No Scammers Please

Unfortunately, like I don’t have enough to stress over financially,  I was scammed from someone who said they would help me. Not here, but a popular platform. I have never been in this pridicament before, asking strangers for help, so I truly did not know how to judge a true character to help.

Yes, of course I’m responsible for my own decisions, and I blame myself. I mean, I was exactly what they were looking for. I was grateful, feeling unworthy, and completely trusting because after all a strong God Fearing Christian would never do this! Right!! Well of course they scammers lie about everything and anything and they’re very good at it. Bottom line, I’m in desperate need of a break.

I have no car, that’s my biggest issue right now.  I just need  beater car, but reliable for sure.

My story is long, it probably would sound a lot like poor me and woah is me.   I wish it was a story that I was just writing a ‘fiction novel’ about a dumb girl who seems to learn everything the hard way, however has recently learned that things could always be much worse, and they are for some, but here I am, able to write this and ask for help. What a blessing.

To whom this may concern:

Thank you from the top and bottom of my heart, for your any  help during this trying time.  I can’t promise I’ll be able to pay you back, but I can promise to pray daily for you, your family, and Thank God for the blessings I’ve received.

In Desperate Need of Help

Hello,

I am here because I have nowhere else to turn.  I have had a difficult couple of years, working multiple jobs at a time but still living paycheck to paycheck, and am now temporarily out of work.  I’ve also had some unexpected medical and car expenses, causing me to take out loans in order to pay them.  My former employer did not pay me my last paycheck and I have been going back and forth with them for several weeks trying to get what is owed to me.  For the last few months, I have had to depend on financial help from family members to make ends meet.  I am behind on my mortgage and my bank account is currently in the negative.  I have tried to get help from non-profits and churches but to no avail.

If you are willing and able to help, anything you can give would be appreciated.  Ideally, I need $5000 to catch up on my mortgage and all other bills.  However, $1700 would help me cover one mortgage payment and keep me from pre-foreclosure.  I would like to add that I haven’t been irresponsible with my money, I’ve just fallen on some hard times, and need a helping hand to get back up on my feet.

Thank you for everyone who reads this and gives.  And even if you don’t give, if you would kindly pray for me, that would also be greatly appreciated.  God Bless.

HELP ABBY RECOVER AND REBUILD AFTER A STROKE

Love has a way of connecting hearts across distance, trials, and time. I never imagined that one day, the woman who brought so much light and joy into my life would be facing her darkest hour and that I’d be asking for your help to keep that light alive.
THE STORY BEHIND THE CAMPAIGN
I have been blessed to share my life with Abby, the most beautiful and resilient woman I have ever known. We met in college, bonding over hours spent together in the library and the cafeteria me bringing her drinks, her flashing that bright, contagious smile that could turn any day around.
Over the years, we shared countless memories: vacations spent exploring new places, late-night phone calls that lasted until sunrise, and plans for a future together. But life took a devastating turn when COVID-19 struck. Abby lost both of her parents and was abandoned by her extended family. She was forced to navigate overwhelming grief completely alone.
Travel restrictions meant I couldn’t be there physically, but I was on the phone for hours, days, sometimes nights in a row — doing whatever I could to keep her going. She worked tirelessly for minimum wage, relying heavily on tips to survive, while I supported her financially as best I could.
Recently, tragedy struck again. Abby suffered a stroke, leaving her with mounting medical bills and the urgent need for consistent physiotherapy. Even with my continued financial help, her expenses have skyrocketed beyond what I can cover alone.
THE GOAL & HOW FUNDS WILL BE USED
Our goal is to raise $27,000 to support Abby’s recovery journey until June 2026 by which time her doctor is hopeful she will have regained enough independence to finally join me in the UK.
  • $3,000 per month to cover her essential living costs and medical bills Physiotherapy sessions recommended by her doctor
  • Ongoing medications and rehabilitation needs
  • Basic living expenses while she recovers and is unable to work
Even reaching a quarter of this goal would go a long way toward ensuring she has the stability and treatment she needs.
Abby is more than my girlfriend she is my partner, my confidante, my best friend. She has faced unimaginable loss and hardship, yet her strength and kindness have never wavered. Right now, she needs more than love and encouragement she needs the resources to heal, regain her independence, and rebuild her life.
Your generosity can be the bridge between her current struggles and a brighter, healthier future.
If you are able, please consider donating to help Abby on her road to recovery. No contribution is too small every bit makes a difference. If you cannot give financially, you can still help by sharing this campaign with friends, family, and on social media.
Together, we can give Abby the chance to heal, recover, and step into the life she deserves.
CLOSING GRATITUDE

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading our story and for caring. Your support in any form means the world to both of us. With your help, Abby’s smile will shine brightly again.

