Please help an unemployed pensioner generate income to survive and bless others.

Hello and thank you for dropping by to read this,

My name is Allan Bird and I am a 71-year-old pensioner, who is also a veteran songwriter, singer and former music teacher living in Cape Town, South Africa.   I don’t receive any pension from previous employment as I was a missionary for the last fifty years and lived by faith.

Due to very kind gestures of financial help, a few friends surprised me on my 60th birthday with my first-ever Yamaha keyboard. Within hours I had written 3 new songs and composed 15 more a week later, which I produced and released my 1st instrumental album that same month.

I was able to compose, record and release a new means of generating some extra income to support myself and I released my 2nd instrumental album (music for film) a few months later.

But sadly, 8 months ago, I was forced to pawn my beautiful Yamaha as donations dwindled and my rent had to urgently be paid.

Although I don’t have rewards or anything of value to repay whoever donates towards my request, I would gladly arrange free downloads of my two albums thus far (if they enjoy laid-back instrumental music). And every music album I compose and release in the future, you would naturally receive free copies as well.

I would be ever so grateful and over the moon if donations could help me purchase the Yamaha PSR- SX900.  Even though that model has been discontinued, I don’t need the latest keyboard (that costs five times as much) just to compose and release albums to help me generate an extra income to survive.

If it is not too much to ask, the Yamaha PSR-SX900 keyboard and a small i5 laptop to record, edit and mix the music would only cost around US$ 2,600.

I am leaving my Facebook page to verify who I am, as well as a SoundCloud link, so whoever wishes to hear my music before they decide to donate, there are 12 instrumental songs to listen to.  And naturally my YouTube channel is where I have filmed a few music videos of my own music for film producers to watch.

Thank you ever so much just for dropping in and reading my story.  And in advance, a thousand blessings upon whoever feels the need or desire to help a struggling pensioner/songwriter across the ocean – to compose and hopefully touch millions of folk out there, with a song or two (from my future donated Yamaha keyboard) played in a movie or two.

Stuck, need help

Hi 👋 I’m a 36 year old working married mom. I had a baby in February. I’m not happy in my marriage and I want out but have zero money saved. All the money I had has gone into our house and our marriage and husband is the one working primarily because I’m staying home with the baby. Divorces cost money. If he won’t let me keep the house then I would have to buy him out which I can’t do. If we end up having to sell my credit went from 700’s to 580’s. Where can I rent without money and without credit. I’m to my neck in debt that I can’t seem to crawl out off. I’m so desperate I’m on this website hoping someone will find it in their heart to help.

THE ONLY THING I HAVE LEFT TO LOSE NOW IS MY PRIDE … SO HERE I GO !?!!

I’ve always considered myself quite savvy and intelligent. Thinking nobody could easily pull the wool over my eyes. Regrettably they have and in the most calculated spectacular fashion. Unfairly also using their 3 children as part of the evil and dreadfully cruel manipulation.

During the latter part of 2021, my housemate arranged for a builder to quote for refurbishment work on a villa I’d purchased with my inheritance. After meeting Daniel, we were both more than happy he was the perfect guy. A very friendly, no nonsense approach and straight talking handyman who explained everything along the way. He had a lovely wife and a young family too and soon we all became good friends.

Initially, all was happy in camp and the work was progressing rather well. Admittedly as time went by, further necessary work needed became apparent. But after a full explanation being validated by Daniel, I agreed with his recommendation. After all, this was the last property I wanted to live in until my progressive lung disease finally claimed my life. Retiring to a sunnier climate with much better air quality had to be what the good doctor ordered for sure. Plus physically, I could tell my body was already really starting to feel the benefits.

Daniel and my housemate then appeared to be developing a rather different relationship than before. Any interaction between them was now terribly giggly, somewhat secretive and sometimes openly extremely flirtatious too. To be honest, I had my concerns because I didn’t want this to be disruptive to the work. But in reality, I was becoming very concerned how this would develop and what effect it could have on his family. Then out the blue, I was clearly made aware by Daniel one day, that my housemate was eagerly engaging in conversations with a few local men on Tinder while spending hours of time up in her room.

