Soliciting for funds to pay surgical and medical bills.

Hello, My name  is Janet, from Ghana of West Africa.I am reaching out to you to humbly solicit for funds to pay for my surgical and medical  bills.Am a twenty- nine year old lady, and a final year student studying logistics and supply chain management in the university.

As  a lady , it is a natural phenomenon to start seeing my periods by age twelve or thirteen  with my  breasts developing .However, even at age twenty, nothing of such was happening. So I visited the hospital to do variety of lab tests and scans to ascertain what was happening to me.Eventually, I was diagnosed  with a condition called uterine  hypoplasia (hypoplastic uterus) . which is underdevelopment of uterus and other internal reproductive organs such as overies and fallopian tubes.and is also accompanied with an abnormally small vagina opening . So the  doctor explained  that, it is a congenital condition but can be corrected through  surgical intervention and therefore, recommended that I go through a surgery and a hormone replacement therapy at a very exorbitant cost which is very difficult for me to bare as a  young student doing menial jobs to support my education.

Initially , i raised little amount of money to start the therapy but that was not enough to take me through the entire process and i had to stop visiting the hospital due to lack of funding.

Because the cost of the surgery and hormone replacement therapy is so high than i can afford , am left at the mercy of  society which does non’t understand my condition and the psychological trauma am going through. In view of that, am going through a lot of verbal abuse and stigmatization both on campus and in the community, even though i try my best to hide my condition from the public.

The situation has become so unbearable for me because this condition is very rare in my country and community.Sometimes, am even labelled as a witch or a curse to society with some people sometimes trying to undress me see what my actual identity is.

Also, because of my condition , am unable to share  room with other colleagues on campus  and therefore struggling to also raise funds to pay for my privately rented apartment  to escape the stigma from room mates.Meanwhile, am in my final year about to complete university but the situation is getting out of hands.

For this reason , i want to sincerely plead with donors, sympathizers and the general public to  help me raise an amount of four thousand US dollars(US$ 4000.00 )to  undergo the surgery and hormone replacement therapy. Also, if there is any physician or gynecologist,  or psychologist who can help me in any manner, i would really appreciate it .

I look forward to receive  your kind support and donations within the shortest possible time.

I could be reached through email address, akuteyjanet916@gmail.com

Donations can be paid through paypal account: paypal.me/janetAkutey

THANK YOU.

Emergency Hysterectomy to save my life

Hi everyone, I’m a 28 year old woman who is used to being a high achieving self challenging multi skilled person who has come down with an emergency critical condition that is affecting my ability to work right now.

I have to have an emergency surgery within the next month and a half or my condition could become complicated enough to risk my life.

I got diagnosed with adenomyosis, late stage endometriosis, and a bunch of fibroid tumors that are all growing at a rapid rate and now blood loss is an actual active concern that being exacerbated by my condition. My uterus is so swollen with tumors it cannot contract to stop bleeding. It’s been 3 weeks and it has not stopped, and I had a tumor detach and get stuck in my cervix nearly sending me to the ER but i have been putting off going to the emergency hospital until the specialist who diagnosed me can perform the surgery, which they are wanting to do within this month after hearing the symptoms I’m experiencing.

im not just a low skill level worker, I learned how to drive 50ft charter boats at 22, and continued to drive charters into my mid twenties, worked at one of the largest multi floor outdoor restaurants in the area for years, managed a cafe during COVID while most people got to stay home I worked overtime the entire pandemic and did so without insurance or hazard pay, I went to boat surveying school early last year and that’s when this condition started.

all I want to do is be able to go back to work.

but currently I can barely get out of bed without high blood pressure from anemia, I can barely stand up from the pain and swelling in my abdomen, and I just need help with humble living expenses and the portion of the bill that will not be covered by insurance when having an emergency hysterectomy

I am a hard working 28 year old woman who avidly signs up for hard work in the heat of Texas, and miss challenging myself and hate having to limit my physical activities, get sent home from work because I can barely stand up straight and am too weak/dizzy/shaking from losing large amounts of blood for 3-4 weeks thanks to these tumors and i just want my life back

