Help for a reliable car for my daughter with her child with spina bifida

Dear [to whom it may concern],

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you with a humble request for assistance that would make a significant difference in the lives of my daughter and her baby. My daughter, Devi, is a devoted mother to her beautiful child, Texan, who was born with spina bifida. As you may know, spina bifida is a congenital condition that affects the spine and can lead to various physical and developmental challenges.

Caring for a child with spina bifida requires frequent medical appointments, specialized treatments, and therapies. These appointments are crucial for Texan’s health and development, and they often require traveling long distances to reach the necessary medical facilities. Unfortunately, our current vehicle is unreliable and frequently breaks down, making it difficult to ensure that Texan receives the timely care he needs.

I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for $15,000 to help us purchase a reliable and safe car for my daughter and her baby. A dependable vehicle would not only provide peace of mind but also ensure that Texan can attend all medical appointments without the added stress of transportation issues. It would also allow my daughter to focus on providing the best care for her child without the constant worry of car troubles.

Your generous contribution would make a world of difference in their lives. It would enable my daughter to transport Texan safely and comfortably, ensuring they have access to the medical care and support they need. Additionally, a reliable car would provide my daughter with the means to run essential errands, attend support group meetings, and maintain a sense of normalcy in their daily lives.

I understand that this is a significant request, and I am deeply grateful for your consideration. Your support would not only alleviate a tremendous burden but also bring hope and stability to a family facing challenging circumstances. Any assistance you can provide would be immensely appreciated and would have a lasting impact on the well-being of my daughter and her baby.

Thank you for taking the time to read my plea. I am hopeful that, with your help, we can provide Texan with the best possible care and a brighter future.

With heartfelt gratitude,

[Jimmy Willard, Devi’s father and Texan’s Poppa.]

Struggling to pay my tuition fees while catering for my sick aunt and little nephew.

I’m a 21 year old international student studying in the UK. I am in my third and final year of my nursing degree and I am struggling to pay my fees. I live with my sick aunt and her 10 year old son who are both taken care of, by me. I never knew I would someday have to beg for help, after all I work so hard everyday to make ends meet. During the course of my study, there have been days where I had to skip meals, to save some food for my nephew and my aunt. There have also been times during the holiday where I had to go to work 6 times a week, 12 hours a day and still come home to take care of my nephew and his mum. Life is taking a toll on me and I’m slowly giving up everything. I am pleading for help to raise £15,560 for my tuition fees. Any amount will go a long way to help me. My tuition payment is due by the 13th of September 2024. Please help me in any way you can. My PayPal account is https://www.paypal.me/Petslittle?locale.x=en_GB

Help for Autistic Adult with Financial Difficulty

My name is Nathanael. I am a 34-year-old autistic adult.

When I was very young, I drank something that I thought was water. It turned out to be oven cleaner. I was rushed to the hospital. I was fortunate to be alive and eat properly after being told by the doctors that I would have to be fed through a tube for the rest of my life.

Since I am autistic, I suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and from not being able to consume certain foods and drinks, which makes it difficult for me to try other types of consumption. I also suffer from burnout and anxiety.

I was not diagnosed with autism until my mid-20s. I struggle with a rare hearing disorder called hyperacusis resulting from autism that manifested in October 2014. I have tried to get help from doctors with this problem to no avail since I started seeing a doctor in 2015. When I try to get help with hyperacusis, I cannot afford the treatments. Because of hyperacusis, I struggle to comprehend what is audibly spoken when I try to watch videos to learn how to make money online. I have to turn the volume down to a level that does not cause excruciating pain, and I need to have captioning in the videos so I don’t feel pain. It is more difficult for me to do physical labor because of being autistic, which is why I try to look for ways to make money online. I have trouble making friends because of my autism.

At 50 years old, my mother passed away from liver disease in 2012, which happened because my mom suffered from hypothyroidism at a very young age. I was 22 years old when this happened to my mother. My father shows signs that he is also autistic, and he is very difficult for me to communicate with because he is so self-focused. My father could be a better parent if he would be more aware.  My oldest brother is married with kids. My older brother is schizophrenic and has not been able to support me financially since September 2023. My younger brother only helps me if it’s convenient for him.  My other younger brother lives in Virginia and goes over seas. My sister has social anxiety issues. I am not able to contact my uncles. My cousin suffers from tinnitus, and she wears a prosthesis. My grandmother passed in 2001. My grandfather passed in January 2020.

