Money for second chance

Good day, my name is Ivan, and I am from Ukraine. Since this site doesn’t work for us, I asked my son to write this letter on behalf of both of us. But first, I had to tell him the whole truth about my financial problems and how I am unable to provide our family with a future.

I understand that as long as I am healthy and have hands and feet, I don’t have the right to complain and ask others for money, but I see that my end is near, and in a little while, it will be too late to ask for help. So, if you have the opportunity to help, please help me get out of this abyss, get back on my feet, and continue on with life. In return, I promise to help others who are also in need of assistance.

My story began many years ago when I was still young and ambitious. After graduating from university, I returned to my hometown, a small village with a population of a few thousand. At first, I worked as a teacher for a few years, got married, and my wife and I had a son, Ivan, and then a daughter, Maryana. As time passed, I realized that working in a school would not be enough to support my family, so I decided to try my hand at entrepreneurship. Since I had no financial support from the state and the banks refused to lend me money, I borrowed money from people in dollars at interest.

Years went by, I worked, but not very successfully. At that time, I managed to pay the interest, so I kept looking for other ways to earn money, but that required more funds (which I had no choice but to borrow again with interest).

My first loans were when the dollar was worth 8 hryvnias here, and now it’s 41 hryvnias. But the hardest part was yet to come—the war started, and everyone I owed began demanding their money back.

How can I return amounts in the hundreds of thousands of dollars when I don’t earn that much and have nothing to sell? These amounts accumulated because I borrowed from one person to pay another. I didn’t want and was afraid that my creditors would come to my family, so I tried to pay everyone their interest. Now, in despair, having nothing to pay the interest with, I am writing this letter, hoping that maybe someone will help me, and in a few years, I will be able to get out of this pit and return the money to those who need it as much as I do.

I apologize and hope that the world is not without kind people. Thank you!

freedom

First, I’d like to thank you all for your time.

For the past 7 years I’ve been a relationship with a Narcissist.   At first it was verbal abuse with turned physical. His favorite seemed to be cutting me down and punching me in the head while I was driving, and then yanking the steering wheel.  I went from singing and dancing at work to barely able to pull off a half grin at a hilarious joke.

He drained me mentally, spiritually, financially…  I was the only one that worked 95% of the relationship.

Curve ball was I end up getting covid and having to take a couple weeks off.  That put me even further in financial debt.

I finally got him to leave and am trying to get into a new place, With the same property owner.  There’s a problem though, since I’m behind on my bills/rent the owner won’t relocate me.

So I’m asking for assistance.   I would be beyond grateful for any help.

I thank you for taking time from your day to even read this!

Bless you.

End of life help

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during a challenging time for our family. My dad, an Air Force veteran who proudly served for 18 years, father of 3, and grandfather of 4, is nearing the end of his journey. With only days left, we’re struggling to gather the necessary funds to ensure he receives the respectful and loving farewell he deserves.

Those who know him can attest to his unwavering dedication to his family and country. In honoring his life and legacy, we’re humbly asking for any financial assistance to cover his end-of-life care and final arrangements. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help us immensely.

If you’re unable to donate, we ask for you to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for your compassion and support.

Help My Mother Smile Again: Support Needed for Dental Treatment

Hello, my name is Andrea Lazzarini and I am from a small town in central Italy called Urbania, in the Marche region. I work as a metalworker with a salary of about 1400 euros per month. I live with my mother, who is 75 years old and has a small pension of about 550 euros per month. My father no longer lives with us due to his alcoholism problems, and he separated from my mother a long time ago. This situation has been very challenging for us, both emotionally and financially.

Unfortunately, expenses are many and we always reach the end of the month without money, between food, rent, household utilities, and other necessities. The cost of living continues to rise, making it increasingly difficult to make ends meet. Even just thinking about starting a family with children here in Italy is difficult because at least two people need to work, and it is much harder for a woman to find a job compared to a man. The job market is tough, and opportunities are limited, especially in small towns like ours.

I am here on this site because I would like to give my mother the chance to eat well and no longer have dental problems. At the moment, my mother is missing all her upper teeth and has only four lower teeth. She is using old removable dentures, which are worn out and make it difficult for her to eat solid foods. This not only affects her nutrition but also her overall quality of life. Additionally, my mother also has hearing problems, which further complicates her daily life and interactions.