A Little Seed for a Big Dream

The professional landscape has changed since 2020 and globally people have come to rely on themselves more and more to earn a living. I, too, have had a series of unfortunate events derail my steady professional progress. While I remain grateful for the ability and opportunity to work, being a freelance Virtual Assistant is not my most ambitious pursuit.

So, gathering all I possess – my work experience across different industries and my creative gifts I seldom use professionally – forging it with the incredible network of people around me (creators, craftsman, professionals) I saw the magnificent hub it could become!

I’ve tried for over a year to bring this idea to life with whatever funds I could set aside, but my income barely covers the expenses to care for myself and my two teenage boys. My abilities are better spent in the cultivation of my long-term goal with this business and my vision for the future. Much more than continued labour at a vocation where I’ve reached the ceiling long ago.

On a more personal level, I want to invest my skills and energy in work that not only benefits me and my family, but has the potential to bring change on a community level – and beyond that. I see this concept growing to the point where people could learn and master skills and liberate themselves and their families from financial hardships. Though this may be much farther in the future, it is absolutely the goal. I long to create and be a part of something that means more than just a bottom line, and be part of a collective that share the same vision – that we are always stronger together.

I hope to embark on a journey far greater than just my personal interests. I have faith that this is the first very important step! After attempting certain start-up aspects myself (trying to keep costs as low as possible), I decided that a professional approach is best – the integrity of the brand should be impeccable, right from the beginning.

Mitigating risk is paramount and scalable operations can ensure survival during challenging economic times. As such, I intend on building it over time, using the revenue the business generates to expand. Some upfront costs are necessary though, which brings me to posting this request.

Herewith a breakdown of tasks I’d have to complete prior to launch:

  • Company Registration
  • Tax Registration and consultation with a Tax Practitioner
  • Domain Name Registration
  • Website Design and Development (including hosting)
  • Branding
  • Social Media Campaign for the Launch
  • Office and Operating Equipment

The website will be the heart of the business, initiating the brand by creating content aimed at the target market and drop shipping some choice brands and designed print-on-demand items. Once a solid online presence is established, a comprehensive business plan will be curated for expansion.

I need $5,500 to seed this dream. Any contribution towards this amount will be deeply appreciated – and any amount received will go toward the items on the list above, even if they are completed one at a time.

Thank you very much for your kind consideration!

Turning the Page: Help Me Begin Again

Asking for help isn’t easy for me. Unfortunately, I’m at a point in my life where I have to ask for help.

In four months, I’ll be transitioning out of the military after 10 years of service. While I’m proud of everything I’ve accomplished, the truth is I’m leaving with heavy financial burdens that are holding me back from building the future I’ve worked so hard for.

For years, I was in an emotionally abusive relationship with someone who used me financially and emotionally until there was nothing left to give. I came out of it depressed, lost, drained, in debt, and struggling to regain my footing. On top of that, life’s unexpected challenges have only added to the financial strain.

Right now, I’m preparing to take huge steps forward: I want to buy my first home and I’ll be starting graduate school. Both are things I’ve dreamed of for years—milestones that represent stability, growth, and healing after everything I’ve been through. But the weight of my debt is holding me back from those opportunities.

I’m asking for $100,000 to pay off debt so I can finally move forward with a clean slate without the shadows of the past holding me down. This isn’t about luxury or shortcuts. It’s about being able to transition from military service into civilian life without financial chains, to focus on my education, and to create a stable foundation for the next chapter of my life.

If you’re able to support me in any way I’d be deeply grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for being part of my journey.

