Help us not be Evicted

My world crumbled in an instant, leaving my two innocent girls on the brink of homelessness.

I’ve faced adversity my entire life, but nothing could have prepared me for this moment. As I stare at the 3-day pay or evict notice posted on our door, I’m overwhelmed with fear for my daughters’ future.

Life has never been easy for me. I lost my parent at 11, became a caregiver to my brain-damaged brother at 15, and endured emotional abuse at home. Despite these challenges, I persevered, working tirelessly to provide a better life for my girls.

We started by renting just one bedroom in someone else’s home. I went back to school, worked multiple jobs, and finally climbed the corporate ladder from admin to department head. I’ll never forget the day I was finally able to move us into our own place – a week before my oldest started middle school. The joy in her eyes when she had her own room brought tears to mine.

But fate had other plans. After uncovering a million-dollar accounting discrepancy at work, I found myself unjustly stripped of my hard-earned position and salary. Now, with job prospects mysteriously falling through, I can’t make rent. The threat of homelessness looms large, threatening to undo years of progress and stability for my precious girls. But now, through no fault of my own, I face my greatest challenge yet. I never thought I’d be in this position, asking for help. But for my girls, I’ll do anything.

I’m reaching out because I have nowhere else to turn. Any amount helps – please help us stay in our home. We’re running out of time and your generosity could be the lifeline we desperately need to weather this storm and rebuild our lives.

Desperate to get back on my feet

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I have never done anything like this before and it’s taking a huge chunk out of my pride to do so!

Where do I start? I guess the last two and a half years since my dad passed have been the worst of it. I mean no one has a perfect life and I get that, But I feel like the poster child for Murphy’s Law at age 50!  Between running back and forth between here (NC) and Florida to help my 75yr old parents when dad had cancer, losing my job because of it along with the time and money spent traveling and not having a spouse to pick up the income slack I started a hole, or avalanche that just won’t stop no matter what I do. I am their only child so there is no sibling to fall back on.  And anything saved is gone….

Once dad passed and mom was as settled as she could be under the circumstances, I tried to get back on my feet. What a project! I was able to find employment, only for the owner to retire and sell the business 6 months later. The floors in my 80yr old house were supposed to get a minor ‘patch’ of a fix, but the person went ahead and took off the WHOLE kitchen subfloor! (after being told not to, just fix the 2 bad spots and be done). This was right after losing the job!  Unemployment took 4 months to go through because they couldn’t get straight the new company’s headquarters was in a different state and my job was made obsolete here.

(that’s the short version…. I get the feeling this whole thing is going to be a story I need to shorten)

It took months to find employment, my house was torn apart (the appliances and everything were in the Livingroom so basically me and the dogs were staying in my bedroom all summer last year!  I had to live off puny unemployment and credit to get the kitchen put back together.

This January a family friend became ill and had nowhere to go, so I had taken on caretaking for her in my home, since she literally has NO family. I was employed in long term temporary positions on and off because I was raised that something is better than nothing. My car has needed multiple repairs, one of the wires in the attic started melting/burning and almost started a fire.  My HVAC had to be repaired in this over 100-degree heat, my lawn mower is essentially scrap metal… I’m trying to keep it all together, finish getting her out of my house, I still can’t find permanent work, definitely not for lack of trying! Now my car needs work again, my lawn looks like a jungle, my bills are behind, I can’t pay the utilities let alone the debt that accumulated, my cabinets and fridge are bare.  So far this year has just been one thing after another, and I can’t seem to get my head above water no matter what I try!

I have explained most of what’s going on but there are other things too, I am trying not to make this a novel for you to read but at the same time explain my situation.

I’m babbling, my apologies!  Look I need some help PLEASE, I have anxiety which as you can imagine is through the roof, and all of this is exceeding my medication!!! I’m behind on my bills, my house, car, yard and my mind are falling apart. I want nothing more than a job and never in a million years did I ever think I would have to resort to asking for help like this!!  I have always been self-sufficient but now find myself physically, mentally & emotionally exhausted.

Any kind of help would be appreciated more than you could ever imagine, I’m so embarrassed I am even doing this!

EMERGENCY TUITION FUNDING FEES.

