Mortgage

Hi, thank you for the opportunity to bring my matter of concern to you for this assistance.  I only hope that eventhough I live in the Bahamas so i used the USA category by chance of possible consideration,  I may still be considered.

I have a mortgage on a home in about one hundred thousand dollars ($100.000.00).  Since, I have experienced some difficult times where I have to assist my sister who had a brain surgery and has been partially confined to a wheelchair. She walks with a limb and is considered disabled, and cant work. As a result of this I have to assist her financially and my elderly father.  This makes it very challenging for me to help my family who cannot help themselves financially.  The cost of living in the Bahamas has increased tremendously.  This assistance will have a great impact on my emotional well-being as well because of the stress it is causing. This request would mean the world to me and would be a blessing for me and my family to be able to channel our small resource elsewhere.

Im really asking humbled for the help with this request.  I thank you in advance for a most favorable response. I’ve had recent issues with my transportation and other bills here and there however,  this is one where if addressed would be appreciated.

If you’re able and willing to assist me, my PayPal is:

Mortgage, Car and Bills

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this. I know everyone on here has their own unique set of circumstances. Mine are as follows:

  1. I shattered my kneecap September 2023 after recently going through a divorce. Due to medical bills, being out of work for two months and the debt I was still carrying due to divorce lawyers I maxed out all my cards nearly $40,000 in debt. Ive paid off 3 of the 4 but it is still a wok in progress.
  2. My Identity got stolen and my ICLOUD hacked in late June 2024. I was only able to recover half of the money that was stolen and am still dealing with this as an ongoing issue despite my numerous precautionary measures.
  3. I rent out a floor in my house to traveling nurses to help with my mortgage. We worked completely opposite schedules and after agreeing to wait until her assignment started to pay me for the first month she paid for one week with continued promises of full payment when the position started. This continued for a month and a half but I hadn’t secured another tenant so I was stuck, hoping she would pay. She didn’t pay for any more of her 3 month contract and packed up and left without telling me, texting me for weeks as if she was still living here. That drained my account with no help with mortgage or utilities for 3 months.
  4. Due to the seasonality of my job, my hours were cut significantly in early July.
  5. I was carjacked as I was leaving work in mid-August. The vehicle was never recovered. My laptop, ipad and phone were all in the car.
  6. I broke my foot a week after being carjacked.
  7. I hired an Auto Broker to find a car for me at auction, he has a legitimate LLC and Dealer License. I gave him a budget of what I wanted to spend and in addition to his brokers fee I had to pay half upfront. He went to auctions twice a week and was constantly sending options while there. He said he f0und one but needed the rest of the money before leaving the auction lot because he was also buying several other cars at the auction and didn’t have enough cash. So I sent it to him. Long story short, I am out $8,000, dont have a vehicle and though I won my judgement against him- you can’t garnish what they don’t have.
  8. Due to the absolute disaster beyond explanation that my nonpaying roomate left her rooms in, I spent a month patching drywall, scrubbing floors, cleaning carpets and disposing of bags and bags of trash. I was just able to repost it as available but have had no inquiries.
  9. My property taxes and homeowner insurance both nearly doubled in 2024 vs. 2023. My former insurer refused to renew my policy when it was set to renew early July because apparently I need a new roof, badly.

I am sure this is likely very similar to what you read on other messages, that is why I tried to break each incident down seperately to make my situation a bit more clear. I would sincerely appreciate any help you can give. My financial situation over the last 6 months has literally made me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t even afford to buy Christmas presents for anyone this year. Thank you in advance to anyone kind enough to help out.

Contractor Laid Off Due to Federal Mass Layoffs: Requesting Help

Recently, I lost my job as a contractor for a federal agency where I worked as a Management and Program Analyst. I loved my job, my office, and my team. It was fulfilling to handle complex problems, and I gained a great deal of satisfaction from this job.

