A mom needs help!!

Hi, my name is Lacey. I am 24 years old, a mama of a 4 year old little girl and an almost 2 year old little boy, and a full time college student who also has a small cleaning business on the side to help support my family as much as I can. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom because the cost of childcare is insane, so while my daughter is in school my son and I are home doing college work.

With my cleaning business I pay for my tuition and whatever I have left goes straight to my babies. I recently took out a student loan and was able to pay it off with my savings. Unfortunately, soon after I paid it off I took my car in to the shop to have a knocking noise looked at and they told me it was going to cost more to fix my car than what the car is worth and condemned my vehicle. My motor and transmission both need to be replaced, my frame is cracked in three places, and the subframe is snapped. Needless to say, I don’t drive that car anymore for the safety of my kids. I’ve been borrowing vehicles owned by family and friends for a few weeks and I cannot rely on that until I am able to get a steady job. I do not like asking for help or handouts because I’m a very independent lady, but I am at my limits and have no other option. I have been looking for used vehicles and found that my price point would be around $8000. With the holidays, doctor’s appointments, getting my daughter to school, and going to do cleanings; I can’t afford not to have a vehicle. So please, can someone be so generous and kind and donate $8000 so I can purchase a new to me car for my little family and I?

Support Needed to Repair My Son’s Car and Pass Smog

I am reaching out with a humble request for support as I work to fix the only vehicle my son and I rely on—our 2004 Mercedes-Benz C230. I purchased this car for my son so he could have safe and reliable transportation, especially as he navigates adulthood with challenges that already make daily life difficult. Unfortunately, shortly after buying the car, it began experiencing mechanical issues that I simply cannot afford to repair on my own.

The main problem right now is an engine code P0705, which is linked to the transmission range sensor. Because of this issue, the car will not pass smog, and without passing smog, we cannot legally register or properly use the vehicle. What was meant to be a dependable, helpful start for my son has quickly become an unexpected financial burden at a time when every dollar counts just to keep our household afloat.

I am a single mother doing everything I can to stay on top of bills, rent, and everyday necessities. My son depends on me, and I want him to have every chance at independence and security. Having a working vehicle is essential—not just for errands and appointments, but for his overall safety and stability. Reliable transportation is something many people take for granted, but for us, it could make a world of difference.

The repairs, diagnostics, parts, and smog-related work have been estimated at more than I can manage. I am asking for help to cover the cost of fixing the transmission sensor issue so the car can pass smog and become fully usable. Every donation—no matter the amount—brings us one step closer to getting this car back on the road where it belongs.

I know times are hard for many, and it means so much that you’ve taken the time to read our story. If you are unable to donate, even sharing this campaign would make a huge difference. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness, your support, and for giving us hope during a very stressful time. Your generosity will directly help my son regain something as simple but life-changing as a reliable car.

Emergency funds for bill

Hi all,

I am unsure where to start,I am little embarrassed as i never asked anyone for anything.I am a single mother of a little boy, I am in a tough spot of paying my bills at the moment, my biggest bill is my gas bill which is around 2200euros, they are threatening me with the court if I do not pay, unfortunately I have already tried asking government for help but they are not willing as I am working, even though I work it seem I still can’t get to the bottom of my bills, when I was married I had to pay all the bills as they where all coming out of my account and my ex husband didn’t really help unless I begged him to pay for some things, after we separated,as I wasn’t able to pay some of the bills one of them being my gas, I went into the debt and now I am not sure how to get out of it,I really want to pay off as much as I can so I can finally start saving for my sons future. I would really appreciate any help I can get to hopefully give the best future to my son. Thank you

I’m in debt

Hello, I’m a 20 year old girl and I’m in debt of 5,658 dollars. I’m struggling to pay off this debt between my bills and gas money to work. I work full time but I barely make ends meet. I’ve had this debt for a couple of years now and I am on time with my minimum payments, but I always end up using that same money for the payments on gas and food. I am aware that I fell victim to credit cards and I knew to be smarter, but I had been in and out of jobs until recently and the card was all I had at the time. I want to get out of this endless cycle so I can finally breathe. You don’t have to help me, you can read this and scroll past. I would understand if you were to assume I’d just build the debt again. I just ask you please understand that’s the absolute last thing I want to do. I want to be worry free, and be able to afford my food and gas without feeling a weight on my shoulder. If you choose to help, know I’ll forever be grateful to the strangers that helped me. Thank you for reading this. My cash app is $ejordan4715 to anyone that can help, even just a little bit.

MOM IN DISTRESS!!!

