Request for Support for Underprivileged Children

Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Alexander, and I am reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for support. I am deeply concerned about the welfare of underprivileged children in our community in Africa who face numerous challenges in accessing basic necessities like education, healthcare, and nutrition.

These children often lack the resources and opportunities that many of us take for granted. Their families struggle to provide them with the support they need to thrive, and as a result, these young individuals are at risk of falling behind in their development and future prospects.

I am eager to contribute to making a positive impact on their lives, but I need your help.I believe that together, we can make a significant difference.

Here are some ways in which your support could be invaluable:

  1. Education Support: Providing educational materials, scholarships, or access to educational programs can help these children stay in school and build a brighter future.

  2. Healthcare Access: Ensuring they receive regular health check-ups and have access to medical care when needed is crucial for their well-being.

  3. Nutritional Assistance: Offering meal programs or food assistance can help combat hunger and malnutrition, allowing them to grow and develop healthily.

Your support would not only improve the lives of these children but also inspire hope and resilience within their families and communities.

Thank you for considering this request. I look forward to the possibility of working together to create a more equitable and supportive environment for these deserving children.

Warm regards,

Alexander

To Save My Business

In 2017 my business was burnt to the ground and I lost everything. $35000 was bank money through overdraft facility granted to me. By 2020, $5000 was paid back but lockdown made the matter worse. Rent for the 8 months lockdown took my debt to $40000. I have paid $10000 so far but I need help. I have 2 children in the university and a third is getting in next year. I need help to clear the bank debt.

Grieving, Healing & Building a Sanctuary of Hope—Please Help

Hi everyone,

In 2020, I lost the love of my life to demons he couldn’t conquer. That loss shattered my world. I was a forensic phlebotomist, stable and steady—but grief swallowed me whole. I lost my career, my home, and for the past five years, I’ve been trying to survive while struggling with homelessness.

Now, thanks to therapy and support, I finally have a clear vision. And I want to turn all this pain into something good—not just for me, but for others too.

My Dream: A Self-Sustaining Desert Sanctuary

I’m raising funds to build a 100% green-energy farm on 10 acres in Desert Hot Springs, CA. Built with Earthship principles (solar, wind, water collection, recycled materials), this will be a place of healing, growth, and opportunity.

Here’s what it will offer:

• A farm that grows food for the needy

• Artist studios for welding, pottery, glass blowing, metal work, and more—free to use

• Small cabins for people in crisis, offering short-term housing while they rebuild

What I Need to Start:

• $15,000 for land

• $3,500 to fix my broken truck (vital for transport)

• $3,000 for Earthship Academy in New Mexico

• $5,000 for immediate living costs during this transition

I’ll be building everything with recycled and donated materials—tires, bottles, cans, and whatever I can salvage.

This isn’t just a dream. It’s a mission. I’ve lived through hopelessness. Now I want to build hope for others.

If you’re able to help, please send support via PayPal to:

HELP PAYING BILLS AFTER EMERGENCY SURGERY!!!

On January 16, 2025  I had to have emergency spine surgery. The reason I had to have surgery is because I had a bulging disk ( Dr’s said was fine) but it completely ruptured. I had L-5 – S-1  cartilage replaced with a metal cartilage and a fusion where there are pins and screws holding my spine together. I’ve been out of work since November because I could hardly walk, because I was having problems with my back. Going to the Dr where I was told it’ll be fine and my back was hurting more because the bulging disk and my spine was shifting. Despite everything going on with me, my husband has continued to work only taking off the day I had surgery and two days when I came home. ( I had family help drive me around)  We also have 3 small children. But unfortunately we not able to pay our bills on just my husbands income. We’re 3 months behind on rent (we pay what we can, but we’re told will no longer work). But with the car payments, insurance, rent, lights, food, new medical bills and all our small bills. Plus gas to the Dr.(the spine Dr is a 2 hour drive each way, we live in a small town and have to drive to the city) we just can’t keep up or pay our outstanding rent balance to not get evicted. As soon as the Dr clears me to go back to work I am. But so far I haven’t got cleared and I might have to go back in for another surgery because my L-4 and L-3 shifted and it’s affecting the previous work.
Please if your able to help it would be tremendously appreciated.