In October 2023, I became a homeowner again. I was lucky to live in a rental with below market rental rates, which helped me to save quickly. Working from home also saved me commuting costs. I have no credit card debt, and my car is paid off. I live within my means. However, I’ve lived in my home for 1 year and 4 months, and I haven’t had enough time to rebuild my savings after buying this house.

This sudden horrible mass layoff will have a cascading effect. First, I can’t pay my mortgage, and it will take me longer than 6 months to find employment. When foreclosure starts, I have to pack up a home I just moved into and go where?  By the time the foreclosure starts I will be completely broke. I will eat through what little savings I have, and it will just continue to spiral. The job market will be saturated with others affected by the mass layoffs. Many of us are competing for the same jobs. I just need more time to find work even at a reduced salary to get me through this challenge. I am too old to have this continued path of starting over financially. I’m devastated and I’m so hurt at losing a job I was good at, a job where I was well liked, a job where my colleagues submitted compliments to my contracting company on a regular basis. A job that had my branch chief in tears after learning she lost me. Just all gone. I once again am feeling the kick in the gut by life all because I simply did not have enough time to rebuild my savings account. Look at how vulnerable we can easily become. With the stroke of a pen, it’s all gone.

In the past, I overcame hardships with help from friends or by taking on part-time jobs.  I don’t have time on my side. I’m not in my twenties. Every financial setback at this point affects retirement, and how long I have to pay off my mortgage before retirement. I had a plan, and I was moving in a positive direction until circumstances beyond my control intervened. I can’t even apply to other federal agencies where my skills will be a direct match because of the hiring freeze. Another situation beyond my control. I applied for a permanent position early 2024, and I did not get the position. Get this……….had I gotten that position I would be in the probationary period, and I would have still been laid off anyway.

Let me share something I learned from my mom, and it’s something I still practice. Every Sunday my mom prepared a large Sunday dinner and sent plates to all the seniors in our neighborhood. Someone asked her why she did this, she said, “If my child is in a dangerous situation, gets hurt, and I can’t get to her, my kindness will be repaid, and someone will find and save her.” This is how repaying kindness works. In memory of my mom, I promised that if any friend or family member needed financial help, I would always provide it as a gift without ever expecting repayment. I was able to help friends and family in this way, bringing a little peace of mind to whatever hardship they were facing. This holds especially true for me today. If I receive any help and once I am employed, I will pay it forward. I believe in karma.

I’m humbly asking the community at beggingmoney.com for $22,793.16 in assistance to cover my mortgage payments for 12 months.

Seeking Support During Hardship

To: Listening and Compassionate Reader

Hope this message finds you well. I am writing to humbly request financial assistance due to a prolonged period of hardship. Over the past year, I have fallen behind significantly on my mortgage and household bills.  My situation has been compounded by several challenges. This situation has not only created financial stress but has also taken an emotional toll on my family. Nowadays each household consists of 2 or more incomes. When times get hard my guy up and leaves me with a load of debt that he created, I have been trying to get through while having other challenging life issues. My daughter was recently denied disability benefits, which has further strained my finances. I had hoped that these benefits would provide some relief, but now I found myself facing even more uncertainty. My daughter’s health challenges require ongoing care, and the denial of benefits has made it difficult to afford necessary treatments and therapies. As this also cancels out her medical coverage where the needed doctors are covered for her care.  She is bipolar, has severe depression and on top of that her doctors have stated she has a slight sign of schizophrenia. We had hoped Having to watch her all day and night would be very demanding. I have tried to get a second job to catch the slack but it is very hard with all that I have to deal with. I also have a kid in college that depends on me financially. I want her to succeed in life so she can become independent and be able to take care of herself stress free. My mom is a survivor of breast cancer. Now she is in need of surgery on both her knees due to having an allergic reaction to injection from a doctor. This has added to my anxiety. She relies on me for support, and it’s heartbreaking to see her in pain and unable to move comfortably.  My father passed away 10 years ago from pancreatic Cancer I already lost him. I only get one mom and I am trying to keep her around as long as I can. I have to keep up with my health as well as both parents have and had cancer. The stress of my financial situation has affected my family dynamics as well. I used to enjoy family outings and simple activities together, but now I often find myself worrying about bills and the future. This constant stress has led to massive migraines and my blood pressure being really high. I want to provide a stable and happy environment for my family, but it feels increasingly challenging.  I have a big heart and will do anything and everything for others. Despite my best efforts to be a financial asset to others,  I am struggling to keep up with my own obligations as the economic situation has become increasingly difficult.

