Hi! My name is Renee and I am a single mother of a 12 year old. In the past 5 months I have really been struggling. I was an independent contractor doing grocery delivery here in my hometown. I had co-signed for my mother’s car but she had to go into a nursing home and I had to take over the note. The car note was high for me and I kept the car for as long as I could but had to do a voluntary repo on it in January. Since then I haven’t been able to get a vehicle. I have just now found a job after 3 months of making around 300 a month. I am fortunate to be in housing so my rent does fluctuate based off my income but I had to exhaust my tax return to pay other household bills as well as other household needs. The job I got will not provide enough for me to save up for a vehicle. Hi! I am a young teacher and I have made some poor financial choices and feel like I am drowning in debt… every month I am over drawing my account just trying to pay my bills! My biggest mistake was getting scammed into taking out loans with crazy percent rates. At the time I didn’t realize and I just needed the money and now I have loans with a 400% interest rate and I’m trying to throw all my money at it but I just can’t keep afloat! i never really thought I would get to this point in my life but here I am. I am looking for 35,000$.
The biggest reason for this is so my children do not lose there home. I went through some time in the past year without a job and got behind on everything. I am electrician by trade. I was working for one company and had my van broken into and all of my tools stolen, they did not like this and let me go. I will say the tools were all mine and purchased by me. The company provided none of these tools. It took some time to get another job and I got behind on my mortgage and car payment and everything.

Lastly, My Fiancé’s family totally agreed to give me their daughter in marriage. She is God fearing and loves the little children we serve. We need 15,000 USD for both our traditional and church wedding. Of course a wedding is a very big event, but for the good of being together pleasing God, we chose a small budget. We will post everything concerning that event.

I’ve been fighting this battle for a long time. It’s a fight that takes everything from you—your time, your energy, your spirit and leaves you with barely enough to scrape by. I always thought that if I worked hard enough, if I gave enough of myself, things would turn around. I used to believe in the promise that hard work leads to success, that persistence can eventually break the cycle. But I’ve been fighting for years and it´s not getting better.
I worked two, sometimes three jobs, just to make ends meet. I used to be proud of it, thinking that it meant I was doing everything right. Every day is a blur of deadlines, phone calls and late-night or nightshifts. But despite all the hours, the sweat, the exhaustion, nothing changes. There’s always another bill, another unexpected expense. It’s like I’m digging deeper and deeper into a hole that never seems to have a bottom.
I try to plan, to budget, to save a little here and there, but it always feels like I’m running in place. The rent goes up. Gas prices soar. And then the car breaks down. There’s always something—always something else that needs fixing, something else that needs paying for. And no matter how hard I try to stay ahead, I fall further behind.
The exhaustion, the stress, the overwhelming sense that I´m never going to get out of this. I could see the life I want, the life I dream of, but it feels so far away. A life where I could finally take a break, where I wasn’t constantly on the edge of financial ruin. People expect you to do it on your own, to make it work. If you can’t do it by yourself, then what does that say about you? I’m not supposed to need help. I’m supposed to figure it out.
But I can’t. No matter how much I want to, no matter how much I push myself, I can’t do it alone. I’m running on fumes. I can’t see a way out of this.
There are moments, when I’m sitting alone with my thoughts, that I wonder what it would feel like to have just one moment of peace. To not worry about whether I can afford the next bill. To not worry about whether I’ll make it through another month. To not have to work through another weekend, sacrifice my health. I want a life where I’m not struggling just to get by, but thriving.

I recently applied for an online job hoping to make extra money for my family. I researched the company and they seemed to have a good reputation. I now know that these were scammers impersonating that company. Over the course of several weeks I had to deposit several large sums of money in order to withdraw my deposits plus the commission I’d made. In order to do that, I had to take out a short-term loan and use our truck as collateral. I’ve also borrowed money from friends, received a loan from my employer and used every penny of my savings. To make things harder, my Mother is living with dementia. Several years ago, it was clear that she was not able to live on her own. The price for a decent assisted living facility is unaffordable and not a long-term option. To fill the need for care, I retired early, moved her into my home, and became a full time caregiver.

I have no idea how to conduct this message, so it might be a bit messy.
In a short, literally yesterday I found out about the layoffs at my work place.
This news impact me drasticly, given that I currently have over 8,000 USD in loans.

I am in a jam this month. I am a business owner . I have a decor design business for homes. I also have a Pound Cake business and a massage business. And I am currently looking online for parttime gig for night time. I am a single woman no kids never married.