Mortage catch up

Hello,

First, let me THANK  YOU for reading my post.  Now, I will attempt to explain the situation I have gotten into and am requesting help getting out of.

I am a registered nurse with 28 years of experience and I have been married to my husband for 27 years.  We have 4 kids ages 26, 24, 18, 16 years old.  The 24 yr old is happily married and the other 3 live with us.  We were living in the same town that my husband and I grew up in and graduated from with family close.

I had the opportunity to leave my job of 7 years and move my family to Alaska to work at the Anchorage VA Medical Center in Anchorage.  I was able to buy a 3 bedroom home in Wasilla AK and commute to Anchorage for work.  I moved up in Sept of 2023 and my family came up in Dec 0f 23 after the kids got out of school for the winter holiday.

My husband was unable to find a stable job until Nov of 24 which was totally not how we thought this adventure would go.  This lack of additional income placed a serious strain on our finances and I fell behind in the mortgage payments and I am expecting to get foreclosure papers any day now.

I thought I would be able to afford living here but it is very clear that I cant support my family and pay all the bills.  I have begun looking for other employment in the lower 48 states but not with the VA as this job is so far from what I was lead to believe it would be it and my stress level is out of this world at the moment that I am actually considering getting out of nursing all together.

I have ruined my credit at this point due to falling behind in my credit cards and the mortgage.  I have managed to stay up to date with my car payment so I can say I have accomplished that much.

I am asking for $8,000 to catch up with the mortgage so we can sell the house and move out of Alaska.  Any  help anyone can provide will be appreciated more than you can imagine!   I take full responsibility for placing us in this situation and have never asked anyone for any help before but I am asking now.

Thank you for reading my post!  If anyone choses to help with this mess I have made of things my VENMO is: @Nicole-Hazelton-2

Help me take a big step forward in my life!

I’m reaching out for your support to help me take an important step in my life.

For several years now, I’ve dreamed of doing an internship abroad, and a great opportunity recently came up — the chance to apply for an internship at the EBI in England. But first, I need to prove I have a solid level of English and successfully pass the Cambridge exam scheduled for August.

I’m an international student from West Africa, currently living in France. I’m here alone, without any family to support me. I work alongside my studies to cover my basic needs, rent, bills, and tuition. Despite all my efforts, I still have significant gaps in English.

I found an amazing tutor on Preply who offers intensive lessons perfectly suited to my needs, but they cost around €400 per month. My goal is to take these lessons from April through August so I can give myself the best possible chance to succeed in the exam.

Unfortunately, with my current income, I can only cover my basic living expenses. I’m trying to save a bit, but that money is reserved for a future accommodation in England if the internship works out, or for any emergencies.

Even if I don’t get accepted into this internship, improving my English and passing this exam will open doors to other international opportunities. This isn’t just a dream — it’s a true investment in my future.

If you’re able to help in any way, even the smallest contribution can make a huge difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time, your kindness, and maybe your support.

Urgent Appeal for Financial Assistance – A Single Mother’s Struggle to Provide for my child

Dear All,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart, seeking your support during an incredibly challenging time for my family. I am a single mother to a 6-year-old autistic child, and I am currently facing a situation that I never imagined would happen to us.

In February, I lost my job as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK, and since then, my life has been turned upside down. Unfortunately, due to my visa status, my son and I are not eligible for public funds or any government benefits. This has left us with no financial safety net to rely on during this difficult period. As a result, we have been homeless for over a month, and the struggle to provide basic necessities, including food and shelter, has become overwhelming.

Every day has been a battle to survive, and while I am doing everything in my power to find a new job, the situation has become urgent. My priority is to secure stable accommodation for myself and my son. Without a safe and secure place to call home, it is impossible for me to focus on rebuilding my life and finding stable employment. A roof over our heads is not just a basic need, but a critical foundation that will allow me to continue caring for my child and working toward a better future.

I am asking for your support in the form of financial assistance to help us secure accommodation. This will enable me to regain some stability while I continue my efforts to find work and provide for my son. Any contribution you can offer, no matter how small, will have an immeasurable impact on our lives. Your generosity will help us move closer to the goal of securing a permanent home and rebuilding our lives.