Progressively and quite rapidly, things then went out of control. Emily had developed an all consuming obsession with Daniel. Texting him excessively all through the day and also the night. The time was of no consequence and could be at any hour. Plus a lot of her messages were quite sexual and very graphic too. I only know this, as Daniel decided to share some of them with me in confidence. Her relationship with me turned somewhat sour and she also started to show worrying aggression in my direction too.

Then the bomb went off. After returning from a trip out together in his car. There was clearly a bad atmosphere between Emily and Daniel. Later I’d discover she’d made unwanted sexual advances towards him and he’d rebuffed her. This wasn’t really surprising to me as I felt he’d encouraged it with the outrageous flirting between them. By now, his wife was aware of all the text conversations and the whole situation was a real mess. Emily’s focus needed to be distracted and that had to happen fast to benefit everyone.

Shortly after this, she met a Nigerian guy called Santos off Tinder. A relationship developed but her infatuation with Daniel didn’t subside. The excessive text messages persisted and she turned very volatile towards me. Daniel and his wife Vanessa, expressed concern over my welfare and Emily’s intentions towards me. The stress of everything had created a flare up in my lung condition as well and I hadn’t felt well for weeks on end. It was suggested I move to another villa Daniel had bought as a fixer upper. This would give me time to recover and alleviate any threat towards me. So I did agree to the idea and moved out for a few weeks.

During this period, concerns for Emily’s behaviour grew increasingly. It was apparent she’d developed some worrying mental health issues which in my opinion required specialist treatment. Between myself, Daniel and Vanessa we considered it beneficial for her to return to the UK. It was decided that Daniel would discuss this with her and suggest the idea. With quite considerable reluctance and financial incentive she finally agreed.

Unknowingly at the time, this was a calculated and very manipulative plan compiled by Daniel, Vanessa and his other associates. I’d been singled out and targeted by a group of scammers. Emily needed to go because they knew I held all the purse strings. With her out the way, they could gang up on me. This they achieved by having an insider at my bank. Associates of his moved into the villa across the road from me. At house parties, other scammers would put up a great pretence and be exceptionally friendly. Even their parents were in on it. The whole thing was a real family concern, including their kids.

To cut a long story short, I’ve lost everything at the hands of these vile people. My home, all my finances and all my belongings too. I considered them good friends and got to know the family, well in excess of 2 years. So they played the very long game with me. They took me under their wing and made me feel an important and welcome friend. My own family has been broken up as a consequence. I lived alone with my 3 cats and 2 dogs but for quite obvious reasons found myself in considerable debt with my rent. Luckily a friend has given myself and the cats a roof over my head. But my 2 dogs have been in kennels with an extended friend ever since and I miss them dreadfully every single day. I just need the opportunity to rebuild my life and my priority is to have us all living back together once again.

It’s taken a lot for me to do this and ask for assistance from people. I’ve never been in this situation before and it’s exceptionally difficult for me. Having always been so self sufficient and totally independent with savings in the bank. Regretfully, not anymore and being completely broke doesn’t sit comfortably with someone like me. It will take some time and a lot of effort to get back to any sort of normality. But if anyone who’s read my story is prepared to help me then I offer my most humblest and very sincere appreciation to you.

Kindly use the attached link for any exceptionally welcome donations. TIA.

In desperate need of down payment quickly! Please help! Please read!

Hello I’m 59. Me, my wife and 2 boys (15 & 11) need help desperately. My wife lost a career job 7 months ago and unemployment stopped last month. Our savings has been completely zeroed out. Our bank account has approx $1000 with bills coming due. Her unemployment and my income was just enough to barely cover everything. We have fallen behind on the house by 2 months. She has applied at hundreds of jobs over the past 7 months and hasn’t received any offers. She’s actually been told she’s overqualified. She can’t even get a $15 hr cashier job. We are behind on all our bills. I am or “was” self employed doing food delivery making $500-$800 a week sometimes more if the tips were good. Up until the 12th Dec. a few days ago our only vehicle was t-boned and totaled out by another driver. The side airbags deployed. We still had 15 months to payoff. I’m only in a rental till the 18th of Dec. still doing all the deliveries I can do to try and make as much as I can. We need help desperately and quickly for a good down payment for a vehicle. We have asked our family members who are unable to help. We have never been in this type of situation before and have no idea of how to try and keep from losing everything. Our home our utilities. We just got approved for food assistance that took 6 months. But without a vehicle we’ll lose everything else. We have been praying for help, I never dreamed I would need to ask for assistance from strangers that don’t even know me or our family. We desperately need help we desperately need to raise money for a good down payment for a car to be able and keep the payments low. That’s our main need at moment so I can still bring in some kind of income from food deliveries to try and keep us afloat till the wife hopefully gets a job offer. She’s done so many interviews and zoom interviews and she keeps getting turned down or told she’s overqualified by the people interviewing her. Saying “she could do their job”. “Why would they hire her to do something she’s to qualified for”. Without another vehicle after the 18th I won’t even be able to take her to any more interviews she may get or continue making food deliveries. Please help if your able. We may not know who will donate or give to us by name but we will be so very grateful and pray for every person who may give. Thank you and please keep my family in your prayers if you’re unable to donate. And if you can please, please help our family. May God Bless you!

