Please help…Loosing house to Foreclosure in One Week

I live in a nice house that I remodeled and added a bedroom wing which borders National Forest in Northern Arizona.  My wife and business partner of 40 years recently passed away from covid and cancer.  I was not able to work during her sickness and got behind on my bank payments.  The house went into foreclosure with an arrears of $90,000.  I have been taking care of my wife’s crippled friend and rescue animals.  If we are evicted, we have nowhere to go.  The foreclosure sale is scheduled for October 24th, 2023.

I have been developing a business project, but the project funding will not be coming in on time to rescue the house. I had been expecting that this would bail me out since I work from an office in the house.

I have been selling and/or borrowing any way I can but time is short.  Please help in any way possible…

Thank you and God Bless…

SINGLE MOM OF 3 DEALING WITH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED ILLNESS TRYING TO KEEP MY HOME FROM GOING INTO FORECLOSURE

Hi. I am a single mother of 3. I was admitted in the hospital on November 6, 2021, after not feeling well. I was dealing with shortness of breath, headaches that would not go away, chills, fevers, and barely being able to walk or talk. I was diagnosed with: Septic Shock with Acute Renal failure on hemodialysis. I was in the hospital for a little over a month and nearly lost my life. I lost my job due to not being able to work and I have not worked since I was admitted to the hospital in November 2021. My family created a GoFundMe while I was in the hospital that raised under $2000. All of that was gone shortly after I left the hospital because bills still had to be paid. I became debilitated due to the long hospital stay and other complications. I lost strength and muscle function and had to relearn to walk and take care of myself again. Going into septic shock really damages your body and you have to deal with post sepsis syndrome that can possibly last forever. I have not been the same since and still struggle most days. I developed a lot of issues since going septic, which causes me to have to visit doctor’s offices often. I still suffer from shortness of breath, deal with a lack of energy, and get fatigued quite often. It’s just not an ideal situation to be in when you were a very independent person who was able to do everything for yourself and also being able to go to work to support your family. Going back and forth to doctor’s offices takes a lot of time and gas. The funds that I received when I was let go from my job have now been depleted. You can’t imagine the stress that can be put on someone whose main focus is to take care of their family and make sure they have a roof over their heads while still trying to maintain some sense of normalcy for themselves. Due to my inability to physically work (which may be indefinite), the bills have been piling up. I was the only source of income for my family and now that is lost.  I am very fortunate to still be here, and I just want to make sure that my family does not have to worry about being kicked out of the only home they have ever known with no where to go and to make sure that their needs are being taken care of. School has just started back up and that’s a whole other expense in itself with everything that children need these days for school. The money will be used to catch up on my mortgage, utilities, van payment and gas, and other necessities. My central heat/air unit failed also and I need the money to pay someone to fix that also. I’m close to about $10,000 in debt right now, but I would be very appreciative of whatever anyone is willing to help me with. Thanking you in advance for your generosity!

Forclosure Pending

HI,

Wishing things were different.  I moved to another state to be closer to family,  was able to get a VA loan and move into a nice home.  I was working long hours in and out of town. Took a job offer outside of town, sold that house.  Two of my nieces knew a family about to loose their house and the Dad had passed away 5 years earlier.  So I was asked if I could help.  Did not realize what I was getting myself into.  Wound up getting another VA loan at the start of Co- Vid ,  started taking out loans to keep up, got into a forbearance but to many bills and high interest loans I couldn’t make the house payments. I have been trying to start working in online business but have lacked the money for the training and advertizing.  My Home catch up payment is aound 17,000.  I am hoping to raise about 20,000 to 25,000 to get caught up.  Thank you for all consideration.

For another losing their home when he helps anyone and everyone

No matter how tired or stressed he’s never let anyone else lose what they love.

