IN OCTOBER 2024 I MADE A 200 PAYMENT.I ASKED THE PERSON I SPOKE WIYTH IF I COULD PUT THE REMAINING BALANCE OF 200 ON THE CAR NOTE NEVER RECIEVED A YES OR NO.

 

NOVEMBER 2024 I STARTED TO HAVE VEHICLE ISSUES WITH IT TURNING ON IT JUST TURN OVER TO STRAT SPOKE WITH NORMA THE OWNER IFI COULD TAKE IN THE VAN FOR REPAIRS IF THERE WAS ANYWAY WE COULD ADD THE COST OF THE REPAIRS TO MY NOTE AS I HAD ASKED THEM TO REPAIR THE IGNITION SWITCH NORMA SAID YES. THIS WAS ON A MONDAY TOOK THE VAN INFORMED THE SECRETARY IN THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT THAT THERE WAS NO RUSH. I CALLED MONDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO SEE WHEN IT WOULD BE READY. I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT I HAD TO PAY 400 BECAUSE OF THE OCTOBER PAYMENT . I CALLED NORMA I COULD MAKE PAYMENTS ON THE 200 I STILL OWED BY APPLING 50 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT 397 MONTHLY THOSE 50 DOLLAR PAYMENTS WERE MADE IN JAN,. FEB., MARCH,. AND APRIL BRING ME UP TO DATE. UPON PICKING IT UP THAT FRIDAY IT WAS STILL DOING THE SAME THING WITH HESITATING TO START. THIS TIME GERALD THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS THERE TO WITNESS THAT ALONG WITH MOY THE SALES PERSON THAT HELPED ME. LEFT WITHOUT THE VAN..THE FOLLOWING WEEK I CALLED NORMA TO SEE WHAT WAS DONE SHE STATED IT WAS THE FUELPUMP. I ASKED WHY WHEN I HAD HAD IT DIAGNOSED WAS TOLD IT WAS THE IGNITION SWITCH. THEY KEPT IT ANOTHER WEEK I WAS THEN CALLED TO P[ICK UP THE VAN IT STARTED RIGHT UP. TWO DAYS PASSED AND IT STARTED TO DO THE SAME THING AGAIN. SPOKE TO JOANN SHE ASKED I TAKE IN VEHICLE TO HAVE LOOKED AT AGAIN. TOOK IT IN 2 TIMES THEY COULDN’T FIND THE PROBLEM MY HUSBAND WATCHED YOUTUBE DID A RELAY BYPASS DIDN’T HAVE ANY ISSUES SENSE .

WHEN I PURCHASED THE VAN I ASKED FOR A CONTRACT WAS TOLD THEY WERE PREPARING IT . I NEVER RECEIVED A COPY OF MY CONTRACT. AND RECEIPTS WAS NEVER GIVEN ONE MOY WAS MY SALESMAN AT THE TIME.

THE VAN WAS REPOSSESSED ON MAY 12,2025 ON THE 12 I WENT TO DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED WITH ALL MY BANK RECEIPTS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE NEVER MISSED A MONT IN APRIL I HAD A FAMILY SITUATION I CALLED THE H& R SPOKE TO JOANN THAT IF I COULD MAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT AND APPLING 50 ADDITIONAL TO MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS SHE SAID YESH THE ARE SAYING I OWE MARCH PAYMENT APRIL AND MAY WHICH IS IN CORRECT I HAVE BANK STATEMENTS SAYING OTHERWISE WHILE AT THE DEALERSHIP I SPOKE WITH JOANN AND GERALD HER HUSBAND HE INFORMED ME THAT THE PAYMENTS WERE BEING APPLIED TO REPAIRS WHICH AGAIN NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT OR TOLD THE COST GERALD THEN STATED HOW THE VAN START RUNNING. MY HUSBAND FIXED IT FEBRUARY. THEN I INFORMED MY HUSBAND FIXED IT HE THEN STATED COME ON MAN YEAH RIGHT YOU KNOW THAT’S NOT TRUE . I WALKED OUT ON HIM I CONTINUED WALKING I INFORMED MY HUSBAND THAT HE WAS BASICALLY SAYING I WAS LYING MY HUSBAND LOOKED UP GERALD RECOGNIZED HIM .JOHN LOOKED UP AND HE SAID AND YES SIR I DID REMEMBER I CAME DOWN HERE TO GO OVER EVERY PAYMENT WITH YOU. GERALD SAID YES SIR I REMEMBER GERALD HANDED ME AN PAPER WITH ALL MY PAYMENTS MADE FEES ARE A[PPLIED TO MY NONEXISTENT CONTRACT THAT I WASN’T AWARE OF IN THE SUMS OF TWO ARE FOR 19.99 TWO NORE FOR 23.00 AND ONE MORE FOR 293 NEVER WAS I INFORMED OF THE ADDITIONAL FEES I DID NOTIFY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL THEY CORRESPOND BACK SAYING POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS GERALD ALSO STATED WHILE WE WERE OUTSIDE THAT NORMA WASN’T GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIRS AFTER HE HAD ALREADY SAID THAT U WAS MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE REPAIRS AND NOT THE 200. I TOLD HIM THIS IS WHERE YOU ALL ARE SO WRONG I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE FEES O WOULD HAVE PAID ADDITIONALGERALD SAID I DON’T KNOW I ONLY WORK HERE.NOT ONLY WAS IT WRONGFULLY REPOSSESSED DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE PROPERTY AS WELL I DON’T WANT THE VAN BACK BC OF THE WAY THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOOK IT I’M ALMOST CERTAIN IT DOESN’T RUN LIKE IT USE TO POSSIBLE TRANSMISSION FAILURE ALONG WITH THE SUSPENSION AS YOU CAN SEE TIRE MARKS THAT HIT THE CURB i want to file a lawsuit against the company affording an attorney is expensive and out of my financial ability. This may take months or even years to correct what was done meanwhile on ssi I can’t afford another vehicle at this time type 2 diabetic and a disabled son a 9 month old grandchild i take care of as I’m their sole provider. My children’s father passed away 3 yrs ago due to a staph infection my granddaughter has been my responsibility sense birth her mother us a teen what i want for is to finish school. Help me rebuild my life with a reliable car.

