I’ve recently become a victim of a domestic violence case. My boyfriend had strangled me and has been arrested since. I was living with him and during the time I would pay him rent by doing housework. I was essentially a stay at home girlfriend. He isn’t allowed any contact with me and I want out of his house completely. I’m scared of what’s to come and I need to be able to secure a place as soon as possible.