Hello My name is Joana, I have Osteoarthritis on both knees I put mother cells on both knees, but it’s just like, like a coat of varnish, which only lasts less than 1 year, by Internet I had news that there was a new product ARTHROSAMID is a polymer gel that is integrated into the synovial tissue, decreasing the rigidity of the joint, forms a buffer membrane comprising built-in hydrogel covered by a synovial coating, it can last several years, so I ask the quality of life, they do it in another city where I live, but I will move, to do the treatment are 7000€ for both knees

Just want more time in life

Hello,

My name is Robert and I am a 41 year old father to my only son Daniel who is six this year. I haven’t had an easy life by any means. I was born in upstate NY and into a family of alcoholics and substance abusers but mostly just Drank entirely too much. My father was a violent man and one day when I was 3 years old (as story goes) my Biological mother dropped me, my sister and my little brother off on my grandmothers doorstep and took off with another man to get away from my father and she left us behind because she thought that if she took us my father would hunt her down and end her life, so she chose to leave us behind so she could get away from the drunken beatings my father would give her on a daily basis. Little did she know that he would then take his anger out on us instead. So for just about the rest of my life as a child with my brother and my sister we spent most of our childhoods in foster care, but more so me, because I being the oldest I got the worst of the beatings, and I would choose to run away or get into as much trouble as I could so I didn’t have to go back to get more beatings, but foster homes weren’t much better either and the group homes were even worse. Up until I was about 16 years old my uncle decided to fight for custody of me because one day while I was in a home the foster parents used to bring me to my grandmothers house to visit with my brother and sister for a few hours while they would go do their shopping and whatever else and one day they dropped me off and I walked up to the second floor and knocked on the apartment door and got no answer I looked in the windows and everything and everyone was gone. was two months or so later that I got a phone call from my grandmother who had been drinking to tell me they had moved to Florida, my whole family (except my father) and that maybe one day they’d see me again if I ever decided to move down there… heartbroken was the only feeling I can use to describe the feeling that day. but my uncle fought for custody, and he had won and he moved me to Atlanta Ga to live with him. everything was great at first, but my uncle was gay and had his partner and it was a bit strange for me at first but I got use to it until my uncle made at pass at me and I had exploded, and ran away to a friend I had made in high school there. I got a job, still went to school had good grades and everything, but it wasn’t good enough to keep me where I was happy, and my uncle came with the police to take me to Florida to be with the rest of my family. at 17 I made it here to Fl, Southwest Fl actually and I couldn’t get into high school down here, they didn’t approve of my previous record from NY schools with all the trouble so I eventually just gave up, started being just a lost teenager with no direction in life, got my first job at a fast food place and started my journey into nothingness… I eventually got hurt at work and was burned really badly with cooking grease and had to get surgery, and was put on opioids every single day for over a year, I was only 20 years old and the epidemic had just began…. this lead me down a really bad road full of addiction, drinking, jail, you name it I did it… just never used needles no way never that. spent years addicted to pills and alcohol got wrapped up with a woman who is just bad news for anyone she is with never had kids thank God but one day I met someone who changed my life. The love of my life, the woman I want to marry. she gave me my son on 11-19-2017 and just one look at him changed my life forever I now have a purpose, a reason to be a better person, I never knew what love was until I looked him in his eyes.I wanted a better life now… I wanted better for him I never want him to go thru what I did. I started my own small business as a handyman, even do remodels and finally got a better home instead of living in run down trailers in trailer parks etc etc I enjoy helping other people and offer my services at affordable rates, and I try to help other guys and give the jobs working for me when no one else would hire them. I have done the best I can ever since my son was born helping others, always putting people before myself most times… My son saved my life, or so I thought. Turns out when he was 3 years old I had gained a lot of weight, all the way to 217 pounds and I had always been skinny my whole life always floated around 140-160 pounds tops and I thought it was just because I was getting older and I was