Parental abuse survivor needs 20k to start a new life

To the lovely person reading this,

My name is Nina. Growing up, my father struggled with PTSD, which, when triggered, led to violent outburst that were often directed at my siblings and I. I completely sympathize with those struggling with PTSD, which made it even harder to grapple with the treatment my family endured as a result of it, including abuse I had endured at the hands of other people that they failed to address.  Despite it all, I have healed over time, forgiven my father and myself, even though he remains unrepentant to this day.

I’m a junior music composition major in university. As a commuter, I continued to live with my family through school. Despite the strained relationship I have with my parents, I didn’t believe it was necessary to “escape.” That changed a few months ago. Even though my father stopped physically abusing my siblings and I in our early/mid teens, the emotional abuse and manipulation was relentless. One day, I physically felt my spirit break at the horrible way he would speak to me and my sister. I couldn’t take It any more. I took whatever money I saved, found a steady enough job, and the first apartment I got approved for I took.

Throughout this whole process, I have been very blessed in many ways. The fact that I was approved for an apartment swiftly was a miracle in and of itself. It’s not lost on me that my situation is more fortunate than many that have gone through similar. I thank God constantly for how far He’s brought me. Including the people who have helped me along the way.

I’m still doing alright, however, I wasn’t completely prepared for life on my own. I’m determined to stay strong and not resort to unhealthy and unsafe methods of getting by. But with regular living expenses, university payments, needing a car, etc. I need help to get on my feet. The money will be used for a reasonable car down payment, living expenses, and everything necessary so I can feel some sort of relief while I’m finding my way as a young woman newly free from emotional abuse.I have done so much work on myself and continue to work to make sure I’m in a position where I don’t pass my trauma onto my future children. The next step for me is being able to remain on my feet. I would graciously appreciate any help.

God bless

– Nina

Emergency rental assistance request

Hello,

I have medical conditions that have put me on permanent disability. After more than a 2 year roller coaster with Social Security disability I won my case on July 2023. I am allowed to work a part time job that my medical conditions will allow. I have been looking since the day I found out how much my monthly disability would be. I do have back pay coming in, but it takes months for that to arrive.  My oldest son has been generous enough to help me with my rent the past two months and I just don’t have the heart to ask again.

I am very humbled in having to ask for assistance. I would greatly appreciate help with my rent/bills. My rent with water included is $1460 per month.

If anyone out there could assist me with some funds to get me through the next few months I would be forever grateful.

God Bless!

Urgent need for Emergency Car Repairs and Rent

Life has happened…

After surviving 12 years of homelessness, having a spinal fusion, getting away from a toxic relationship, and finally securing a place to live, I have found myself in desperate need of financial assistance.

Although I expected to have to bounce back financially from moving, I did not expect the unforeseen financial obligations I’m now faced with to occur so quickly after my move. I am now in need of approximately $7,000 for car repairs (air bag module, $2,700; Tires $300 to $400; Rear brakes, $500) all so the car will pass yearly inspection next month. I also need help with my next month’s rent which is $1000 so that I can at least have my head back above water and have a little cushion.

I worked hard – all by myself – to secure housing and I’m proud of myself. I’m 51 years old and I work two jobs while dealing with excruciating knee and back pain as I realize nothing in life is free and I have to work to keep what I have. There are still many obstacles in my way including declining physical health (back and knee surgeries are still needed) but I am determined to make it. I don’t want to be faced with living back in my car or sleeping from sofa to sofa every night.

I have many ways I can bring in different streams of income so that I won’t find myself in this place again, social media pages, but my passion is the Graphic Design business I started in 11/2022, Bucks Creative Designs LLC, https://www.facebook.com/buckscreativedesigns . I’m also working hard to build my clientele, I have faith that it will become a thriving, successful business hopefully worldwide. I also plan on going to school to pursue a degree in human services as I want to help others who have experienced homelessness, and toxic relationships as well. I have a head start with my social media pages tackling the topic of toxic relationships.

Stumbling blocks happen, life happens, I’m asking for a helping hand so that I can keep the roof over my head, keep my car in working condition, and continue with the goals and ambitions I have to excel and never go back to homelessness again. If you find it in your heart to help I am forever grateful and will not look at this as a handout but as a stepping stone into a productive future.
Thank you so much.

