Need A Fresh Start

In March of 2024 I got laid off of my job, ever since I’ve been doing gig work (mainly doordash and uber eats) to make ends meet. I am 23 and very month has been a financial struggle, barely making enough with gig work and having to resort to asking family and friends for money. I need the help but I also don’t want to be leeching off my family and friends and be a burden they never asked for.

Recently I’ve applied to a job with the help of a friend and I’ve been interviewing for the position and I feel hopeful that I’m going to get the job. Unfortunately I’m not going to be able to get the job before my rent is due. This would be a fresh start for me and would get me back into the working field and start becoming fully independent again, but I need help getting together $1,500 for rent and utilities.

Any amount works but a full coverage would alleviate my stress and would help with paying back what I owe to my friends and family who’ve helped out.

PLEASE HELP! MY CHILDREN AND I ARE DAYS AWAY FROM EVICTION-DESPERATELY IN NEED OF $ 5,654.00 PLEASE HELP

Good afternoon,

We are in extremely, dire need of emergency money to pay our rent that is now in arrears.  We must pay $ 5,654.00 to get caught up before eviction proceedings begin.  I am the Head of Household, divorced mother of 3 children.  I have a Full-Time job, I was working two part-time jobs that were overnight (11:00 pm to 7:00 am) 16 hours a week for each job for a total of 32 hours a week and 40 hours for my Full-Time job.  I had to stop working the overnight hours, the hours were becoming detrimental to my overall health.  I left one of the part-time jobs about 10 months ago with the hope that if I reduced my hours from 32 hours to 16 hours that would help me.  It did for a while but the bottom line was that I started realizing that I could no longer work the overnight hours of (11:00 pm to 7:00 am).  I had to leave my 2nd part-time job for health reasons in May 2024.

I was managing to stay afloat just enough.  I ran into a little financial trouble and fell behind on my rent.  Now, what makes our situation dire is that we (my family) and I are in arrears for past due rent.  My ex-husband is disable and not able to work, so child support is not something that I receive. I manage to feed my kids barely but there are times when I’ll have a bottle of water and popcorn and call that dinner.  I have applied to a government program that will assist with rent but that won’t help us with past due rent.  We have to pay all past due rent in order to receive any assistance.  The program is designed to help with rent going forward.  I have no where else to turn so I am asking for emergency help so that we don’t get evicted and can stay in our home.

I am looking into ways to make additional money from home so I can be with my family.  We just need the immediate help to put us in a positive position and until our government program kicks in, which doesn’t happen over night.

Please, please find it in your heart to help a family of 4 stay in their home.  We must pay $ 5,654.00 before September 1, 2024.  The $ 5654.00 is good until September 1, 2024, after that date the amount goes up to $ 8,481.00.  We just need to get back on track and we can do it with the help of a Hero.  I am completely confident that I will be able to stay current with my rent going forward.  This is such a terrible position to be in, not knowing what is going to happen, it takes a toll on me since I am the Head of Household and anything I do will trickle down to my kids.  I’m pretty sure that they are aware that Mommy has a lot on her mind but, I will protect them from harm as any mother would but I need to be at peace and continue to provide a stable home for them.  Everyday I wake up hoping to have a quick solution to this nightmare.

Please, please help.  We need $ 5,654.00 to get out of this problem.  We will be very grateful for any amount.  I just want to start the healing process.

I so appreciate you taking the time to read about our horrible situation.  I’m looking forward to getting this resolved ASAP.  This has taken a toll on me.  I never want to be in this predicament ever again.  Please help me to help my family keep a roof over their heads.

Your can send any financial help to: paypal.me/emergencyhelp2024

You can also send any financial help to my CashApp: $Money5524

Thank you so much and God Bless you.

One Last Hurdle: Help a Trans Woman Secure Her Future

Life has a way of testing our limits, and sometimes, no matter how hard we try, the hurdles seem impossible to overcome alone. My name chosen name is Shaylee, and I’m a trans woman who has faced more challenges than I ever imagined possible. Today, I’m reaching out in the hope that someone might be willing to help me get through this difficult time.

Growing up, I never had the support or love that most people take for granted. My family made it clear that they couldn’t accept me for who I am, and the rejection cut deep. To escape the suffocating small town where I grew up, I joined the Marines. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the only way I could see to build a life for myself away from the toxic environment I was in. The Marines gave me an escape, but it came with its own set of challenges.

After my stint in the military, I found myself with little more than a sense of survival. I left the service with mental health concerns that took years to get under control, and a body that was in constant pain. The physical and emotional toll was immense, but I fought through it, determined to build a better life for myself.

