Emergency Surgery

Mustapha Mahamudu

Date: April 5, 2025

Subject: Urgent Appeal for Medical Assistance for Ms. Fatima – $100,000 Life-Saving Surgery

To Whom It May Concern,

I write this letter with the utmost humility and sincerity, in my capacity as the legal representative and son of Ms. Fatima, a beloved mother, community member, and the heart of our family.

Ms. Fatima is currently facing a critical medical emergency requiring urgent surgical intervention in India. After extensive consultations with specialists, it has been determined that the total cost of her life-saving treatment and associated care amounts to one hundred thousand U.S. dollars (USD $100,000) — a sum far beyond our financial capacity. This surgery is not elective; it is necessary to save her life and restore her quality of living.

As a family, we have explored every available option, exhausted our resources, and reached out through all official channels for assistance. We now find ourselves in the most vulnerable position one can be in — placing our hopes in the kindness and compassion of others.

This is a direct appeal to generous individuals, philanthropic organizations, humanitarian institutions, and global citizens: we are in desperate need of your help. Any contribution, regardless of the amount, will bring us closer to the miracle we are praying for — the chance to save our mother’s life.

We are prepared to provide all supporting documentation, including medical reports, cost breakdowns, and hospital correspondence, upon request. Transparency and accountability are paramount in this appeal.

Should you be in a position to assist financially or help us spread this message to others who may be able to help, we would be eternally grateful.

Donations can be made securely via

https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=Y7FT4SHFDJ4VS.

On behalf of Ms. Fatima and our entire family, thank you for reading this appeal. May your kindness return to you in immeasurable ways.

With deepest respect and gratitude,

Mustapha Mahamudu

Emergency Car Repair

I had to take my car in for repairs, which have ended up totaling $1,800 just for the bare minimum to get it on the road again. (Repairing everything would have been $7,000). However, this is the second set of repairs in just a couple of months, and I haven’t paid off the loan from the previous repairs yet.

The car title is held by a bank, and I am out of options for any loans. My emergency savings was already depleted fixing it the first time.

I desperately need the car, I don’t live in an area where going without my car is a viable option.

Please help, I am out of options and don’t know what else to do to get my car back.

I want to pay my last respect to my cousin that passed.

Blessings to you all,

My family and I recently moved to a new state 3 months ago. My husband came here to start his business but things didn’t go as planned. I’m currently unemployed however I recently bought a laptop to see if I can find a work from home job. I don’t have anyone to stay with our son. The before and after school care is full at his school, no availability until September.

My husband is the only one currently working and taking care of all the bills. He’s working long hours to make ends meet. Which I appreciate and can’t wait to get a job to balance things out again.

My dear beloved cousin passed away tragically recently and I would love to travel back to my home country to pay my last respect. We grew up together, he was a beautiful soul, always smiling, he was very compassionate towards everyone. we spoke a week before he passed. I’m not the same since he passed because he died leaving his only son and the saddest part of this is that his son’s mother passed away two years ago from a heart attack. but I keep trusting God for comfort, strength and healing, for my family and I. It’s very hard writing about this…….sigh! I’m waiting patiently to get a job soon to do my part with assisting his son.

I am humbly asking for your donation to make this trip possible for me to travel to Jamaica for his funeral that will be held on May 1,2025. Whatever you can will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the time out to read my story. Thank you all in advance.

God bless you all!

Family homeless after house fire

I am asking for help and prayers after our family lost everything in a house fire last Friday afternoon. The fire started from some glass on the front porch and some cardboard. The glass magnified the sun onto the cardboard causing a fire. We never would have thought a fire could start like that and burn a house down but it happened to us and we lost everything and I do mean everything. The first room to catch fire was my daughter’s bedroom and the second bedroom was my son’s. I have four children including a new baby from ages 3 months old to 14 yrs old. And they lost everything. Now we are homeless and asking for help to get back up on our feet and get a new place to live. We spent the past year and a half remodeling my late uncle’s old house to make it livable again, and we put all of our savings into it. We had just finally moved in days before the fire after working so hard to make that place a home again. We hadn’t even thought about insurance yet, something I now extremely regret. If you find yourself reading this and you can donate to my family, we are in dier need of your help right now, every bit helps, I’ve included my cash app cash tag and my PayPal.me at the bottom. Thank you and God bless you!

