I am a licensed massage therapist who loves caring for other. I suffer from chronic pain and have recently injured myself which is effecting my ability to work.  I take care of my 2 retired parents and worry if I will be able to take care of them and myself.  I really need this money to clear all of my debts and to go back to school for 2 years to pursue a career in the medical field.  The career I’m doing now takes so much out of me physically. Prayers and Pleas To Help Save My Home and Family

I write this plea with an extremely humble heart and mind. I have always been the one whom has been able to help others, but never have I been in such a low and desperate situation as I am now.

I am a single father with a 7 year old son, as well as I am taking care of my 73 year old mother.

Two years ago my mother was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. This is a nerve disorder that causes excruciating pain throughout her face. It sends pulses “shocks” through her face without warning. Even the lightest touch can set them off.  Simple daily tasks such as eating and brushing her teeth leave her give her extreme anxiety with being scared as to how bad the reaction “shock” will be and how long it will last.

Doctors have prescribed her several medications. None will completely treat it. They only serve as a pain assistance. We have taken her for non-invasive procedures, but they have not proven to be effective.  As of this past month. Her only remaining option is to have a surgical procedure completed. This procedure cuts the nerve. While it will leave part of her face without feeling, it will be far more comforting in life for her without being “shocked” through her face repeatedly throughout the day and night.

This procedure after insurance will cost $50,000.00

Combined with this. My son suffers from a speech issue caused by a deformity of his lingual frenulum. That is the portion of skin under your tongue. I have taken him to numerous speech therapists. They have all directed me to have a medical procedure performed on him to remove this portion of skin which would allow for better speech. My heart breaks for him daily as he has been picked on at school and struggles with pronouncing words and reading.

I have lost my job two months ago due to taking too much time off in caring for my mother. This has led to bills being unpaid and now my home in foreclosure.

I currently have 14 days before it will be foreclosed.

I am doing everything possible to avoid sinking and to keep a home and care for my family and myself. I am praying for kind souls to help me not only keep my home, but help in obtaining medical aid for my family.

With everything combined, my home, bills, and medical. I need $650,000. I cringe in typing that out. I have never been good in asking for help. As I said. I have always been the one whom was able to offer help. But the circumstances in life have pushed me to rock bottom and begging for help.

For my granddaughter ASHLYN

All right, here I go with a heavy heart and a deep sense of hope. I’m asking for help not for myself, but for the two people who mean the world to me: my 16-year-old granddaughter, Ashlyn, and her mother, Amber. Ashlyn is a sweet and intelligent young girl who faces daily challenges due to significant health and developmental needs.

Ashlyn has a disorder caused by a mutation on the CDKL5 gene, which causes a form of epilepsy that is extremely debilitating. This has led to uncontrollable seizures causing her to be non-verbal with developmental delays and motor skills issues, where she is unable to walk. She can only communicate by noises and sounds.

It saddens me so much to see Amber wanting Ashlyn to have a normal and fulfilling life. Ashlyn cannot function for herself. She requires constant, around-the-clock care. Amber has dedicated her entire life to ensure Ashlyn’s safety, comfort, and support in every possible way.

Caring for a child with special needs is an exhausting and all-consuming responsibility. Amber rarely gets a break, and while she does this so lovingly and with great patience, the toll it takes on her physically, emotionally, and financially is immense. Both of them are in need of support, whether it’s in the form of resources, respite care, specialized equipment, or simply help to ease the burdens of everyday life.

Any form of assistance, financial help, access to services, or connections to supportive programs would go a long way in improving their quality of life. It would mean the world to give Ashlyn the ability to grow and thrive, and to offer Amber some peace of mind and rest she so deeply deserves. They are two incredibly strong souls, bounded by love, and doing their best with what they have.

I may not be able to help much as I am of meager means, but I believe they shouldn’t have to do it alone. I believe in the kindness and compassion of others, and I’m hoping that someone reading this will be moved to help, whether by sharing this message, offering guidance, or providing support as they see fit.

Struggling Father of 4

I am humbling myself by coming here to ask for help. I thought I could do this on my own and dig out of the hole, however with increasing cost of living and the mounting medical bills from surgery I had to have to repair a hernia as well as my daughter having to see specialists for her Lypodysrophy, the bills are getting over burdensome. I am hoping someone can help me get out of this hole so we do not lose our house. My wife and I both work fill tome and we are unable to just work more to meet the needs.