EMERGENCY TUITION FUNDING FEES.

Hello,

I’m Ugochi, an international student at Brandon University, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting my education. I’m currently in my second year (sophomore year), majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. I’m passionate about my studies and have worked hard to maintain a strong GPA.

My dream is to become a clinical psychologist, where I can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I’m driven by a desire to understand human behavior and help individuals overcome mental health challenges. After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and obtain the necessary certifications to practice as a licensed therapist.

However, as an international student, I’m facing a significant financial challenge. I still owe $10,700 CAD from last year’s tuition, which I need to pay before I can register for my fall term courses starting in September 2024. Additionally, I’ll need to pay for my upcoming fall and winter term tuition, which totals around $25,000 CAD.

To help cover these costs, I’m planning to start a small business, and I’m seeking funding to support my education and entrepreneurial venture. Your contribution would be a huge relief and would help me focus on my academic goals.

Any amount you can give would be a huge help, and I’m grateful for your consideration. Your support would mean the world to me and would bring me closer to achieving my dreams.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. If you’re able to support me, please use the link below:

Need help for my student loan to buy a house

Hello,

I am Océane, a young 23-year-old employee in the marketing field. I earn very little and two years ago I had to take out a student loan that is now blocking me from buying my house…

I still have €15,000 to pay but the small salary I receive does not allow me to do so.

I am counting on your generosity to help me pay off this student loan so that I can finally be in my own house.

Thank you.

Embarrassed, but need help…

Hello,

I am a working mom who has suffered a few recent hardships that has caused me to seriously struggle to stay afloat, so much so, that I wasn’t sure what category to put this in. I work full time and am the mother of a teenager who I have taking care of alone for 15 years. Here’s my situation.

My kiddo’s father requested a modification to an already low child support payment (he pays $400 a month when he’s working and he is $20k in arrears). I have paid $2,500 in lawyer fees for this ongoing court case thus far.

I have a vehicle that I financed 2 years ago to get back and forth to work that needs $3,000 in repairs.

My father is also currently in the hospital after heart surgery and I’m not sure how we are going to cover his medical expenses beyond his insurance.

I have student loans and a couple of maxed out credit cards, but between the cost of living, groceries, legal fees, medical bills, my car payment… the recent hardships have turned out to be more than I can handle at the moment.

I truly do not want to be in a position to have to ask strangers on the internet for help, but I’m exhausting every option I can to make ends meet as I have more bills/expenses than paycheck at the moment. It won’t be this way forever, I’m a responsible adult, but I do need assistance right now.

Once I am back on my feet, my goal is to come here and donate to someone else. It’s just as important to me to be able to be in a position to give again as it is to receive. Thank you for your time.

Your support can change lives – Please contribute now

In today’s world, where countless causes compete for attention and support, standing out is both an art and a responsibility. I am reaching out to you because I believe that my unique journey, unwavering dedication, and the meaningful impact I am poised to create make me most worthy of your financial support.

My story is not just one of perseverance but of a deep, abiding commitment to making a tangible difference in the world. From an early age, I have been driven by a sense of purpose—a calling to contribute positively to the lives of others. This calling has guided every major decision in my life, from the education I pursued to the career path I have chosen.

My background is one of overcoming challenges and turning those experiences into fuel for change. I have faced significant obstacles, be it financial hardships, personal loss, or systemic barriers. Instead of allowing these challenges to hinder me, I have used them as catalysts for growth, developing resilience and empathy that now shape my mission to help others who are in similar situations.

The financial support I seek is not just a matter of personal gain—it is an investment in a larger vision. The resources I require will directly contribute to projects and initiatives designed to address pressing issues that affect us all. Whether it’s through advancing educational opportunities for underprivileged communities, fostering mental health awareness, or driving sustainable practices in my field, the impact of your donation will be far-reaching.

Moreover, my current situation underscores the necessity of your support. Despite my best efforts, there are financial constraints that limit my ability to fully realize these projects. These limitations are not due to a lack of vision or effort, but rather the scale of the challenges I am addressing. With your help, I can overcome these barriers and fully unleash my potential to effect change.

