Hello, my name is Yvonne Mundih Mbuuh. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to apply. I am a determined, passionate and hardworking woman whose dream is to use her unique story to help children, women, and young people defeat hunger, illiteracy and poverty through ONE GLOBAL MOVEMENT BUILDING HOPES AND DREAMS. I was in a place as a child where no child should ever be made to visit.  At 12 years old, I was blessed with “THE MANTLE OF HOPE to take it to the world helping every woman and child.  My dream has always been to help children, women, and young people eradicate hunger, illiteracy, and poverty, build generational wealth while living a life of leadership and purpose.

To help this population overcome these challenges requires healthy eating. I need help establishing a grocery store, which will also give me the opportunity to distribute ONE GLOBAL MOVEMENT farm produce that I personally grow to support the community.

I am also looking for an investor who shares my vision and believes in the potential of my dream. Hunger, illiteracy and poverty are challenges that are faced worldwide particularly the most vulnerable-children, young people and women. I have walk the path of illiteracy, and poverty, and I know, feel, hear and see it everyday around the world. I watched my mother, grandmother and village pitched in whatever resources they had to love, raise and educate me. I am determined to give it back. This is what I have been doing since I was 11 years old with the mentorship of my grandmother.

I am recovering from a brain injury, and pray to achieve my goals and dream of giving back by starting with a grocery store. I promise to bring my unique story, dedication, skills and hands on effort to the table, while you help provide the financial support needed to bring this grocery store to life.

I believe that every child, young person and woman deserves access to nutritious food, quality education and opportunities to thrive. Together, we can build something special. Single Generation X Female Looking After Elderly Parents With Dementia For 6 Years

This is not something that I would not ordinarily do, and actually it feels quite strange since I have always been a self-sufficient, hardworking and focused individual. I have always held senior management roles as well as high level sales roles, however due to the unfortunate fact that my father who is now 87 started his onset of dementia in 2018, and my mum also has a lot of ongoing health concerns I had to relocate to another city, giving up a full-time position. Looking after elderly parents especially those that have dementia etc really takes it toll emotionally, mentally, and physically due to the constant emotional stress of dealing with someone who has dementia as well as the constant liaising with doctors, health care workers, carers, nursing homes, it is exhausting, time consuming and very challenging having to repeat the same thing over and over again. I am now trying to get back into a work after so much time off, and I am finding it difficult just to get out there, even talk to people and I used to be so good at it.

I am really trying to get back in the job market but still need to look after my father, sometimes we put him in care but that is very costly and not having worked for so long it is really difficult trying to pay these bills.

Also due to my own realisations I strongly believe there is a need for services such as managing stress and anxiety, compassionate listening services for people that feel lonely and isolated, and I really want to develop these services both online and offline. I want to start a listening service for people that just need to talk in a safe non-judgemental environment, as well as hold sessions for people to manage stress and anxiety, offering tips such as mindfulness, breath work etc.

To develop these businesses and communities I am looking to raise at least £30,000 that will give me the chance to ease myself back into work, develop networks and form strategic alliances with organisations such as wellness centres, health services. I will also need marketing information such as flyers, leaflets as well as hire out spaces to hold these stress management events etc.

I really believe these are services that people in this day and age will benefit from immensely. With the advancement in tech and people feeling more and more lonely and isolated than ever as well as people going through transitional life changes like I did, people need friendships as well as the tools to manage stress and anxiety which is a huge growing concern. Taking It To The Streets (Homeless Population Unique Services)

Raising money to provide services to the homeless.

Hi!  My name is Catherine.  I’m a mother of three who raised my children as a single parent.  I’m a grandmother of 2 with 2 on the way.  I’ve worked within the medical insurance industry with reputable companies like Cigna Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the Military Heath-care Systems as a specialist for more than 20 years.  I, myself, have been homeless.  And, I’m a 14 year cancer survivor.

So, I understand what it’s like to loose hope during homelessness and thinking no one cares.

One day, I found myself noticing the amount of people living on the streets homeless.  I found myself taking our homeless neighbors food, water, Arizona is very hot in the summer, and blankets while letting them know that they are not forgotten.