Hi, I’m reaching out for support during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help like this, but life has thrown more at me than I could’ve ever prepared for.

Last year, I lost my car shortly after surviving a traumatic sexual assault. That experience shook me to my core, and trying to heal from it has been an uphill journey emotionally, mentally, and financially. My car was not just transportation it was my independence, my safety net, and my connection to work, school, and medical care. Losing it set off a chain reaction that I’m still trying to recover from.

I’ve been working hard to save money, balancing a full-time job with nursing school, and managing a chronic autoimmune condition that has required ongoing medical treatment. Between school tuition, therapy, doctor visits, and medications, I’ve done my best to stay afloat. But despite budgeting and stretching every dollar, I’m nowhere close to being able to put down a deposit for a reliable vehicle.

Having a car would mean I could get to my clinicals, go to work without worrying about long, unsafe commutes, and make it to my doctor’s appointments on time. More than that it would bring me peace of mind and a sense of stability I haven’t felt in a long time.

Over Taken…

Greetings dear good people. My name is Jim.  I so wish I was on the other side of this situation.  I would rather be helping people rather than asking for help. (which is very hard for me).

My wife and I are retired nurses. We spend more that 40 years serving others and it was very satisfying.  During our life we experienced many challenges.  Our  3rd child had open heart surgery at 1 month old.  She is now very healthy now.  My wife, Erin, experienced 3 auto accidents (none her fault).  One resulted in spinal surgery to the neck.  She now has life long chronic pain.  My self…I’ve had surgery on both shoulders, right shoulder replacement, right knee replacement, Widow maker heart attack.  This followed with open heart surgery.  This took me out of the work force a couple of years early.  Heart issues comes with frequent medical test and procedures and a lot of medications.  And yes, we have to add the development of type 2 diabetes.

With all this said, we stayed just above water all our lives.  Nothing extra for travel or weekend retreats.  Well, yes we did take the kids on annual vacations to the Smokey Mountains.  We always camped as that was all we could afford.  As I said we managed to keep our heads above water, but now we seem to be losing ground.  We have medical bills that we cannot pay.  A couple of credit cards that I can only make minimal payments.  So those are never going to go away.

We are preparing to move in our forever home.  We barely made the financial requirements.  I’m sure this will not be my forever home for too many more years as my health dictates differently.  I do not want to leave my wife and/or children with any unpaid bills.  I’d like to go out with a clean bill…

I’m Trying to Start Over — Anything Helps

Hey there,

This isn’t easy to write, but I feel like I’ve got nothing left to lose. I messed up. I’ve struggled with addiction for a long time. I had some time clean under my belt, and I really thought I was on the right path… but then life hit me hard. I slipped, and what was supposed to be just one bad night turned into a spiral.

Now, I’m out here with nothing. No roof over my head. No money. Just the clothes I’ve got on and a bag I carry everywhere. Some days I don’t eat. Some nights I don’t sleep. I’ve lost people. I’ve lost trust. And to be honest, I’ve almost lost hope.

