I’m a mother of 2 beautiful girls that is in need of assistance. I’ve always been an extremely hard worker but I’ve found myself in such a bind. My oldest daughter is autistic and had had several seizures. Because she fell sick so much I was unable to continue working and became a stay at home mom. Prior to this my mother and sister both passed which placed me in such a deep depression that if it wasn’t for my kids idk where I would be. I couldn’t to fight trying to get her therapy but with me not being able to afford things she’s not able to receive service. I have maxed out all of my credit cards. But I began to DoorDash with my kids to make ends meet. Well recently my only brother died in a car accident, leaving behind 6 kids. Their mom unfortunately is on drops and my brother took in all of them 7 mths prior to his dead. Social
Service first asked me to take in one child and I did but because I’m family they are unable to help financially.

Up for foster care because I honestly don’t have the space. He also had a daughter that’s autistic and seeing that they have been in and out DSS custody I’m tired of it. I want to help them. I just don’t know how when I’m not able to work a normal 9-5 with my kids.

I’m honestly just asking for financial help to better assist my family while I’m unable to do so.I would like to purchase a car with enough room for 7 children so I can go get my brother kids and to also clear my debt to prove I’m able to adopt all of his children . I love them so much and I just want them home with me. My niece is only 14 and had been molested twice within the time that they been in foster care. I can’t sleep at night, in alot of pain, taking medicine that doesn’t seem to be helping or working at all. I am severely depressed, heart broken, and a mere shadow of who I was before. I can’t work much at all. I have tried looking for remote work online. I have sought help from churches, community centers, local organizations and unfortunately to no avail as of late.

I understand everyone is struggling, and we all need a helping hand from time to time. I am not the type of person who has ever really asked for any help for anything in my life, but now I REALLY, REALLY NEED HELP FAST! As I don’t have alot of time. I cannot stay living with a friend for long. I am looking for help for my kids and I so we can get out of a toxic and possible dangerous situation. My kid’s father threatened me and my child who called for help. He has had a history in the past of being abusive towards me and I hoped he had changed and was past all of that. Sadly, I am wrong. Hi, my name is Gigi and I will try to keep this short. Within ONE YEAR, actually, 9 months apart, I was the victim of two major motor vehicle accidents. I am self-employed and was recovering from the covid shutdown disaster which had already set me back financially, but I was working my way back. Then one night as I was driving to the grocery store, sitting at a red light waiting to turn, a lady slammed into the back of me at high speed, tore up my vehicle, and injured me quite seriously. This put me out of work and sent me into 6 months of physical therapy and treatment for my injuries. The insurance company screwed me over and lowballed me on car repairs and I ended up coming out of my pocket partially to fix my vehicle which is older and paid for. This put me out of work for those 6 months, and I had to try to survive off of the little savings I had left from having to use them during the covid shutdown.  I was told that my case would take AT LEAST 2 years to settle and the attorneys seem to be dragging their feet with the insurance company offering me no recourse.
Then almost 9 months to the day after I had finally recovered and was starting to feel normal and back to working again, a man ran a red light at high speed and practically t-boned me, leaving me with serious spinal injuries, damage to my optical nerves, and worse, and I have not been able to see clearly enough to function normally. I have been suffering from a serious concussion and other bodily injuries, again leaving me unable to work and at the mercy of insurance companies and lawyers who do not seem very interested in trying to move this case along. In the meantime, I have been told by a neurologist, which I had to fight my Atty to see, that I need 4-6 months each of major concussion therapy, ocular-motor therapy, and a couple of other things to get my vision back and stop the debilitating headaches. These are therapies I’ve been told I will have to pay for out of pocket and I cannot afford because I cannot afford medical insurance and cannot get any help from the state because I’m in my 50’s and in some “gap” period of people they won’t help. I have tried everything. Again, the insurance company and attorney offer me no recourse, and the best I can hope for is that this case is settled in at least 2 years, and in the meantime, I’m drowning.
This completely disrupted my life, my livelihood, and my income, I cannot pay my bills and mostly I cannot afford my rent and I have no place else to go. My vehicle still is not fixed and is barely running, I have no family and nobody I can count on to help me, and I feel totally hopeless. I applied for food stamps and all they would offer me is $15/month.

I have always been responsible, always a hard worker, and have never asked anyone for anything, but I am asking for help right now because I just don’t know what else to do. I can’t even get gig work right now because I can’t see well enough to drive, plus my vehicle won’t go 5 miles without overheating and I have no money to fix what the insurance company didn’t fix.

I am in need of money to stay afloat for a couple of months and to pay for these therapies so that I can function and get my livelihood back. I hate to ask, but there is no other recourse. I can’t even see to write this out, my neighbor is typing this for me.  I am in need of at least $9-10,000 at this time. PLEASE HELP.
ANYTHING WOULD HELP, the bill collectors and my landlord are putting me under more pressure and honestly, I just do not know what to do. I have always been the person helping everyone and of course, when I need help all anybody has had for me is excuses. My name is Kati and I adopted my puppy Frankie at the beginning of this school year.  She is my support dog.  Early this morning, Frankie and my family dog, Hazel, were poisoned somehow and we’ve been at the ER with them since.   Frankie is in the ICU and she is in the waiting period for insurance.

After driving for a couple of months, the check engine light came on, and now the transmission is failing.
