Hello Everyone my name is Jon, I am 30 years old and just recently went through a Bankruptcy. In November of 2020 I was working as Produce manager for a grocery retailer. I was making very good money at the time and then I had a stroke. This put me out of work for 5 months, I lost my ability to talk, to walk, to use my hands to do any of the basic things like to tie my shoes or to eat or brush my teeth or anything like that. I went through 4 months of rehabilitation  to try to get me back on my feet, Speech, occupational, and physical therapy. I made about a 60 percent recovery, and was able to go back to work under very light duty. This was a mistake. I went back while Covid was still at its peak and the workload was too much for me to handle, some weeks I had to put 80 plus hours to keep business running with no support from upper management or Corporate. I kept this position for 7 months until I was pulled to the side by my assistant and associates one day, and was begged to give up my position for the sake of my health. I have since then stepped down and lost about half of my yearly pay. I had some inflated credit cards at the time and still battling medical bills even with insurance I was forced to file for bankruptcy. Around $80,000 later and the bankruptcy has just wrapped up about 3 weeks ago, I am about to lose my car because I cant afford the payments anymore and I feel terrible because this will be the 1st year i will not be able to anything for my family for Christmas.  Any help this Christmas would extremely grateful.

I am starting this money raise for my people back where i am from, morocco, since the earthquake a lots of people died, but those who stayed alive are hoping for death. Hundreds of families have no homes no covers nothing to eat , no light no water no healthcare… and what really  breaks my heart  is the innocent children 😔😔 they suffer from injuries with no care, they are starving. They don’t even go to school anymore.

Hello my name is Melissa and I heard about this website thru YouTube but I have lost everyone of my immediate family members and I am the youngest of a Brother and A sister my brother passed away around Thanksgiving my sister passed on Christmas eve and my mother on New Years and my father on 4th of July then this past year I lost the one person that took care of me for 29years my husband then that was on Valentines and the only Best friend and best anyone could have on Easter my best friend so I’m not trying to make my story sound anything like unbelievable but it truly is one that some may not believe but with losing everyone that I could possible even get help from are all gone I’m struggling some much just when I think I’m gonna get ahead something pulls me back 10 steps more so when my husband died of stage 4 bladder cancer almost 1year and a half ago I started to get really bad off with bills now I was a housewife of 25 years and I am told that I can’t draw surviors benefits cause I’m not retirement age which doesn’t make much difference why cause I’m also disable my self trying to get my ssdi going but they turned me down then I’m told that I never applied for ssa or surviors benefits well I own my home that my deased husband gave me along time ago I let a friend rent a room from me which isn’t much and my brother in law gives me money to pay my bills so that adds up to about 500 a month for lights water phone and gas so I really don’t have much to live on I’m already a charity case but I receive food stamps and did have assitance from the town pay my bills but the light company messed up and now they say I’m over my budget and can’t get anymore help until after the first of the year in then on top of that all that trying to get some assitance to help me I’m in debt with a loan and a credit card that I had to max out for my husband’s services that his family wanted to take over tried to take everything from me and then I just found out to days ago that I owe 1050 in property taxes that he my husband had homestead on and they say I got to pay this by February but was told not to come and refill until January of this coming year 2024 so I have know one to turn to and no real friends just a couple pretend to be my friend to get what they want so I don’t normally do this as in begging for help but I don’t have no income and no way to get money and I want to keep my home but I can’t beyond for the life of me understand why I got this big amount to pay when my husband was on disabilty and you see it on me because it is I don’t have help I have had people to pretend they help me when really they have given me nothing but a harder time than what I need it’s just nothing but true I think I have been cursed as a young child when I was molested by the man my mother married but I was done that way alot then I got a little older but was to embarished to tell anyone that my uncles also did it but I couldn’t tell anyone about it cause I was scared I was making him do it by smiling at everybody that’s what I was told anyway so I blocked out alot of childhood but anyway I know I’m talking in cycles cause I don’t no how to ask anyone for help but I’m trying here and long story short I can come up with 1,050 for my property taxes that was supposed to be on homestead with my husband being on disabilty and mine still be reconsider and I don’t want to lose my homethats the only thing I have left I don’t have a car or a job cause of my disabilty I can’t get assitance for my bills right now and I’m in debt cause I had to get arrangements for my loving husband cause his family wouldn’t help me either so I’m on my own asking begging pleding for some one anyone to help me and then they say they will but then they can’t but they can be hear when I don’t need them but the first time I do they can they have something better to do but then they find out I’m losing my home to taxes and they ready to bail on me talk about me and put me down that hurts to have people here for just what you have to offer them but they didn’t have anywhere to go and I didn’t have nothing and I help them at there time of need when I should have help me first but I think of others before I do myself everytime I’m a good kind person I don’t deserve any of this and I know God is real but sometimes it feels like he isn’t with the way my luck is I try to stay positive and it’s hard but please someone please help me not only that my floors need fixing and I don’t have away to go cause I’m in debt and can’t afford to do anything accept pray and be strong but I’m so emotionally drained right now I’m begging anyone that will and can help me to keep my home so please could you help me get that done it’s so dear to me and I have all my best memories in life with my home and nowhere else to leave so please can someone please help a lonely 53 old widow my cashapp is $melissamayer305