When my dad remarried after my mother passed away, it made things worse. I had to deal with a stepmother that had an alcohol addiction. My father used my stepmother and did not take very good care of her. She ended up having to be responsible for taking care of my younger brothers and me.  My dad and my stepmom have been separated for a few years.

I was denied Social Security the first time I applied for financial benefits back in 2015. I have been scammed financially online many times in my life, realizing I am vulnerable because of my autistic traits. In 2015, I gave away $8,000 to a guy I thought was my friend. In 2019, I was scammed on the phone with 3 Google Play gift cards up to $500, thinking that I was going to receive a large sum of money. I also had been scammed of $500 cash from someone claiming to be from PCH that I had won a million dollar prize and an expensive car. In May 2023, I was scammed from letting someone use my Chase Mobile app to get a $500 check sent to me that turned out to be fraudulent. I ended up having my Chase account closed. I feared that I would become a victim of identity theft. I had my Facebook account hacked in December 0f 2023, and then I got scammed out of $600 from my Cash App through Bitcoin from someone claiming to be from Facebook support when I called the supposed number that I looked up.

I need a total of $5,200 to cover a business expense. If someone can help me with this, it would mean so much to me. God bless you.

Single dad of 3 pending divorce with financial hardship

Hello,

I am reaching out for help during an incredibly challenging time in my life. I have been going through a difficult divorce after a 16-year relationship and 7 years of marriage. Since September 2023, my situation has worsened significantly. My car was stolen, my wife left me with our three children, and I have been struggling to make ends meet while fighting the divorce and managing a full-time job.

I recently faced several setbacks, including a car accident and health issues like a TIA and thyroid nodules. On top of this, I’m now facing eviction because I am behind on rent, and I’ve been unable to catch up due to mounting expenses and debt.

Despite working full-time and taking care of my children, I am still two months behind on rent and need around $5,000 to cover my rent and repair my car. I am also on a waiting list for Section 8 housing, but it could take a long time to receive assistance.

I am seeking financial help to stabilize my situation and provide a secure environment for my children. Any support you can offer would be deeply appreciated.

Thank you for considering my request.

Payment in Advance to Pilates Teacher (Recently Divorced) For Sept Rent

Hi- I am a Pilates Teacher whose living situation and work location recently changed due to a divorce. I am getting my business up and running again but am short for September rent due to Labor Day and end of August client vacations.

I am usually able to plan for this in advance but have not had enough traction in my new area of business to get ahead.

My living expenses including car, elec, phone and rent are $3000/ month. I am short $1300 right now and am at risk of losing my new apartment and my reputation in this new town.  $1000 would go to my landlord. $150 to phone and electricity, and $150 to my car insurance.

I would gladly provide 15, 45 min zoom Pilates sessions in exchange for this immediate help.   It would mean the world to me to be able to keep my momentum and I would look forward to enhancing your life with Pilates sessions.  I would also make it a point to help someone in my same situation at some future time.  I truly believe this is how the world goes around.

Thank you for reading this and your consideration regarding my situation.  I am grateful that this website exists.

In devine spirit, Thank you again,

Kristin

Urgent Help Needed for a Family in Crisis: A Chance to Rebuild After a Stroke and Job Loss

Dear compassionate souls,

I am reaching out with a humble and urgent plea for help. Just a few years ago, my husband and I were living a stable, fulfilling life. He was a national director, thriving in his career, and I had a well-paying and rewarding job. But everything changed in an instant when my husband suffered a stroke. The impact of this event was profound. Our world was turned upside down as we focused all of our energy on his recovery and keeping him away from stress—his health became our priority.

In the midst of this upheaval, I lost my job. Since then, I’ve been doing whatever work I can find to keep us afloat, but the pay has never been enough to cover our living expenses. We hoped that things would improve, but as months turned into years, our financial situation has only worsened. We found ourselves relying on credit cards to make ends meet, and now we are drowning in debt, unable to keep up with even our basic bills. The rent is overdue, and we have run out of options.