Recovery of funds from cryptocurrency’s scam

Hi my name is Eric. My wife passed away in 2023. The month after she passed I began to talk to a lady from California which happened to invest in cryptocurrency. I would not given her the time of day if my wife had been around. After a year she convinced me to invest 100,000 into a company LSEC. It took me about 3 to 4 month later to find out it was a scam. I did not know what to do. The sham of losing my hard earned money so I kept everything to myself and would try to recover on my own. I then seen where I could get a lawyer to recover my funds. I began the process to get what they call a refund. I have used all my credit up, I have dipped into my retirement. I have taken out 2 loans. I work hard but I can’t get the money needed to complete the process. I am willing to pay back the money once my refund is issued. I need 62,000 dollars to recover all my loss funds and all the money that was on my LSEC account. If anyone can help me I will thank you in advance. Remember I can pay you back.

Help Save my Store

My name is Shannon. I don’t know were to even start. I’m 51 years old and I would do anything for my family. For the last year and a half I had been working 65 to 70 hours a week on night shift and working about 24 hours a week at a little convenience store. I have been missing out on being with my only granddaughter that just turned 2 in May. My son is a single father so I have been helping him along with keeping up with everything here at my house. I started my own online website back in November of 2024 and it was slow going. Out of nowhere in June my sales went through the roof!! You would think that’s great, you would be wrong. The sales went up so fast and so high , I can’t cover the cost of the products I sell. I have built this website and put my whole heart into it. I am now at risk of loosing it all. This was supposed to be my retirement plan and it would be something to leave my family when I pass. I tried getting a small business loan but, I am already on bankruptcy. Being raised by 2 Vietnam Vets, I was told you never give up, never quit and above all carry yourself with respect and honor. I have been trying so hard to live by that. I feel like I am disrespecting their values by even asking for help. If I can possibly get $2,000 donated, I want to give back to our Military. My website already has a Loyalty Rewards Program to help people be able to save money when they shop from my store. I know this is not life threatening, and I know there are people out there that need the help much more that I do. But if I could just get a little help I give my word that it will be used for a good purpose. Hope you find it in your hearts to help me.

Car repairs and utility bills

Hello everyone.

I am a single mother of two amazing teenagers, who I’ve had in my care full time since being released from prison in 2020.

It’s been a bumpy ride, off and on, since I’ve been home. I’ve struggled with maintaining any substantial length of employment due to choices I’m not proud of. Being that I stayed in a toxic relationship far longer than any normal “healthy boundary having” person would if they were in my the same of relationship.

it is an everyday job to work on healing yourself. I won’t get into too many details, but I have much trauma I need to learn how to heal from. From multiple events throughout my lifetime. (Hence leading to my inability to recognize an unhealthy relationship, and being able to know when to end it).

During these last few years I’ve struggled with my mental health, which has progressively made it hard to make ends meet. It’s a miracle we’ve even made it this long.

At the moment I am looking for employment. My goal is to actually start my own business(es). I will be enrolling in school this fall quarter for multiple blue collar certificates.

After fulfilling my goal I fully intend to help out others to pay it forward, and help out others who need help as well.

My request is for any help anyone can provide for me and my two kids.

I need a bunch of work done on my car, and maybe some help with utilities.

The repairs my car needs are: 1. Front and back brakes and rotors 2. Front wheel bearings 3. Set of four tires 4. Alignment 5. Driver side windshield wiper motor 6. Full tune up and oil change

I’ve requested a “ballpark quote” as recently as February on some of the work. I’ve done searches on the rest and it’s not as much as one would think. It’s roughly around 2,500 (including labor) worth of work.

Anyone who can help get the repairs done would be helping more than can ever say. I would be forever grateful. It takes a lot out of me to even ask anyone (let alone perfect strangers, who don’t know me from “Adam”) to help with something I should be able to do on my own. The answer is “no” if I don’t ask, right? With times being as trying as they are, I have to swallow my pride, and do whatever it takes to get out of the mess I’ve made.

Anyone who has taken the time to read this is awesome!

In dire need of assistance

Hello! I’m not one to ask for help, but we have had so many tragedies (for lack of a better word) and we’ve fallen into a downward spiral.

My name is Eric, I have a wife who also works full time, and three kids under the age of 6. I play in a band and have even sold all of my music gear and put the band on hiatus to try and catch up, but it just keeps piling up.

It all started about a year ago when my 8 month old had a freak accident that resulted in him losing half a finger, and insurance covered a whopping $2,000 out of the $25,000 medical bills.

