Mortgage foreclosure

I’m handicap and they are foreclosing on our mortgage. Have a small dog, a 1 year kitten and a cat. My husband is over 70 years old and struggles with depression. My husband is Robert Boucher and we have been together for 40 years and the properties are in his name.  I had two properties and I rented out to homeless peoples in the secondary property.

Had a lot of complains, so got in the process of getting them out. They refuse to leave, Gives them money  to leave, and they didn’t leave. Needed money so I rented two rooms in my principal home. Hoping I could get thought my money problems. But it was worse, they didn’t pay me for 2 years, couldn’t keep up with bills, that why they are foreclosing on mortgage.

The renters were on drugs, they cut gables on my power chair and my stair lift. they push me down the stairs. I been begging at grocery store (Walmart and no-frills) for foods.

I just wanted to help homeless peoples because everyone ignore them, now I know why.

They were stilling my money my food, I understood they had noting. And me mother though me if you have a hold bread, break in haft to share it. My foundation with mother was GOD. She always saying God will always provide. It said in the Bible, they that wait a pound the lord shall renew there strength, they shall mount up with wings like an eagle they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and never felt, That what the Bible says.

I had a stoke 7 years ago, all my right side was affected, I had to learn how to use the left hand  to do every thing, also my right leg to walk and can’t see good in my right eye.

My pets worries because they afraid that I will have to get ride of them. Something I don’t want to do my hear feel for them.

We are old peoples and don’t want to be living on the streets.

They damage the secondary property by taking out the cupper pipes, put holds in the walls and brought cockroaches in the property, took the flooring out.

My pets are anxious about the possibility of having to give them up, which breaks my heart. We are older and fear the prospect of living on the streets. My husband often tells me that I have a big heart and a wonderful spirit, always wanting to help others. We desperately need assistance by October 25, 2024, or we risk ending up homeless.

We would like to keep this place but we are over $700,000 in debt

Desperately in need of help please

To whom this may concern;

I am a 45 yr old disabled paraplegic female from a gunshot wound from a guy I was trying to break up with and I’m guessing that’s not what he wanted but I’m going to get to the part that I hate the most and that is…..1) I need to go to a dentist because my predicament calls for me to be on some major pain meds and neuropathy pain meds so my teeth are not in the best shape.2)child support money to pay back the government since they paid for the child support I have to pay them back before I have jail time.3) energy payment 4)some major/minor vehicle repairs 5)storage building for my medical supplies and accessories that are required for me to use because my home is getting crowded with these items and it’s hard for me to get around in the house.6) several home repair projects that need to be taken care of and I have pictures to show if need be. I believe that is it, I would like to thank you in advance and God Bless you and your family.

Drowning in Medical Bills (Stage 4 Colon & Liver Cancer), Loss of Income

My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver & Colon Cancer September 2023. We lost his income and have gotten a little help from Disability. Our lives spiraled out of control and beyond me working a full-time job and tutoring on the side, bills continue to pile up with no end in sight. I’m afraid one day our home will be taken from us and the collectors will take everything we have. As pathetic as this is, I want to thrive and not be stressed with the time I have left with my husband. We have been together since 1997 and I cannot honestly think about losing him. My stress should be on what we can do together and not how to live day in and day out. We’ve sold items in our home, but it just never seems to be enough. As a Christian, prayer has really helped lead us into a life of gratitude. But being able to thrive would feel so much better than just being able to survive at this point. He deserves better and our family does too. My daughter is 17 and is waiting to do all the things a senior does in her final year of high school. The idea of losing her dad is too big. Any help would be appreciated. Sharing our story, providing a donation, and prayers are all welcome and appreciated. The world was created for us to stand alongside others in the best and worst of days.

Financial Trouble

I wasn’t very wise with my money when I turned 21 and spent too much going out with friend and doing things and I got in a good amount of credit card debt. I was able to start saving up and paying most of it off. I got together with my girlfriend at the time. We got a place me, her, and her 2 kids. I didn’t know that she was in a lot of debt when I met her. I would end up having to oh the majority of all the bills we had my son and had to move into a larger place to have room. That got more expensive. His mom also stopped working the end of her pregnancy and for a while after. That made 100% of the financial burden on me. We couldn’t keep up so I would have to use credit cards and take out small loans.  She also wrecked 3 of our vehicles requiring to take out a new loan each time. We eventally split up. Then we had to get a lawyer for custody of my son. After all that I got into the plumbing apprenticship  and started out making the least amount of money I have since I could remember. That made it harder. Slower I would get raises. That would lessen the burden. But then things like Covid would happen and I would miss work. Then we would ba slow at work and I would get layed-off for a month. It’s just seems like everytime I try to catch up something comes up. Whether it be needing new tires on my car or a medical bill for my son. I just feel like I’m drowning and won’t be able to come back up. I just really want to give my son a better life. He’s growing up so fast and I just want him to have a good, fun childhood. I don’t want my stress to affect him. He’s my number one priority and my reason for writing this.