I understand that many are going through tough times, and it is with great humility that I ask for your support. The kindness and compassion of people like you can make all the difference in moments like this. Your help would allow us to overcome this crisis and build a brighter future.

Thank you so much for considering my appeal. Your support would mean the world to me and my son during this incredibly difficult time.

With sincere gratitude11

Be a part of something bigger

I am Simimol Chacko writing this message I am in very critical situation. Myself and my husband were not having job for many years.  My husband had a job but because of an accident he lost that job on August 2014. And myself I am not educated and I am also a patient suffering spinal cord injury. So I am not able to work. August 2014 onwards we have no income from any other sources not even single penny income. We have two children one boy and one girl 17 and 14 years old and my old parents and my husband’s old parents are with us. Because of no income for the last 11 years we are in pathetic situation.

Now a days we need food for 8 people in my family, and medical expenses and children school tuition fees, bus fare, cost for books etc etc are very difficult to manage it. I don,t know how I continue my children’s further education, because there is no way to continue their studies. We had a small house but its sold already for our hospital bills and children’s education. Now we are staying in a very very small house with these 8 people without electricity and that for monthly rent. House rent also pending now.

I have no idea about what’s my family;s future life. Because there is no money with us for anything. My parents and my husband’s parents are very old people and they need food, medicine and dress for atleast wear in home, even that also we cannot provide our parents, because of our situation. My dream is to give better education background for my children but I don,t know how. They are not going school now because few years school tuition fees are pending and we are failure to clear school fee dues. So school is not permitted my children to sit in classes until we pay the dues immediately.

I feel very sad because my children;s education will stop soon because of not paying the school fees. My children are very sad because all of their freinds are continuing their studies in the same school. I am not telling any exact figure of amount donation to you, kinly please treat this as most urgent and do some help as you can as immediate. If you can it will be a great help for a family to save their life and two children can continue their studies. Its my humble request please save my family.

Desperate appeal for help to deal with debt – Sinking fast

This is a second post – my last month’s request didn’t get me any support, instead 2 or 3 reached out over email asking for upfront fees to be paid for donation & asking for personal details. Obviously scams, I ignored these emails. Realized that the original post was very cryptic (purposely so as to avoid inconveniencing everybody with my sob story)  & also that I needed to share of myself for people to know me & to want to help. In today’s times, one cannot be too careful. Hence, waited for a month to get the $20 to repost this, hoping to get some attention & much desperately needed help.
I find myself in a situation where my loan installments far exceed my salary. Dealing with the bank’s collections department is taking a toll. I hope my story below shows that I have done everything in my power to come up on top of the situation. The cycle of ongoing debt, mostly due to medical issues, trying to get on top of the situation through few ventures, facing financial challenges in those & being saddled with medical bills intermittently without any warning contributed to my current situation. In short, my debt kept increasing.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I would like to state that I am just a human being (no saint) who underwent emotional, financial turmoil, never giving up & always trying to get on top of the situation & get a better life for my family & myself. However, I have made errors in judgement. I realize that I am not entitled but seek to reach out to your kindness. Your help will get me out of a sticky situation.
Always have battled it out. Never thought of giving up or accepting defeat, while trying my best to give back to society – apart from individual assistance given whenever possible, setting up the Haemophilia Foundation of Uganda with help/guidance from Laurie Kelly. This was during a short stint of 9 months in the country. Later when we left, we handed over the foundation in capable hands. Joseph had taken this forward in a very good way with help from Laurie. I hear that he later became a MP in the Ugandan Parliament & the foundation’s work is handled by his sister.
This is very gratifying & I felt a sense of fulfillment, to be one of God’s instruments in getting this done.
Pursuant to the above, I commit that any excess donations received will be shared with others who are in need.
Please find links & screenshots (if allowed by the site) below.
https://haemophiliauganda.blogspot.com/