Hello my name is Bee and this man who has actually paid for his home for over 30 yrs had his uncle who had lived with his parents since before he was born and since the day he passed due to lower mortgage payment. When growing up he went every where with the uncle( whos not supposed to be blood but his parents n uncle took the secert to the grave it was really his dad) and sadly he was cremated. So we would need a donation for a dna test proving he is next to kin. that i believe runs 3500. The house was before in the man im asking for donations for name as i stated he had it transfered to his uncles to lower the rates or apr im not sure what the fancy words are called but a week goes by and his uncle who had never takin a vaction in all his yrs literally finally took one and during that time they had made an appointment to put him back on and when he didnt see his uncle all day on his first day off he figured he had been enjoying resting. well sadly the next morning he had realized his uncle had past. His sister the uncles that is came and wiped out his bank account sold his tools that were insured for over a million dollars, and gave his nephew nothing. Not that he cares about that im sure it just kinda sucks cause she took his ashes and he would want his uncle to be with him. This man i am speaking of i see wake up early does whatever he has to to support the strangers he meets who are both men and women he allows people to come stay but they get chores and if they do what is normal like just work clean and show they want a better life he buys them cars and helps them into their new place. He is only behind 30000.  He had fallen behind due to being diagnosied with prostate cancer. Theres not a person in this area who can say anything bad about him. He wont ask for help. he took off 2 weeks of work from what i seen and you can tell hes in pain but he is not giving up before his dad died he asked him to not sell the house and leave it for his daughter that he raised on his own with no child support. The home in total i asked one day well how much do you owe is only 90000. Please im afraid that not only id end up with a jerk neighbor but the world would lose one hell of a good soul that gave when he shouldnt. He almost had it all just a month ago then met a man who was in a horrible accident that killed his soon to be fiance. Look it up it was last oct in norco ca. He was in wheel chair losing his home because he couldnt work and didnt have money to buy medical supplies or pay his storage and this man did the most selfless thing and made sure he got to keep all his things and helped him find a place to live and paid his debt.  Please help me give him what hes givin so many I believe he has around 10000 saved and he just needs to get the mortgage current so we can start probate. He said he has less than 30 days. The attorney he has says it will be no hassle since the uncles family has already givin paperwork saying that they dont want or have any interest in the home that its rightfully the mans who has paid for it but because circumstances and cost transferred it into uncles to help out and he passed before being able to get a trust drawn up.  my cash app is $best2bee12

Help this veteran save his home! Please

Dear Perspective Donor,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you with a heavy heart, seeking your kindness and support during a challenging time in my life. I find myself on the brink of losing my home to foreclosure, and I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you might be able to provide some financial assistance or guidance.

Let me start by sharing a little about myself and my situation. I have always been diligent in meeting my financial obligations, but circumstances beyond my control have led me to this distressing predicament. I lost my job and exhausted my saving trying to stay afloat while seeking employment. My retirement income of $1201 per month takes care of my basic needs, food utilities, etc. But is insufficient to pay the mortgage.

My home holds immense sentimental value to me, and it also serves as a sanctuary for my family. Losing it would not only be a devastating blow but would also disrupt our lives significantly. Therefore, I am desperately seeking help to save my home and regain stability for myself and my loved ones. I owe $260,000 on my home.

I understand that times are tough for many, and asking for financial assistance is never an easy thing to do. However, I firmly believe in the power of compassion and the willingness of people to help those in need. Any contribution you can make, whether big or small, will have a profound impact on our lives and be immensely appreciated.

If you are unable to provide direct financial assistance, I kindly ask for your guidance or any information about available resources that might help me navigate this challenging situation. Your expertise or connections could potentially lead me to organizations or programs that specialize in foreclosure prevention or financial aid for homeowners.

I am open to discussing any repayment terms or agreements that would be fair and feasible for both parties involved. Rest assured that any assistance received will be used solely for the purpose of saving my home and rebuilding my financial stability.

I understand that you may have your own financial obligations and limitations, and I completely respect any decision you make. Your consideration and understanding alone mean a great deal to me.

If you require any additional information or documents pertaining to my situation, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I am more than willing to provide whatever is necessary to support my request.

Thank you from the depths of my heart for taking the time to read my letter and consider my plea for assistance. Your generosity and support could make an immeasurable difference in my life and the lives of my family members.

With heartfelt appreciation,

I need help getting back on my feet again.