I would like to Thank you in advance for stopping buy to read my story!  First I would like to tell you that this is the 1st. time, I had to beg for money on a site like this!   I have to do it now, because I am desperate!  I am a senior woman living check to check on a low fixed income! which really makes it hard to really save any Money! and I haven’t work for over 7 years, because an accident and it has caused my scoliosis to get worse, and I’ve tried different treatments that doesn’t work.  and I have other health conditions including muscle spasms from stress.

Anyway, it’s very hard for me to Save to Move, because I love to give too! but there is always a Birthday or holiday’s that comes up and I always feel the need to give, and it’s not that I can afford to give, but if I don’t give something, it makes me feel really bad and quilty! and that’s because my family is poor too! thanks to the high cost of Rent, etc. (For my elderly father, a couple of older children, 5 Grands & 2 Siblings and 1 is cripple).

Besides all that, I really want to move, because I have been harassed and basically stalked by a tenant in my building, plus they have also followed one of my adult children on several occasions to work several times.  Unfortunately I have been dealing with this situation for over 3 years! and I can’t stand it ! and the landlord doesn’t help or the police!  they just take a report! this problem has increased my health problems and my quality of living.  I’m depressed and can’t rest here.

I hate where I am living and I don’t even like going anywhere, because I feel like me and my adult child is always being watched! by other tenants too! or the people that live on the same floor as my stalker and Harasser.   I don’t even know this person, he’s also from a different culture and I don’t speak his native language.  another thing that makes it harder to move, is that the rents are sky high! and most landlords want 3 times the rent to move in or they want a person to make 3x times the rent! or there is a long waiting list!  I have been looking for over a 1 1/2 years.  I hope I can find senior place somewhere or move by parent.

I’m a mother of five and disabled veteran.  My middle daughter had major surgery last week.  I was informed right before my child’s surgery that my daughter had to remain in the area next the hospital for 7 days after discharge until her first post-op appointment.  If I did not agree to staying in the local area of the hospital for 7 days after my daughter’s surgery, my daughter’s very important surgery would be canceled with no future surgery date until later next year.  I tried to get help from nonprofits to assist with lodging, but my request was too short notice for assistance.  I also tried to get lodging for my family and I while my daughter recovered from the Fisher House but was told that they could only give us lodging for the 2 days my daughter was in patient.  I explained that the lodging was not only needed for while my daughter was hospitalized, but also for her mandatory 7 days of recovery once she was released from the hospital.  Fisher House was not able to assist me with the 7 days of lodging.  After all things failed, I had to sacrifice my car insurance payment and the last money in my bank account in order to pay for lodging for my daughter’s recovery to include food and vital recovery meds and essentials.  As result my car insurance has relapsed, and I am in dire need for financial assistance to pay for reinstatement of my car insurance.  Without my car insured my family and I are unable to travel to medical appointments and other important locations.  The 7 days lodging also caused me to sacrifice any money for Christmas for my kids.  Although my kids are sad about having to delay Christmas gifts until the future, but they understand why.  I am only asking for a financial gift to reinstate my car insurance if anyone can help.  Christmas has to wait.  I usually assist other families with making Christmas possible but this time I am the one in need.  My PayPal link is as follows:
