Lord willing I will be able to finally buy a house. I am 44 and don’t not own a home yet. I have struggled throughout my life. I have a full time job but don’t make enough to buy a house nor the credit. Twice in the last couple of yrs I had to move out of f my rental properties because owners decide to sale. I am asking for help for 10,000 for a cheap rent to own house. I love my wife and children, and was devastated when I was forced out of my business because of contractual violations that were beyond my control. I have been attempting to start an apparel manufacturing business that sells underwear for extra protection for men, women, toddlers and nursing moms.

I originally designed the underwear with a built-in pouch for women with periods. But when I went to an invention convention, men told me they could use them for prostate issues and others said they could use them for incontinence. I decided to include parents with potty training needs as well and then extended the product line to include nursing moms.

The materials I use are sustainable such as bamboo and organic cotton and everything is washable except for one of the inserts which would need to be thrown away after each use.

There are inserts to be placed into the pouch. One material is used to prevent leaks as no moisture can get through it. The others are used to capture the fluids. Terrycloth is used for mild incontinence or period spotting along with the special material. There are three thicknesses of sponge for moderate incontinence or normal to heavy periods. Since urine and blood flow differently and they are an actual underwear product, the urine capture is more limited. Though the thickest sponge can capture a decent amount, it can’t capture a total bladder release so they aren’t suitable for bedridden people.

They do allow people to maintain their dignity as nobody can tell they are being used for a special purpose and they are soft, comfortable and durable.

I am requesting $250,000 which can be used two different ways.

Either I can purchase the equipment to manufacture them in-house or I can use it to purchase materials and sub-contract the sewing to an established company.

I am set up to sell to the government and have a European distributor ready to distribute them throughout Europe. Either way they will be manufactured in the USA.

I have a complete product line and have everything ready to go as soon as I get funding.

Greetings 👋🏽; I am a divorced mother of 4 children. I was married for 9 years straight out of graduating from University of Florida. Due to an extrem domestic violence from my husband ; I went into a refuge shelter with my children and divorced him . My rent is $1900 , utilities is about $250, my car was totaled and the young lady although arrested on site for DUI ; she had no insurance and with all of my injuries and recovery I barely have anything left over from Morgan & Morgan (my insurance was State Farm) .