The silver lining in this storm is that my husband’s health has made an incredible recovery. We are so grateful for this, but the fear of him returning to a high-stress job that could put his health at risk again weighs heavily on our minds. I have some promising job opportunities on the horizon, but they won’t come in time to meet our immediate needs. We desperately need a bridge to get us through this moment.

We are seeking urgent financial assistance to cover our immediate needs, including rent and overdue bills, and to give us the breathing room we need to rebuild. With your help, we can pay down our most pressing debts and keep a roof over our heads. We are not looking for a permanent solution, just a little relief to get us back on our feet. Even the smallest donation could make a significant difference for us right now.

We have always been the ones who generously give to others in need, and it is with deep humility that we now ask for help ourselves. We know that there are so many people in need, and it is not easy to ask for assistance. But we truly believe that with just a bit of support, we can get back on track and be the ones giving to others once again.

Your donation, no matter the size, will go directly to paying for our most urgent needs: rent, utilities, and critical bills. You would be giving us the chance to breathe again, to rebuild, and to continue my husband’s recovery without the constant threat of financial ruin hanging over our heads.

We would be forever grateful for your kindness and generosity. We know that times are tough for many, but we hope that our story touches your heart. Thank you for considering helping us in our time of need. Your support would be a lifeline and a blessing.

With heartfelt thanks.

Recovering from Stroke. Need help with Medical Bills!

I am a Senior Citizen just short of 60 years old.  On July 25th of this year (just a few weeks ago) I had a Stroke. This made it very difficult to use my right leg and my right arm. So, as you can imagine, walking was extremely challenging. Filling out all the forms at the hospital and doctors’ offices made me feel like I was back in 3rd grade learning how to write in cursive.

I went to Glendale Adventist Hospital Emergency Room and had a myriad of tests administered. After various types of Cat Scans, MRIs, X rays and blood tests, it was determined that my blood pressure was extremely high, my blood sugar was extremely high, and that I needed to check into the hospital for further observation.

The following morning, I was visited by the Neurosurgeon. He verified that I had stroke.  He said that I was very lucky because if the stroke had happened 1 or 2 millimeters to the right, it would have been in the language area of my brain.  I would not have been able to talk to him or anybody else.

Due to the cost of the Hospital stay with all the different tests, as well as prescriptions, and various Doctor visits afterwards, I have mounting bills that are substantial. I have Health Insurance through my employer, but the deductible is quite high. I am working on getting Short Term Disability through EDD, but it is a complicated process with all sorts of paperwork required. For weeks after the stroke, I was not up to the task of being on the computer and dealing with all of this. My wife is not computer literate, so she was unable to assist me with these matters.  Even when I do start to receive Disability payments, I know that it will amount to a fraction of my regular pay.  Unfortunately, due to various things that have happened in the last few years (like the Pandemic), I am carrying a great deal of debt.  Receiving a fraction of my regular pay is going to make it difficult to maintain timely payments.  I have worked very hard to keep a good credit score.

By the way, regarding my Wife, she had been on FMLA (which was Unpaid Leave) for about 2 months when I had my stroke.  She was on leave because she and her sister were taking care of their elderly Mother who had Alzheimer’s and various other physical issues.

My Wife had to take a couple of extra weeks of FMLA just to look after me.  Her Mother finally passed away a couple of nights ago and we will need to contribute to final expenses.

So, I am trying to raise at least $10,000 to cover medical expenses, gaps in pay, and all the other things that are hitting us right now. I really appreciate the generosity of the individuals who contribute to this site.

Please keep in mind that I consider myself very fortunate to have had this stroke.  What?

My stroke was just serious enough to get my attention but not so serious that I will be permanently disabled.  I decided, when I was in the Hospital, that I would rehabilitate myself and become stronger and healthier than ever. My progress has been incredible. I am not only doing this for myself and my family, but because I want to set an example for Middle Aged People and Senior Citizens  I made a promise to myself and my Maker (or the Universe or however you like to look at it) that I would help others by setting a positive example and eventually, donate to charities and those in need…just like you donors on this are doing.

I simply need a little help to get over this rough spot.

My PayPal account is

Thank you in advance.