 

I pray that someone is willing to help us. We are in a dire situation. We only owe approximately 50k on the house and 30k on a vehicle. We did not want to have to buy a vehicle but we had to in order to ensure the safety of our kids in transportation to and from the places we go. We did not have enough room in the vehicle we had. My name is Owen and I am a father and grandfather. There are five of us living in our two bedroom home. I have figured out a way to utilize other living spaces to accommodate everyone. My wife and I work full-time from home while taking care of our nine month old due to rising childcare cost. We have two teenagers 17 and 18. Urgent Help: Single Mom of 4 Just Lost Job – Facing Eviction This Week. Please Help!

Divorced recently, no child support. I was holding on to dear life to the job that helped me provide for my kids. My Boss lost a lot of money and started letting people go. My worst nightmare came real last week where I was let go after making my firm 40K of pure profit and have nothing to show for it. I received my last paycheck, not enough to cover my rent this month and next month is coming in fast. In Need of Assistance

Humbly Asking for Help in a Time of Need

 

Greetings Kind Souls, 

I hope this  note finds everyone well. 

Writing this is not easy for me, but I find myself in a place where I must try anything and everything.  As much as I want to, I can’t give up.  So here I am reaching out and asking for help in the most extreme way possible.

Life, as it does, has taken an extremely difficult turn, and I’m trying to rebuild with very limited resources.  I never imagined I’d be in this position — older, starting over, and struggling to meet even the most basic needs. 

I have been through my share of hardships in my 62 years, as we all have, however,  I’ve never been a quitter, and I’ve always tried to move forward with my chin up, so here it goes…. 

Right now, I am in urgent need of a reliable vehicle.

I accumulated  debt from being scammed in 2019 and has really impacted every part of my life, and I have not been able to recover. I can not get a car loan of any kind.

I’m not looking for luxury — just something dependable, but of course my knees are so bad it can’t be too low or too high to get in to.  I have many needs for a vehicle, however, my main one is my many medical appointments, some being 4.5 hours away. 

I’m doing everything I can to stay hopeful, but my options are so few, and my resources so limited.

Miracles of Survival, Hope, & Health; requested Please

In desperate need of funds to prevent homelessness for my Family.

Currently $4600 ( $4400 +$200 late fee, with 2 weeks before another $2200 will be due, $6800).

 

We have endured multiple ‘road blocks’, series of bad luck, suffering and injustices to end up in crisis.

My husband and I have been together for 28 years. I have supported our family as a fine dining server. We live minimally, homeschool, garden, bicycle, etc…we both experienced tragedy and death, and have viewed the quality of Life as best ‘Present’. No one is promised tomorrow, sleeping with clean hands and a pure heart is invaluable,  making choices with the time given.

I have lost jobs over the decades to be there for my husband.

He is highly skilled Medical Cultivator but we have not been able to utilize his talents to ‘come up’.

We moved from the midwest to the coast in ’05, with $600 and what fit in a rented mini van. Thats how we started in California. Trying to find stability and lay down roots…In late 2023, we had been pre approved for a mortgage!! Our life long Dream.

But there were no homes, literally available that we could afford. The same time I found a Mass in my breast, after discovering breast cancer causing hormones were placed inside my body against my will.

My Grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer in her 50’s, months later her daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 34 years old.

I was in third grade at the time. I made life choices to mitigate my 19.9% genetic risk of developing breast cancer. When I watched my Mothers last breath at 39 yrs old, I was 16 yrs and have PTSD from this.

Discovering the hormones, the mass, I began to lose ‘myself’. It took 6 weeks for radiology to clear me of cancer.

2 weeks later, our landlord informed us he sold our home.

I spent December of 2023 packing up our life in cardboard boxes. Rented a Uhaul and filled a storage unit New Years Eve.

We could not find a place. We ended up in a pricy furnished unit that we paid all utilities in and $419 in storage fees monthly.

Mid January, I found rats in the unit. We lost 1/3 of our belongings. The insurance refused to pay.

It took 2 weeks to clean and throw away our things. I ended up being put on disability. I could not afford bills. We ended up homeless Sept 2024. I went to small claims to fight for storage losses.I lost. I racked $20,000 in debt surviving. Roach motels, rental applications from Oakland to Arcata, we were robbed of our SE bicycles and racks, we have footage in broad daylight but we just lost more.