I asked the dentist for an estimate, and the cost to fix my mother’s teeth as best as possible is 9000 euros for a fixed and permanent denture. The dentist also provided me with lower estimates for removable dentures: 2000 euros to fix the dentures she already has and 4500 euros for a fixed denture on one side and a removable one on the other. These options are more affordable, but they do not provide the same level of comfort and functionality as a fixed denture.

I want the best for my mother and I want to give her the chance to have a fixed and permanent denture. This would greatly improve her ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. It would also alleviate some of the pain and discomfort she currently experiences with her old dentures. My mother has always been there for me, and I want to do everything I can to make her life easier and more enjoyable.

I found this site on the internet while constantly searching for extra work to supplement my income, but unfortunately with little success. I have tried various part-time jobs and freelance opportunities, but none have provided the additional income we need. This is why I am reaching out for help through this platform.

I am asking for help with this cause and I hope to have the possibility of being supported. Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a significant difference in our lives. Your generosity would not only help cover the cost of my mother’s dental treatment but also bring us hope and relief during these challenging times.

Help me

Hi, I am wanting help to pay off medical bills current and in credit report, my husband and I are wanting to be able to buy a home, and we have to get them paid off and get our credit cards paid off. Need to get our score up also, and figured paying those off would help boost it tremendously. My husband has been battling stage 4 bladder cancer for the last 4 years, he just recently did chemo/radiation, and currently on immunotherapy.  We are hoping to be able to buy beginning of next year 🙏. Thankfully he has surpassed there 1-2 years. It has been rough not gonna lie, but hoping there are people out there still willing to help.

We have always never had enough money, I know it like that everywhere. But now we are really wanting to buy, and got shocked when we found out our score is 100 pts to low, and they asked us to pay off what is in our reports, and that’s about 35,000.00 not bad, but it’s to much for us to do by ourselves. I am working full time, going to school full time, and training to be a pharmacy technician. I am doing this to improve my life, I am tired of being broke, of not being able to go do anything.

So if you are able to. Please 🙏 help us out, it would be tremendously appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read.

Broken & Lost

I was still grieving the loss of my best friend , My oldest son  & my daddy who I lost all within a 6 month period, my fiancee the only stability & constant companion passed very suddenly at the age of 36 in January of this year. On top of dealing with all the tragedy Ive endured I found myself also losing my home of the past 10 years. SO now at 46 Ive found myself alone and homeless. I feel as though Im failing miserably at life and Im uncertain what to do. I haven’t ask for help before now because I had family that was helping me, unfortunately that family member began using illegal steroids and neat me up pretty bad giving me a concussion & dislocated shoulder among other things. He also broke my phone making ot impossible to do almost anything, including calling for an Uber or doing remote task to pay for food and such. So at the moment I’m sleeping in the elements.  I’m completely homeless and broke. Paying for funeral services took a huge toil on my finances. I can go to a local Favor  House when they have space,  but there is no definitive date on that. And on top of everything else while being seen for the abuse I was put through a mass was found under my left arm that requires an appointment with an oncologist for further testing before it can be determined weather or not its cancerous, I really could just use a little compassion, a little humanity in my life and a hand up. As of now I have nothing and my will to live is getting lower and my faith is shaky at best these days. Please I don’t ask for help often and I’m begging those of you that can give please help me out if if its a dollar it adds up in the end

Needing Help A.S.A.P

My name is James, and I find myself in a challenging situation that many working-class individuals can relate to. I am a dedicated employee, putting in long hours six days a week to ensure that I can meet my financial obligations. My primary concern is maintaining my household and providing for my family. However, despite my hard work, I have recently encountered some significant financial difficulties that have put me at risk of losing the home I have worked so hard to secure.

At present, I am facing a precarious financial situation. Specifically, I am two months behind on my mortgage payments. This delay has caused me considerable stress and anxiety, as the thought of losing my home looms over me like a dark cloud. The mortgage represents not just a financial obligation but also the stability and security of my family’s living situation. Falling behind on such an important payment is not something I take lightly; it weighs heavily on my mind every day.

The root of this issue lies in the fact that while I am working diligently, the income generated from my job is barely enough to cover essential expenses such as utilities, groceries, and other necessary bills. After fulfilling these obligations, there is little left over for savings or unexpected expenses. Unfortunately, life has thrown some curveballs my way recently—unexpected medical bills and repairs around the house—that have further strained my finances.

