Hello, I usually am able to support myself. I have always had a full time job. I’ve spent my life always helping others, and now when I really need help, I can’t find any one to turn to. By the grace of God, and a miracle I  recently survived a saddle pulmonary embolism. Which has kept me out of work for the last few months. I’ve lived off of what little savings I had, and I am currently waiting for disability to kick in. My landlords have been very lenient with me, but unfortunately they rely on my rent to help them get by in life. I am in desperate need of financial assistance in the amount of $2000 just to get myself caught up amd current on my rent. I’ve been able to keep up with my bills, so atleast I am not in debt all over the place. I hate having to come on here and beg, it is quite embarrassing me for me. I also have no problem paying back any financial assistance I receive in the form of monthly payments. I am currently a full time student in college and I am about to graduate, and I am in a lot of financial and academic stress right now because my adoptive parents are going through a foreclosure. They have been paying my rent because they wanted me to focus on school, which has given me the ability to get as far as I have thus far (I am graduating in a couple months). I am a single mom/woman and I really need some assistance for rent. I am currently working a nice job. last year I got scammed by a private landlord. I went to view the apartment which was located on the 3rd floor and it was beautiful! Two days before I was all set to move in, the landlord called to let me know that the 3rd floor apartment has been rented but he had a 1st floor apartment available and did I want that apartment because it looked the exact same as the 3rd floor apartment. I said yes of course! I was excited about the 1st floor. The day I moved in on June 16th 2023, the apartment was in shambles and the only thing that was new in the apartment was the floors. 40% of the items was left in the cabinets were still in the worn out cabinets and the blinds had 2 inches of dirt on them and the door knobs to the bedrooms and the bathrooms were missing. It was a horrible mess. The landlord told me that he was going to fix everything but the only thing that he fixed was the smoke detectors and that is it. I stayed in that apartment until March of this year when he finally let me out of the lease that I begged for. I got approved for the brand new apartment and it took all of my money and some money I didn’t have to move in here. Now I am behind in my rent because I can’t catch up from moving and I need a little assistance to keep my place and I need at least $2500 for the rent and the late fees. I am a veteran who is disabled, and I lost my job back in February. I need help with rent and utilities. I fell behind since February on rent and utilities at a total cost of over 5000 dollars. I have already received the letter to vacate the property and I want to avoid being homeless. I don’t even know where to begin. Right now, I am needing around $7000 to break my lease, pack and hire movers to move somewhere else, and for hotel rooms until I can finish moving. My current apartment is haunted.  I have had no problem with the dogs that are haunting it. I can sense and sometimes catch a glimpse of them and have never felt threatened by them at all or by any other ghosts from other places that I have lived in. I have been in this apartment since July of last year. Beginning about 2 weeks ago I felt something jump on the bed that was much larger but just thought,  well it must be another larger dog. Then about a week ago, I saw that it was a little boy. This would be okay with me as I have also lived in homes and apartments which people ghosts and had no issues but this one is different.  He seems diabolical, but praying and firmly telling him to go away in the name of Jesus didn’t work at all. He does try to do inappropriate things that at his age he shouldn’t even know about. He seems to really be into my feet too.  Plus he will get under the bed and somehow keep pushing his hands through the mattress, poking me. This past weekend after trying to pray him away, he kept putting his hands on and around my head and did the poking thing to my head- this was when I was sitting on the couch, fully awake. This caused me to have one of the worst headaches I have ever had in my life. I got away and somehow made it to the ER where they did a CT Scan but found nothing. I was just told to contact my psychologist (I have depression and anxiety) and my neurologist (I have chronic headaches,  migranes,  and trigeminal neuralgia). They are thinking that the ‘ visual, auditory, and tactile hallucinations’ are caused by some of the medicines reacting to each other negatively. I contacted both docs and the psych doc thinks it’s one of the neurology meds (I personally think some of this may be due to tegretol) and I have an appt next week with the neurologist. I tried to stop the medicine myself but was told by a coworker that her husband had 2 grand mal seizures when he tried to stop it himself. I ended up back in the ER Sunday night because my head still felt awful. I guess I’ll be receiving a $1000 bill for the copay for the visits too. Oh and when I ran out of the house in tears after dealing with this spawn of you know who, it actually followed me out. I heard 4 tiny but loud footfalls before I turned around and yelled at it the get the heck away from me. I have been staying at a hotel nearby since Sunday night. I tried going back Monday night but my anxiety was through the roof as it started getting darker outside. I tried just going to shop at night then sleep during the day but couldn’t even do that. Today was my work from home day and I was on pins and needles all day but got through it and am now back at the hotel. I am going out of town Friday (cheap trip that was booked a while ago, sadly it costs less there than staying in the local hotel) and will be back late Tuesday and am dreading coming back. Not only is my anxiety bad but ironically my depression is worsening too because I keep wondering if a kid in the apartment building lost his life recently.  I am going to have a conversation to see if my psych doc can do anything to help me to not have to pay for breaking the lease at least, this would knock the cost down to about $4000. I live paycheck to paycheck and am running my credit cards up by staying at hotels. Yes, I need better friends. I’ve realized this too and it is not good for my depression.  Any help you can give is very much appreciated.  Years ago, I used to do all the ghost hunts and tours (telling you this so you will understand my PayPal handle) and never had any problems at all. I’m a Truck driver that is running on hard times, the trucking business today is really bad and now that the Key bridge went down here in Maryland freight is really show in sometimes I only work 2,3 or 4 days. Because of the lack of work I’m unable to make a living and I need repairs to my semi truck and my bills is adding up alone of my rent that I can’t even pay, I tried everything for help even trying to get assistance from our state government which I got no help.

So I’m asking for some donations to help me get through this bad time so I can pay my rent, my bills and get my truck fix so I can go out the state and work so I can earn a living to get back on my feet. First of all I want to thank you for taking the time to even read this. This is a very difficult thing for me to do and I appreciate you giving me a chance. I have always worked in the medical field up until Covid hit. I fell extremely ill with covid and ended up with some more medical issues that over time led to me losing my employment. I worked in the same job for 14 years so it was devastating when this happened. Since the medical issues brought down my energy levels and to my doctor appointments I now work from home full time. I do notice that my immune system is getting worse as well. Since then we have noticed mold forming in our house and our landlords refusal to fix. I have contacted the city that hasn’t done anything as the landlord is huge in this town. I am feeling better and getting back to having a normal life. However, we have fell hard in debt. I have $18,000 in debt. A $5000 loan that is not willing to work with me on payments now that I am back to working full time. I just received an IRS bill for $8650 from 2022 and of course they are wanting payment in full by April 24th. The company that filed my taxes and I paid them $500 to do, did not enter some income. So now I have penalties. Behind on rent and two cars broke down. I have $42,000 in student loans that of course just started back up. I get on my knees and pray that our situation will change. I know the lord will provide in many ways. My husband does work full time and we have a 14 year old son. I keep trying to get this mold out of the house however we live by a creek so when the water backs up it flows under our house and there is black mold all under the house. It then comes up through the vents. Me working from home now I am exposed to it all day breathing it in. It hurts as a parent when you can’t get any help and your son wants to invite a friend over, however, you don’t want anyone else having to be in the house with the mold and our kitchen floor caving in. We have asked for help from the government but they say well you have a job. So they don’t help. We just need to get out of debt, get our cars fixed and find a new home. That way my son can have a normal teenage life. He will be starting High school next year and just hoping and praying for a miracle with all of this going on. I appreciate any help you can provide.
