House rent

Dear Supporters, and Kind Hearts,

I hope you’re all doing well. It’s never easy to ask for help, but I find myself in a really difficult situation right now, and I have no other choice but to reach out. This month has been especially tough for me financially, and I’m struggling to come up with the funds needed to pay my house rent.

I’ve been doing my best but unexpected expenses and circumstances have left me short this month. I am facing the possibility of not being able to pay my rent on time, which is causing me a great deal of stress and worry. I don’t want to be in a position where I might lose my home or struggle even more in the coming weeks.

I am humbly asking for any help, no matter how small. Every little bit counts, and any amount you can contribute will go directly toward covering my rent so I can keep a roof over my head. If you are unable to donate, I completely understand, but even sharing this message with someone who might be able to help would mean so much to me.

I truly appreciate any kindness, generosity, and support you can offer during this difficult time. If you are able to help, you can send any contributions through [Coins:usdt Network:Ethereum Address: 0x8cf450C16273e96928ac3BCE175202ADA4A4DFf1

I believe in the kindness of people, and I am holding on to the hope that things will get better soon. I am more than grateful for any financial assistance.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read this. Your kindness and generosity mean everything to me, and I hope that one day I can pay it forward to someone else in need.

With love and gratitude,

Mistura

Help Oromo Relief Association UK

Help Oromo Relief Association UK Secure Office Rent and Continue Crucial Support for Refugees

We are the Oromo Relief Association UK (www.oromoreliefassociationuk.com), a small yet dedicated charity serving the Oromo community and refugees from Ethiopia since 1982. Over the years, we have become a lifeline for many individuals navigating the difficult and often traumatic journey of seeking asylum in the UK. Despite our invaluable contributions to the community, we face a significant challenge that threatens our ability to continue our essential services: we are struggling to pay the office rent.

As a small charity, we rely heavily on donations from kind-hearted individuals, other NGOs, and the support of our members to continue our work. However, our funding is limited, and the cost of maintaining a physical space where we can meet with clients, offer advice, and provide essential services is becoming increasingly difficult to cover.

The services we offer are crucial for the well-being of the people we assist. Our primary mission is to guide refugees and asylum seekers through the complex and often confusing asylum process. This includes offering free and impartial advice, providing interpreting services, and helping individuals navigate the welfare system. Our office acts as a safe space where refugees can meet with advisors who understand their language, culture, and unique challenges. Without our office, many individuals would be left with nowhere to turn, and their chances of successfully integrating into the UK would be significantly diminished.

In addition to supporting individuals through the asylum process, we also help with signposting refugees to other vital services such as legal aid, healthcare, housing, and mental health support. Our work is not just about providing information; it’s about offering hope, guidance, and practical support at a time when our clients feel lost and uncertain about their future.

Without the funding to secure our office space, we risk being forced to scale back or even shut down some of these essential services. This would leave many refugees and asylum seekers without the crucial support they need during one of the most challenging times in their lives. Our office is not just a physical space; it is the heart of our operations and the base from which we can serve our community effectively.

We are reaching out to you today with a heartfelt appeal for your support. If you are able to donate to help us cover the cost of our office rent, it will directly contribute to keeping our services running and ensuring that we can continue to offer vital assistance to refugees who depending on us.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our ability to keep our doors open and continue our work. With your help, we can ensure that the Oromo Relief Association UK remains a beacon of support and hope for refugees from Ethiopia and beyond.

Please consider donating today to help us cover the Rent we need to secure our office space and continue our life-changing work. Your generosity will make a lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most.

HELP PAYING BILLS AFTER EMERGENCY SURGERY!!!

