Disabled lost Part Time Job -Need Help -Stop Eviction

I am in great need of assistance to pay for rent this month. I lost my Part-Time job a couple of weeks ago. My goal was to participate in the “Ticket to Work” program to gain some sort of independence after becoming disabled a few years ago and being homeless. I had to leave a 3 bedroom house that I shared with my ex-husband in another state for my peace of mind. I put the furniture that I was able to get in storage and went to stay with a relative. I then lived with a friend who helped me. I didn’t want to overstay my welcome so, when I could, I would stay at hotels that I could afford using my disability pay.  I am unable to receive any housing assistance at this time due to long waiting lists. I must add that a part of this problem is my ex-husband not cooperating in refinancing the home to buy me out with the equity so others steps have to be taken. It has been very difficult knowing that I wouldn’t have to experience any of this if he would have simply cooperated but his ego wont allow it. I have been paying the price while he has the convenience of having a stable place to lay his head.

It has been challenging but things have gotten much better for  me mentally and physically within the past couple of years after my divorce. I began working just after Christmas of last year. I was getting a rideshare to work but at least I had the determination to do so. I finally felt a sense of purpose again. I found another admin job but I became ill while at work. Surprisingly, the following week I was told that I was being released due to lack of work. There is partial truth to their reasoning but the timing was so imperfect. This news was almost devastating because I’d just moved into an apartment in late February. I was finally no longer homeless and it felt good. A part of me still feels that way because I am in my own apartment(for now) writing this message today. My drive remains, as challenging as it has gotten I refuse to allow myself to become so full of anxiety again that I make myself sick. I have been applying to jobs but am a little limited due to lack of transportation  and the particular job duties. I have been trying to find one that will afford me to pay my bills and get to office.  The apartment manager has already sent late a notice with an amount of $1274.73 as of yesterday. I see that not much time is given before starting an eviction process anymore. I don’t want to lose my apartment. I really need your help. I have $700 right now but will probably need at least $600 to help cover the current balance and daily fees.

Any amount will help.  Thank you in advance.

Need help to pay rent and bills

Hi, Thanks for reading my post. I’m a single father in need of help to pay my rent and other bills. A couple of months ago I was involved in a bad car wreck and had to go on short term disability leave. While on leave I’m still in the process of getting my short term disability claim approved which means I haven’t been getting paid since I have been out of work. I haven’t been able to pay my rent for the last 2 months and tomorrow will make 3 months. I’m unable to adequately provide for my children with no income so they’ve gone with their grandparents temporarily. My rent is $1500 per month and I urgently need 3 months plus $250 eviction filing fee.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and can be sent to PayPal.me/bskeete87

Thank you

Need help getting life back on track

I have gone through a very long list of bad luck through a long time. After moving to start a new job there was a short period before I could start and that strained my savings. Rent for my apartment has been increased by a lot and property for my vehicle is a new issue. Then my car broke down and could not find a mechanic who could find the issue and was pushed by family into getting another car with promise to help with paying but then they backed out. Finally got car fixed but now I have two car payments, car insurance, rent and multiple other bills that have stacked up high too quickly. Just need a boost to sort everything out.

Urgent plea for compassionate assistance: Helping hand needed for rent and car insurance due to being unemployed for health reasons

I hope this letter finds you well and thriving. I am reaching out to you today with a humble heart and a sincere plea for assistance during what can only be described as one of the most challenging periods of my life.

I find myself in a situation of immense financial strain due to unforeseen health issues that rendered me unable to find work for almost 2 months. As a result, I am struggling to meet my basic needs, particularly in terms of covering my rent and car insurance expenses which is due on the first on every month. (April 1st)

The burden of being unemployment for almost 2 months, coupled with mounting bills, has placed an unbearable weight upon my shoulders. Despite my best efforts to navigate through this storm, I fear that I am nearing a breaking point and fear being homeless.

It is with great humility that I turn to you, hoping that you might find it in your heart to extend a helping hand during this time of need. Your generous donation, no matter how small, could make a world of difference in alleviating the financial strain that weighs heavily upon me.

I understand that times are tough for many, and I would never ask for assistance lightly. However, I find myself at a crossroads, where the choice between pride and survival becomes increasingly clear.

Your contribution would not only provide immediate relief but would also serve as a beacon of hope, reminding me that compassion and kindness still exist in this world. Your support would not only help me keep a roof over my head and maintain the means of transportation essential for working and getting to places to cover my bills,  but would also restore my faith in humanity.