**Alone in North Dakota: A plea from the Heart**

The sound of a ticking clock reverberates in our minds, counting down the seconds, reminding us that every tick-tock can either be the sound of hope or the sound of despair. For many of us, the harsh realities of life strike only occasionally, like a storm that soon passes. But for others, that storm rages constantly, a tempest that threatens to drown all hope.

I am one of those others. A hardworking soul, grappling with the unyielding grasp of circumstance. I am an emergency case. I work as if I have five full-time jobs, pouring every ounce of my energy into making ends meet, only to find that the ends are frayed and coming apart. The cost of living has soared like an untethered balloon, drifting further and further from my reach.

As I pen this desperate plea, the desperations of my reality are ever present tormenting me with the same question: how does one work so hard and still find themselves homelessness?

But amidst this tempest, a glimmer of hope shines—a $3,500 fifth wheel Keystone camper. An opportunity that may be the key to securing a roof over my head, something that will shield me from North Dakota’s unforgiving elements. It’s a deal I know I’ll never see again; the camper is in remarkable shape for such a price. Yet the cruel irony is that time is not on my side. The camper was just posted today, and I may have only 24 to 48 hours before it’s snatched away by another.

It’s a race against time, and I am here, on my knees, begging for help.

Some might wonder, where is your family in all this? The truth is, they’re gone. My heart aches as I remember this as the main reason I left  my home in Tennessee. All of them—my mother, father, uncle, brother, grandparents—I am a solitary tree in a vast desert, yearning for the touch of rain.

journeyed to North Dakota seeking a fresh start, to find my way in the world. Yet, I’ve found myself in a place where surviving the elements is a challenge every single day.

I’m not asking for a lifetime of assistance, just a stepping stone to steady my path. A beacon in this storm. If you can help, if you can spare anything, please remember that sometimes the greatest gift is not just material but the warmth of knowing someone cares.

Today, I’m asking for a chance. A chance to live, to find my way, and to continue proving that I have so much to offer this world.

Thank you.

PLEASE HELP AND BLESS ME WITH EMERGENCY MONEY

Well, here I am. I never expected to be here begging for people to give me money to make ends meet. But that goes to show you that God works in mysterious ways. Let me begin, introducing myself. My name is Tiara Jean Moore. I am a 59-year-old 12-year army vet born in Cleveland, Ohio, grew up in Detroit, Michigan, and relocated to Kirby, Texas, from Neckar-Gemund, Germany, in 2014. At my age I did not want to go back to the MOTOR CITY (GERMANY WINTERS WERE HARSH ENOUGH) I CAN DEAL BETTER WITH THE heat (doing extensive work in the Middle East). In the past, I have always taken care of myself, made good money, but little did I know that my self-inflicted fate would linger in financial instability. I was always so careless with money since it’s just me, myself, and I(now I have a dog depending on me). Little did I know that after moving out of my small apartment, I had to secure a place while in Germany because I could not be homeless coming to the USA. I was successfully able to get an FHA loan to move into a 4-bedroom house that was too big, too much work to upkeep, and a holding place for my hoarder issues (and it’s gotten worse over the 8 years I’ve been living in it). I moved into a house, and I was always a non-planner and conducted myself sporadically, not saving or budgeting. Well, God had a plan for me called bankruptcy (a necessary evil). Ironically, I was baptized in the Neckar River in Heidelberg, Germany, in August 2014, before landing in San Antonio, Texas, from Frankfurt, Germany, in August 2014. Since he provided a way for me to prosper, and I blew it, he gave me another chance by allowing me to keep my house and car and taking side jobs to make ends meet. At this present time, I am in my third bankruptcy (long story). I will end my rambling and get down to the meat and potatoes: The bank has raised the mortgage to $3502, and the bankruptcy trustee  has increased my payment to $3785 starting November 1, 2023. I am only getting $800 in military disability. I don’t know what to do. My supervisor (on my government job, where my paycheck is garnished) just switched me from night shift to day shift, despite knowing I would miss a good $300 a month. I have a bankruptcy lawyer(asking me if I have put my house on the market to sell yet as we discussed via text message that I will put it on the market in June) whom I have never met only via contact telephone and text message, and who don’t seem to have my interest at heart, and knowing if I can’t afford the increased mortgage the bank has set for me to pay, how in the world can I afford the bankruptcy and the new payment plan? My bankruptcy ends at the end of April, and I really need some help to get past this hurdle, like $40,000 or anything you can give to help me. I will appreciate all who read this post and consider my plight. If I have to sell this house in a hurry, I will not get the full value of the house as it will be sold as is. There are minor things I need to pay for to at least be move in ready. I need to find another place to move into in a hurry, which I don’t have money for. I must also payoff my BANKRUPTCY and other DEBTS. Please allow your soul/heart to help me as much as you can via my PayPal link paypal.me/TiaraMoore620 tjm196343@gmail.com. Thank you all, and God bless you!

