  This isnt the life I wanted for us. But I am doing my best. The stress has started to affect my work amd people are noticing.  I dont sleep much, but ofcoarse I will keep going. Keep working..keep praying for a change. I have researched side hustles and that is my next step. I will use the skills I have to start an online business, since I cannot split myself in two and physically work anymore. I just need a little help to get over the hump.

Thank you for your consideration.

I need help with my backed up bills

I live in a small town where their is only a hand full of jobs that would be hiring. i was working in a restaurant as a cook and was fired. during this season there wasn’t many places hiring because they had already hired their crew for the season. a convenient store by me was hiring i applied however they didn’t call me back till after a month by this time i had left my town to Colorado Springs to find more work. i was able to have a friend of mine pay my rent for that month which i would have to pay back once i started working, so due to my work history of security for 11 yrs in nyc i figured id applied for corrections, someone suggested it to me because of the experience i had, so i did, however, its a waiting process for the job and may not be able to start till the end of the month and after i start my first pay would be after the first month. while i was in Colorado Springs i was doing some freelancing with Door dash to make some cash for my rent and my storage in nyc only made $150 before going back home. so I’m behind I’m on my rent on the 10th the fee will be added and behind on storage also i have all my valuables in storage and i really don’t want to let it go to auction i have till the end of the month to pay it. once i get this job in corrections I’m planning to make that trip to nyc for all of valuables. I own my mobile home its just the lot rent I’m behind on. Social services worker told me they only offer leap assistance until march so that out of the question. And because my town is so small there isn’t many services they offer here. if anyone could help i would be very grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Suddenly sick and without help

Dear readers
My nickname is Mark and I would like to introduce my situation and why I am contacting you.
I am 58 years old and I always worked until the end of January, but unfortunately due to my first marriage I was unable to collect money for later times.
5 years ago I found the love of my life but unfortunately far away from me.
As I said, I was feeling (good) until January, but suddenly I had a mini stroke and was taken back to the hospital 5 days later with a suspected heart attack.
It’s now been almost 2 months since my job as a driver, which didn’t pay particularly well, is gone and now I only have enough income to be able to pay my own rent and that of my wife.
There is hardly any money left over from the sick pay to eat, let alone anything else. Now my wife has also had an accident, her cell phone can hardly be used anymore, and when I will see her in person is written in the stars. If you want to help me then PLEASE DO. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

@MyThailand