Please know that any assistance you can provide will be met with the utmost gratitude and appreciation. Your generosity will not be taken for granted but will be cherished and greatly appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I am not trying to take advantage of anyone, nor live off of others, I just need a little help until I get my first paycheck from my new job which is April 9, but will only be around $500 which I can use to cover my food and utilities plus, bills that need to be paid. My next paycheck after will be fine. I just couldn’t work for 2 months because I have Bipolar disorder and a stressful event triggered my episodes which caused me to fall into a deep depression. I am better now and seeking treatment, but I just need help to cover for one month of rent and car insurance which would be 1,490 for rent and $400 to pay for car insurance since I couldn’t pay for almost 2 months so I had to get an extension.

If you are able to offer assistance, you can make a donation directly through https://paypal.me/jleyt

Thank you for taking the time to consider my request. Your kindness and compassion have the power to make a profound difference in my life, and for that, I will be eternally grateful.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Natasha

My name is Sheila Simmons and I was scammed out of my savings that I have been accumulating for 8 years now. It was under the guise of a job. so I was hired for this “job” everything was going very well I was doing everything they ask and money was deposited into my account 3 times without any red flags or hold ups from my bank absolutely no problems at all and then all of the sudden my account is frozen and they wouldn’t let me get to my money for any reason and it was all my money that had been in MY savings account for a few years! Single mother and 10 year old daughter facing eviction!

As of Jan 24th, I have been laid off as a route carrier from my local newspaper. Twelve carriers along with myself was notified a week in advance that papers were going to digital format and we were all out of jobs come the end of the month. This came as a big surprise along with the fear and anxiety of what was the next step to keep providing for my daughter and myself. I had already lost 2 different vehicles after hitting deer while trying to keep my customers happy and I was just starting to recover from that financial setback, when I received this unsettling news. I am a single mother to the most understanding child, but I didn’t want her to know all the stress I was facing. Now that it’s been 2 months and only temporary jobs to survive off of, I have gotten behind financially quickly. A few days ago, my landlord texted me what I had been dreading to hear. “That we have until  June 1, 2024 to evacuate the property due to lack of rental payments.” This was/is my biggest fear! This has been our home for the last 8 years and the only place my daughter feels stable. Her fathers residence is no place for a child and she feels very unsafe and uncomfortable there, so I’ve always wanted to provide her with stability  she needs from me. Now, that we are facing eviction, I don’t know how to tell her the bad news! I am asking for anyone with a kind and generous heart to help keep us from homelessness. It would mean so much to both of us and your sacrifice would be truly  appreciated. Thanks so much for taking the time to read our story and help in any way possible.

I need $3000 to avoid getting kicked out.

I hate asking for help, and admittedly, I’m not good at it. However, I have to get off my pride and ask. I’m behind on rent. In order to get caught up, I need $3000. I’m doing everything I can think of (that’s legal and ethical) to catch up, including working multiple jobs. Unfortunately, my income isn’t keeping up with the debt.

If I could just get caught up with my rent, I can take care of everything else and finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t know what else to do or who else to turn to, so this is my last ditch effort, I suppose.

So here I am, asking for some help. My PayPal link is https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/jerrinfinney if you’d like to help me get out of my situation. I’ve never been in this kind of a financial bind and when I get out, I’ll do everything not to be in this situation. I want to go back to being the one providing the help. Anyway, thanks for taking time to consider helping me out.

HELP WITH BILLS ETC.

I am usually the type of person who rarely asks for help. I am more of an “I can handle it” or “I will figure it out myself” kind of person. One thing I have always disliked is being reminded of times when I needed help and had to turn to others for it. However, I find myself in a bit of a difficult situation, and I believe it is okay to ask for help sometimes. The COVID pandemic has taught me that over the past few years.

I am reaching out to kindly request assistance with my bills. If anyone is able to spare even a small amount, it would be greatly appreciated. I fell behind on my bills while helping others. I used my credit cards to support individuals who were struggling at the time and are still facing challenges. Now that I am in need, I find myself without anyone to turn to. I am literally living paycheck to paycheck, and it is not much, trust me.
To summarize, I am humbly asking if there is anyone who would be willing to help someone who has always been willing to help others. I am working hard to get back on my feet, and I would be incredibly grateful for any assistance. I would be more than happy to return the favor in the future. My payment handles are:

Rent Assistance

I am currently facing a challenging situation as I find myself two months behind on rent, totaling $2495. As a student without a job, I lack the means to cover these expenses. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to secure employment, and I do not receive any financial support from my father.

Living independently, I rely on the school pantry for meals, struggling to make ends meet, especially with rent. Although I have received notices, I continue to request more time as I diligently apply for job opportunities, unfortunately without success so far.

This situation weighs heavily on me, and I feel lost, depressed, and unsure of what steps to take next. Any assistance, regardless of size,  would be immensely appreciated, as it would lift a portion of my rent burden. I am deeply grateful for any support extended to me during this challenging time.

Below is my payment information. May blessings abound for every helping hand. Thank you very much for your consideration and support.