Financially doomed

Dear reader,

My family’s finances have become a burden that, unfortunately, we can’t face alone. My wife has a degenerative disc disease, and I have type one diabetes. We also have three children with medical conditions: two with autism and adhd, and the third one has chronic asthma and damage to the lower vertebrae in the back. We do the best we can to make sure everyone has everything they need, but in doing so, we have fallen way behind on financial obligations.

I started a business in hopes of making extra money, but due to inflation and the constant increase in costs, the business was a failure. The outstanding loans I took out for the business total $15,176.

We have also fallen behind on personal, auto, and home loans, totalling $71,602. In addition to this, we also have credit card debt totaling $3,815 and outstanding collections in the amount of $12,269. The increasing cost in healthcare, including insurance premiums and co-payments, required credit card use, additional personal loan debt, and a home equity line of credit borrowed against our home. Some of the collections are in the form of unpaid and partially paid medical bills.

Eventually, the amount of debt snowballed to a rather large amount of monthly payments that we quickly fell behind on, and now multiple accounts are currently in collections. I can’t see any way out of this situation short of asking for help.

I’m embarrassed to be on here asking for help, but we desperately need some kind of financial relief to stay afloat in 2025. Without your assistance, we could end up losing our vehicles and home. We are facing a mountain of debt totaling over $100,000.  Worst of all, we could lose the ability to get the healthcare we need as a family to keep everyone healthy.

I want to take a moment and thank you for taking the time to read my story. If you are able to help and want to do so, my PayPal info is below. I’m extremely grateful to every one of you who eases the crushing weight of this burden on my family.

Bless you,

Paul Jones

If you want, you can help me to train, to create, to put my skills at the service of others, to improve their lives.

Hello,

For the first time in my life, I’ve decided to launch a small appeal for donations.

I decided to launch this fund after asking myself for a long time if I was legitimate or not. Then, I said to myself that I couldn’t be told more than no. Well, that’s that, and before I describe the reasons why, if you don’t think I deserve it and it’s none of your business, you can go, I wouldn’t blame you in the least.

But if you’d like to spare me a few minutes, I obviously intend to explain in detail what this is all about, and then I’ll leave you alone to judge the legitimacy of my request.

My name is Ellie, and I’m currently retraining in IT, and more specifically in IT development. I’ve already done a few short training courses, but unfortunately they didn’t give me the diploma or work experience I needed. So I’d had the training, but not the experience that companies were looking for. Because of this lack of experience, I quickly realized that I was up against a wall when I set out to find a job in this field. Indeed, when you’re a junior, it’s very difficult to find your first job. I was turned down because of my lack of experience, despite passing the technical tests. I was stuck and disconcerted. Some time ago, I decided to embark on a final training course in Application Design and Development at Alt. This course specializes in React/Nestjs and leads to an RNCP qualification (which I also miss, end of bachelor’s degree beginning of master’s degree). It’s based on immersion learning, which means that once you’ve completed and validated the course, you’ll have the same appeal as an operational developer with initial experience. What’s more, after your training, you’ll have a follow-up to help you find a job quickly. Below is a link to the Alt website.

https://www.alt.bzh/

This training is just over 5000€, but I’ll round it up to 5000€. I started with 10 payments at 500€. I’ve already given 1500€, which means I still have 3500€ to pay. You’re probably thinking, “What’s all this got to do with me?” Well, these skills and experience will enable me to work on applications, websites and other things that could be useful to you in your everyday life.

