Need funds to keep my house

Hello,

I have received notice that I owe $136,000 on my house or otherwise my house will be foreclosed on and taken away and put up for auction. This house is the house I have lived in my entire life. I had many good times in this house such as, birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and simple family bonding. I am asking for help to defray the cost and keep the house out of foreclosure. Every little bit would help, whatever it may be. Please help.

Thank you

Help to safe my house before they sell it

First, thank you for taking the time to read this.
I am Peter 46 and widower since 2019 and father of a son of 20 and a daughter of almost 9
We were a happy family with a 12-year-old son at the time. We had no family left besides my father. In 2015, my wife suddenly became pregnant even though the doctors said she could no longer have children. Despite everything we were still happy, but our daughter became a problem child. Severe autism was diagnosed and our daughter would never be able to live independently and would always need care that cost a lot. We decided that my wife would stop working to take care of her, she was also a very successful model and that would stop too. I would take an extra job and that meant we could still live a fairly normal life.
We could no longer afford great luxuries, but despite that we were happy.
In 2019 my wife was diagnosed with cancer, she had lung cancer and also developed liver cancer, so there was a very small chance of recovery.
She had worked in chemistry for years and these were the consequences, the doctors said.
This was a major setback for both of us, but even though she was ill, she tried to care for our daughter as best she could. After 6 months she suddenly died after an operation and my world completely collapsed and I became depressed. That year my father also died in February. He had been a heart patient for a long time and we already saw it coming.
My parents had already divorced in 1995 because my mother was an alcohol addict and she died shortly after the divorce. A few years after their divorce, my father remarried a woman who was 16 years younger and just took him for the money and only wanted a lot of luxury.
After my father’s death I inherited his condo but the wife wouldn’t leave and it became a time of lawsuits and lawyers to get her out. Ultimately she had to leave after 2 years, but the big surprise was the debts she left behind due to forgery and which I could now pay for and there were also the lawyer costs that had also risen considerably. I had hoped to sell my father’s condo and use the money for better care for my daughter and the outstanding attorney fees and to be able to work more again. In the end I tried to pay as much as I could but even the sale of the condo wasn’t enough to pay for everything. Because the debts have still not been paid in full, $58000 remains outstanding. These are increasing because I cannot earn enough and caring for my daughter is becoming increasingly expensive.
My house was supposed to be paid off within 2 years, but now they are trying to foreclose on it and evict me and my daughter from our home.
They want to sell the house to pay the debts and just throw us out on the street. I have thought about committing suicide several times, but I don’t have the courage because my daughter is there and she gives me a lot of love and gives me the courage to fight anyway.
But my fight is looking more and more like losing and the day we will be on the streets, I think the fight will end completely. I have to find those 58000 dollars as quickly as possible to save us and I would get an extra loan if my house is paid in full first, but that is still 2 years and we don’t have that time. My son is now in the army and tries to help me as best he can, but that is not enough either.
I heard about this site through an acquaintance and am now placing my hopes here to be able to remain in our home and continue to fight for my daughter. This is my last refuge before disaster strikes

HELP ME WITH MY MORTGAGE

I am a 61-year-old single mother who is begging for help with saving my family home from foreclosure. I have more times than not struggled to keep a roof over my son’s and my head. I was always a renter until I made a leap of faith in 2019 and became a first-time home owner. I was so proud of myself for being able to provide a home for my son, who struggles with depression and severe anxiety, and for doing it all on my own, unlike now I feel embarrassed, depressed and hopeless with my current situation. With my son’s mental health which started when he was four years old from a car accident where I almost lost him, he has struggled to hold a job and help contribute financially. I was injured severely at my job and I have not been able to return to work. I had enough funds to pay the house note until January 2023. I have fallen behind on property tax ($5,940.70) and my mortgage ($38,036.71). The company I was working for was very small and had under ten trucks, I figured I could go to the doctor’s and not worry about the medical bill because my boss did not provide any type of medical insurance/ benefits, my boss (owner) did not want to acknowledge my injury, so I had to retain a lawyer. With that I had physical therapy and other treatment to help with my spinal injury but the injury is so server the doctors say the best results would come from surgery so they can stabilize my spine. I was paid benefits for one year through Worker’s Compensation, which did help but they are no longer approving those benefits. At this time, I am unable to return to work where I use to drive a truck or probably do any other type of job because I can not sit or stand for long periods of time due to my injuries and lack of mobility. I am afraid to have the much-needed surgery due to the weight I gained since the injury. I’ve asked my lawyer to settle the case so I wouldn’t get to this stage of heart break, anxiety, depression and what seems like an endless stream of tears with this injury and house but my boss’s lawyers have not responded to my lawyer regarding settling this case. If you can find it in your heart I, we, would be so grateful beyond belief.