In an effort to regain control of my financial situation and avoid foreclosure on my home, I have been actively seeking out loan options that could provide me with the necessary funds to catch up on my mortgage payments. Specifically, I am looking for a loan amounting to $4,000. This sum would allow me to bring my mortgage payments up to date and alleviate some of the immediate pressure weighing down on me.

However, despite my best efforts to secure this loan, I have encountered significant obstacles due to my credit score. My credit history has taken a hit in recent months due to late payments and increased debt levels—consequences of falling behind on bills during this difficult period. As a result, lenders are hesitant to approve any new loans or lines of credit for me.

This predicament has left me feeling trapped; without access to additional funds through loans or other means of assistance, it becomes increasingly difficult for me to stabilize my financial situation. The cycle seems unending: without help now, it will be even harder for me in the future.

I am reaching out in hopes of finding any assistance available that could help alleviate this burden. Whether it be advice on how to improve my credit score quickly or resources for obtaining emergency funds or grants specifically designed for individuals facing housing insecurity—any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that many people are facing similar challenges today; however, it is crucial for me not only as an individual but also as a father and husband who wants nothing more than to provide stability for his family. Losing our home would mean uprooting everything we’ve built together—a prospect that fills me with dread.

In conclusion, I want to express how deeply grateful I would be for any support offered during this trying time. My goal is simple: keep our home and ensure that we can continue living together as a family without fear of eviction or homelessness hanging over our heads.

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to read about my circumstances; your understanding means more than words can convey.

Help for Rehab

I am 52 yrs old and disabled. I have Medicare but it only covers inpatient rehab at a medical facility…ie. mental hospital. I am not crazy therefore I can’t get the help I need for rehab. The president has a bill that will eventually allow Medicare to cover drug rehab but as of yet it’s just a bill. I need help now. There is a difference between inpatient and residential. That is why Medicare won’t pay. My son was recently assaulted (very bad) he was tied to a chair and beaten by multiple people and they then hog tied him and wrapped him in a tarp and was going to kill him. (He was held at gunpoint and also stabbed). He got away. And I took him to the hospital and he spent a few months acting out and I finally got him the help he needed and I made a plan that when I got him settled I would finally go and get the help I need. I’ve never broken the law and like I said I don’t need a mental hospital. I’m having such a hard time dealing with what happend to my son and I know I need dual diagnostic rehabilitation preferably out of state. I live in an impoverished community riddled with crooked police and drugs. I have worked my whole life and raised my children as a single mother until I became disabled and couldn’t work. I made a promise to God that if I got my disability I would use any extra to help others. And I kept my promise. But now I am the one needing help and I am broke. And broken. I know that I was put on this earth for a higher purpose and I can’t serve my purpose as long as I have “this monkey” on my back weighing me down. Also, my husband is an alcoholic and I have suffered physical and mental abuse for 6 yrs. It’s time. I want to make a change and it time for me to help myself so I can help others. This is something I would NEVER think I would have to do but I know as long as I pay it forward it is the right thing. My request is not all about someone giving me money. If there is someone out there that reads my story and knows of any resources that would help me please let me know. Although if you would like to donate my cash app is $Mseaton12….thanks for your consideration.

Help a Young Person Stop Paralysis for Life

I live on the little South Asian island of Sri Lanka and the medical care here for complex disabilities such as this is abysmal. After a sudden collapse from loss of feeling below my knees, I got Xrays and checked with a doctor. I was told that I have to get treatment overseas as soon as possible as I was facing paralysis within a few months if left untreated. After checking with many scoliosis treatment centers and hospitals I found that the minimum cost treatment is noninvasive treatment for scoliosis which still costs over $5000 , while surgical treatment is unimaginable at 20x more.

As a very simple writer earning just barely enough to cover my living expenses, I’m completely unable to afford this. I hope that any kind souls can please assist with whatever amount you think is appropriate, so that I won’t have to face a dependent, torturous and bedridden life – possibly on the streets if my health gets worse. Or even worse death.

Your assistance would mean the world to me and my poor Mom who only has me. Sadly, she’s having nightmares from worrying about me.