Help

Hello just like my title say I need a little help paying off some bills because I’m scared I’m not going to be able to continue to work for another 10-15 years. I would love to pay off my home before 20 years. I would like to pay off and cut up my credit cards. I would like to pay off any and all me and my husband’s Dr and surgery bills. Definitely would love to pay off all back taxes and future taxes. I’m a server and have been for 15 years. I just had to have a bone removed and some tendons repaired. I’m not a party person I am a home body I don’t do social media I just love God and my family but I do know I’m getting up there in age and I don’t want to leave my family in a bind because I didn’t have anyone to teach me about credit scores until I was in my late 30’s early 40’s. So I’m asking for any financial help or blessing. Thank you in advance

There is a special magic out there at this time of the year. I am placing my wish out to the world because I know there are many angels out there who might be able to help. I have been trying to get my husband to a warmer climate for health reasons & I have been with this man for 46 years & do not want to lose him this early in our life together. We have lived in the state of Missouri for all of our years together but, the doctors said that he has to get out of the cold climate due to he can not feel his legs when they get cold and he falls. I have been selling anything that I have to save for this move but, being the only one working I can only save so much. That is why I am putting my Christmas Wish out there, to see if I might have a Christmas Angel that could help, make my wish come true. I also have 2 motorcycles For Sale if you or anyone you know is interested. Thank You for reading this. Please respond to PayPal.Me/Mom&Pappy if you are my Christmas Angel.

Funding for Business Start-up

Hi And thank you for reading-

I was recently unjustly (long sad story) let go from a well paying but unsatisfying job in SaaS sales. As a result of this I set out to build a business of my own so that I had more control over financial security for my children and I. I has been a challenging process with several abandoned ideas which the optimist in me will define as “learning experiences”. Three of my business do continue to exist and receive my best efforts and investment today, an online retail store, a local pressure washing, hauling, and property clean-up business, and finally a software product that will help small businesses market more efficiently and effectively. I am writing for help with the software business.

The cost to bring my product to market is $80,000. My only savings for retirement happens to be $76,000 before taxes and early withdrawal penalties, I will be using this to fund product development. As you can see I am a bit short even before marketing costs are factored in. If at all possible I would like to avoid involving loans/banks. Any amount you are comfortable donating would be most appreciated and be put to good use in my mission to help small businesses succeed. I am hoping to raise $20,000 or more through donations. I would like to avoid selling equity in the company, but am open to discussing if you would prefer that to donation. I want to be careful about sharing the product details publicly at this time, but I would be willing to share to donors/investors in one-on-one communication, please feel free to reach out to me for that

Empower Future Leaders Through Affordable, Accessible Math Education

Hi there,
My name is Armond, and I am the founder of Bobcat Math, a tutoring company dedicated to transforming lives through affordable and accessible math education. Having overcome my own challenges as a high school dropout turned straight-A math graduate, I understand firsthand the power of education to change lives.

Bobcat Math is more than just tutoring; it’s a mission to build a community where students, regardless of their background or income level, can unlock their potential. Through tutoring, a YouTube channel, and innovative services, I aim to:

  • Provide affordable math education for students from all socioeconomic levels.
  • Create new revenue streams to keep prices low for those who need it most.
  • Offer students a platform to showcase their talents and strengthen their academic portfolios.
  • Build scholarship funds to reduce the financial burden of higher education.