From a Loving Mom

Hi,

First off, thank you for taking the time to read my story. I am a proud mom to an only child who has been my world in the past 19 years of her existence. A few years ago, my daughter was given the opportunity to see the United States for the first time. It was a trip that my husband spent a lot of time and money on because he wanted our daughter to see the world beyond our developing country in Southeast Asia. During our trip, she was able to see a few states in the US, specifically Florida, New York and Missouri. At that time, her uncle was working in one of the top 15 universities in US. When we came to visit him, he decided to show our daughter what the campus looked like. That day change her life forever.

Fast forward to 2 years after that trip, our daughter gets accepted into a private high school in St. Louis that provides student visas for International students. She graduates in the top 5% of her class, and top 10% of all seniors in Illinois (since we lived in Illinois at that time). She applies to the school she has been setting her heart on over the past 2 years, and she gets accepted! With God’s grace, all her hard work had paid off.

We did not know if we would be able to afford her education at that time, but we know there would be options available to us/her later on. Unfortunately, we found out that she was not eligible for most of the scholarships, grants and loans because of her student visa status. As we had just moved to the US, my husband and I had no credit history and therefore could not take a loan out on our own, and we had no close relatives who could sign off as a cosigner either. Our savings would see us through our daughter’s first year in college, but we would have to find finding for the rest of the 3 years. As circumstances would have it, the funding we had expected did not pan out…

Our daughter’s tuition is due in a couple of weeks, which is why I am now reaching out to the kindness of your hearts… those of you who would even take the time to read my story. And I pray that you can help us get through this difficult time, so we can provide for our daughter’s future. I thank you for your generosity…

Sincerely,

A Loving Mom

Losing the roof over our heads

Hello,

I’m a 39-year-old U.S. Army veteran, single mother of two amazing boys.  If you would’ve asked me 2 years ago if I would ever see myself writing a 400 word “essay” describing my situation in hopes a stranger would be willing to help, I would have raised my right eyebrow and said, “nope’.  But here I am, doing what I NEVER thought I would do and learning that the phrase “never say never” couldn’t be truer.

On July 2023 when my oldest son had gotten extremely sick and following doctors advise I stayed home to not only care for my very ill child but to also keeping my infant from getting whatever his brother had since he was highly contagious.  I missed a total of 4 days of work and after almost 6 years of being with the company I was let go because they (property manager at the time) did not deem E.R. discharge papers and doctors notes sufficient for my days to be excused and/or allow me to use sick days.  After weeks of job searches, I finally had received an offer which I was very grateful for and did not see any other option but to accept and prepare all for the move.  After witnessing that I had sold everything I owned and was ready to make our move, my son’s father decided he would sue me the morning I was set to leave Texas forcing me to stay, losing another job and spending what little I did not have on attorney’s fees.

From August 2023 to now I have been fighting for one child, supporting the other on his decision to join the military all while struggling to keep the roof over my head and what little sanity I have from going left on me as well.  After years of hard work and owning my pride for being the strong independent woman/mother I had always been I found myself struggling and facing one brick wall after another.  I have been humbled to say the least.  I am living in an apartment in my son’s name and now facing eviction because I have not been able to get caught up financially all while still dealing with what the Texas courts believe to be in the “best interest of the child”.  I am actively searching for work but if I do not pay the total amount due ($6,500) as soon as possible I will lose the apartment and face the possibility of losing my son.

If you have read the brief breakdown of my story and are considering helping, I do have legal documents that backup every single one of the above statements and have no problem providing.

Now, to whomever is reading this; it is 1:32am and I have spent all day online and/or on the phone seeking emergency assistance to which I’ve had no luck so I do apologies for the rambling.

Thank you for taking the time to read a snip of my story and even if you choose to move forward with another’s situation, THANK YOU for being an answered prayer to someone in need.  I had no idea this was a “thing” and to learn that there are people out there willing to help a stranger this way is very honorable.

Thank you.

Starting an Investment portfolio

Starting a hedge fund is a complex and ambitious undertaking that requires substantial capital, extensive financial expertise, and a well-formulated investment strategy. Many aspiring fund managers face significant financial and regulatory hurdles, and securing initial funding is often the most challenging step. A key aspect of this process is raising donations from supporters who understand the vision and potential of the fund. To make this dream a reality, I am reaching out to those interested in supporting my hedge fund initiative by providing financial assistance. Contributions via PayPal.me/JoelR363 are preferred due to its ease of use and the security it offers.

In establishing this hedge fund, my goal is to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns by implementing a unique investment strategy that identifies undervalued assets and growth opportunities across various sectors. My investment philosophy is centered on a data-driven approach, leveraging quantitative analysis to inform high-conviction positions. The fund’s primary focus will be on sustainable growth sectors, including technology, renewable energy, and emerging markets, where I believe significant value can be unlocked over the coming years. This approach is designed to provide consistent returns in both stable and volatile markets, differentiating it from traditional investment vehicles.

The support I am seeking will allow for the initial setup costs, compliance with regulatory requirements, and development of a robust risk management framework. These steps are essential for the fund’s long-term viability and performance, as they ensure that we can operate transparently and efficiently. With financial backing, I can also secure top-tier trading platforms, data sources, and other resources that will enhance the fund’s operational capacity. This is critical for identifying investment opportunities in real time and executing trades with precision, all of which contribute to optimal performance.