Any support you can provide during this difficult challenging time would be immensely appreciated. Your assistance would not only help me catch up on overdue bills but also provide some much-needed peace of mind. It would allow us to focus on my mother’s health and my daughter’s needs without the constant worry of financial burdens.

Thank you for considering my request. I am hopeful for your understanding and support. I will definitely pay it forward when I get out of this hole I am in.

Sincerely,

Eboni Williams

Debt has taken the comfort out of my body and overwhelmed me , please help me .

Dear friends:
My name is Abdelmalek, I was an ambitious young man with big dreams in life. I dreamed of doing a distinguished job, opening the doors of success in my field, and living an independent life away from financial pressures. But, as sometimes happens, life did not go as I wished.
Financial problems began to appear little by little, I had famous obligations, such as my apartment rent, monthly bills, and loan installments that I had taken in order to buy a house to shelter me and my small poor family. With the decrease in income, I began to feel more and more pressure. Over time, debts accumulated on me until they became like a huge mountain that threatened to collapse on top of me.
The beginning of the end was when I began receiving daily calls from my debtors. Day after day, messages and threats began to haunt me, until I started to avoid answering the phone. Anxiety was eating away at my heart, and I was drowning in a sea of negative thoughts. What if I lost my home? What if I ended up on the street? How would I face people? The more I tried to find a solution, the more complicated the problem became.
I always aspired to work hard and persevere, but I found myself in a spiral that I could not get out of. Every step I tried to take led me to more pressure, as if life was chasing me in every direction. However, the turning point came suddenly, when I felt that this burden could no longer be borne by me alone, and as they say: “With echoes, you cannot be poor.” At that moment, I decided to speak frankly and transparently. I decided to ask for help.

While browsing the Internet, I came across a donation site and decided to create a donation campaign through the beggingmoney website, and today I put my story in your hands, my beloved, after the dreams I was striving to achieve faded and the moments when I felt helpless, and how debts became a heavy burden on my heart and soul “I just need a chance, I need to get my life back. I don’t want to be a burden on anyone, I just want a new beginning.”

I hope for your response, support, interaction, and encouragement, because every donation from you, no matter how small, will be a ray of hope in the pitch darkness.
Don’t let silence be your voice, donate to be part of the solution

Need financial support to pay bills and mortgage

Hello

My name is David. I am currently in need of financial support. My airbnb business is slow during winter in Montreal. The city has decided not to allow home owners to do airbnb business anymore starting March 24 2025. This is a big hit for me. I have many bills and a mortgage to pay after renovating my house 2 years ago.

I am now planning for my future financially. I am returning to school to become a real estate agent and I am also looking for a job. Plus, I also do volunteering work Kailasa, the only Hindu nation. Kailasa is the revival of the ancient enlightened civilization based on Sanatana Hindu Dharma by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. Kailasa’s mission is to protect and share Hinduism to humanity.

Sincere thanks for your support and donation. Blessings to all and be blissful!

Help Save My Home: Urgent Support Needed

I find myself in a challenging situation. During the pandemic, I borrowed £185,000 secured against my property. To provide some clarity, I received two payments totaling £153,355.30:

1. £148,224.08 on 1st December 2022

2. £5,131.22 on 26th December 2022

Since then, I have paid over £45,000 in interest, which includes both the retained amount and my monthly payments of £1,600 (I have made 14 payments to date).

