I’m a single mother of five and have fallen behind on rent. I have an incurable autoimmune disease which puts me in a state of constant pain. Regardless, I work 2-3 jobs but have had trouble securing a high enough paying job to adequately pay all of the bills.
Rent amounts have increased the last three years and inflation has been a soul-crusher. We’ve been knocked on our back consistently, torn through our savings, and wiped out my 401k.
I’m asking for $10,000 so I can make up back payments, prevent getting kicked out, and have enough for the next two months. With this small buffer of funds we can get a bit of breathing room again and get back on our feet, financially.