happy and all that but it turns out that coming home from work and having a few beers every day was killing me, not to mention all the crap I had done when I was in my 20s My liver was in trouble and that’s why I had gained all the weight. I was diagnosed with AFLD, RA (rhoumetoid arthritis) and have an autoimmune disease… Great news I know, right? I watch my son cry in the doctors office with me saying I don’t want my daddy to go bye bye I had told him “Daddys not going anywhere” I made my son a promise that day… Its been three years plus since then and Ive been doing everything that I can with what I have to live a healthy long life, but as it seems I just cannot seem to get ahead of the 8 ball. its very expensive to live here, and my small company is just like having a regular job and I just barely make enough to scrape by and my teeth are very bad and I need to have them removed because the infections that pop up at least once a month are poisoning me and my liver and just making things worse, but I cannot afford the dental bills, or to take time off of work. I’ve never even had time to take my son anywhere cool like chuckecheese or an amusement park or anything but what I’m most scared of is what my primary care doctor said to me… “Get your affairs in order, talk to our psychiatrist, and fill out a living will” I felt like I was given a death sentence that day. I’ve found good doctors that can help my situation with my liver and give me a better chance at a longer life, and good dentists, but I cannot afford them, and I don’t want to die before I see my son graduate, so I am here because I want to save my own life, for my son I want more time with him and his Mom of course… I want to live another 10-15 years, but right now they say I have five years at most before I get really sick and just poof… I don’t want that. I don’t have a number I’m asking for, because I cant put a number on my life. I wish I was on the other end of this letter sending someone like me life changing money, but that’s movie type stuff I know. I wish I wasn’t here asking for help but I am, and if anyone would like to help just know that I don’t know if I could ever pay it back, but I can promise you you would make a six year old boy very happy by making sure his Daddy lived longer to watch him grow up. I’m so tired… Im tired of being in pain every single day… Life is supposed to be better than this, and I know there is better… I need enough money I guess to cover dental surgery and have all of my teeth removed, because they’re all bad, and my Primary care DR wants to “in house” me in the hospital for 30 days minimum to get my liver functioning as close to normal as possible Because its very hard to do that with in home treatments she says and I Just want to get myself back to being healthy, and without sp much pain so I can have a longer life, better than 5 years so how do I put a price on life? I cant so Im just begging for help so that I may be able to be here for as long as possible for my son and my family… I’m sorry if this was so long I just wanted people to know me a little… I wish I had a million dollars I wouldn’t be here begging for help, I wish I could move to somewhere that was cheaper to live than here in Fl… I wish a lot of things… but my biggest wish right now is for more life… more time, I wish I had the kind of money I could take time off work to be with my son more than 4 hours a day mostly less than that lately because the cost of living keeps going up, but peoples pay isn’t, and I don’t think its fair to keep charging people ridiculous amounts of money for simple little jobs, or even big jobs…as a small business owner its hard especially since I have not so great credit I cant even get a business loan, and I learned that it is not as “easy” to be financially free as people make it out to be on social media or anywhere else… what kind of a number do I put? I don’t know what to ask for so Im just going to just say Please… anything will help large or small amounts. I mean it when I tell you this little boy changed my life… I don’t drink, smoke pot, or even so much as take tylenol anymore because I am scared to put anything in my body that will hurt my liver and shorten my life anymore than it already is.

thank you so much for your time.

sincerely Robert W.

Robert Williams

Thank you so much for your time, and if there is anything you’d like to know about me or want to ask feel free… I wear my heart on my sleeve and I refuse to lie to anyone, life is too short… I hate that its also so dang expensive especially to prolong it once you’re in trouble and Im sorry that I’ve had to resort to ask for help, or beg for help whatever you want to call it… Whoever you are I love you and thank you.

Nursing Home Fees for Dad with Dementia

Hi Everyone,

I am a happy widow, a full-time carer for my Dad, looking after his daily needs. Last year, he was diagnosed with Dementia, and the struggle is real trying to keep him safe. Last month, I made the hardest decision to put him in a nursing home where he can benefit from 24/7 care.