To whom it may concern;

I have a severe financial crisis that I am currently in. The majority of the crisis concerns how much I owe on my home mortgage. The rest of it concerns what I owe on my vehicle and my gas bill. The problem with my mortgage stems from what happened shortly after my wife passed in 2016. Shortly after she died, I went into a depression and stopped paying on my mortgage as I had left my job and was spending what little I did have on foolish things I didn’t need. After I went back to work at a new job, I was already pretty far behind in my mortgage payment and didn’t know what to do to get back on track. My home is now in foreclosure unless I can come up with the reinstatement amount of $55,785.66. That is something I can’t do on my own. I also need about $15,000 to have both porches and the roof repaired.

I also need $1,200 for a vehicle payment so it doesn’t get repossessed. I also need $1,400 for my gas bill to get it turned back on. The reason I have had this much financial difficulties is that I have been through too many times of unemployment without being able to collect unemployment payments. Although I currently am working, the job I’m working at is only one day a week as it’s near the end of the season. I have another job lined up but haven’t gotten a start date as of yet. I’m tired of having all of this hanging over my head and just want a fresh start on life. I have learned my lesson and don’t want to keep living like this. I need peace of mind that everything is taken care of, and I won’t go homeless. I’m asking for $100,00 to pay off everything, get the necessary repairs done, and have a little bit left over to keep my head above water.

My Cashtag for my Cash App card is  $jbidell. I really hope someone can help me.

Help me save my home

To whom in may concern. We are currently undergoing risk of foreclosure for the house we worked so hard to get. We experienced some financial difficulties during the spike of inflation and gas prices sky rocketing and it became hard to stay on track. Now that we are behind on our mortgage this is the one thing I am desperate to save and right now, the easiest and fastest way is to just get caught up. At this point we are desperate. We would love to stay in this house and let this be the house our kids continue to grow up. We are the point where we can afford to make payments going forward but the backpay to get caught up is the problem. If there is anywhere in your heart where you have the generosity to help this family of 4 out it would be mean the world to us. It would save not only our house but our family and marriage. Times are so difficult and its refreshing to know that there are kind people out there. Thank you for hearing my story I really hope to get someone’s helping hand and in turn someday I can pay it forward. Bless you.

Help us save our home

Hello everyone.  It has taken a lot for me to create this, but I am at a point that I am in desperate need.  I am an active duty single mom in the military, having served 14 years already.   I have deployed and have been to various duty stations. I am a single mom of a son, but also have two exchange students and my cousin, whom I got custody of when she was 15 living with me.  Last year I came into some financial issues due to an emergency and this has set me behind on my mortgage payments.  This in turn snowballed and has me currently in forbadance for another month, then I can possibly go into foreclosure.  I worked really hard to be able to get this home for my family and I would hate for my children to be displaced or have to leave the house they consider a home.  I currently work a side job to try to catch up, but it has not been sufficient enough to get me caught up.  I also am away from home and don’t get to spend time with the kids and miss their sports/school events.  I would love to get caught up on the mortgage so I can be more present and spend time with my children. Thank you for all of your help and support.

Please Help Us Save Our Home!!!

Dear Friends and Kind Souls,

I hope this message finds you well, and I want to express my deep gratitude for taking the time to read my plea. It is with a heavy heart that I find myself in a situation where I must humbly request your assistance.

Over the past few months, life has presented me with a series of unexpected and overwhelming challenges. I lost my job due to circumstances beyond my control, leaving me in a state of financial vulnerability. My primary concern now is to keep a roof over my head and provide food for my family.

The most pressing matter at hand is the mortgage on our home. It’s not just a house; it’s a place filled with cherished memories, where my family has laughed, cried, and grown together. However, the threat of foreclosure is looming, and I fear that we may lose this precious haven that has been the backdrop to our lives.

The burden of ensuring that my loved ones don’t go to bed hungry is equally distressing. Every meal has become a calculation of how far we can stretch our resources, and it pains me to see the worry in my children’s eyes.

I wish I didn’t have to turn to you for help, but circumstances have left me with no other option. I know times are tough for everyone, and it’s difficult to ask for assistance when so many are facing their own struggles. However, if you find it within your heart to lend a helping hand, no matter how small, it would mean the world to me and my family.