Now, two years later, my lender is demanding £325,000—far exceeding what I originally borrowed. The current value of my property is approximately £360,000, but I’m struggling to meet this obligation.

I urgently need your support to avoid losing my home. My salary alone is not sufficient at this time, and my business is still recovering. If you can help in any way, I would be immensely grateful. Thank you for considering my plea for assistance. I secured on property to save the business. To cut the long story short, everything isn’t going as fast as expected.  But I am confident with assistance I will get there sooner. At the moment what is giving me sleepless night is the fear of loosing the house.  Please help. I have been given 6 weeks.  At the moment I think, its far less than a week left.

Subject: Urgent Help Needed to Save My Home

Subject: Urgent Help Needed to Save My Home

Dear Donater’s,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. On January 22, 2025, I lost a dear friend, a 70-year-old disabled Air Force veteran, who was not just a hero to this country but also my greatest support. For the past five years, I have lived in his home, which he intended to sign over to me before his unexpected passing. Unfortunately, he never had the chance, and now his family has made it clear that unless I can pay off his remaining mortgage of $42,000, they will sell the home—leaving me without a place to live.

Due to my own credit challenges, I am unable to refinance or transfer the mortgage into my name. This house has been my safe haven, my stability, and my only home. I am doing everything in my power to raise the necessary funds, but I cannot do this alone. I am humbly asking for any assistance—whether through donations, guidance, or connections to resources that might help me keep my home.

Every contribution, no matter the amount, brings me one step closer to securing the place I have called home for the past five years. If you or anyone you know can help in any way, I would be forever grateful. Please feel free to contact me at [Your Phone Number] or [Your Email] for any questions or further information.

Thank you for your time, compassion, and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Leigha Maricle    paypal.me/leighamaricle

New Widow, about to lose everything.

Hello,

I lost my dad and husband within a month of each other. I have health issues, epilepsy and autism as well as brain damage from a toxic miscarriage that I barely survived. I am under attack by someone who I testified to law officials about. I did so at the request of the parents of a young child that this person “took pictures of.” Because I spoke up this person has destroyed me financially, I am trying to get work and trying to get assistance, but I have a mortgage due that I can’t pay. I just need a few more months to get assistance set up or to find work. The mortgage is $230,000 with payments of $2,000 a month. Please help.

looking for help with mortgage $558.50

I am looking for help catching up on my mortgage. A little about me; my significant other and I work full time and have 3 children. The oldest is 10 and was born with complete unilateral cleft lip and palate. She has had multiple surgeries from 5 months old to last year. Last February, she had a bone-graft surgery, where I took 2 weeks off of work to care for her and at the end of last year, my significant other was off of work for 6 weeks without pay. I took a disbursement from my 401K to pay for medical expenses the previous year and my company does not allow for 401K loans. I had previously taken out multiple installment loans to pay bills that were overdue when weren’t bringing in enough to cover. I fell behind on my auto loan at the credit union, and a judgement was entered against me in small claims; I now have to pay $200 out of every check in an agreement to pay back my loan there. My credit score has been significantly impacted, and I don’t qualify for any loans.

With the rising costs of groceries, gas, and living expenses, I have since been struggling to get by. My mortgage has been about 2 months behind for the majority of this last year, and I really just need to break even on my mortgage so that I can catch up on everything else. Right now my mortgage payments are $558.50 per month, I owe for December and January. Any help would be appreciated!

LOSING MY HOME CAN’T PAY MY MORTGAGE

Hi, my name is Agatha, I hail from Kerala (Aluva) – India. I am aged 54yrs (a widow with no children) my mother is 74years old she is also a widow. She hardly moves around with the support of a wheel chair and walker. We two are all alone at our home (my house is a small house with roof sheet 950sq.ft in 4,5cents of land which is mortgaged in Bank)

I have never asked for help like this, but I have nowhere else to turn at this point. I was doing fine for a long time…until about April of 2020. Also between that time, my only brother passed away due to brain demurrage. Between the unexpected death, I was unable to hold onto my job, unfortunately. This caused me to fall further behind on my mortgage and bills.