Hi MOM IN DISTRISS here , I know I may not be seen with I could imagine MILLIONS of others asking for help. This is my last resort, I lost my job due to fear of workplace retaliation after reporting sexual misconduct. My rent fell behind for the months I went unemployed, luckily I start my new job Monday! Unfortunately I won’t be able to get ahead being I won’t see significant income for at least a month. My complex is about to star the eviction process soon and I’m really trying to avoid being homeless again, I’ve exhausted all options. If anyone could help,  we (my kids and I) would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you either way… 3day notice attached to door already. Thank you either way, keep up the great work!

Thank you for reading

I am a survivor. I have borne challenges and stress in my otherwise-loving home throughout my youth; I have made it out of sexual and psychological abuse by the therapist I had for six years as a teenager; I have learned to socialize, past what was once debilitating social anxiety; I have held friendships for over a decade (I am young) and graduated from a demanding music school in pursuit of a childhood dream; I bring myself back into “holding the line” every day.

and now…

I want to become a thriver.

A childhood friend came back into my life, and took me to the beach. It was November by the time we did it.

We went twice. The first time, we had a funeral for our past lives.

I believed I had written too much. I didn’t want to share my words, with this young man who was so much more than I had once thought I’d known.

I was scared the content would exceed his capacities of healthy or enjoyable intake.

let alone the length.

But he told me, “Don’t stop on my account.”
and every time I wound to a halt – he was gentle — but he got me to keep reading.

Afterwards, he looked the happiest I’ve seen him in a long time.

I want to see him look that happy, for as long as we live.

His reading was short. But the idea in it made so very-much sense.
resonated.

I’m following through on this idea, by asking for something today.

Funds to purchase a beautiful house, near that small, precious beach.

The house is $300,000. I ask you for $400,000. Enough, to get my affairs in order, and give something small to my family.

I don’t know whether he will be part of this picture. I am shy and over-bold, in all the jagged and smooth and entirely-wrongfooted moments.

I commit, errors.

and I would pray we could find a small salvation together, in this little house – start a life.
But even if he isn’t there with me, or isn’t there for a while yet —- I’ll write him letters – like we normally do –  and we’ll have a steady place we can spend time together, once he notes the new address and sees in the letter body: “Someone helped me…and I’ve made it through the first rain.”

Would you be willing to give me this miracle?

Would you be willing to give me the $400,000?

Thank you for your energy considering.
Thank you for the understanding and generosity you give me, already even now.

Oh — I’d forgotten…maybe you’re wondering, what we did the second time we went?

We did what any red-blooded young people drawn to eachother and having lived our lives, would do ~

We built a sandcastle.

Broken Teeth, Fractured Existence & Forgotten Paypal Link(s)

In my panic and discomfort when drafting the previous post that I submitted I completely forgot to include my paypal.me link. I wish this could be blamed, somehow, on the curr3ent state of my teeth, but alas it can only be attributed  to my discomfort in asking for help in this way and my hurry to try and get it over with as quickly as possible. I didn’t edit, proof read, RE-read, or even spell check my previous submission and just typed it up, hit the button, and tried to concentrate on anything other than having just picked up a digital cardboard sign “Will do anything for dental work.” Well, lets get the situation rectified and hopefully it will endear someone to my plight and I can get some help, but really some relief.

I never went to the dentist as a kid. My mother was a single mother to my brother and myself and it was just too expensive. I also never went to the doctor unless bones were broken, and I can clearly remember how angry my mother would be during these few and far between visits. Most of the time we were subjected to home remedies, and confined to bed rest until we were able, or the malady lessened sufficiently to justify going back to school or what have you. I did make it to the dentist once when I was a child, I took a header into my Grandmothers old school solid wood coffee table and broke the entire top row of teeth and was given silver teeth as a replacement.

I was also a touring musician in a punk rock band for the majority of my late teens and 20s. Suffice to say hygiene was not as high on the list of priorities as food and gas, and of course beer. Dental hygiene was non-existent. When the band broke up and I found my way back home, my absentee father had decided that the timing of child support no longer being necessary was a perfect time to start building a relationship with his kids, and seeing the state of my teeth, took me almost immediately to the dentist. It was a good experience. we got about half of the entire treatment plan done, which worked out to half of my entire mouth and cosmetically I felt better, but the continued treatment was laden with caveats by my father, one of which was traveling 800 miles to his dentist, and the other being all sorts of adherence to lifestyle changes that I felt had nothing to do with my teeth. and even less to do with building a relationship, and the dental work was never finished.