Currently, I am facing financial challenges that threaten to halt this dream. Fixed costs like marketing, platform subscriptions, and website maintenance total over $300 monthly, leaving little room for growth. A donation from you can:

  • Boost my marketing efforts to reach more students and families in need.
  • Enhance the visibility of my YouTube channel and website.
  • Empower me to expand services and keep tutoring affordable.

Your support could be the spark that fuels this mission to provide life-changing educational opportunities to students in need. Together, we can make math education accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances.

If you’re inspired by my story and vision, please consider donating today. Your contribution is not just an investment in me but in the countless lives Bobcat Math can touch.

Thank you so much for your time and generosity.

Warm regards,

Multiple Suffering Conditions

Since October 2024, I have been struggling with health issues as well as my past living conditions in my old apartment.  I had to leave my old apartment because I developed multiple health problems and brought a deep burden to my mother, who is deeply struggling to make ends meet.  I need to tell my brief story about how I lived in my old apartment before moving into my mother’s house and now briefly living in my smaller apartment due to struggling to pay monthly rent.

I first moved into my old apartment in May 2006, when the complex was brand new. I was fired from my job at the Navy Exchange as a civilian for two and a half years and later as a Mitigation Worker for FEMA for one week. I was forced to move out of my mother’s mobile home and move to another town to live in an apartment.  As I moved there, my mother could not afford to drive back and forth as a teacher in a small town, so she had to retire and get a job where I now live.  She became a Case Manager and Dorm Mother for the Hope Village for Children.  I went to college and got a job at the Boys and Girls Club.  I found myself taking a job as a Sample Giver for three days at Sam’s Club, which led to losing my job at the Boys and Girls Club.  After I graduated from college and unemployed in 2008, things turned into turmoil.

In June 2008, I was using my computer, cooking chicken, and calling my mother to show up as she was still at work.  Later that night, I heard a knock on my door and it was a young guy with an acned face who wanted to use a telephone book and wanted my name.  I didn’t give him my real name and I slowly closed my entry door and went into my laundry room to get a telephone.  When I gave my telephone book to him, he slammed and choked me down hard on the carpet floor as I screamed for my life.  He covered my face as he prayed over me as he didn’t want me to see him. My glasses were broken.  He began dragging me to my room as I tried not to go into my room by putting my right foot on the edge of the living room wall.  He jerked my right leg from the edge of the wall and dragged me to my bedroom to throw me on the bed.  As I kept rolling off my bed, he kept throwing me on the bed until I rolled down to the carpet floor.  He quickly dropped all the clothes he was wearing in my apartment and grabbed my head to shove his privates into my throat.  He pulled my hair, choked my neck, and threw me on the bed again as I still slipped from the bed to the carpet floor.  The guy was schizophrenic and I was deeply shaken with great pain and fear for my life late at night.  He sexually assaulted me so much that I hated the fact that I opened my apartment door.  I was so mixed with emotions that I forced him to get on my bed as he was completely naked and I still had on my bloody yellow shirt and black stretch pants.  One of my shoes was knocked off due to the edge of the wall I was pulling in the living room.  I wanted to leave my bedroom, but he counted to ten multiple times and grabbed my hair to throw my face, and forced me to open my mouth to suck his privates.  After an hour and a half, I heard my mother entering the door, he got up as I tried to stand in his way. I turned on the bedroom light and my mother became angry as she tried to attack him.  He had on his white tank shirt, grabbed my mother’s purse and my phone, and ran out my apartment door.  She called 911 and I had to be taken to the emergency room.  I had to take multiple medications and give my bloody clothes after I looked in the mirror at my blooded scarred face. I had to wear my mother’s clothes because I didn’t have any clothes to fit.  I had been traumatized by that incident for life, which caused me to not be normal.  I had to report everything to the Police Department, although I felt semiconscious and had to tell my story.  I also had to get counseling for my mental trauma and having physical pain and crying spells. I was afraid to let anyone in my life, so I decided to make myself useless because I didn’t want to get hurt by other men.