Also my Mother started falling sick, from 2020 till this day my mom gets hospitalized frequently due to different illness… Recently she was admitted in the hospital for an urgent surgery for umbilical hernia. From 2020 till this day I have spent almost 8-10 lakhs Indian rupees for hospital charges for my mom alone… I can produce all the documents upon request.

Even I am sick since 2019… I am advised surgery for my spinal cord for which I need INR. 2.5 lakhs surgery cost alone also I need bed rest for 6 months. I cannot think about my surgery since I need to take care of my bedridden mom. I have no money to keep a home nurse. Now I am hardly moving around inside the house with the grace of God the almighty. Due to severe back pain and numbness I walk like a baby toddler walk.

I am in a horrible financial situation/ my credit cards are maxed out. I am not able to pay my monthly mortgage, pay my credit card bills, Bank notice worries me.  Where will I take my mother and go once my house is ceased by bank. (I can produce the bank notice upon request)

I never thought I would have to beg. So, I am asking for help getting rid of my debts and not be foreclosed…   Off my shoulders. The balance on it is $40,000. But any help will be greatly appreciated.

I ask God to bless everyone who can help me and May God multiply every blessings back to you. Amen. Thank you all in advance.

Hysterectomy gone terribly wrong for Misti Ewald

My wife of 31yrs had a hysterectomy on the morning of March 25th, 2024 and by that evening was being flown to another hospital to save her life. She was bleeding internally from where the doctor didn’t seal what she cut to take her ovaries and everything out. She was on dialysis prior to this surgery but had 60% kidney function still. After the surgery her kidneys shut down completely. She tried so very hard to get better but started getting bad kidney infections in August and couldn’t recover from it. Her body was just so tired and failing her so much.  She lost her fight January 4th, 2025 leaving behind our son and I. Last year we tried to get life insurance on us and couldn’t get it on her because of her only being 49. So now I’m trying to keep our home and pay for her funeral services out of pocket. I would never ask for help, but I have no choice at this point. My wife was my everything and I’m finding it harder and harder to keep going without her. Before her surgery she was driving and living life, then after she just couldn’t overcome it. It’s going to take around $25,000.00 to get our mortgage caught up and to pay for her funeral and I’m working every day and just not making a dent in it. I’m just able to just keep the lights on and keep food on the table for my son and I at this point. My PayPal.me/truckerchuck is how to make the donation. God bless you all and thank you

A Veterans Call for Help

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. Reaching out for help isn’t easy, but sometimes life humbles us in unexpected ways. My name is Nate, and I’m a retired disabled Air Force Veteran. I proudly served our country, but like many Veterans, transitioning to civilian life has come with its challenges.

Since retiring, I’ve faced numerous obstacles, including moving multiple times before finally buying a home—a dream I worked hard to achieve. Unfortunately, that dream turned into a struggle last year when a devastating flood caused over $100,000 in damages to my home. While insurance covered some of the costs, the aftermath has been overwhelming.

Between contractor delays, insurance battles, and additional unexpected expenses, my family and I have been struggling to make ends meet. Our kitchen was out of commission until just last week, forcing us to rely on costly takeout to feed our family of five. Compounding the situation, my insurance company dropped us, and my mortgage provider had to step in, drastically increasing our monthly payments.

As of now, we’re $10,000 behind on mortgage payments. I’ve done everything I can to keep the lights on, food on the table, and our family afloat, but I can’t do it alone anymore.

I’m reaching out to ask for your support to help us catch up on our mortgage and stabilize our finances. Your kindness would not only help us keep our home but also allow us to regain a sense of normalcy after such a difficult period.

Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and for any help you can provide.

Stay blessed,
Nate