So I have spent the next 20 years living my life, doing my best, but never quite getting that job with the great health insurance that covers dental, or the income necessary to be able to afford the luxury of returning to the dentist. A combination of lifestyle choices, lack of income, lack of housing, and other trials and tribulations has led me to my current state. A broken. discolored and fractured smile. non-existent back teeth. or molars, my wisdom teeth being removed when my father took me to the dentist. So i have the entirety of my top teeth broken and fractured, no back teeth. and living everyday in considerable pain and not being able to eat anything that has a consistency above rice pudding, or soggy cereal.

It has led to an inability, either through distaste. embarrassment, or both, in getting employment. Severe depression and a level of fear bordering on obsessive paranoia that my teeth are going to kill me, due to the reoccurring abscesses so close to my brain, and the links between gum disease and heart attacks. I have sequestered myself away from the rest of the world, have no friends, and little to no family left other than my brother and my father, to which I am currently estranged for many reasons that I’ll not go into here.

I am in need of anything, anything at all that can help me with my teeth. I would take dentures, implants, even some veneer caps that cap your existing teeth and are a completely cosmetic and non-permanent solution but would help in the moment, and are considerable cheaper than many of the other options. However, I have been told that my mouth is no longer fixable and that I would need to completely replace my teeth in their current state and that dental implants would be the only and best option for long term stability and health. This also happens to be the most expensive, and given my lack of human interaction, internet side hustles and remote work barely pay my bills let alone are sufficient to the ability to save money to try and pay for them myself, or buy dental insurance, or even to try and finance the procedure.

So, having found no other recourse, I have made my way to this site in the hopes of a good Samaritan reading my plight, taking pity, and giving me the financial support necessary to changing my life with what I have come to recognize as a single day procedure that would not only change my life, but what might just save it. I don’t really know what else to say here, that wouldn’t be misconstrued as pandering, begging, manipulation, or playing upon sympathies. which I am not the greatest at. and I just happen to find reprehensible. Hopefully, this will result in something, but I hold very little hope and even fewer expectations. So. if you read my lament then thank you for spending the time. and if you find yourself in the position to be able to help you will find no one more appreciative and, hopefully, worthy.

Eating yet another meal of mashed potatoes….

Vet bill

In order to safeguard my dog’s health, comfort, and long-term quality of life, he urgently needs a $5,000 veterinarian procedure. His condition has been becoming worse over the last few weeks, and the veterinarian determined that the treatment is medically required after conducting numerous examinations, diagnostic tests, and expert consultations. Without it, he will continue to suffer from worsening pain, restricted movement, and an increased chance of consequences that may eventually become life-threatening or require far more expensive treatment.

Instead of merely treating his symptoms, the suggested technique deals with their underlying cause. Medication and rest are examples of conservative treatments that have been tried but are no longer successful in offering long-term relief. The veterinarian has clarified that although these short-term fixes could temporarily reduce discomfort, they won’t prevent the underlying problem from getting worse. Delaying the operation could actually cause the condition to deteriorate to the point where recuperation becomes more challenging or insufficient. The only procedure that has a realistic prospect of restoring his regular functioning and halting further decline is this operation.

In addition to being medically necessary, this surgery is essential for his general health. My dog is a cherished family member who is devoted, kind, and by our side no matter what. For years, he has filled our lives with solace, company, and happiness. It has been devastating to watch him suffer with pain and restricted activity. He may be able to run, play, and move without chronic agony after the procedure. It will enable him to resume the active, contented life he so well deserves.

The surgery is incredibly expensive, and even though I am making every effort to pay for it, the entire sum is more than I can handle on my own. In addition to the actual operation, the $5,000 estimate covers the anesthetic, hospital stay, monitoring, prescription drugs, and post-operative care required to guarantee a healthy recovery. In order to provide him the best chance of a healthy future, the veterinary team has devised a thorough and essential plan. By supporting this surgery, I will be able to relieve my dog’s chronic discomfort and give him the chance to enjoy a full, comfortable life once more. We sincerely appreciate any assistance in getting him well. Anything helps thank you!

Emergency Funding request.

Dear All,

I am an elderly man, Michael Lavery, who along with my lifelong and best friend, Jon Kerswill had been planning a free (not for gain) marine and electrical educational academy to assist the severely underprivileged youth of Madagascar.

For such purpose we acquired a suitable sailing vessel which I have personally worked on refitting for nearly two years to make it perfectly suited to our project. It has yet to reach final completion but has not got far to go.

As semi retired engineers, we jointly had a wealth of experience to share and pass on to new generations.
Sadly, Jon passed away very unexpectedly three weeks ago which has placed me in a quandary. The sailing vessel we had jointly been preparing to achieve our plans now forms part of the deceased estate.