Today, I received my first bill for one month, which was $3150.00. My dad’s monthly pension is only 1200 a month, so It confuses me how pensioners in care are supposed to afford to be there.

Suppose you can help me fund the first payment. I will have time to fund his monthly shortfall myself.

Help to Kaveesha’s Surgery! Organized by Care Network Collective

Dear Supporters,

I am reaching out to you with an urgent plea for help that could change the trajectory of a young woman’s life forever. Meet Kaveesha Nimnadi, a resilient 23-year-old battling the challenges of scoliosis. Despite enduring daily pain and discomfort, Kaveesha holds onto hope for a brighter future.

Recently, Kaveesha’s doctors recommended life-changing surgery in Chennai, India, offering her the chance to regain her mobility and live without pain. However, financial constraints stand as a significant barrier to Kaveesha’s dreams.

Kaveesha’s parents, hardworking individuals with limited resources, struggle to afford the hefty medical expenses. Their modest earnings barely cover basic needs, leaving them unable to provide the necessary treatment for their daughter. Witnessing Kaveesha’s health deteriorate weighs heavily on their hearts.

The impact of Kaveesha’s condition extends to her entire family. Her devoted brothers have sacrificed their own education to support her, highlighting the immense strain her illness has placed on their lives.

As a compassionate community, we have the power to make a difference in Kaveesha’s life. Together, we can provide her with the opportunity for a brighter future. Your generosity can help fund Kaveesha’s surgery, offering her a chance to pursue her dreams and reclaim her health.

Please consider making a donation towards Kaveesha’s surgery. No contribution is too small, and every penny counts towards giving Kaveesha the gift of hope and a second chance at life.

Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and willingness to make a difference. Your support means the world to Kaveesha and her family.

Help with medical expenses to recover from COVID vaccine damage

I am suffering from side effects caused buy the COVID vaccine.  Conventional medicine isn’t doing much to help.  I have been seen by five doctors, most of whom tell me it’s in my head, or profess themselves unable to help.  Before COVID, I was already dealing with intractable pain from a fall, which damaged my lower back and spine.  Pain from the fall was making sleep nearly impossible.  After the vaccine, my sleep has been further eroded because of skin rashes, itching, and an inability to regulate my body temperature, leading me to be hot or cold and an anxiety that was seemingly out of the blue.  The anxiety has for the most part, gone away.  Other side effects have not.

My sleep is now sporadic, leading me to battle nearly insurmountable exhaustion and sleepiness during the day.  I am trying to get a business off the ground; I am, or was, a writer, but because I am unable to sleep, I can’t sit more than 10-15 minutes at a time before I am asleep.  I have fallen 5 times over the last 5 month, three of those times while standing up.  It is an inexplicable mercy to me that I haven’t yet injured myself further.

I have found a DO in a neighboring town who is treating individuals with my symptoms.  Initial consultations are $200, with follow up visits costing $60.  He does not take insurance.  He prescribes supplements, which I would have to pay for.  I also believe that acupuncture would be helpful.

I think at least $500 should get me well on my way to fixing what is wrong.  It will at least get me going in the right direction. Any help given will be appreciated.  One of the things I want to do is start a blog post about COVID, the ravages of the COVID vaccine, and information about what to do if you are suffering from these side effects.  If you do donate funds, I will be sure to keep you apprised of my blog and any information that comes as a result of healing journey.  Many people have been adversely affected by the vaccine.

Need help to pay for caregiver

I’ll write a short summary and more detailed version further down.

I’m trying to raise $1600 per month to pay for a care giver for my wife which will get 40 hours of care per month. My wife has a rare autoimmune disease called paraneoplastic syndrome. It’s caused by the body detecting cancer and creating antibodies to kill the cancer. Unfortunately the antibodies also damage neurons in the brain and causes brain stem inflammation, collateral damage. It’s difficult to diagnose and very difficult if not impossible to treat if not diagnosed quickly.