I’m proud to say that I’ve come a long way since those dark days. I’ve managed to find a job, and I’m gainfully employed now. My mental health is stable, and I’ve worked hard to achieve about a 730 credit score. I’m doing everything I can to be self-sufficient and responsible, but despite all my efforts, the world is still an incredibly tough place to navigate alone.

The reality is, I have no family to turn to when I need help. I don’t have anyone who can step in and offer a helping hand when life’s challenges become too much to handle on my own. Right now, I’m facing a situation that I never thought I’d find myself in—I’m on the brink of homelessness. It’s not because I’m irresponsible or haven’t planned for the future. It’s simply because I can’t come up with the massive upfront costs that life demands.

I need help with a down payment on a car and a deposit on an apartment. Apartments I am seeing are about 1600 for a deposit, and I am going to need a 3-6 down to make a car fit my budget. These aren’t luxuries; they’re necessities that I need to maintain my job and secure a stable living situation. I can make the monthly payments on both, but the initial lump sums are beyond my reach. Without these, I will lose my job and be forced into homelessness. It’s a terrifying prospect, and one that I’m fighting with everything I have to avoid.

I’m doing everything right, but despite my best efforts, I’m stuck in a system that seems designed to keep me down. I’m not asking for a handout—I’m asking for a chance. A chance to get past these initial hurdles so I can continue building the life that I’ve worked so hard to create. Any support, no matter how small, would make an immeasurable difference in my life. It would give me the opportunity to secure a stable future and finally break free from the struggles that have held me back for so long.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I’m grateful for any help you can offer.

Lost my job, I’ve got a plan…but I need funds

First and foremost, thank you to whoever sees this and cares. To explain, I lost my job in February; my job was in radio, an industry I had been passionate about and dedicated to for years. I actually pursued my degree because of it. This unexpected turn of events left me not only without a stable income but also facing the challenge of redefining my career path. However, it also opened the door to pursue a dream that I’ve held for a long time: becoming a full-time content creator. As I embark on this new journey, I’m reaching out for support to help me make this dream a reality.

The transition from radio to content creation has been both exciting and daunting. While my experience in radio has given me a strong foundation in storytelling, communication, and audience engagement, building a brand as a content creator requires significant time, effort, and resources. Without a steady income, I’m struggling to cover my living expenses while also investing the necessary time and energy into developing my content and growing my audience. I have a podcast that focuses on women in music, rap specifically. I have a theme and I would like to build my following utilizing my social and marketing.

This is where I’m humbly asking for your support. Donations would allow me to focus entirely on content creation, without the constant worry of how I’m going to pay my bills. And let me say, I have definitely interviewed and filled out plenty of job applications, even jobs outside of my field. Your contributions will help cover essential living expenses such as rent, utilities, and groceries, providing me with the stability I need to devote myself fully to this new career. I am on the verge of losing my car, but I would rather be able to keep a roof over my head, so my focus is on assistance with my rent and keeping my lights on and the internet connected as well.

In addition to covering my basic needs, the donations would enable me to invest in the tools and resources required to create high-quality content. This includes upgrading my equipment, purchasing necessary software, and accessing educational resources to sharpen my skills. With your support, I can produce content that not only entertains and informs but also reflects the professionalism and creativity that I’ve always strived for in my work.

Furthermore, content creation is a highly competitive field, and success requires consistency and dedication. I find myself on many days trying to make money via Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, and pet sitting. But again, I’m scraping by with that. By easing my financial burden, your donations would give me the freedom to produce content regularly and consistently, helping me build a loyal audience and establish myself as a trusted voice in social spaces such as Snapchat, where I have managed to acquire over 10,000 followers. I am currently working on a TikTok following, as well as YouTube. Coming from a marketing position in radio, I know that I’ll have to invest in promotion. Again, it seems hard to accomplish these things when you don’t have the funding. And if you would like to be involved because you’re in the industry, I’m more than happy to connect and network.

In conclusion, losing my job in radio was a significant setback, but it also presented an opportunity to pursue my passion. With your support, I can turn this challenging situation into a positive and build a sustainable career as a full-time content creator. Any contribution, big or small, would make a meaningful difference and bring me one step closer to achieving my dream. Thank you for considering supporting me on this journey. Whatever you can send can be sent to my PayPal link: https://www.paypal.me/EBL2017. I also have Cash App, which is $Angelbrowneyez.