In conclusion, I am most worthy of your financial donations because of the purpose-driven path I have walked, the demonstrable need for support, the proven impact of my efforts, and the opportunity we have to create meaningful change together. With your help, I can continue this journey and ensure that the vision we share becomes a reality. Together, we can make a difference—one that will be felt for generations to come.

Thank you for your time, consideration and generous contribution.

Wife laid off. Savings gone. Rent and bills due soon. Need help.

My paypal link is bbracken677@yahoo.com

My wife was contract labor working at Bank of America. They recently eliminated or did not renew most (or all?) of their contract labor in the Dallas area. She was laid off and that has put us into a bad situation. We can make other arrangements but with all the challenges of the past few years (such as myself having 2 heart valves replaced+more) we have exhausted our savings. We just need some short term help to pay bills and to prevent us from becoming homeless. Rent is the biggie but other bills have to be paid in order for us to be able to see blue sky, such as internet, electric and cell.

Any help would be awesome! Like I said, we are just looking for short term help in order to be able to help ourselves going forward.

Dear  Begging Money Benefactors;

I hope this message find you well. I am writing to request your consideration for a grant to support my long-held aspiration of starting my own e-commerce business. This dream has been a beacon of hope for me, especailly in recent times as I have been navigating the challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis.

For years, I have nurtured the vision of creating an online platform that not only reflects my passions and skills but alo serves as a source of inspiration and empowerment for others. My e-commerce business aims to offer selling cycling apparel and accessories. I am confident that my business has the potential to thrive, providing both economic value and meaningful impact to the community. I have the necessary contacts to make this business venture successful.

My recent health journey has only strengthened my resolve to bring this vision to life. Facing a serious illness like, breast cancer, has given me a renewed sense of purpose and determination. It has taught me the importance of pursuing one’s dreams despite the obstacles as well as creating something meaningful that can outlast even the most difficult times. This e-commerce venture represents not just a business opportunity, but a way for me to channel my resilience and creativity into something positive and lasting.

The grant I am seeking would be instrumental in helping me launch this business successfully. Specifically, the funds would be used to purchase inventory, pay my contact in Indonesia a salary, and pay for various fees to start a business. I also have a computer “guru” who will assist me with a website and an ex professional cyclist who will assist me with the type of apparel and accessories needed. With their help and your support, I will be able to create a strong foundation for my business, ensuring that it is set up for sustainable growth and success. The amount I am seeking is USD 10,000.

In closing, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your consideration of my request. This grant represents more than financial assistance to me; it is an opportunity to turn a long-standing dream into reality, to build something that reflects my journey, and to contribute positively to others in the process. I am eager to take the next step and am hopeful that you will be part of this important chapter in my life.

Dire Need – Facing Bankruptcy

(Seeking £112,670.02) (Anything is Appreciated)

My name is Liam, and I am a 25-year-old aspiring entrepreneur living in the South East of the UK. Crumbling through debt from; School, Parental Figures, Foreign Medical Bills, and Initial Company Debt.

For as long as I can remember, starting my enterprise has been my passion and has been the source of my determination. I have always believed that with hard work and perseverance, I could make a name for myself in the finance and fashion industry, where I achieve my dreams of becoming a successful business owner, in hopes of not only building a financial institution but also a charity battling homelessness and families from war-torn countries.

However, the harsh truth is that passion alone cannot pay the bills. I am drowning in debt, facing bankruptcy, and desperately in need of money to keep a roof over my head and food on the table. It breaks my heart to admit that my dreams are slowly slipping away from me as the weight of my financial burdens grows heavier each day.

Despite my best efforts, I struggled to make ends meet at the beginning of the year, and now, no matter how hard I try, the cost of living crisis has added towards my crippling situation, along with being the sole benefactor of my company, alongside juggling a variety of other difficulties in life. I have officially reached a point where my father who abandoned my mother and me after years of abuse–has left tons of his debt for me to pay off in his stead. My financial woes are heavy, leaving me constantly stressed and anxious about money.

Having one month left to survive with the little money I have.

To make matters worse, a medical emergency landed me in the hospital with a hefty bill in another country, that I had no way of paying off. The debt collectors began to hound me day and night, threatening to take legal action if I did not come up with the money soon. I felt like I was suffocating under the weight of my debts, with no way out in sight.