Please Help This Small Family

Hi,

My name is Jada and I am a struggling stay at home mom to an almost 1 year old little boy. My wife does work however we are barely getting by. In these times finding a stable employment has become increasingly difficult, especially in the online job market. I have tried and searched countless of times for remote work and I cant seem to find one that is activley looking or will hire me. I constantly face countless of rejections and disappointment. We have had countless of sleepless nights because of the weight of financial obligations that can not be met. I don’t usually do these things because I dont like asking for help and neither does my wife. Keep in mind please dont feel obligated to help by any means. Even a message helping with finding an at home job would help a lot. That is why I didn’t put a goal. My wife and I don’t like asking for money because of the way we get made to feel. I am also a struggling Entrepreneur trying to get her foot in the door when it comes to Affiliate Marketing. I am trying to be hopeful. I have even tried ECommerce, Email Marketing, and other online things too just to try and generate a passive income but I seem to fail countless of times because I am doing all of this on my own. Nothing is free now a days so I have no choice but to do things on my own. So many people out there say its not a bad thing to ask for help when your struggling but it makes us feel horrible to ask. So if you can help in any way it would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time and the consideration to read this. I hope you have a blessed day.

Help with a home, Disabled mother, homeless and not sure what else to do.

My name is Tonya. I am 43 years old and on a fixed income. I am struggling and doing my best to find recourses for my current situation but there always seems to be limitations or a wait list. I’m maxed out with my credit cards and loans, with a car payment and other bills. I’m terrified at this point. I’m getting Full Custody of my two teenage children and they will be coming to live with me in Dec. when their high school semester ends. Their father has had a complete mental breakdown and the situation there isn’t on good standing. Social Services is even evolved. I am disabled and on SSI. I only bring in $894.00 a month. I’m currently living with family because rent is so high I can’t afford to live on my own. And now I have to have a place with at least 3 bedrooms because my son is 14 and my daughter is 16. I’m speechless as how I can get this done unless I can buy a house on a small piece of land and myself and my children will never be homeless again. This is why I’m asking for help. Anything will help and know that I am so very grateful. God said in his name let it be done. Amen

A Narcissistic grasp!

Hello and God bless.. I have tried to escape and overcome this situation and I have failed multiple times…. Any help would be appreciated and I am forever grateful. I would be willing to work if I could safely do so… I guess you are wondering what I am even talking about. Ok let’s start off in 2011/2012 I was leaving one marriage and soon entered into something serious with who I thought was my forever love my life long partner  because him and I had history in elementary until he cheated on me so when he came back 10 years later and told me he had changed. I thought ok well were meant to be… We had issues in the beginning but I gave him an ultimatum if I heard once more of a thought of him cheating that I didn’t care if it was true or anything else I would leave so whatever he did I better not hear anything about it….. Everything was great after that I had a son, I could not have children still can’t but he gave me my son, my dream has come true…. Until 6 years later he had gotten board with me bc I was working 2 jobs and I also had houses to clean after work plus I walked to every job but I still came home and cleaned cooked and took care of my son with his homework. While he worked 1 job and played video games all day and drank every night… He had more time on his hands than I did so he got bored and started again… At that point it literally destroyed me…. I had given my everything to that marriage…. When I left him I hurt my son emotionally…. But I failed as a human a mom a wife, I felt something was wrong with me….. I wanted to be loved I didn’t care about anything but being loved. So I reverted to drugs they made me forget I was hurt. I started seeing what happened to me and by the time I noticed It was too late for me… We split up in 2018. Everytime I get some type of breathing room I’m being stopped by the narcissistic sociopath… In 2019 the drugs led me to this relationship with someone I had never seen or heard of someone like this and I didn’t know how dangerous it was until I started noticing how my life was changing… Nothing I said was heard instead it was disregarded. Since 2019 I have been to jail 3 times he wrecked my truck he made my family hate me. He moved me way out to the canefield country where I have no ride I stay inside 24/7 I’m not allowed to cry or have friends or a job. I really need help to do this my way so I will know I am safe….. I have overcome the drugs , Amen… But what I need help with is my escape so I can keep bettering myself… I need a car, and or a camper… I am almost done with fixing my license…. Most of the time I go without food… I saved enough to buy a car from this person on the Internet but they took my money and kept the car and I can’t get it back… I just keep getting knocked back down…. Please for goodness sakes I really need help because I feel like I’m going to be on the news soon asking for the publics help to figure out who I am to bury me or in the hospital or something… The energy here is getting very dark…     PayPal.me/toniwitt0821