Fast forward a little and my mother falls and breaks both of her legs. It’s just her and my step father who has stage 4 kidney disease, so we tried everything we could to help pickup the slack. The first floor of her house had to be renovated to fit her new forced lifestyle. This maxed out all of outlets credit cards.

During all of that a lightning storm killed all the power in our house (knob and tube wiring) and we’ve been having to get the wiring redone alone with upgrading to a 200amp breaker with proper ground so this hopefully won’t happen.

I could go on and on about our terrible luck, but reading back this all just sounds ridiculous. Haha.

I just received a call today that they want to repossess our cars, and our electric is so far behind because of a greedy company. We are tens of thousands of dollars in crippling debt, and I’ve gone from an 800 FICO to below 500. I’m trying to hold it together in front of my family, but I’m honestly on the verge of suicide. If anyone needs proof of bills, I’m more than happy to oblige. I need to somehow come up with $5000 this week to keep the cars, and then figure everything else out. Please help…

Single Mom Fighting to Save Our Home and Children’s Future-Hardworking single mom, drowning in debt, fighting to keep our only home.

Hello dear readers,

I never thought I would be in this position, writing here and asking strangers for help. I am not homeless, I have always worked hard and never relied on welfare, but today I find myself in a desperate situation that I can no longer overcome on my own.

I am a single mother of two wonderful children. For the past 15 years, I have raised them by myself, working full-time and doing everything I could to provide for them. My daughter, now 20, works and studies at the same time, and my son, 15, is still in school. Despite our efforts, two weeks after my salary comes in, we are left with nothing.

The reason is debt. Over the years, in order to cover basic living expenses and rising costs, I was forced to take out loans. Now I owe about $12,600 spread across five financial institutions. These loans are guaranteed with our home—the only roof over our heads. Each month more than half of my salary goes toward loan payments, and what remains is simply not enough for food, utilities, clothes, or school needs.

My salary is around $800/month, which may not sound like much, but in Romania, this is considered an average income. Unfortunately, it is not enough to keep up with debt and the rising cost of living. My son will start college soon, and I feel so overwhelmed, not knowing how to provide him with what he needs for his future.

I love my children deeply, and I have worked tirelessly to give them stability and hope. But now, I live with constant stress and sleepless nights, worried that one day we might lose everything. My biggest wish is simply to breathe again, to sleep peacefully without the heavy weight of debt crushing me, and to be able to offer my children a decent life.

I hate asking for help, but I have reached a point where I cannot do this alone anymore. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. It would help me reduce this burden and give my family a chance to rebuild without fear.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to anyone who finds it in their heart to help us. Your kindness could truly change our lives.

Financial Hardship

Hi,

I’ve never done anything like this before, but here it goes. I am 2 months behind on my rent ($2600 a month). My daughter just started high school and my son the 5th grade. I have a full time job and do door dash when I have free time. We are struggling to stay afloat. If there is somebody that can help us I will pay it forward as soon as I have the opportunity. Thank you so much for your time. God bless.

From the ER to the Ends of the Earth — Support My Missionary Journey

My name is Stephanie, and I’ve been a nurse for 12 years, currently working in an emergency room. Nursing has always been more than just a career for me—it’s a calling. And for as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep desire to use my skills and compassion to serve others through missionary work.

Over the years, that desire has grown stronger, and I’ve come to believe that now is the time to step into that calling. I have a strong interest in joining Mercy Ships, a medical mission organization that provides life-changing care and surgeries to people in need, especially in underserved parts of the world. This opportunity feels like the perfect intersection of my professional training and my heart for service.

But I’m facing a major hurdle: debt.

I currently have about $38,000 in personal and student loan debt. Because of this financial obligation, I can’t afford to leave my job to volunteer, even temporarily. Like many people, I live paycheck to paycheck and carry the responsibility of paying off loans and meeting other ongoing financial commitments.

I’m reaching out in hopes of finding financial assistance that would help relieve this debt and allow me to say “yes” to the mission work I’ve been called to. Whether that support comes through donations toward debt relief, living expenses while I serve, or simply spreading the word, I would be deeply grateful.

My dream is to be able to step away from full-time work—not permanently, but long enough to volunteer and make a real impact without the weight of financial stress holding me back. Your support would help make that possible.

Even if you’re not able to give financially, your prayers, encouragement, and connections mean the world to me. Thank you for reading and for considering being a part of this journey.