Despite my dire financial situation, I refused to give up on my dreams of becoming a successful individual. I poured my heart and soul into my studies, hoping that one day my ambitions would no longer be seen as words in thin air, but a promising future.

found myself losing motivation and inspiration, as the constant worry about money consumed my thoughts and drained my creative energy. I felt like I was on the edge of a breakdown, with no way to escape the vicious cycle of debt and despair.

In the end, my journey is not over, and this moment in time has taught me that even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of light waiting to guide you towards a better tomorrow.

Thank you all for reading, and for all the help!

Regards,

Liam

***URGENT***Need to purchase new business equipment after accident

Hello,

I own and operate a photography and videography business. I shoot primarily events such as weddings, anniversaries, Quinceaneras, and the like. This last weekend, I was shooting a Quinceanera out of town. I had my camera on the tripod, and left to use the restroom and the camera on the tripod accidently got knocked over, sending parts of the $1,500 camera flying. The family I was working for was very sympathetic and donated $800 towards a replacement camera. I have another shoot in two weeks and need to have a replacement by then which needs ordered. I need $700 by this Friday. An accident like this is not covered by insurance.

Please, help me get this new camera so I can continue my business as scheduled.

Hardship due to Semi-Emergency Surgery leading to loss of income temporarily

My name is Jaime, I am a military vet with the Navy from VFA87 from Oceana (discharged Dec 31, 2003).

I am humbly asking for assistance with income because my Fiancée was having pains on his side & they had gotten so bad His boss sent him home.  I took him to the ER 06/24/24 to find He had a kidney stone.  Referral for Urologist. (No problem right) Well Urology saw him, the Kidney stone was stuck, and Surgery was scheduled for the following morning 07/03/24.  The urologist called me once the surgery was complete to be informed the surgery was not successful and he had a 100% kidney blockage.  The Urologist placed a stent from his kidney into his bladder which allowed his bladder to drain.  He was placed on FMLA unpaid & leave of absence.  We finally got the information to HR to get his FMLA put into play.  The Urologist placed him on a leave of absence till Aug 5, 2024 with his follow-up surgery scheduled on July 29, 2024.  Leading up to the follow-up surgery with his last day of work being June 20, 2024 (His work schedule is a Monday through Thursday work week) we were moving into 4 solid weeks of no pay and maintenance bills for the home (power, food, gas for the propane tank for hot water, vehicle insurance, phone bill, internet ) were and are behind, then we add in the now current over $5000 in medical bills from ER visits and the 2 surgeries ).  The second surgery known as the follow-up surgery was on July 29, 2024 and was successful.  The urologist got the scope to the stone, removed it, and sent those fragments off to the lab for test so we can learn how to prevent this in the future.  A temporary stent was put in place, with instructions for removal of the stent on Thursday, Aug 1st, 2024.   We were informed he should get better but will still be sore.  Jon was now feeling more pain on each side, and in his back, but was able to use the bathroom and empty his bladder.  For him was still a relief due to having to urinate in a bottle since 06/24/24.  We were told to wait it out, the bladder can spasm and that could be why he is still feeling pain after the removal of the kidney stone.  We waited, Thursday rolled around, and it was time to remove the temporary stent.  He was unsuccessful at the first few attempts to remove the stent at home under the advisement of his Urologist.  We requested assistance from the office making him an appointment.   Friday, Aug 2nd at 4:30 am Eastern time in the morning I heard a really loud yell and him yelling my name, which I found him in the bathroom in our home shaking.  He had finally been successful in pulling the temporary stent out as he was advised from his Urologist.   The Urologist office said he should be feeling better in few days, if by Sunday 08/04/2024 he doesn’t then he needs to go to ER.   He was having continuous pain, now both sides were hurting, feeling pain in the upper part of the thigh, and He is feeling completely lost.  I attempted to get him to see Urgent care on Monday 08/05/24 but Urgent care refused to see him due to not having the equipment to provide CT scan due to his previous surgeries.  The Urgent Care recommendations were to call his Urologist first thing in the morning or ER.  Tuesday Morning came around and we reached out to the Urologist’s office, which there were no available appointments. We were instructed if he was having that many complications to return to the ER.  So back to the ER on 08/06/24.  CT scan completed – no more kidney stones however he was diagnosed with a complication that can happen to up to 25% of patients who have this procedure done called Ureter Colic.  He has been put back on leave of absence with a new return date of 08/19/2024.  I do work remotely and have a “hobby” where I make wood décor and tumblers for extra money, but it is not enough to begin to cover the expenses and loss of income which will be at 7 weeks before he is currently scheduled to return to work then having to wait 2 weeks for a paycheck because of pay period cycles.  We are begging and asking for any assistance. The two months of loss income is gross at $6200.00.  I signed up to accept Bitcoin in case it helps.