Money for rent

  • Hello, I am a single mother and sole carer of my  Autistic 7 year old daughter.  Just a little bit of background for your understanding.  My Daughter was diagnosed with Autism at the age of three, she is non verbal but has full physical ability. She is currently in a special needs school In Ghana Accra and she is doing very well and has made enormous amounts of progression since joining the school a year ago. We are living in an apartment which I was able to work and save for the years rent. Unfortunately my mother who used to help me with my daughter in order for me to work full time became extremely ill December 2023. Since then I have had to manage single handidly reducing me to less work hours as I could now only work whilst my daughter was in school. With my mother no longer able to assist me as she has to put her health as priority. The hours has only allowed me to provide enough for food and bills and transport to and from school.  Without the support of my mother I was unable to work the hours needed to save enough for my next years rent. Here in Ghana we have to pay rent yearly and I simply do not have enough saved to renew my tenancy or move to new accommodation.  So I have come here today as i am in need of £6000  to pay for another years rent here in Ghana to secure a home for my daughter for another year. My yearly  rent in my currency is about 114000ghc which is equivalent to about £6000. I need help to secure this accommodation so I can continue to work to support myself and keep working and my daughter can continue her schooling without any disruption. My tenancy is up end of September and I have exhausted all options and tried to get help from whomever I know but unfortunately I have not been successful.  I came across this website whilst on YouTube looking for ways I could possibly raise this money in less than a month and I came across the recommendations for this website. So I am here to see if I will be fortunate enough to receive help via this method. Attacher will be my paypal link and if anyone is unsure of my request I am happy for you to pay the agent directly for my years rent.  I am willing to do this as I need to secure my daughter a home by any means necessary and also for your peace of mind that this is a true and legitimate call for assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to read my Letter.

Behind on Rent

Dear All,

First, I would like to thank you very much for taking the time to read about our situation and let you know how much we appreciate any help received.

Please note that this is our first time asking for any help in this manner. We are a hard-working couple just wanting to get back on track.

This is our first time seeking help in this way. We are a hard-working couple who are determined to get back on track. Our goal is to raise enough money to catch up on rent and avoid eviction. Despite working full-time, we fell behind on bills due to a recent layoff. Although we are both employed again, we are finding it difficult to bridge the gap. We have three children who are also doing their best to contribute by exploring online side hustle opportunities and applying for jobs in our community. While they are optimistic about finding work, it won’t immediately resolve our current situation, as our priority is to pay our landlord to prevent an eviction notice.

We are open to providing our skills and services in exchange for support. I have experience in bookkeeping and can help out through online platforms. Additionally, I am proficient in data entry and willing to assist with any other tasks you might need help with.

I have set up a Paypal.me account for anyone who wishes to help support us in our quest to get back on track and will post the link below:

https://paypal.me/Merpaw

\Thank you for your time and understanding.
Warm regards,

Amanda Merpaw

Money to stop Eviction

In June 2023 I switchedcity agencies, in which I was promised I could return to my original agency without issue if necessary. On October 18, 2023 my request to return to my permanent title was sent. On November 9, 2024 I resigned due to the unbearable conditions at the new agency and the assurance received from H.R. with regards to my expected return.

The current mayor then put a moratorium on hiring due to budgeting issues- new hires were being prioritized over former vested employees.

After searching for a comparable job, I finally got a temporary position as a group home Social Worker as i waited for a start date. I was also hit with some medical bills that I did not realize my prior City health insurance would not cover. Over the next two months I maintained employment until I was notified of budget cuts and terminated from my temporary agency on January 15, 2024. After submitting more documents and being drug tested on/ around December 20, 2023, I was sure I would receive a start date from my original agency soon.

Once that did not happen, I applied for other temporary work and began onboarding on February 9, 2024. The onboarding process took some time, so I filed for public assistance on February 27,2024 to assist with rental costs. Shortly after I received a start date of March 4, 2024, unfortunately the agency exposed me to bed bugs and my employment came to an end on March 15, 2024.

I am now currently back to work at a new agency.  And am able to pay my rent moving forward. However, my financial situation cannot sustain the rental arears over the past 5 months (February-June) in the total of $6,530. I am asking that you please assist me with providing a donation  so I can get some relief, from this crippling debt.

I deeply appreciate your help and understanding in this matter.

Artist Needs Help with Campaign and Rent Deposit

Hello, my name is Michael and I’m a seasoned fine artist and graphic designer focused on the community in Boulder, CO. I’m currently homelessness because of the bureaucracy between getting a new place and not living at the old space of 10 years anymore and urgently need your help to secure a new place to live. I was not evicted and have no criminal record no family and can’t drive because I am functionally blind.