Urgent Request for Temporary Assistance: Support Needed for My Children’s Education and Financial Stability

Urgent Request for Temporary Assistance: Support Needed for My Children’s Education and Financial Stability

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you with utmost sincerity and hope, facing a temporary but pressing challenge that has left me in a difficult and uncertain situation. It is with a heavy heart and a humble spirit that I seek your assistance during this trying time.

As a single father, my highest priority has always been the well-being and education of my two beloved children. It is their future and happiness that drive me each day. However, due to unforeseen delays in some projects and the recent economic turbulence that has affected us all, I find myself in a situation where I urgently need to pay for my children’s school registration fees, books, uniforms, and the next few months of their school fees.

This unforeseen financial strain has also led to a mounting pile of bills and payables, creating a significant burden on my shoulders. While I have received support from a close friend, I am hesitant to burden them any further, and I wish to stand on my own feet once more.

I am confident that within the next two to three months, my financial situation will stabilize, but this current phase is emotionally taxing, impacting not only me but also my children. My primary goal is to shield them from the stress of financial difficulties and provide them with the stability they deserve.

In my search for assistance, I wanted to avoid involving friends and family, as I understand the potential for discomfort, embarrassment, and unwanted discussions. Therefore, I am reaching out to you, hoping for an anonymous helping hand that can provide me with the temporary relief needed to clear my financial obligations.

I assure you that all the bills, school vouchers, book receipts, and other miscellaneous payables are readily available for your verification, should you require them. This message comes from a place of genuine need, and I am stepping out of my comfort zone to seek assistance during this challenging period.

Additionally, I have mentioned my desire for a travel allowance to take my partner on a much-needed holiday to rejuvenate our spirits and return with a positive and productive mindset. I chose to include this request here to be transparent and straightforward.

Below is a breakdown of the financial assistance I am seeking, in parts, or whole:

  • Kids’ school fees: $1,350 USD
  • Piled up rent, bills and payables: $12,042 USD
  • Debt owed to a close friend: $10,000 USD
  • Miscellaneous kids’ safety net for two months: $3,000 USD
  • Miscellaneous domestic safety net for two months: $3,000 USD
  • Decompressing holiday with my partner: $10,000 USD

For your convenience, I have provided a PayPal link where you can make a contribution: [PayPal Link: PayPal.me/hasanslink (@hasanslink)]

I am also available on WhatsApp, phone, or Zoom, should you wish to verify the authenticity of this request or speak with me personally.

I am open to exploring the possibility of reciprocating and providing a service or assistance to you in return, as a gesture of gratitude for your support.

Regardless of your decision, please accept my sincerest gratitude for taking the time to consider my request. Your kindness and generosity will forever be remembered, and my prayers are with you, wishing that the universe brings blessings to you and your future generations when you need it most.

Thank you for your compassion and understanding.

Best wishes and warm regards,

Hasan

EathQuake in Afghanistan/Herat

My parents, brothers, and sisters live in Afghanistan’s Herat City. My family lost their home as a result of the recent earthquakes. They are unable to pay to reconstruct it because of the poor economy over there. On the other hand, I am already having trouble making ends meet in the US because of the exorbitant rent and other costs. I’m unfortunate that I’m unable to assist them at this time. I would very much appreciate if you could assist. Thank You,

Need Help

I am in need of a donation. I have been a widow since my husband passed away from Covid-19 December 28, 2020. I have been struggling financially just trying to keep rent paid, buying food and other personal bills. I am also my 80 year old mother’s caregiver. My mother is blind and also suffer from other health issues. I am currently unemployed. My mother receives Disability payments but it’s not enough to cover our monthly rent or bills. I do receive food stamps but it is barely enough because of the increase of food prices. Any donation will be highly appreciated. Thank you. PayPal.me/Valencia 720/Cash App $Lynne65