My Cross: A Single Mom’s Drive Towards Stability

My name is Deborah, and I am blessed with a two-year-old daughter. My life as a single mom has been filled with challenges, but I have always believed in pushing through, no matter how tough things get. Since I had my daughter two years ago, I have managed to juggle my responsibilities, but recent events have tested my resilience in ways I never imagined.

I was expecting another baby last year that died in my womb a day after I had my 9th month hospital visit. I had a c-section to remove the remains of my angel baby. I was on leave from work because I was expected to deliver around that time. Upon resumption from my leave, I lost my job (I was told there was some reorganization during my absence and my position was eliminated). This sudden change brought immense financial pressure because I had loans to pay off and the burden of my medical bills only grew heavier. Additionally, my car, that could have been my lifeline to getting back on my feet, has now become yet another obstacle. The engine light is always on, it overheats frequently, and I can’t drive it long distances without worrying if it will make it back. I have towed it back home on two different occasions. I have also spent a substantial amount on repairs, but the engine light keeps coming back on after a day or two. It has been a constant source of stress and inconvenience for me, and my child.

Despite these setbacks, I choose not to give up. I have been exploring ways to create a stable income by enrolling in certification programs, applying for jobs, and attending interviews. I also see an opportunity in starting an Uber rides business. I believe with a reliable car, I could take control of my financial situation and gradually pay off my outstanding loans and medical bills, while providing for my child.

I am confident that a dependable vehicle isn’t just about transportation; it’s about regaining control over my life, securing a stable future for my family, and setting an example for my child that even in the face of adversity, perseverance and hard work can turn things around.

This opportunity could be the turning point for us. I know I need a car i can rely on but it is not just about getting a car; it is about giving us a fighting chance to build a better and more secure life. Any help whether in cash or your prayers and good will would mean the world to us, allowing me to pursue this new path with the confidence that I can overcome the challenges ahead.

Please here is my PayPal detail: paypal.me/dydy267

I appreciate your considerations and prayers. May we all stay blessed.

Title: Help Me Renovate a Home for Independence

Hello kind donors,

My name is Konstantina, and I am reaching out to you with a humble request for assistance. Currently, I live with my parents, and while I am incredibly grateful for their support, I dream of having a place of my own. Recently, I came across a house that could be my chance at independence, but it needs significant renovations to be livable.

Unfortunately, my financial situation doesn’t allow me to cover these renovation costs. I am working hard and saving as much as I can, but it’s not enough to make this dream a reality anytime soon. That’s why I’m turning to the generosity of strangers who might be able to help me bridge this gap.

The funds will be used to:

  • Repair the roof and windows
  • Update the electrical system
  • Fix plumbing issues
  • Paint and furnish the interior

Your support, no matter the amount, would mean the world to me. It would bring me one step closer to having a safe and comfortable place to call my own. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.

With gratitude, Konstantina

Repairs needed for water damage

I take care of my sister n law since my brother passed away.   And we had a leak from our fridge water line and I think we have black mold growing behind the cabinets.   My sisternlaw has copd and is on Soc Sec which isn’t much.   I’m in real estate and it’s been super slow.   Having a very hard time just paying the bills and putting food on the table.  If anyone is able to help us out that would be an incredible blessing.   We both just need a break in life.  Have had many struggles between the two of us.   I have a TBI from a boat accident years ago, two back surgeries in 2022 and still suffering.  It’s really hard to take care of both of us and work 40 plus hours a week for just commissions.  Paychecks are few and far between.  I don’t like handouts have never asked before but it’s just so hard to get a head and save to try and get these things fixed.