Hopeless

I’ve never done anything like this but im desperate.  I am about to lose everything if i dont find someone to help me. I will give you the short version My husband and i worked hard our entire lives but i missed getting a pension by 6 months and my husband was told right before retirement that  his company sold and the new owners told him that his pension was gone! They said we could sue but they had more money than us and they would keep us in court till even if we won there would be nothing left it would go to legal fees.  So we tried to make it work.  It didn’t work and my husband had some health problems too. We are going lose our home due to delinquent taxes among other expenses.   Before this all happened we volunteered at food banks and homeless shelters now we might wind up there.  We are both in our 70’s and working in a store to try and make ends meet.  However right now we need so help to get back on track.  My PayPal email is  Trrysm@mail.com

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Help save my mothers home

Hello, this is extremely difficult to write. I am seeking assistance in saving my mothers home. In 2022 her health deteriorated rapidly and she was not able to get out of bed most days. Her doctor was doing testing and scans for months to try to figure out the cause.

She is a single mother who has worked her absolute hardest to provide us everything we needed to survive. She broke her ribs and she still worked through the excruciating pain to make sure we had a roof over our heads and food to eat. Six years ago she worked extra hard to save up to finally build her own home. I’ve never seen her so happy and content in my life. For the first time she felt financially secure and like she had finally achieved one of her goals in life. Fast forward six years and she is so sad and emotional and broken by this terrible disease.

Her symptoms include; extreme light sensitivity, skin rashes and sores, burning/itching sensation on skin, nausea/vomiting, major food sensitivities, loss of appetite, weight loss, hair loss, shaking, hot and coldness (not able to self regulate her temperature), ulcers in mouth and throat, kidney pain/damage, joint/muscle pain, some days she can barely walk. There’s more I just can’t think of them all.

After a lot of testing and waiting for specialist appointments in February 2023 she was diagnosed with severe Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is on a treatment plan but that is constantly changing and if she gets worse there’s a chance she will need chemotherapy to treat the severe Lupus symptoms.

She lost her job because she’s not able to work at all. She’s managed to hold on to her home for this long and I am terrified that I’m not able to help save it. I am trying to launch my own business to retire my mum and give my family financial security but I am scared I am not going to be able to save it in time. She has had some defaults to her mortgage and is talking about putting it up for sale soon around Christmas time before the bank decides to for-close. With ongoing constantly changing medication costs and the rate increases and higher cost of living she can not hold on much longer. She may never be able to work again and requires carers and physiotherapy and cleaners. Our family and I are helping her as much as we can but we aren’t able to support the house for much longer. If I could buy it I would but I’m not in that financial position yet.

She has never had a lot but she has been kind and helpful to everyone she comes across. She has always helped friends, family and strangers in need wherever she could. She opened up her home and gave people in need food and shelter. She was by my side when I nearly lost my premature baby. She prayed with us and helped look after my other 2 children who love their ‘grammy’ very much. It has been so horrible seeing her so ill and she deserves her home that she worked so hard to get.

She has always taught our family to be kind and help others wherever the opportunity presents itself and to always pay it forward. It is terrifying me that I’m not yet able to pay her back for everything she’s done to help me and everyone who she showed kindness to. She doesn’t deserve to lose her home. Please help her, I don’t know what to do. I just want to retire my mother so she can live comfortably in her home in peace and get the care and medications she needs without the financial burden and stress that she has lived with her entire life.

I have never asked my money in my life and this is something that I wish I did not need to resort to. My dream has always been to achieve financial security for my family and it keeps me up at night knowing that I’m not doing a good enough job. I am working as hard as I can and I hope that one day I can help many people achieve their goals in life. If you would like to give something towards her bills or medication or mortgage that would be such a blessing to her. paypal.me/AJHerbert3

Losing Home

Last year I lost my job and unfortunately that lead to my wife and I to go through the foreclosure process, I managed to get a better job, but now it’s impossible to gather the $30,000 to retain our home. I would be grateful if someone could please help us out. This is our first home and the process was very new to us. We simply want to continue living here and hope to give back the same way one day. Thank you.

HELP KOREAN WAR VETERAN KEEP PROMISE TO DAUGHTERS!

I am asking for help for Foster Sisters—a little background. I was in this home as a ward of the state from 16 to 21. This Family has continued to be my family ever since and I call them my brothers and sisters and Mom and Dad, and they treat me as one of their own. My Dad passed away in January from a fall, he was 90. Mom passed away in 2013 from a stroke after the house fire. The house was rebuilt and they live there today.  Unfortunately, he was convinced to take out a reverse mortgage on his home, for which he had paid cash, back in the early 2000s by his son to help him start another construction business. This family has been in construction for many years. Well, this son had problems and decided to declare bankruptcy leaving Dad with that reverse mortgage. It is set to be foreclosed on in January if they don’t sell it.