Your kindness could make the difference between keeping a roof over our heads and facing the heart-wrenching reality of homelessness. It could provide nourishment and a glimmer of hope in our darkest hours.

I promise to pay your generosity forward when I’m back on my feet. Until then, I am forever grateful for any support you can offer during this trying time. If you can find it in your heart to contribute, please know that you’re not just helping me, but you’re helping to preserve the stability and well-being of my family.

Thank you for your compassion, understanding, and for considering my plea. Your generosity will forever be etched in my heart. My paypal link is https://paypal.me/dawnwaggle1?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US

With utmost gratitude,

Dawn Waggle

Need Help! Facing foreclosure soon.

Hello,

My name is Mr. Rogers and I’m married with 7 kids in the home from ages 4-17. Currently my family is facing a foreclosure on our mortgage. It all started a year ago when I got laid off from my full-time job and begin doing gig work like amazon and grocery deliveries to make ends meet. As a result I was able to keep food on the table and pay some small bills, but was getting behind on the mortgage. Today I’m happy to say that I have a new full time job and part time too. My attempt to catch up on my mortgage has been very challenging. I’ve managed to get close to being able to pay the reinstate fee, but is short $5000. I’m asking for help to save my family from being homeless this winter. I would greatly appreciate any amount right about now. Thank you and God bless.

Battling the Storm: A Struggle of Sacrifice, and Resilience

the year 2020, my stepdad, John, injured his arm at work. It was a devastating blow for him, not just physically but also emotionally. He had always been the breadwinner of the family, and now he felt like he had let my mom down.

As the days went by, John’s physical pain turned into a deep depression. Unable to cope with his feelings of failure, he turned to alcohol as a means of escape. He drowned his sorrows day after day, until one fateful morning when he woke my mom up and pleaded to be taken to the hospital. He realized that something was seriously wrong with him.

Panicked, my mom immediately called for an ambulance. When she left the hospital that night, John seemed fine and responsive, giving her hope that things would be okay. He promised to call her the next day around noon, but when she tried to reach him, his phone was off. Frantic, my mom called the hospital, only to be informed that she needed to go there immediately.

When my mom arrived at the hospital, she was devastated to find John unresponsive. The doctors informed her that he had suffered brain damage and was now in a coma. The next month became a blur of fear and uncertainty as we watched helplessly, hoping for a miracle.

During this time, I became acutely aware of her financial situation. My mom relied on social security for income, and it was barely enough to cover her basic needs. Determined to make sure she wouldn’t have to worry about finances, I made a bold decision. I decided to buy a house for both of us, even though I knew nothing about the process.

Working with a realtor, I emphasized that I needed a home that required minimal work. We closed on a house that seemed promising, but my naivety soon caught up with me. The insurance company refused to cover the home because it needed a new roof, which the realtor had failed to disclose. The repairs would cost nearly $10,000. As if that wasn’t enough, the chimney was also deteriorating and sinking, requiring an additional $5,000.

With my limited knowledge of escrow, I found myself in a financial nightmare. In 2022, I lost my job and struggled to find something comparable. My escrow payments skyrocketed to nearly $1,000 a month, making it nearly impossible to keep up with the mortgage. I fell behind on payments, managed to catch up briefly, but the increasing escrow kept pushing me further into debt.

Desperate to make ends meet, I took on odd jobs during the day and worked as a doordasher and process server in the evenings. Despite my best efforts, I fell behind on my mortgage payments again. The stress of potentially losing our home weighed heavily on me, but I couldn’t burden my mom, who was already dealing with her own health issues.

With my credit ruined and no viable options, I felt trapped. Selling the house seemed pointless, as the cost of renting in Chattanooga was just as high, if not higher. I didn’t want to uproot my mom and risk leaving her homeless. Every day is becoming a constant struggle, and I feel like I am drowning in a sea of financial despair.

In this moment of desperation, any form of assistance, no matter how small, would be a lifeline. Having the repairs done would let me get a cheaper insurance premium. I just want to keep our home and ensure my mom’s well-being. The weight of our situation is overwhelming, but I refused to give up on finding a solution. https://www.paypal.me/ncmadewell