Urgent Help Needed: £20,000 for Tuition Fees to Continue Medical Studies

Hello, I’m reaching out for your support during an incredibly challenging time. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Science degree in the UK, with my second year set to begin this September. However, I am facing significant financial difficulties and urgently need to raise £20,000 within the next 10 days to cover my tuition fees and accommodation.

Currently, I am not employed, which has worsened the financial strain. Despite my best efforts to manage my situation, without a job, it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with the rising costs of education and living expenses. I had been relying on other financial means, but they have been delayed, leaving me in a very vulnerable position.

Without this crucial financial support, I won’t be able to continue with my studies, which is devastating as I am deeply passionate about my field and my dream of becoming a medical professional. Securing my accommodation is also part of this urgent need, which makes the situation even more critical.

I am reaching out to humbly ask for your help in raising £20,000. Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to me and allow me to continue my education. Your generosity will not only help cover my tuition but also provide me with the stability I desperately need during this difficult time.

Unfortunately, my family is unable to assist financially, as they are also facing tough times. I have worked part-time and applied for scholarships, but I still find myself falling short of the necessary funds. The rising costs of tuition and accommodation have placed immense pressure on me, and without immediate help, I risk losing my place in the program.

I am passionate about becoming a medical professional, and education has always been my top priority. However, my financial situation is threatening to derail that dream. I am also awaiting delayed payments that would normally cover these expenses, but the urgency of the situation requires me to seek help right now.

I kindly ask for your support in helping me raise £20,000 to cover these essential costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, will have a significant impact on helping me remain enrolled in my degree program and continue my journey toward achieving my dreams.

If you are able to help, please donate through the PayPal link below. Your generosity will make an enormous difference, and I will be forever grateful for your support during this trying time.

PayPal.me link: https://paypal.me/21091420?country.x=GB&locale.x=en_GB

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for any assistance you can provide.

With heartfelt gratitude,

A Grateful Student

Mom of 6 recently free of domestic abuser

Hello, my name is Amber and I am a mother of six, five boys and one girl ages 15 through 1.

Happily and thankfully, we were recently freed of this cycle of domestic abuse that we had been dealing with for the past few years, as mentioned above. However, it has left me financially in a difficult place.

You see, I was not allowed to work, so I literally have no money whatsoever right now.

In addition to being mentally and physically abusive and extremely jealous he was also very very controlling. So I was not allowed to have a job because that would mean I would have my own money, and he did not want that. I wasn’t allowed to have money at all unless it was right before I put in the grocery delivery orders that were how we purchased food for the house (because typically I wasn’t allowed to go and he didn’t like going)

Anytime I would actually get to leave the house, if I was gone for more than 15 minutes it would always be an argument with accusations even though I wasn’t allowed to leave in the first place unless I had taken two kids with me and shared my live location on GPS.

These are just a few examples of what was the norm around here however it hit a new level, and a level I wasn’t capable of dealing with any longer.

The last time I was at the store and he decided I was taking too long, he decided to put his hands on two of my boys, my 12 and 11-year-old. And I don’t mean a spanking. But, at least there was a silver lining to it, because this time he knew it would be enough to arrest him because it was no longer just his word against mine. Now it involved The two children he hurt and the other children that were present as well as videos that one of my other sons took.

Knowing that if were I to call the cops and have him arrested he would lose his very nice job with all its benefits and his vehicle etc., he decided to pack up and leave instead. But he also knew that he was leaving before he paid rent for this month, in fact made sure that I knew it wasn’t paid yet and that he wouldn’t be paying it. (Despite the fact that my youngest child is also his youngest child, our 18 month old son- and if the rest of us lose our home so does he along with us)

So while we are all much happier feeling this great weight off of our shoulders, mom is still a little worried, and I’m trying very hard not to let the kids know.

Rent is due on the 5th, which is tomorrow. Very short notice I know, the latest I could possibly pay it should be the 9th or 10th (before eviction filing begins).

He also left the water bill at $602 and change. He typically doesn’t pay the bills until they get shut off, even though he makes more than enough money to pay all the bills.

Luckily the electric just got shut off twice so the majority of the back balance on that has been taken care of but on the 15th another 281 is due for that as well.