So here we are today with the Girls Having to sell the house to pay off the reverse mortgage. The Girls spent the last 20+ years taking care of their parents so they have not worked outside the home for quite a while so could not get a loan to pay the reverse mortgage. On top of that one of my sisters, the eldest daughter at 70, came down with colon cancer which spread to her lung and liver. It is stage 4 so lots of doctors and needing care which my other sister has been doing. She is 64 but not in great health after having a heart attack at 58.

I am asking for 450,000 to pay off the mortgage so they can stay in the house till it sells. Ideally, I would like to have a loan with a lien till they sell it and then the borrower would get that money back. With the tight timeline and their having to rely on me and our church members to help pack and clean off the 5 acres time is running out. The property is in a trust for them and this sale will be all they have to rebuy and live off ofand pay for medical expenses for the remainder of their life. Dad was a Korean war veteran and it makes me sad to think about all his hard work and wanting to take care of his daughters, who never married because of trauma in their childhood, may go to the bank and leave them with nothing. This is a great loving Family that took in Foster kids for many years. The most giving people I know on earth!

Normally you’d think Brothers would be there to help but, with Dad leaving the girls the land and the boys the construction equipment there are hard feelings and no help in that form will be forthcoming

I appreciate your time in reading this lengthy letter and for any consideration you can give. Please pass this along to those you think could help in any way.

If you or someone you know could help with the loan with the lien to get paid back please put them in touch with me. 4ldharvgirls@gmail.com

WILL NOT LOSE HER

paypal.me/willnotloseher

I will say this is definite not the norm for me but right now I feel I do not have a choice. My story: I got married in 1980 to a wonderful woman, the love of my life. All was great up until Dec of 2005 when my wife filed for a divorce. This came as a shock to me because I thought everything was going well, boy was I wrong and after 35 years of marriage, we were now divorced. No infidelity or abuse of any kind just some bad business decisions on my part that resulted in losing our home of 18 years. There is a whole story there but way too long to tell here, I’m sure. At any rate the divorce was really hard on me and our family, but I understood why and had to live with it. Fast forward 5 years and we decided to get back together even though I moved to another state for work, but I did tell my former spouse that I would only do it if I was able to buy her another house to which I did April of 2022. I really felt I owed her that because of losing her home the way I did. Again, it is a whole other story. My former spouse was a special needs asst for 30 years and retired a year and half ago and moved to the city where I purchased our new home. But now I am in jeopardy of losing this home also. I was able to buy this home because of the sales position I had with a local distribution company. For the last year that company has been slowly going away because of the bad dealings of the new owners owing multiple vendors and me not getting paid what I was when I bought the house. I started to get behind on all my bills including my house payment to which I was able to do a forbearance with the bank. My forbearance ended the beginning of this month, and I received a letter stating that I need to pay 6 payments I was behind ($13,000), or my home will go into foreclosure. During the forbearance I was making payments when I could, but it just got away from me. I was told that the bank will work with me to bring the account current, but it seems that is not true. Now I am concerned that once again I will lose my best friend because of this, maybe I won’t this time, but I definitely don’t want to lose this house that we have built into our home for our remaining years. Again, this is not something I am used to doing but I am at my wits end here. Please any help would be appreciated. Sincerely thank you… P.S. I do have a new job now with a great company and will be able to continue making my house payments if I am able to get the help…

Please help…Loosing house to Foreclosure in One Week

I live in a nice house that I remodeled and added a bedroom wing which borders National Forest in Northern Arizona.  My wife and business partner of 40 years recently passed away from covid and cancer.  I was not able to work during her sickness and got behind on my bank payments.  The house went into foreclosure with an arrears of $90,000.  I have been taking care of my wife’s crippled friend and rescue animals.  If we are evicted, we have nowhere to go.  The foreclosure sale is scheduled for October 24th, 2023.

I have been developing a business project, but the project funding will not be coming in on time to rescue the house. I had been expecting that this would bail me out since I work from an office in the house.

I have been selling and/or borrowing any way I can but time is short.  Please help in any way possible…

Thank you and God Bless…

SINGLE MOM OF 3 DEALING WITH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED ILLNESS TRYING TO KEEP MY HOME FROM GOING INTO FORECLOSURE