So, I decided to leave Corporate America and I have decided to joint the good fight.

I marched with Rev. Al Sharpton on HB1070, canvassed door to door in our Arizona communities during 2023-2024 on issues like good jobs, education, healthcare, secure retirement and to hold Corporate America accountable.

I’ve campaigned on political campaigns to educate our voters and those in the community and organization processes and continue to fight against any leadership that would cause humanity to decrease any lower that what it already is.

I am asking for donations to help me take my over 20 plus years of administration duties to the homeless population.  To, help enroll those who don’t have a laptop, cell phone, food, directives, transportation to business offices, and much needed encouragement.  To develop relationships they can trust while providing much needed service.

I can’t do this alone as I just recently retired and now on a limited income myself.  But, my heart still desires to use the time I have now to help the most in need.

I am seeking to raise $50,000.00 to help get my non profit business of the ground.

Non Profit business start up

My name is Yanira Roxana Corado Castillo.  I believe in helping others and giving back to the community.  My Christian faith helps me help others.  I have a vision of opening up a retail store to create jobs for women and provide low cost clothing.  I would like to open a non profit retail store, funds from the store will go to single mothers in Guatemala.  There, they will have locations rented,  where single moms can have a small business to support themselves.  For example, they can sell fruit and vegetables, food, some can sew and provide services.  We also have a small place of worship where people can learn about our Christian Faith.  I have recently found a location for the store.  Unfortunately there are some costs that I did not know were going to come about this location.  Also, there are fees for registration and government filing.

Starting a small business

Being the eldest child of a small family, I have tried many small scale businesses and failed in all of them, after taking a photography course on 10-04-2021 and completing it on 01-08-2021, I rented a place for small scale photography and editing. started

With the money from that business, I maintained the business place and spent happy time with my family

Our family was not happy for long. On 29-12-2024, due to a technical fault, all the photographic equipment and all other equipment in my place of business were destroyed by fire.

Not only that, due to the effect of the fire, the surrounding shops were also damaged, so those shops also had to pay.

I have been attempting to start an apparel manufacturing business that sells underwear for extra protection for men, women, toddlers and nursing moms.

I originally designed the underwear with a built-in pouch for women with periods. But when I went to an invention convention, men told me they could use them for prostate issues and others said they could use them for incontinence. I decided to include parents with potty training needs as well and then extended the product line to include nursing moms.

The materials I use are sustainable such as bamboo and organic cotton and everything is washable except for one of the inserts which would need to be thrown away after each use.

There are inserts to be placed into the pouch. One material is used to prevent leaks as no moisture can get through it. The others are used to capture the fluids. Terrycloth is used for mild incontinence or period spotting along with the special material. There are three thicknesses of sponge for moderate incontinence or normal to heavy periods. Since urine and blood flow differently and they are an actual underwear product, the urine capture is more limited. Though the thickest sponge can capture a decent amount, it can’t capture a total bladder release so they aren’t suitable for bedridden people.

They do allow people to maintain their dignity as nobody can tell they are being used for a special purpose and they are soft, comfortable and durable.

I am requesting $250,000 which can be used two different ways.

Either I can purchase the equipment to manufacture them in-house or I can use it to purchase materials and sub-contract the sewing to an established company.

I am set up to sell to the government and have a European distributor ready to distribute them throughout Europe. Either way they will be manufactured in the USA.

I have a complete product line and have everything ready to go as soon as I get funding.

Start up capital for a pharmacy

My name is Ninsiima Violah I am from Kampala, Uganda. I grew up in a district called kabale. Growing up, I  saw struggles of families who could not afford medications and also some who could afford would find when the medicines in the pharmacies in our area expired. One moment that stays with me is about my now late grandmother.

Grandmother was a kind woman our neighborhood home. She suffered from high blood pressure, but the nearest pharmacy was miles away and she often skipped medication because she could not afford it. I realized how important it was to have a pharmacy nearby since all this happened because she was skipping her medication. And people should no-longer suffer because of lack of healthcare.