I will absolutely be getting a job as soon as possible, I have already started applying several places, however due to the extremely short notice of the situation with rent, that is why I am asking for help.

I’m positive I will be able to find employment that will take care of me and my kids all on my own like I did years ago before he and I met, but it’s going to take me some time to get to that point and I know I won’t be able to do it before we are behind on rent here, and I really would like to prevent any more upheaval from my children’s lives, so anything that anyone can help with is so greatly appreciated.

*Also,*The rent and electric I should be able to find local agencies that should possibly help that so it’s mostly just the rent I am looking to get help with right now. (Any of the rent assistance programs in my area have a long application process)

My cash app is $amb829

Thank you in advance, from me and my children😁❤️

Urgent Help Needed to Prevent Foreclosure

I need urgent help to prevent my home from foreclosure

I am facing a financial crisis and need your help immediately. In the next 14 days, I have to pay $19,380 to stop foreclosure on my home. This house is not just a building, but a place where my mother and I have lived through many challenges, and now we are in danger of losing it.

my story
I am 41 years old, the only child in my family. Growing up I excelled in maths and was pursuing a diploma in computer studies. However, life took an unexpected turn when both my parents became seriously ill. My father, who was 84 when he died last October, succumbed to cancer, and my mother, who is now 82, is unconscious and facing serious health problems. Due to their illness, I had to give up my studies and work a small job to support them.

In 2013, to cover my father’s medical expenses, I mortgaged our house to Sri Lanka HDFC Bank and borrowed 30 lakh rupees (approx. $10,000) with the help and support of my friends. Despite my best efforts, my father’s health did not improve as we had hoped, and I continued to struggle to repay the loan while taking care of my parents.

For years, I managed to make the payments, but the situation became more challenging after I lost my job due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He found a job whenever he could, but he couldn’t pay the debt. The bank initially understood and gave me a long grace period but now that period is over.

My family situation
I got married in 2017 as per my father’s request. My wife who is now 35 years old and I have a 3 year old daughter. Unfortunately, due to the financial difficulties we were facing, my wife and I were constantly at loggerheads. She was working in an organization, but after our daughter was born, she also had to take care of my mother, father and our daughter at home. This situation caused her great distress and finally her parents came and took her and our daughter away. Although this will ease some of the pressure during this difficult time, I am determined to make things right and reunite with my family.

This house is near a very famous government hospital. Therefore, my mother’s illness was treated by the doctors of that hospital for a long time. This cannot be sold suddenly. Even if you sell it, you have to go to a very distant area after that. A lot of money has to be spent to bring the mother back to the hospital. So for me this place is very important until my mother is alive.

If I can get this help as soon as possible, I will be able to save my house first, and then I can focus on supporting my family from my current job.

How can you help
The bank informed me that I must pay the total outstanding amount of 65 lakh rupees ($21,700) including penalties and interest within 14 days. I have tried everything in my power to raise funds, but I am still $19,380 short.

If I can pay this amount within the next three days, I will be able to avoid foreclosure and keep my mother and I in our home. I will be able to settle the full amount by September, but we need this immediate support to avoid losing everything.

Paypal Link : https://paypal.me/amg19983?country.x=PH&locale.x=en_US

Any contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to keeping our home. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. If you are able to help, please remember that your kindness will not be forgotten.

Need a helping hand – bills/rent

My name is Raj, I live in a college town.  I drive Uber full time.  Summer was a bit slow, but i was managing.  Things fell apart in July when I was driving a female home and she thought I was being in appropriate.  I wasn’t! My hands shake uncontrollably from time to time as I have Parkinson’s.  It’s not been an easy road but I’m coping.

As you can imagine she reported me to Uber, my account was deactivated with no notice.  Having no income wasn’t an option so I started giving cash rides to keep up while Uber investigated.  I ultimately got my account back and continue to drive.  However with bills piling up and rent about to be past due in a couple days cause I haven’t made enough yet this week to pay that either.    Between depleting my savings and having a couple of off days because of my Parkinson’s and not being able to relax my muscles and nervous system I am falling behind more and more.

I’m asking for $1400 to pay rent but if I were to ask for what I need I would need 3000 just to help reduce the stress.

Thank you for taking the time to hear my story.