I acted as my attorney to fight the medical malpractice, all while on disability, homeless, homeschooling our son…April 2025, I lost that case too.

Disability 52 weeks ended in May 2025. I tried working. It was going great!..then the owner started giving my shifts to the GM (his live in partner of over a decade, whom he was not paying wages) so he would make tips. He ended up intentionally trying to make me quit and then fired me for my PTSD when I would not.

I am trying to figure out 1) homeless prevention

pay back rent so we do not end up homeless. None of us can mentally handle it again, literally.

2) figure out consistent sufficient income to survive and be working to Buy a home ASAP

I am calling and applying to everything and there is no funding in any programs. There is no help. I feel so helpless and hopeless. My Family depends on me and I have not been able to provide the most basic needs.

I am exploring College?, Ihss, SSDI, workers compensation, multiple jobs, I do not know. Time is running out.

The hole is all encompassing. Surviving is not living. I want my child to have some stability before he is grown, my husband to have a home to sted before he is no longer able, we are good hearted people who want to contribute, who need fish and mending to the pole.

I never expected things to get this difficult

Any help, no matter the size, will make a real difference in my life.

I never imagined I’d find myself in this situation, but right now, I’m facing more challenges than I can handle alone. Life has thrown unexpected expenses my way, and keeping up with even the most basic needs has become overwhelming.  Large and  small surprises have created big stress for me.

Within the same timeframe, I had to finance a new roof, a new furnace, a new air conditioner, and a new water heater. These were all essential but extremely costly, and managing the payments has left me stretched thin and constantly worried about paying everything on time.

Sometimes I feel completely overwhelmed because I have no one to turn to, even though I’ve always tried to help others whenever they needed me. It’s hard to feel so alone during a time when even a little support would mean so much.

I try to stay hopeful in small ways—like buying a lottery ticket in the hopes of winning. It’s a small routine that gives me something to look forward to, even if the odds are slim. It’s my way of dreaming about a better future while still doing my best to get by day to day.

I sold collectibles on eBay and got sports cards from a guy who wanted me to sell the them for consignment fee.  I sold them and found out that they were counterfeit.  The FBI arrested me for fraud and conspiracy.  The conspiracy makes me liable for ALL of the $88600 the crook made!  Not only that but I am also facing a prison sentence of 20 years!  Since I just turned 85, that’s a death sentence for me !  Please help me!

Eviction Need Help Today

Hello and Good afternoon, my name is Kimberly and I am here seeking assistance to avoid a state of homelessness, I am due to be in court on 09/18/2025, and I have run into a dead end with seeking assistance within the state in which I live.  With the cuts to federal aid from Woodyard Funds, none of the organizations in my area have any funding for assistance. I have been in a state of homelessness for almost 6 years since I lost my son to murder on Dec 17,2019 and this is the first time that I have managed to find somewhere to live. It has been very hard to regain stability after dealing with grief and being homeless for so long trying to regain stability has come with many challenges. After my other son and I moved he lost his job, thereby put the responsibility on me to meet all the needs of the house hold. He did find another job, after a new restaurant B-Mores opened and 3 weeks later the restaurant closed its doors, on pay day, and did not inform the employees nor pay them.  Things have really been hard, and to have to pack up and move after only been there for a short period of time, would put the two of us back where we started after years of instability. I do have a job and he has found another one, but won’t receive his first check until after we go to court. Any amount of help with be greatly appreciated. I will not bother you with my past, but will tell you about recent events that has put me in a very awkward position. My name is Bill and I am 65 years old. I started working at the age of 12, and up until recently I never went beyond several months without working.

for the last 8 years I have been a truck driver with several companies in and around my local area. A little over 5 years ago I suffered a heart attack that left me unemployed for several month after which I returned to work.  However, after that time I had to take a yearly D.O.T physical to maintain my CDL class A license. In April of this year (2025) I failed my D.O.T physical due to my eye site. It’s been over 7 months now and when they inquire about my last physical I don’t get a call back. Now I even tried lowering my standards by applying for almost any job that I can think of, but nothing has panned out as of yet.

Unemployment has just about ran out, and with the funds that I did have I had to put a roof on my home that was over 16 years old. I do not have a lot of money left and I still have a house to pay for along with medical bills, and credit cards that I’m using to pay my bill’s with.

I need help, but I hate asking for it. But now I really don’t have a choice. If you can help that would be deeply appreciated, But if you can’t I understand that too.