Update: Funding limit is now increased to full amount. I have now found a qualified chiropractor (Leaside Chiropractic Clinic) in Canada specializing in scoliosis who has agreed to treat me with necessary braces within 1 month. While costs are given at a preferential rate at about half what US scoliosis chiropractors charge, they are still beyond me and I hope kind sould can assist. I’m attaching the cost update sent for treatment which comes up to 15000 CAD or around 11500 USD. Taking into consideration the accommodation, transport and living cost for 1 month in Canada for about USD5,000 (slightly higher than standard as I’m unable to cook or walk for public transport due to my medical condition), and return air ticket USD2,000. Added about 1,500 for fees taken by the funding platform and PayPal

Help Me Rebuild My Life: A Call for Support

The financial crisis that hit my country hard during the last decade left me unemployed and battling severe depression. The economic downturn was devastating, and the subsequent austerity measures only worsened my situation. Despite my efforts to find stable work, I have been stuck in a cycle of low-paying, unfulfilling jobs that barely cover the basics—rent, utilities, and minimal food. My mental health has deteriorated over time, making it increasingly difficult to see a path forward.

I have been fortunate to find a compassionate psychiatrist who recognized the severity of my condition. She agreed to treat me on credit, understanding that my financial situation was dire. Her support has been crucial in helping me manage my depression, but the ongoing cost of treatment has accumulated into a debt that I am now unable to repay. The amount currently stands at €4,000 (approximately $4,400), a sum that feels insurmountable given my current circumstances.

In addition to my mental health struggles, the stress and poor diet have taken a toll on my physical health. I am now overweight and in need of a specialized diet and exercise program, both of which I cannot afford. This, in turn, exacerbates my mental health challenges, creating a vicious cycle that I am struggling to break.

I am reaching out today with a heavy heart and a deep sense of humility. I never imagined I would find myself in a position where I needed to ask for help from others, but here I am. I am asking for your kindness and generosity to help me overcome this difficult period in my life. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. Your support will not only help me repay my debt and continue receiving the mental health care I desperately need but will also allow me to invest in my physical health so I can regain control of my life.

I know that times are tough for many people, and asking for financial help is not easy. But I am hopeful that with your assistance, I can start to rebuild my life, regain my health, and move forward with a sense of hope and possibility. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering a donation to help me through this challenging time.

Please help me overcome financial hardship.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Jon and I am writing this in hopes of a little help. Even as I write this, I struggle with being okay with asking for help.

Shortly after the pandemic, I lost my job and my income was cut to less than half. I’m fortunate to have still found a job that has kept food on the table. Still, much of our obligations were not matched due to the reduction in income. We resulted in hedging our needs with credit cards in hopes our situation would improve.

My son was born shortly after the peak of the pandemic (2022) and during his infancy we incurred more debt due to medical expenses and the need for hospital visits resulting from birth, and illnesses thereafter. I made the mistake of trying to consolidate our debt to better manage our budgets. We ended up getting deeper in the whole as medical needs arose and income remained constant.

I went back to school in the spring of 2023 and I will finish my degree in the Fall of 2024 in hopes I can significantly improve our situation. However, at this moment I am at a complete loss for what to do. As it stands right now, I have  outstanding debt  ($47K) that has left us cash poor each week. The high interest debt makes for large payments due and little movement on the balance. I need help, just enough to cash flow again so we can continue to work little by little on improving our situation.

I have many aspirations to give back to this world and in time I know I will accomplish them. I give however I can, whether it be serving others or providing meals to those in need. I am thankful for all that I do have, and if nothing comes from this request I will still be okay. I am just asking for a little support to help me overcome this obstacle before me. I don’t expect anything to be just given, and what I am really hoping for is someone who can loan me the money in good faith with manageable terms. I have a firm belief in paying back what I have borrowed and I want to make right any help or support I receive.

Thank you for taking the time to read. May peace be with you and yours.

Best,

Urgent Help for My Family: Your Generosity Can Make a Difference

Dear friends and generous hearts,

We reach out to you today with heavy hearts and a deep sense of hope. We are facing an extremely difficult situation and urgently need your help. Right now, we are overwhelmed by $8,500 in debts, bills, and other unavoidable expenses.

My husband, who is deaf-mute and disabled, is struggling even more due to employment discrimination. This makes it nearly impossible for him to find work, and as a result, we have not been able to generate the income needed to cover our basic necessities. This situation is deeply affecting our family, especially our child, who is also suffering due to our financial crisis.

We are desperate and lack the resources to ensure the well-being of our child and ourselves. Your support and solidarity could make a huge difference in our lives. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us alleviate the burden of our debts and find some stability during this challenging time.

We are deeply grateful for any help you can provide. Your generosity will not only offer us immediate relief but also give us a glimmer of hope for the future. Thank you for standing with us in this crucial moment!

With gratitude and hope,