I’m reaching out with a campaign called ‘Homeless doesn’t mean Hopeless’ for awareness of poverty and to raise funds for a $1,700 deposit for an apartment that’s being held for me. I’m in a critical situation and need to secure this deposit as soon in the next few days.

I have accomplished great things in life so far, but remain humble and am once again in a fight for my life. This new space would allow me to continue my journey of one day giving back to humanity in the most creative and sincere way. From doing pro-bono graphics for small and humanitarian businesses, to full event productions including the latest technologies. One of the first things I did when overcoming these Chaka goes before, was to design the official first ‘BOHO’ (Boulder Outreach for Homeless Overflow) logo for free, that was churches opening their doors to those turned away from the shelter on below zero nights so they wouldn’t literally freeze to death.

Being homeless strips you of a lot of things, but leaves you with the truest sense of what life means to you and what you really want to do in it. I have had this goal sense I was a teen, and now in my 50s, it seems closer than ever. Just getting over this one last hump is crucial.

Your support will make a huge difference in my life and help me get back on my feet and once again be of service to others. I’m grateful for any assistance you can provide, and I’m committed to using your donations to secure a safe and stable home.

For those who prefer to donate directly, you can also send funds via Cash App or Venmo. Every bit of support helps, and I’m grateful for your generosity.

Thank you for considering my campaign and for supporting my journey towards a brighter future for ALL.

Wife laid off. Savings gone. Rent and bills due soon. Need help.

My paypal link is bbracken677@yahoo.com

My wife was contract labor working at Bank of America. They recently eliminated or did not renew most (or all?) of their contract labor in the Dallas area. She was laid off and that has put us into a bad situation. We can make other arrangements but with all the challenges of the past few years (such as myself having 2 heart valves replaced+more) we have exhausted our savings. We just need some short term help to pay bills and to prevent us from becoming homeless. Rent is the biggie but other bills have to be paid in order for us to be able to see blue sky, such as internet, electric and cell.

Any help would be awesome! Like I said, we are just looking for short term help in order to be able to help ourselves going forward.

Title: Help Me Renovate a Home for Independence

Hello kind donors,

My name is Konstantina, and I am reaching out to you with a humble request for assistance. Currently, I live with my parents, and while I am incredibly grateful for their support, I dream of having a place of my own. Recently, I came across a house that could be my chance at independence, but it needs significant renovations to be livable.

Unfortunately, my financial situation doesn’t allow me to cover these renovation costs. I am working hard and saving as much as I can, but it’s not enough to make this dream a reality anytime soon. That’s why I’m turning to the generosity of strangers who might be able to help me bridge this gap.

The funds will be used to:

  • Repair the roof and windows
  • Update the electrical system
  • Fix plumbing issues
  • Paint and furnish the interior

Your support, no matter the amount, would mean the world to me. It would bring me one step closer to having a safe and comfortable place to call my own. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.

With gratitude, Konstantina

Avoid Eviction

To Whom it may concern,

I am a single mother of two wonderful boys, and I am writing in hope that I can be helped to pay backed up rent money that I owe (total is $20,000 but half of this can help since I will apply to One Shot Deal, government aid, but they will only cover a portion).  Any help would be greatly appreciated because this will put me back on track.  I got backed up with my rent due to challenges I had to face during covid-19, and after. My and my boys had to face a few bumps around the road, like bed bugs, and having to buy new furniture for the bedrooms, and having to pay a private exterminator, along with my bathroom ceiling collapsing and me having to pay someone to come and fix it. I live in public housing, and they take a long time to fix things.  All this accumulates.  I also pay a sitter to help me with my son. So many expenses and not enough pay.  Also, after covid-19 both my aunt and her son Gaby (my cousin) passed away within two weeks’ time of each other. I contributed to their funeral, and this also put a hole in my pocket.  This all took a toll on me and my family.  My father also passed away in 2014 and it took me almost ten years to pay back a debt owed to three people who helped me cover funeral expenses and other financial matters related to this. Being back on track financially will be a big help to me and my boys. I hope someone out there can find it in their heart to help me.

Thank you.

Thank you so much

Need rent assistance after car repair

Good day everyone.

I hate having to ask for help, but I have no other choice at the moment. I had rent money saved up, but had my car break down last week and needed to use my rent money to pay for the car repairs. So, I am needing help with my rent. I have arranged with my landlord to pay late and he understands the situation.

Rent is $1,200 and is due no later than August 7. If I can get help with it I would appreciate it. I cannot be evicted because I have a special needs family member living with me and are unable to move at the moment.