In an attempt towards sharing myself, here’s my story.
In 2002, we were blessed with a baby boy. This was our second child, the first being my daughter who was delivered naturally & was healthy.
With the immense pleasure that his birth bought with it, I soon realised that it came with challenges & few tests for us.
My wife was hospitalized for a period of 2.5 months following the birth & needed to undergo 3 surgeries.
Within a couple of hours of giving birth via C-section, the doctor advised me that she was bleeding internally & needed to be shifted to a secondary hospital. There, a second surgery was carried out & an emergency hysterectomy was performed because the doctor said that when they opened her up (doc speak), there was a lake of blood in her stomach area & that if they wasted anytime searching for the source of the bleed, we may lose her. The surgeon informed that she needed to be monitored for urine output. If that was low, it would mean that she had developed complications & would need further attention.
Meanwhile, on son’s front, on his second day on this planet, he developed a huge bulge on the right side of his head & needed to be moved to a NICU in a third hospital (paediatric hospital). He was kept ina glass cage with a red or blue light on him. Not a medico but I guess that was UV. He was later discharged a month down the line.
Not without an emotional test – one week after the delivery, I was advised by both the teams of doctors (my wife’s & son’s) to let them pass on. Since I wasn’t (still am not) capable of taking decisions for God, I refused to consent.
Moreover, when they were fighting it out, how could I as a husband & father withdraw. I remember going to the NICU window & silently asking my son what he thought of the doctor’s advice. He flicked a finger & my decision was sealed :D
On the wife’s front – the next day (3rd day after birth), her urine output was below 100 ml in 24 hours & doctors advised us to move her to a tertiary hospital for further care.
Then started our tryst in a multi-speciality hospital’s ICU (where she spend the most time). Her kidney function was already down & dialysis started. Her platelets kept dropping down to dangerous levels (in the range of 8000 if I recollect correctly). I soon learnt that there were 4-5 different blood products – Whole blood, RBC, WBC, Plasma and Cryoprecipitates (these were not in much use back then & needed a MD specialist to advise the doctors to start her on Cryo). She needed to be infused with one of these every 4-6 hours to sustain her platelet count.
She went through a plethora of medical issues – heart, loss of peripheral vision, liver failure (prompting the doctor to advise me to let her pass).
Somewhere during all this, the MD specialist was called on for his opinion & he advised the doctors to immediately start her on cryoprecipitates. Her platelet count started improving after Cryo & we heaved a collective sigh of relief.
However, the challenges were not over.
On the 21st day, she underwent a third surgery to remedy a sudden vaginal bleed.
After 2.5 months in the hospital, we returned back home, she was a physical wreck, me a financial wreck but very grateful that we were together. Slowly settled down, coming to terms & taking stock of the situation.
This was the first time I incurred a huge debt & didn’t realize then that this would become a lifestyle for me.
When my son was 6 months later, we discovered that he had hemophilia. Thinking back, this was the cause for the huge bulge on his head on the day after birth.
This felt like a death blow – somehow we had come to terms & were trying to pay back the loans & trying to get on top of the situation (the intent was very clear). This seemed to be crushing all hopes.
We soon realized that hemophilia was incurable & that my son would need factors for the rest of his life & that the dosage would increase with his weight.
In India, we do have a Hemophilia Foundation who get factors (some fresh but mostly expired). Since the afflicted population was huge, they charge people who can pay for the factor while giving the poor treatment free of cost or at discount.
Thus started the cycle of paying from future salaries for his factors. Moreover, these are expired factors that we were paying through our nose for.
Thus, the cycle of ongoing debt, trying to get on top of the situation through few ventures, facing financial challenges in those & being saddled with medical bills intermittently without any warning. In short, my debt kept increasing.
In 2008, I got to consult for 6-9 months for a company in Uganda. When the proposal came, I searched for support for my son. However, I found that there was no support for PWHs (Person with Hemophilia) in Uganda. Two months prior to departure for Uganda, I started writing to any email address I could lay my hands on. Though nothing concrete came out of these efforts & finding ourselves very close to the departure date, we took a leap of faith & left for Uganda. The first thing to strike was the pristine beauty of the country whilst the stark poverty for most also was evident. Slowly, the need to provide support to my son turned into a burning desire to do something for the PWHs in the country. A month after reaching Kampala, I came across a blog by Laurie Kelly & wrote to her. To our absolute desire, she responded & we started the journey. As we progressed, more good hearts joined. We had to leave the country soon but am happy that the HFU is helping PWHs across Uganda. For a more detailed account of the journey, please visit https://haemophiliauganda.blogspot.com/  & please read all old posts.
Though spiritual my entire life, Bruno Groening decided to allow me into his Bruno Groening Circle of Friends & gave it a deeper meaning & understanding. I remember feeling peace for the first time after everything started.
Now, I am 56 years old & will have to retire in another 4 years, Having spent my life taking care of my sick son’s medical bills, children’s education & going through the emotional roller coaster mentioned above, I find myself close to retirement & drowning in debt. No house of our own yet & having lost family, I am left alone to tackle my debts & life.
I seek help in paying off my debts only, totaling to $35,000, so that I may get on with the task of rebuilding my life. I seek help from kind souls to pay off said debts. I would like to celebrate this life, which is God’s gift & hence request kind souls to help me pay off my debts.
I pray to God to bless everyone & wish all the very best in life!
Request to please send your contributions to – https://www.paypal.me/satishapillai
Warm regards to all!