Urgent Request for Loan to Cover Rent Expenses – Paying Back Each Donor

Dear  Kind People,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you through beggingmoney.com with an urgent request for assistance. However, I want to emphasize that I am not looking for a handout but, rather, a loan that I solemnly promise to repay to each donor.

Title: Seeking Loan to Cover Rent Expenses – Offering Repayment and Services

As an aspiring entrepreneur, I have been diligently working on building my own business, despite the numerous challenges and frustrations of starting from scratch. While progress has been slower than expected, I am beginning to witness positive developments that give me hope for the future. Nevertheless, I currently find myself in a precarious financial situation where I struggle to meet my rent obligations.

Hence, I humbly request a loan amount of $2500 to help me bridge this temporary gap and ensure that I can fulfill my basic needs, especially covering my rent expenses. I wholeheartedly commit to repaying each donor in full as soon as my business gains the necessary momentum and becomes financially stable. To further incentivize your support, I am also willing to provide free online paralegal work, content writing, financial research, or legal research services to offset the donation received.

Paypal Address for Contributions: mrdlc625@gmail.com

I genuinely believe in the potential of my business, and with continued support, I am confident that I will be able to create a sustainable future for myself while making a positive impact on the community. However, at this moment, I find myself in a challenging position where I require your assistance to overcome this temporary setback.

If you decide to offer your support, I am open and available to provide any additional information or documentation to further validate my request. I understand numerous other individuals are seeking assistance and I genuinely appreciate your valuable time and consideration of my situation.

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to read and consider my urgent request. I am hopeful that you can extend your support during this difficult period, and I genuinely look forward to the possibility of repaying your loan or using my skills to assist you in any way possible.

Warm regards,

Derrick Cooper

Need help saving my home in Phoenix, Arizona

https://paypal.me/SLayman310?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US

I am looking for donations to help me pay my rent that was due at the beginning of March.  I have not been able to pay due to being unemployed.  I have received a notice from the landlord that they intend to terminate my residency if I do not pay it.  I could use some help with getting this resolved.  I have lived at my apartment for four years and do not want to lose it now.  That would be to say that in the long run I have been paying my rent; but I will give the background story as to how I am broke to pay it now.

The last time I was current on the rent was back in January.  I was able to pay it back then because I had a job working at Amazon as a delivery station warehouse associate.  I used Flex to pay my rent back then.  Flex is a rent paying service that gives you the ability to pay half of it at a time, but they pay the full rent when it is due at the beginning of the month.  My apartment community participates in that service.  I was already using it for multiple months.  When I first applied for it, I got approved for a five hundred dollar credit line.  For just a couple of small fees, I can pay rent for half at a time without incurring late fees from the landlord, because Flex is a service that pays rent in full on my behalf.  At the beginning of the month, I pay rent except for five hundred dollars through Flex; and then I have until the twenty-fifth of the month to pay back the remaining five hundred dollars to Flex.  I habitually like to get that paid earlier to get it done.  In January, I had a pay day on the twelfth of the month, so I made my payment to Flex that day to be fully paid on rent for the month of January.

The other source of income I had at the time was donating plasma.  It was something that I had been doing for a while, but was looking to take a break from it.  That plan changed; unfortunately due to bad news.  At the time my days to donate were Thursdays and Saturdays.  My hours at the Amazon delivery station were from 1:20 AM to 11:50 AM, Thursday through Sunday.  To supplement my income, I would head to the plasma center after my shift is over on Thursdays and Saturdays to donate plasma.  On the thirteenth of January, it was a Saturday.  While I was donating plasma that day, I received an email from Amazon that reported my season with them is over.  I was not aware that was my last day at Amazon.   I had only worked with them for two months.  What I was told when I first got hired is that seasons normally last three to eleven months, and then the possibility of converting to a permanent employee status to get benefits.  What I did after that was show up to the warehouse at start of shift on Sunday to raise this matter to the attention of a manager.  What she told me was that it could be true that my season was over unfortunately.  She sent me home as the result of that, and was told that I will have to follow up with a human resources specialist when they come in on Monday.  So I went back to see one on Monday and they confirmed that’s true the company did intend to terminate my employment.  I began my job search right away because of this.  I continued to donate plasma since that was my sole source of income until I find a new job, after only taking one week off from it.  Then, my new days to donate were Mondays and Wednesdays.  That was because while I still had my job at Amazon, I scheduled a tooth extraction to take care of a dental emergency.  The extraction occurred on Monday the fifteenth.  I could not continue donating plasma the following Thursday or Saturday, because they defer for seven days after getting a dental extraction.  That’s why the days that I go and donate changed to Mondays and Wednesdays once I was able to return on Monday the twenty-second.  I have been there to donate every Monday and Wednesday since.