I have an extensive background in finance and investment management, which has equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to navigate complex financial landscapes and make informed investment decisions. However, without sufficient start-up capital, these plans cannot come to fruition. Every contribution brings this vision one step closer to reality, providing a strong foundation upon which I can build and ultimately deliver the returns that benefit all stakeholders.

For those who contribute, I am committed to providing transparency on how your funds are used and regular updates on the progress of the hedge fund’s development. Starting a hedge fund is a journey, and your support is invaluable in overcoming the early obstacles.

Behind on bills

First, thank you so, so much for taking the time to read. I greatly appreciate your time and positive thoughts.

About me: I’m a librarian, diagnosed with diabetes, Long COVID, and chronic pain/fatigue. I’m single with no roommates. I’ve had fibromyalgia since I was 15, and I was just diagnosed with lupus. I’m a breast cancer survivor. I drive a 2011 car with 135,000 miles on it, I’ve been at my workplace for 11 years, and I’ve been doing well until the last couple years when all of my medical debt and car repairs finally became too much to keep up with.

I’ve been struggling for several months now and have only managed to avoid overdraft fees on my bank account for two paydays since June. As a result, I’m a month or two behind on several bills. My cats are also a couple months overdue for their annual checkups and shots because I haven’t had the money to take them.

In total, I’m behind by $70 on one bill (a leftover ER bill I’m trying to pay off) and $375 on another (repairs to my home).

If I can get $500, I can make the late payments on these bills and have a little left over for groceries. If I can get $750, I can finally take my cats to the vet for their annual. Anything more than that will simply be a cushion so the overdrafts will finally stop.

Again, thank you so, so much for taking the time to read my plea, even if you can’t donate. I appreciate your kindness and understanding more than I can say.

Medical Bills are Paralyzing Our Wellbeing

Hello world.  I am a husband and father of three wonderful children that needs some help to get above water.  I am a hardworking man who works full time and have since I was a kid and do make decent money, but our medical needs have recently outweighed our ability to get caught up with all of our other bills.  Due to a rare ortho disease called Spondometaphyseal Displasia I received clearance and approval from my Orthopedic doctor to receive both hip replacements, both knee replacements, a shoulder replacement, and Hernia surgery (yes, all those joints are unrepairable and in horrible condition) which causes severe daily pain that I push through daily to support my family to the best of my ability.

Unfortunately, I have also passed this condition on to my son (my 2 daughters have a very clean bill of health) who just had his 4th surgery at age 9 already.  He recently had a new plate put in his right knee 3 months ago and has one already one in his left knee that he received when he had his neck surgery 1.5 years ago.   His road will be long and hard but he’s very strong and we will always do whatever is necessary to get him the best care possible.

My wife also has T1D that she was diagnosed with at age 7 which has made it almost impossible for her to have a job, so she does the seemingly impossible task of being a stay-at-home mother.  She struggles with having the medical supplies she consistently needs due to the overpriced medical supply industry, but we do whatever we can to get her the best CGM and Insulin delivery device we can to make her life as less painful as possible.  As with most Type 1 Diabetics, she fights many other side effects such as eyesight deficiencies, poor circulation, tendonitis, irregular metabolism to name just a few.  She is currently holding off getting cartilage repaired in her lumbar due to the fear of more medical bills.

Paying for health insurance for a family of 5, even with an employee discount, is roughly 600/month.  Then add in co-pays for doctors’ visits (seems like me my wife and son all regularly have 1-2 a month), prescription costs for pain management just to function in everyday life, my wife’s T1D supplies, and any racked up previous bills from procedures, x-rays, MRI’s, Surgeries, and assistive medical devices like braces for my son, CGM and PDM for my wife etc.. we have unfortunately fallen far behind which has the interest and late fees eating us alive and fighting just to make basic ends meet monthly with zero emergency savings at all.

I am praying that there is someone out there that has the ability to share even just a little as everything right now is a help.  The stress and burden of being delinquent and always behind has unfortunately detreated both mine and my wife’s health even further.  With over 15k in past due medical bills, late utility and car bills, one active garnishment, and the need for the plethora of joint replacements, we are drowning in interest fees and late fees that are literally eating up any extra money to put away or use to catch up and could really use a lifeline to get our heads above water again.

Our family is very kind, companionate, active in our community, and are not willing to break the rules either legally or ethically to make ends meet but are exhausted with fighting off creditors on a weekly basis so a helping hand would create such relief both mentally and physically.  If you read to hear I really appreciate your time in hearing my story.  I hope you have a great day.

Be Well!

Help stop my eviction!

Hi! I got an email yesterday from my apartment complex stating that they are starting the eviction process. I recently fell behind financially because in late August early September I had to get an oil change,  reregister my car and it was $400 the and then shortly after, my car battery died and I had to fix that. The battery was almost $300. I do not make much money and prior to this set back I was still living paycheck to paycheck. I am an EMT (first responder) and am not getting paid much. I am 25 years old and have no one to help me. These have made me behind on my rent and car payments. I also am denied loans so I have no options.