Domestic Violence MVA

HI,
I need help please read my story
Myself and Cartwright, Myself (driver) drove over to the terminus hotel Morgan to get take away dinner my girlfriend Ella was there we played a few games of pool I had a 2 beers Cartwright was drinking double jacks as the time went on I said to Cartwright we need to go ella said I’ll get a lift home too.
At the time ex partner the driver Luke Cartwright 44 years of age drove myself and my car into a tree speed over 100ks
I was in the passage seat with a seat belt on the side that took the complete impact
I was able to get my seat belt off open the passenger door, trying to escape thinking the car would catch fire as iv lost a brother in law the same way.
As iv taken at the most 2 step i collapsed was unconscious (passing in and out the whole experience)
till I woke to Cartwright booting me in my legs (he was running and Full force kicking me) and ribs ripping me upwards then slamming me into the ground trying to get me up yelling if you put me in jail I’ll kill u and your family he then left the scene as I heard him yelling coming back I do remember trying to yell for help he was yelling hurtling me saying shut up or I’m going to jail
(he has a criminal past one example is due to 45 counts of drug trafficking he was convicted to under 10 got on home D he had been off for last few months)
As he’s trying to drag me across the ground I begged him to call for help it went quiet after awhile hearing him coming back he then throw a phone at me it was just in reach (thank god) I rang my friend ella and said I need help and ambulance asap. when the ambulance got to me I was so frightened I told them I was driving the car as he threatened me and was assaulting me while I was unconscious I was too scared and disoriented to tell the truth to the attending police officer Tim McGurgan I made a video statement so there should be evidence of this, cfs and Ambulance officers. Ambulances attended we then left 2 Ambulance officers my friend Ella and myself via ambulance. It was roughly 9.30pm to ED Riverland General Hospital on arrival I was still disoriented, in shock, scared and a lot of pain excruciating I some what remember going in for CT scan but not a lot told abit later I had rib fractures nothing they can do and want me to go home at this stage it was past 1am I refused as I had no way of getting home as I live approximately 1hr and 15 minutes away from hospital and was in excruciating pain to the point I was being sick and losing consciousness/passing out trying to sleep in discomfort struggling to breath my family arrived round 9.45am on the 27/06/2023
My dad (now deceased) wheel-chaired me out to the car it was a struggle to get me in the car as the pain was nothing like I have ever experienced ever in my life I was told no information was not given any paperwork on the day of discharge other then the doctor handed mum 1x scrip PARACETAMOL 500MG + CODEINE PHOSPHATE 30MG TABLET
no repeat’s i did state at this time I do not want to go home and I should not be going home.
When I got home I was bed ridden at home for 3 days no sleep, no toilet, no food, no drink, no shower i was in extreme pain blacking out it was hell.
I new something was not right I was very unwell after my mum came seen me she was ringing around the Riverland medical centres and hospitals trying to get me help especially pain killers she was repeatedly told by staff I need to come in to medical centre my mum then had enough and rang a nurse practitioner Jason Walter’s who we knew from Morgan medical Center now at mannum medical
luckily at the time he was working at the RAH mum explain to him what was going on and can he help her daughter after hanging up he looked up my reports and he rang back in pretty well in minutes stating get a Ambulance asap as I had spine crushed//fractures to my L1, L2 and L3 no pain medication and I needed urgent care Ambulance arrived and was given pain relief to get me out of bed so l was able to use the toilet I was then taken via ambulance and admitted in to Waikerie hospital for treatment and monitoring I was hospitalised for 3 days I was sent home with the following medication MAYNE-PHARMA-OXYCODONE-IR TAB 5MG 20 and TARGIN TAB-CR 20MG-10MG
28. –
Since my MVA and hospital experience | now suffer chronic pain in my back, ribs, hips tingling in my arms, hands and legs I have continuess brain fog, Forget what I am doing, head aces, feelings I’m coming out of my own body and continuing sickness everyday.
I have not worked or drove a car since the accident.
All the CFS Whom attended the scene said that they will be more than happy to stand up and say that I was definitely not driving that night as I was found just outside the passenger door my injuries are not
I have the evidence of Cartwright on Facebook messenger stating that he drove the car into the tree.
I did also do a video statement evidence made from my home to police and I assume it’s at the Waikerie police station in regards to that night of MVA stating on the video with my little sister beside me scared with Anxiety I was not driving and the reason why I lied is because I sincerely thought I was going to be murdered.
I have contacted so many ppl but  with no help I feel hopeless because what happened that night has been continuing in my life mental disease disorders, I suffer from tacky Cardiacs as soon as I get in the car to drive now my existing injuries, which is only going to worsen in time.
Your Feedback/ Donations will be very much appreciated.
Thank you