Hi. I am a single mother of 3. I was admitted in the hospital on November 6, 2021, after not feeling well. I was dealing with shortness of breath, headaches that would not go away, chills, fevers, and barely being able to walk or talk. I was diagnosed with: Septic Shock with Acute Renal failure on hemodialysis. I was in the hospital for a little over a month and nearly lost my life. I lost my job due to not being able to work and I have not worked since I was admitted to the hospital in November 2021. My family created a GoFundMe while I was in the hospital that raised under $2000. All of that was gone shortly after I left the hospital because bills still had to be paid. I became debilitated due to the long hospital stay and other complications. I lost strength and muscle function and had to relearn to walk and take care of myself again. Going into septic shock really damages your body and you have to deal with post sepsis syndrome that can possibly last forever. I have not been the same since and still struggle most days. I developed a lot of issues since going septic, which causes me to have to visit doctor’s offices often. I still suffer from shortness of breath, deal with a lack of energy, and get fatigued quite often. It’s just not an ideal situation to be in when you were a very independent person who was able to do everything for yourself and also being able to go to work to support your family. Going back and forth to doctor’s offices takes a lot of time and gas. The funds that I received when I was let go from my job have now been depleted. You can’t imagine the stress that can be put on someone whose main focus is to take care of their family and make sure they have a roof over their heads while still trying to maintain some sense of normalcy for themselves. Due to my inability to physically work (which may be indefinite), the bills have been piling up. I was the only source of income for my family and now that is lost.  I am very fortunate to still be here, and I just want to make sure that my family does not have to worry about being kicked out of the only home they have ever known with no where to go and to make sure that their needs are being taken care of. School has just started back up and that’s a whole other expense in itself with everything that children need these days for school. The money will be used to catch up on my mortgage, utilities, van payment and gas, and other necessities. My central heat/air unit failed also and I need the money to pay someone to fix that also. I’m close to about $10,000 in debt right now, but I would be very appreciative of whatever anyone is willing to help me with. Thanking you in advance for your generosity!

Forclosure Pending

HI,

Wishing things were different.  I moved to another state to be closer to family,  was able to get a VA loan and move into a nice home.  I was working long hours in and out of town. Took a job offer outside of town, sold that house.  Two of my nieces knew a family about to loose their house and the Dad had passed away 5 years earlier.  So I was asked if I could help.  Did not realize what I was getting myself into.  Wound up getting another VA loan at the start of Co- Vid ,  started taking out loans to keep up, got into a forbearance but to many bills and high interest loans I couldn’t make the house payments. I have been trying to start working in online business but have lacked the money for the training and advertizing.  My Home catch up payment is aound 17,000.  I am hoping to raise about 20,000 to 25,000 to get caught up.  Thank you for all consideration.

For another losing their home when he helps anyone and everyone

No matter how tired or stressed he’s never let anyone else lose what they love.

Hello my name is Bee and this man who has actually paid for his home for over 30 yrs had his uncle who had lived with his parents since before he was born and since the day he passed due to lower mortgage payment. When growing up he went every where with the uncle( whos not supposed to be blood but his parents n uncle took the secert to the grave it was really his dad) and sadly he was cremated. So we would need a donation for a dna test proving he is next to kin. that i believe runs 3500. The house was before in the man im asking for donations for name as i stated he had it transfered to his uncles to lower the rates or apr im not sure what the fancy words are called but a week goes by and his uncle who had never takin a vaction in all his yrs literally finally took one and during that time they had made an appointment to put him back on and when he didnt see his uncle all day on his first day off he figured he had been enjoying resting. well sadly the next morning he had realized his uncle had past. His sister the uncles that is came and wiped out his bank account sold his tools that were insured for over a million dollars, and gave his nephew nothing. Not that he cares about that im sure it just kinda sucks cause she took his ashes and he would want his uncle to be with him. This man i am speaking of i see wake up early does whatever he has to to support the strangers he meets who are both men and women he allows people to come stay but they get chores and if they do what is normal like just work clean and show they want a better life he buys them cars and helps them into their new place. He is only behind 30000.  He had fallen behind due to being diagnosied with prostate cancer. Theres not a person in this area who can say anything bad about him. He wont ask for help. he took off 2 weeks of work from what i seen and you can tell hes in pain but he is not giving up before his dad died he asked him to not sell the house and leave it for his daughter that he raised on his own with no child support. The home in total i asked one day well how much do you owe is only 90000. Please im afraid that not only id end up with a jerk neighbor but the world would lose one hell of a good soul that gave when he shouldnt. He almost had it all just a month ago then met a man who was in a horrible accident that killed his soon to be fiance. Look it up it was last oct in norco ca. He was in wheel chair losing his home because he couldnt work and didnt have money to buy medical supplies or pay his storage and this man did the most selfless thing and made sure he got to keep all his things and helped him find a place to live and paid his debt.  Please help me give him what hes givin so many I believe he has around 10000 saved and he just needs to get the mortgage current so we can start probate. He said he has less than 30 days. The attorney he has says it will be no hassle since the uncles family has already givin paperwork saying that they dont want or have any interest in the home that its rightfully the mans who has paid for it but because circumstances and cost transferred it into uncles to help out and he passed before being able to get a trust drawn up.  my cash app is $best2bee12