During my job search, I have applied for many jobs, and have gone to multiple interviews.  It was not until recently that I finally found one.  While it was still February, I got selected to be hired by a recruiting agency, TalentBridge.  They selected me for a contract-to-hire position I applied for to be a phone customer service representative at Wells Fargo to take calls from Wells Fargo credit cardholders.  I began that work on March the twelfth.  Although that resolves the issue of employment, I still do not have the means of paying the rent.  I only make one hundred and twenty dollars per week from donating plasma.

February rent has been paid to my apartment by using Flex.  Although I had money at the beginning of February to make my first payment to them, I did not have the five hundred dollars plus their ten percent payment fee they require by the twenty-fifth.  So, currently I am five hundred and five dollars indebted to them.  I tried applying for unemployment from the State of Arizona in February to attempt to get help but have yet to be approved for any benefits.  It shows on my unemployment portal when I login online to allow four weeks before contacting their call center.  Since it’s been that long since I initially applied, I tried calling them the other day but it just gives a recording and hangs up.  I kept filing my weekly claims to report my job search activities like they require, but remain clueless as to when I will get paid for a single one of those weekly claims.  Therefore, I cannot count on getting the money I need from unemployment timely enough to stop an eviction from occurring due to no word as to what is holding them back from paying any of my claims or to when I would receive any of them.

Sadly, me finding a new job has yet to be enough to put an end to this trouble; and putting an end to this is strongly desired.  I would hope that I can get the help I need before the local justice court orders me to vacate; and avoid homelessness.  I want to be able to stay in my apartment.  Again, I have been in my apartment for four years, so it is affordable in the long run.  It’s just an issue of me being unemployed for a while that has caused me to fall behind in my financial needs.   If I were to get an order to vacate by the justice court as the result of an eviction lawsuit, even if and when I find a new place to live, I would still be in an unstable situation.  My current lease lasts until the end of the year, so I would still have to pay not only the past due rent but also cover every subsequent month through the end of the year.  I would not be able to afford to take care of that while also paying the rent at whatever place I’d be going to next.  Something that’s characteristic of my apartment is it is one of the cheapest in my city.  That’s why I came here in 2020 and each lease expiration, I would end up renewing because I never found an apartment to stay at where the rent would be cheaper.

My necessity to keep a secure place to live, rather than living on the street is stating the obvious.  However, I am not the only one that would benefit from getting my rent paid.  I do not wish for my problems of unemployment to become my landlord’s.  The landlord is waiting on me to pay the rent to them, and they will have to sue me if I can not pay.  My inability to pay them rent means an income loss for them.  I would rather get the rent paid and fulfill my lease to them then get kicked out and have debt that I could not afford to pay them due to me paying rent at another place instead of to them.  If I get evicted, they would have to spend time, energy, and money getting my rental unit advertised for somebody else to take my place.  And if I do not have a place to move to right away, that also means I would not have a place to move all my possessions to right away.  The landlord would have to hire somebody to pack all my stuff and clean it out of the rental unit, as that would just be another example of how being broke is a disorganized position to be in.  An eviction would also hold me back from getting another place to rent at many places making it harder for me to find a new home as well as for other landlords to be able to make rental income off of me.

Given this situation, I am asking to raise $2,000 to resolve this situation.  What I would spend that money on is either to pay rent to the landlord, to pay back any debt that I have that pertains to paying rent, or income taxes.  The reason I am asking for the liberty to pay income taxes with this money as a secondary priority is for a couple reasons.  First, I have yet to go over my 2023 income taxes to determine if I still owe anything and tax day is near, and if I owe anything then me trying to catch up with rent could hold me back from paying them then occur fines for paying late.  Second, to also acknowledge the possibility of 2024 income taxes, it is my understanding that funds raised by an online donation site would be taxable income.  To prepare for that, I could either send in a check to federal and state tax agencies, or to update my withholdings from my employer and allow your donations to reimburse what would get deducted from my paycheck.  To describe my expenses, rent at my apartment is $985 per month.  Then there’s also tax, and damage fee waiver after that, which brings it up to $1,022.66 per month.  Then there are utilities on top of that too that’s due with the rent to the landlord.  I get a statement by email each month to report the utility amount due.  For not paying on time, there are late fees, fees for servicing notices, and legal fees if they bring an eviction suit against me.  As of 17 March, my rent payment portal reports that I must pay $1,397.40 to be current on the rent and avoid eviction.  That will continue to go up each day as the terms of my lease are to charge late fees for each day.  So there’s margin in my $2,000 figure for further late fees, depending on when I am able to receive the donations I need.  Plus, there is also the possibility of me resolving the $505 I still owe Flex.  Naturally, Flex is not allowing me to use their service until I get that paid, as my credit line with them is only $500 and that is used up from paying February rent.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and any and all donations are appreciated as well.