As years followed, I became dependent on my mother until I became disabled.  I fell into work-at-home jobs and a cult that I thought was going to benefit me, but I got scammed and became broke.  I had gotten physical therapy on my right knee and later decided to get surgery before getting surgery on my right middle ear.  I had surgery on my left middle ear when I was in college because of a perforated eardrum.  By then, I started having multiple surgeries on both of my middle ears due to having been diagnosed with cholesteatoma. Everyone in my family felt hurt and disappointed in this situation I was placed in.

Fast-forward to my apartment living situation, I was trying to recuperate from traumatic injuries and arranging furniture in my apartment.  I found it hard to make ends meet financially and my mother and father were divorced before this assault and injuries had happened.  I was entering online surveys and entering sweepstakes and hoping to get financial help, but I kept having bad luck.  I became the only family member who has never had a life-long job, not having friends to talk to, and no traveling around the world.  I became completely helpless, disabled, isolated, and financially struggling.  My health had taken a drastic term with my apartment living problems.

About my apartment situation, multiple landlords replaced in office since the COVID-19 pandemic.  The maintenance situation became worse with fixes through appliances, plumbing, and carpeting. There were problems with standing water surrounding outdoors from my bedroom and terrace.  I started seeing multitudes of insects, reptiles, rodents, and bats as I began to have health issues. Mold, mildew, spores, and other situations had happened in my apartment, and it forced me to go to the emergency room multiple times until I had to have more surgeries.  My mother had to change multiple jobs because of problems with the pandemic and decided to work for the elderly.  She is also struggling to make ends meet with her house after paying it off and now she has to put in more money to place in cooling/heating, bathroom plumbing, storage, bedroom changes, kitchen appliances, and furniture.

I recently had a major abdominal surgery, which led me to have a total of eight surgeries in my lifetime.  I still have to recuperate while getting used to living in between homes with my mother and my new smaller and older apartment, which is half of a duplex.  I have a brother living in an apartment in another state far away, and he has a grown son who has a daughter living in the same state but in a far town.  My father lives in a small town where my brother and I grew up.  He needs a new modular house to live in, instead of living in a deteriorated mobile home. We are all struggling to make ends meet financially and need real help.

I would like to travel to see the world, meet new friends, and go sightseeing, as well as help my family financially with their expenses.  I am sending an honest request for $1 million.  Here is how much I want to put in my PayPal.me link:

paypal.me/pepperchestnut ($200,000).

Here is how much I want to put in my CashApp cashtag:

$Peppercat30 ($800,000)

I know that is way too much to ask, but I want it to be uncategorized because there are some categories I want to choose. I need help with housing rent, new housing appliances, furniture, medical bills, my mother’s car repairs, starting a business, traveling expenses, house remodeling, and transportation.  Please accept my honest request for my multiple suffering conditions. Thank you so much.

A Holiday Wish: Freedom from Student Loan Debt

This holiday season, I’m reaching out to ask for your kindness and generosity to help me take a significant step toward financial freedom. Like many others, I’ve been working hard to build a better future, but the weight of $20,000 in student loan debt has been holding me back from achieving my goals.

I dream of owning a home—a place to call my own and begin building a life that feels secure and stable. However, student loans have made it difficult to save and plan for the future. Every month, I watch a significant portion of my income go toward these payments, leaving little room for growth, emergencies, or the chance to invest in my dreams.

As the year comes to a close, I’m hopeful that the season of giving might bring a little light into my life. I know times are tough for many, but I also believe in the power of community and the kindness of strangers. If 1,000 people donated just $20, I’d reach my goal in no time.

Paying off this debt would mean so much more than just a zero balance. It would mean freedom to start fresh, the ability to save for a down payment on a home, and the chance to finally feel like I’m moving forward instead of treading water. Your help would allow me to focus on building a stable and secure future.

If you’re able to contribute, even a small amount, I’d be forever grateful. Every little bit truly makes a difference, and if you can’t give right now, I completely understand. Sharing this post with others who might be willing to help would also mean the world to me.

This is a vulnerable ask, and it’s not something I take lightly. It’s humbling to reach out, but I know that the holiday season is about hope, kindness, and the belief that we can all help each other in some way.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and if you’re able to contribute, you can do so here: PayPal: @faedrasilv

Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season filled with warmth and peace.