4 years ago I went from being the sole breadwinner to full time care giver for my wife literally overnight. It was then a long and difficult battle to help my wife regain a very small portion of her life. We spent the savings and sold the house and now live in rented accommodation with little left in the bank. We are in the catch 22 of catch 22’s. We need money for rent and bills that we pay from savings and will do until the savings run out. I sometimes manage to do 1 or 2 hours work per week online but for me to work more we need someone to care for my wife which we currently can’t afford. That’s why I’m here. It costs $1600 per month for a carer for 40 hours per month. That will help us turn things around, I can then work more and get a carer for more hours and then we won’t need donations. We don’t have any family close by that can support us, I’ve been providing 24/7 care on my own for 4 years.

More details – 4 years ago my wife became sick, after feeling a bit off for a couple of weeks she started vomiting all day, she was so dizzy she could barely stand, her vision was troubling her, she was sensitive to light. The local doctors wouldn’t see her in person as they said due to the pandemic they were only doing telephone consultations. After several visits to emergency care with them basically only ruling out being pregnant and with no further diagnosis my wife’s condition continued to deteriorate.

I took sick leave to care for expecting I would return to work when she got better, neither of us had any idea that 4 years later I would still be a full time care giver and we would be in this position.

We were advised by the local doctors to pay to see specialists privately as that is the only way my wife will get diagnosed quickly. We saw more than 20 different specialists each time being told they would see it through to the end, only to be told on the follow up visit they don’t what to do and pointed us to another specialist.

Month by month, my wife’s physical and mental state changed considerably, she could no longer open her mouth and jaw more than ½ inch, she had double vision and couldn’t move her eyes sideways, she could only walk slowly and with me holding her up and she had lost a quarter of her body weight and she was slim before she was sick and she was having panic attacks constantly. By month 4 we fortunately found a doctor that took her seriously and diagnosed her condition but told us straight it’s very rare and difficult to treat, especially after the first 1 or 2 weeks of symptoms. He also found significant inflammation of the brain stem which was causing increasing damage. The doctor said treatment had to be in a government hospital, which we were fine with, but will take time to get her admitted.

Month 5 she finally gets into hospital and in month six they administer steroids to reduce the inflammation of the brain stem.

By month 12 and several hospital stays later, the brain stem inflammation had gone due to the steroids but the major symptoms remained. My wife could only open her mouth about ¼ inch by this time, could not mover her eyes, had double vision, had developed severe pain in the neck, back and jaw and had difficulty walking.

We paid for advice from the leading specialist on my wife’s condition and he wrote to the government neurologist advising chemotherapy and Rituximab. The government neurologist, for unknown reasons refused and said if weren’t happy we could see a different neurologist but would have to join the back of the 48 week queue to.

So we searched and found chemotherapy and Rituximab treatment abroad, we knew it would be expensive, would be a very difficult to travel (I won’t describe the journey here but it was one of the most difficult things we’ve ever done) and may not even help but we had to try. So we sold the house and spent 18 months abroad getting treatment.

The result now my wife completed chemotherapy and Rituximab is that my wife’s vision has improved a little bit so she can read again, it’s difficult to read but this has given her a world she can be in. Even though my wife’s quality of life is only a fraction of what it used to be, we have to be grateful that the treatment gave her some life back, without that it would have been unbearable. Her vision is still double, and she can’t move her eyes sideways, she still can’t eat solid food or open her jaw more than ¼ of an inch and is in constant pain, we’ve tried every available medicine and treatment for this. My wife still needs constant care, she has panic attacks even if I need to pop to the shop and needs help with everything. We’re hoping the chemotherapy and Rituximab will stop any further problems developing.

So that’s our story and why I’m here, on a website I never thought I’d need to use.

There’s so much more to write about the past 4 years and I really want to do it when I can. It’s not a nice story, it’s more like a horror story but maybe if people donate I can thank them by telling all of it one day.