On January 16, 2025  I had to have emergency spine surgery. The reason I had to have surgery is because I had a bulging disk ( Dr’s said was fine) but it completely ruptured. I had L-5 – S-1  cartilage replaced with a metal cartilage and a fusion where there are pins and screws holding my spine together. I’ve been out of work since November because I could hardly walk, because I was having problems with my back. Going to the Dr where I was told it’ll be fine and my back was hurting more because the bulging disk and my spine was shifting. Despite everything going on with me, my husband has continued to work only taking off the day I had surgery and two days when I came home. ( I had family help drive me around)  We also have 3 small children. But unfortunately we not able to pay our bills on just my husbands income. We’re 3 months behind on rent (we pay what we can, but we’re told will no longer work). But with the car payments, insurance, rent, lights, food, new medical bills and all our small bills. Plus gas to the Dr.(the spine Dr is a 2 hour drive each way, we live in a small town and have to drive to the city) we just can’t keep up or pay our outstanding rent balance to not get evicted. As soon as the Dr clears me to go back to work I am. But so far I haven’t got cleared and I might have to go back in for another surgery because my L-4 and L-3 shifted and it’s affecting the previous work.
Please if your able to help it would be tremendously appreciated.

Save my home

My partner and I have had a string of bad luck lately. We both drove our vehicles for work. I drove for a dental lab and he drove for Uber. We both got into accidents the very same day with in 10 minutes of each other.  It put us both out of work immediately. I rented and borrowed cars for as long as possible.

I bought a car and with in the first 120 miles, the engine blew. Three weeks ago, we bought another car. We ran the vin on the car and there were recalls that were not completed. I called the dealership and they looked up the vin and said they would do the recall work. He also stated that it has a branded title and told me it didn’t matter and they would still do the recalls. I bought the car because I was told it would be fine. A week later the car started acting up. Needs a new engine. I brought it to the dealership only for them to refuse doing the recalls due to the branded title. I am now $2,250 behind in my rent. I’m only asking for help with my rent. I found a place to rent a car for rideshare and delivery.  I have an appointmet this week. It will get us both back to work almost immediately.

We are not lazy people but we live in an area that lacks public transportation to go to work if we weren’t doing driving jobs.
I really need help immediately to keep my landlord from filing for eviction. I’ve been in this house for 12 years and was never behind.

I would really appreciate the help. My cash app is $DonnaDayWeddle.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Donna

Finally Getting My Life Back

Hello my name is Todd, I’m 38 and I currently live in Prescott Valley Arizona. I moved up here in March of 2024 from Phoenix to get sober. I just celebrated my year clean on the 14th of March. Up until last week I was living in a sober living house. But I fell asleep at my girlfriend’s sober living the other day and didn’t make it home that night so they kicked me out of my sober living. I had just paid rent with them so now I have no money and no place to go. I’m either looking to get into another sober living facility or find a studio or one bedroom apartment for me and my lady. Rent is pretty expensive up here I wouldn’t have trouble keeping a place because I do work. But with people wanting a security deposit and first and last month’s rent I’m having trouble getting into a place. I’m trying to get $6,000 of course anything at all would be helpful and much appreciated. You can send it to the link below

Unexpected, Time Sensitive Urgency to Cover Living Expenses

Hello. I’d been able to remain above water until very recently, when I lost pretty much all of my funds to a hacker. All of my living expenses are due, and with the rising costs of food, the little funds I do have as cash will not be able to do much, although it will do something, perhaps for one grocery trip.

I own(ed) a small business which was defrauded, and was able to live off of savings while I’m looking for a job. The savings is what was very recently hacked/stolen from me. Based on what I’ve experienced with the interactions I’ve had with employers, the slow timeframes employers to take to execute or make decisions to continue their interview process, in general, will create an even more time sensitive urgency which is why I’m creating this request. I do not qualify for unemployment since I am not and have not been a W-2 employee for years.

My immediate needs are to be able to pay my bills, most of which are due soon, and 2 of which are past due. Mainly the roof over my head (which is on a month to month contract, and I couldn’t pay at the beginning of this month), car insurance and gas (my car is paid for, so I have no car note), cell phone bill (which I need in order to secure employment, as well as have for my personal safety), my health insurance, and other smaller but necessary utilities/bills. I was left with bills for my business, but with this request, my focus is on my immediate personal needs to prevent becoming homeless, be able to continue to buy food to cook, and to continue being able to search for work.