Starting over

Hi,

I’m in the process of starting over. I left a relationship that was not working for me anymore. It was a hard decision but needed to be done. I  packed up and moved with my daughter cross country. We are getting settled in but realizing I don’t make the same amount of money here. I have a job at a school working with developmentally challenged children. They do not pay very well and my days are long and sometimes physically challenging. It is not a full 40 hours so I signed up to do respite after school but again it is only an extra 5 hours a week. I go home make dinner for my daughter and I rest for a little while then off to door dash for 3-4 hours. Come Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I’m out doing door dash as much as I can to try and make ends meet. Again I do not make as much as I used to people in my area don’t tip well and I have to put gas in my car every 3 days so I can do door dash. I wake up early thinking OMG I have my bills to pay and I didn’t make enough last night at door dash to cover what I owe. 😔 It is stressful and tiring but I need to continue because my daughter and the students at school are depending on me. I have been struggling for a year to try and catch up on things I have paid two bills off which has helped. Every month I’m coming up short on the amount I have to pay. In turn I have late fees to pay or I miss a payment completely. Every day I have stress wondering if I’m going to make enough at door dash to cover my rent, car payment, and bills.  I made a change in my life hoping things would be better and in turn now I’m always working and juggling trying to keep up with all my obligations. I’m asking for help so I can spend a little more quality time with my daughter and not have to be a stress case everyday. I feel if I can payoff one of my credit cards which has a $4000 dollar balance it would greatly free up some of my daily stress. Then I will feel like making the decision to move and change my life was worth all the heartaches. At the end of the day I know my daughter and I are so much happier. Thank you for reading my story and hope you find it in your heart to help me out with some money to pay off one of my debts. Please it would make a big difference in my life. ❤️ Thank you in advance

Disabled & urgently need a little help please.

I am in need of assistance.   I never thought I’d find myself in the position to ask for help.  I was married for 21 years & have 2 children.  We divorced in December 2021 (due to my husband’s infidelity).  Prior to the divorce,  I was the Owner/Operator of a small cleaning business for 23 years.  I worked 5, sometimes 6, days a week cleaning 4-6 houses per day for 23 years.  The damage it did to my spine & shoulder left me disabled @ 49 years old.  I took steps from 40-49 to do everything medically possible (and still continue my endeavor for relief), but my doctors say there is nothing else that can be medically done at this point.  I even have an implanted device in my spine.   I’m no longer able to do physical work & am only suppose to lift 10 lbs.  I can only sit/stand for so long.

After the divorce,  I received a lump sum & a 401k for the divorce settlement.   I used the lump sum (which wasn’t a lot) for a down payment on a condo.  The 401k was transferred to my name & the rules state that as an alternate payee, I can not receive funds until my ex-husband reaches 59 1/2.  He will be 59 1/2 in 2032.

My children are now over 18 since the divorce.

After moving into my condo,  things started breaking down & bills are piling up.  I’ve been trying to keep up & I’ve ran out of money.  My SSDI barely covers my monthly mortgage.  I collect $1031 per month from SSDI. I also receive a small amount of alimony per month.

Since I moved into my condo I’ve had to pay out approximately $25,000.  In addition, my heat doesn’t work & I live in Wisconsin.   I can’t afford to even call someone out to find out what the problem is.

I’ve had to replace or repair:

Waterheater

A/C unit

Garage door

Garbage disposal

Washer/dryer

Dishwasher

Thermostat

Plumbing issues in bathroom & kitchen

Tires & brakes on car

All of these things (plus addition of smaller things) with the addition of monthly bills being more than the money coming in, has left me needing assistance.

More than that, it gets very cold during Wisconsin winters and winter is fast approaching.  Last winter I had problems with my pipes freezing.  I tried to run multiple small heaters & my electric fuse keep tripping and shutting down all the electricity to my condo.

I’ve been trying to work some sort of P/T job to bring in extra income.   However,  everything has piled up so quickly & now  credit cards are due (balances are high).  It just seems like I need a boost, a break… something!

I continue to try to better my situation & actually have ideas about doing voice over work to make money.   However,  I need equipment (laptop, editing program,  microphone, sound proof room) & to be able to make a small home studio in a closet to do the work.  I have to establish myself by doing voice overs before I can make any money working in this field.

If you are in the position to help,  I’d be so grateful.   When I was doing well,  I paid it forward & can only hope someone will help me now.  I’d love to be able to help others when I’m able to again!

Thanks for listening.   God bless.