The beneficiaries of the estate have been most understanding on the matter as they knew of our goals and coupled to that, the fact that the vessel is my only home and also of prime importance to the sea school aspect of the academy.

For such reason’s, I need to raise sufficient funds to buy the deceased’s shares out of the estate which I simply cannot afford to do and to which end I need to raise approximately $81,000 or as close to as possible, for which I have been granted a six month period of grace within which to achieve such. Without your assistance not only will our planned humanitarian project fail, I will effectively have to try to recreate my entire life, as the vessel would have to be sold on and although in such instance I would receive a similar sum in settlement, I simply wouldn’t be able to start all over to honour what were our joint intentions.

Your assistance will be immensely appreciated, not only by an old man, but by scores of underprivileged young Malagasy adults who will be empowered by education to achieve real opportunities and vastly improved lives.

My PayPal link is paypal.me/seasure for your convenience.

Thank you all for hearing me out and please accept my sincere gratitude for your considerations.

Michael Lavery.

Family at breaking point

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this.

We never thought that our happy and loving family life would take this unrelenting downward spiral but it has, and thats why I have had to resort to asking kind hearted strangers for help.

I first met my wife 14 years ago while I was serving my last seven years in the British Army.  It was love at first sight for both of us and after 3 years we got married and then along came our precious daughter. We have both been good and responsible with money and when I left the Army in January 2020 we were lucky enough to buy our family home…This was to be the start of our downward spiral.

Covid then hit us in February and I lost my last family member to heart disease, my mum, this loss devastated us and we still miss her Daily afternoon calls. Our daughter at this time was 3 years old and we noticed that she was different, and that she was showing signs of Autism..I was supposed to start work out in Afghanistan but this was delayed until November 2020 so with no income I applied for Universal credit to help with day to day costs, this was declined as I was receiving an Army pension. I have worked since I was 14 and served 24 years for the country, I was shocked. We had some savings but like so many others this did not last long….over the last 4 years, our daughter has been diagnosed with severe Autism and special needs, our doors and windows have to be locked and deadbolted to stop her climbing out of the windows. She also doesn’t sleep well and regularly wakes up from 0200-0500 jumping from the windowsill to the floor..she needs 24 hour supervision and support which puts family members off visiting and helping out…

This all put my wife into severe depression which was fueled by her abuse as a child and up to her late teens, memories she has to deal with daily…this led to a gambling addiction which spiralled….due to my work abroad I did not pick up on this for a while. This and me having to stop working abroad and not completing a full year has resulted in credit card debt, HMRC fines and chasing us for unpaid tax, resulting in around 15-20k debts.. Due to all stress I then had a major heart attack on the 1st September, resulting in being off work and only getting £118 pw statutory sick pay and my wife has had to care for me aswell as our daughter….

There are other options to make money fast that could help but this is not something we could do or even consider, it would be a marriage breaker.. We have looked at loans but been unsuccessful, we also looked at equity release against our home but cannot apply as both owners need to be over a specific age…

Where we are now…….

On the ropes,.daily calls and letters from collection agencies, cannot pay car insurance so had to sell the car which was worth nothing. Basically struggling to pay all basic bills and council tax, this is not where we thought we would be…we like to and have helped family out.when they have needed it financially and emotionally but get nothing in return…

So we are asking for some help from kind hearted people to help us get back on our feet save this family from falling apart.

Whatever your decision, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for even taking the time to read this, that alone gives us some hope…

Wherever you are we wish you all a great Christmas and love,  health and success for the coming year

Thank you

David Welch

SINGLE MOM NEEDS HELP WITH BILLS

Hello. I am a single mom of two school age children. I have been divorced for nine years this next February. Nine years ago I took my children in, returned to my home state and ended up divorcing my husband who was a soldier.  There was no infidelity, physical abuse, problems like addiction. He was deployed several times and eventually, I didn’t know who my husband was anymore. I asked him to get some counseling or to try to be present for us, but it was to no avail. I left with my children and nothing.  Started over and did OK for a little while but have constantly been “robbing Peter to pay Paul” this entire time. I have a decent job in the medical field as a secretary, and I have always worked. But between medical bills and debt I have incurred so that I could keep up, I am at a point the last couple years that I’ve gotten further and further behind. I have medical bills due to a heart condition that I developed during Covid, possibly due to Covid or the Covid vaccine. Both of my children have some health issues as well that incur monthly cost. Between prayer and may be a little bit of luck I have managed to keep my head above water, but have been drowning for a couple years now.  I hate having to ask for help.  Any help that I should receive I promise that I will pay it forward in the future when I am able.  I could provide references of my character if needed. Thank you for your consideration and any help anyone could provide. God bless you.