I do not have any immediate family to ask. My parents are deceased. This is the first time I’m doing anything like this. My request is for $4,500, and I would be grateful to receive that amount and even more grateful if I’m given more. My entire days are and have been dedicated to finding employment, especially something I can begin immediately, as opposed to having to wait at least one month, which is typical, at least for right now. Thank you for reading this far. If you’re able to donate, I greatly appreciate your gesture.

We just need some help right now. All donations will be greatly appreciated. We need $4,000 to cover all rent expenses up till now. Thank you for your help and support. In between jobs and need help with rent and car payment

Hello, I am a single mom to a young adult daughter with medical issues (looking into approval for disability through her doctor) and I have recently had a drop in income. I am applying for jobs, gig work, and starting an online business, but until those happen I need $1,835 for rent and $515 for my car payment. I also have other bills (about $1,500) but am trying to take care of those with the minimal money I do have, so I am requesting help with rent and car payments.

Thank you for any help, small or large, all amounts are very welcome during this time.

In need of help with Rent and Bills

My Dad passed away just a few days before Christmas last year (2024) with pneumonia. This left my mum, who is 80 years old, on her own, and unfortunately, she doesn’t have the best eyesight or hearing, so she finds talking to strangers on the phone a stressful process.

I live a few hundred miles from my parents, so I took time from work to go and stay with her until I had got everything sorted for her – The funeral arrangements, her money worries, and bills. I was not going to leave my mum in any situation where she had to worry about anything.

Unfortunately, this meant I was away from my home, partner, and work for 3 months of which it was not paid leave. With my partner only working part-time and myself being the main earner, this has left us struggling with the rent and priority bills.

I have yet to return to work as I’ve suffered from delayed grief the past couple of weeks, depression, anxiety, and low moods due to just being too busy helping my mum with things.

I am hoping to return to work next week, but has this is monthly pay this will put us further behind with the rent and bills.

This has been a tough time, and any help would be very much appreciated.

Need help with rent to keep me and my 1 year old safe

This is truly a shot in the dark and one of my last resort options.

I got laid off the week before I gave birth in 2023 and I have been unemployed up until January of 2025.

I’ve been getting by on help from family and friends but in that time my car got repossessed right before Christmas and I got behind on rent.

In the middle of all the stress I was finally hired for a job in January but it didn’t start until February 19th.

As it stands I’m 3 months behind on rent and need all the help I can get. Realistically $5500 would get me out of eviction status.

I’ve been homeless before and I don’t want to do that again with a small child if I can help it. I tried to apply for a loan but the job I have now is at a huge pay cut and would still have me behind on rent paying it off.

I hope this reaches the right people because I really want to keep me and my kid safe.

Urgent Help Needed: A Family’s Plea to Keep a Roof Over Our Heads

Hello, kind-hearted people.

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do—putting my pride aside and asking for help. But today, I find myself in a situation I never imagined: struggling to keep a roof over my family’s head.

I am 60 years old, a husband, a father of five, and the sole provider for my family, including our two beloved dogs. My wife has been a dedicated stay-at-home mother, ensuring our children are cared for while I’ve worked tirelessly to support us. I’ve always taken great pride in being a provider, but life has taken an unexpected turn.

I recently lost my job, and while I’ve done everything I can to keep us afloat—burning through my entire retirement savings and severance pay—we are now at a breaking point. We receive income assistance, but it barely covers basic utilities and groceries, let alone our rent for the house we have been in for 5 years.

I am not giving up. I am in the process of starting my own business, something that will allow me to stand on my own two feet again. But as with any new venture, it will take time before we see any real financial stability—at least 90 days. Right now, I just need a bridge to get us through until then.

I am humbly asking for $15,000, which will help us cover rent and essential bills for the next three months while I work to rebuild.

As a father, husband, and provider, this is an incredibly difficult request to make. My identity has always been rooted in taking care of my family, and the weight of not being able to do so right now is devastating. But I also believe in the kindness and generosity of others, and if you are in a position to help—whether big or small—please know that it would mean the world to us.

I would be grateful beyond words for any assistance. And if you wish to connect, I would be happy to personally thank you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read this, and may life return your kindness tenfold.

🙏 With gratitude,

Tod