But I haven’t lost it completely. That’s why I’m writing this.

Help a single mother fund for her late father’s headstone

My name is Hazik. I am 33years of age and a single mother to five beautiful children raging from the age of 12years – 16years. I am also a sole carer for my elderly parents (my late father was 83 when he passed and my mother is currently 78years old). I work a full-time job, working between 40-70 hours per week.

 

I have been the sole carer for my parents since I was 18years old and still am to this very day. I have been a single mother since the day 5 months into my pregnancy to my twins (12years old now). 2 of my 5 children are my biological children (identical twin girls) and the other 3 are my adopted children since 2019 (ages 13 – 16).

 

My father passed away late last year (2024), so I am currently continuing the care for my elderly mother. My children designed a headstone for my parents (their nana and papa). I have taken this design around to local headstone businesses for quotation and have found the cheapest quote at $30,000.00 (30k). This is the cost for a double headstone for my parents as they will be laid side by side when my mother’s time comes.

 

I am seeking your help with funding this headstone for my father (and mother) as I am not able to save that much money in a short period of time before the unveiling date. My weekly pay is barely enough to make ends meet due to the high cost of living now. I have tried applying for a Credit Card and a Personal Loan to cover this cost but unfortunately was unsuccessful as I had already taken out a loan last year (currently still paying it off) for my dad’s funeral and expenses.

Retiring Nurse

A Fight for Health and Stability: Request for Support During Medical Crisis

My name is Shawn Costill, and I’m writing to ask for help during an incredibly difficult time. I’ve been battling serious medical issues since I was 12 years old, and despite years of surgeries and treatment, I’m now facing overwhelming financial stress as my health continues to affect my ability to work.

It all started with severe, constant stomach pain that left me bedridden and eventually homeschooled. After countless ER visits and doctors, I was diagnosed with endometriosis — four cysts and significant scar tissue were found during surgery. We hoped that treatment would ease the pain, but it never did. Over time, I learned to live with it, only going to the ER when it became unbearable.

Years later, a routine physical for a school activity finally gave us answers. A doctor listened closely, ran tests, and diagnosed me with MALS — a rare and painful stomach compression disorder that requires surgery to fix. Since then, I’ve also been diagnosed with Nutcracker Syndrome (which led to a kidney transplant), SMAS, May-Thurner Syndrome, POTS, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I’ve now had 12 surgeries in total.

While we are doing everything we can to manage my conditions, the reality is that my pain has recently worsened. I’ve missed work, fallen behind on bills, and am struggling to keep up. While there are some assistance programs for my medical costs, everyday expenses — rent, utilities, basic needs — don’t qualify. I’m currently $2,500 behind and truly just need enough to catch up and breathe again.

Any support you can offer would bring enormous relief and allow me to focus on healing without the fear of financial collapse hanging over me. I’m deeply grateful for your time, your compassion, and any help you can provide.

I’ve been warned at work about missing days but it’s out of my bosses hands company policy. I work at a nursing home taking care of our aging veterans. I honestly can say I love my job yes sometimes gross things are left for me to clean up nonetheless these ladies and gentlemen are my elders the fought for this very platform in a sense. I respect and honor them as if there my own parents I treat them as if they are my own grandparents and I truly love and care for them all it’s my honor to do so….. I’m now at risk of losing my job one of the few things in my life that bring me real happiness right now. Everything in my life has been hard nothing been easy but I love god and live by the golden rule. My job is the only thing keeping our fragile stability afloat.

I never imagined being in this position. I’m asking for help to pay off the loan on this now non drivable Kia Van I was once so proud of ( that didn’t last long) i feel like a fool. I need money to flee for my life

Warm greetings from Cameroon, I am writing to appeal for money.

Sometime in 2022, I released a gospel music which I titled No-truth-no-heaven. This gospel music was promoted over a gospel radio station. Soon, on the 31/12/2023 at 4:52 am, on my way from a cross over night church service. I was attacked by some unknown men for this music. I was tortured, injured with blade, warned not to release gospel music again or I will be killed and buried unknown. I was thrown at the road side bleeding unconsciously.

Luckily, a bike rider who was passing by saw me in the above mentioned location and condition. He quickly rushed me to the hospital where I underwent medical treatment.

Lately, I have started receiving phone threats from these unknown men with anonymous phone number reminding me of the said abuse and warning.

For this reason, I am advised to flee the country. Not to be killed by these unknown men but I have no money. My life and honor is in danger. Please, someone should help me with financial assistance for a safe haven.