This will change my life

Hey everyone,

This isn’t easy for me to post, but I really need help. My teeth have gotten so bad that I’m in constant pain, and it’s affecting my health, confidence, and overall well-being. Eating is a struggle, smiling feels impossible, and the daily discomfort is taking a serious toll on me.

I need extensive dental work—extractions, restorations, and possibly implants—to fix the damage, but the costs are way beyond what I can afford on my own. That’s why I’m reaching out and asking for any support you can give.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help me get closer to a pain-free life and the confidence to smile again. If you can’t donate, just sharing this post would mean so much to me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness and support mean eve

rything!

Help Us Pay for Lucky’s Life-Changing Surgery

Hi, my name is Aline, and my loving husband, Semis, and I recently reached a huge milestone—we bought our first home and moved in November 2024. It was a dream we had worked so hard for, but just two days after Christmas, something unexpected happened that changed our lives.

An abandoned dog showed up at our door, barking as if asking for help. When we saw him limping, we knew something was wrong. His back right leg was injured, and despite searching for his owner through our community and social media, no one claimed him.

A few days later, we took him to the animal hospital, hoping for good news. We named him Lucky because, despite his rough start, he had found love and care. But the vet confirmed our worst fear—his femur was broken near his knee, and a cast wouldn’t help. We were given three heartbreaking options:

1️⃣ Surgery to repair his leg ($4,000–$6,000).
2️⃣ Amputation.
3️⃣ Surrendering him to a shelter, where his survival chances were slim due to high euthanasia rates.

Hearing this shattered us. We didn’t have thousands of dollars for surgery, and the thought of amputating his leg—or leaving him behind—was unbearable. My husband, seeing my tears, took my hands and said, “Let’s take him home. We’ll find a way.”

That night, we created a GoFundMe campaign and started reaching out to friends and family for help. In the midst of this, a friend suggested we apply for a Care Credit card, which allows payments for veterinary bills. Since Lucky couldn’t wait much longer, we decided to move forward with the surgery, using the card with the hope that donations would help us pay it off.

– The good news? Lucky got his surgery, and he’s healing at an incredible rate! He’s happier, more playful, and his eyes tell us he’s no longer in pain. Seeing him come back to life has brought us so much joy.

– The challenge? We were only able to raise **$1,200**, leaving us with a remaining balance of $4,107. With the many expenses that come with buying our first home— mortgage, down payment, moving costs, HOA fees—we are now struggling to cover the rest of his surgery bill. After all, finding and helping Lucky was an unexpected commitment, that in our hearts, we needed to do.

🙏 If you feel called to help, any donation— big or small — would mean the world to us. We’ve shared receipts and pictures in Lucky’s GoFundMe campaign to be fully transparent.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity.
Lucky has already been given a second chance, and with your help, we can make sure he keeps thriving.

With love and gratitude,
**Aline, Semis, & Lucky**