I also wanted to tell you about something else. For some time now, I’ve had another project on my mind. This is, in the more or less distant future (it’s not easy to say), to set up my own business. The idea is to work on :

– exoskeletons, trying to reduce their size to help people with reduced mobility to walk again and regain their autonomy.

– prostheses (legs, arms, feet, hands) to restore autonomy to people who have lost a limb.

– other innovative solutions in robotics and AI, always at the service of human beings.

– 3D printing

As I needed money for this project, I tried to look for a way to have an inflow of cash in addition to a food job (which doesn’t save money). With the help of a broker, I was able to make some real profits that could cover the cost of my training and, why not, a contribution towards the creation of my company. However, this sum is currently blocked, as I have to provide Barclays bank with €12,000. I understand that this may seem strange and surprising, but it’s a situation beyond my control and not a management error. This sum will give me access to resources I’ve already acquired, which will enable me to carry out my projects and help other people.

Why do I need your help?

– 3500€ to finance the training course I’ve started (not necessarily useful, as the release of funds via the 12000€ will enable me to pay for it)

– 12000€ requested by Barclays bank (includes: insurance, fees, conversion)

Just a few euros that you won’t miss, if you think I’m legitimate, in short if you think it’s worth it and if only you think it’s worth it.

I need a specific amount (€12,000), nothing else, and even if I don’t have 100% of the sum, well, that’s okay.

IMPORTANT: In return, I would like, even if I don’t know if it’s possible, to reimburse what the donors have given me once the sum has been released.

If you consider my request illegitimate, I understand. The worst that can happen is that it doesn’t work, and I hope I don’t die. Even if I receive €50 or €100 in donations, it will still be €50/100 set aside to pay what I have to pay.

Don’t give unless it doesn’t affect you in any way. I don’t plan to give anything in return, other than to reimburse the people who have donated to me once the money has been released. If repayment is not possible, I will donate the sum to an association or institute, such as the Institut du Cerveau (ICM). It might also be possible for each donor to give me an association, institute or other that is close to his or her heart, and I’d donate the sum you’ve given me to it. I will, of course, provide you with proof of the donation.

If you would like to help me in this way, and only if it has no impact on you, I thank you in advance if you donate a few euros to this fund.

Thank you for reading my message to the end.

Donate to the Gudino Family Flood Loss Fund

Donations are desperately needed for a family after the devastating floods in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas on March 27, 2025. The Gudino family’s home in Sebastian, Texas, was completely flooded during the recent torrential storms that dumped between 13-20 inches of rain on the area in a matter of only 24 hours. The storms were only predicted to bring approximately 3 inches of rain to the area, so the residents in the area were completely unprepared for this. The family’s home sat with water inside for several days due to terrible drainage issues in the area, and they have lost almost everything due to water damage and mold that is beginning to form. It is imperative that they get help to start clean up and damage repairs done as soon as possible. The home is insured, but not with flood insurance, so they will be getting no help there. There were 3 children in the home who are all currently displaced. Please consider donating to this family. They really need as much help as possible, and I am trying desperately to help them, but I do not have a very large network of people to ask for help. Please consider donating to this family. I so badly want to ease their burdens and their minds with as much help as I can get for them.

I have included my CashApp here.

Finally a good work offer. It’s just 8 hours away and I need to cover costs first. Can someone please help me make this happen?

It has taken me days to finally calm down enough over this and sit down to compose it. I realize no one has to help with this but pray for some miracle, that there are people who know how it feels to have one lone opportunity that is still so far reaching , if it happens at all. I shouldn’t be doubting myself but after moving here 3 years ago and finding no work, I’ve applied in desperation to cities elsewhere. I didn’t expect a reply but I actually got one. Then I didn’t believe the interview would lead to an offer. When the email marked “employment offer” showed up, I’m surprised I didn’t ’fall off my chair’ in shock. Now comes what appears to be the hardest part yet…Making it happen.

In making it happen, it sounds simple:  the rental I found requires first/last month’s rent (2 x $1,500, so $3,000), auto insurance because the vehicle has been parked ($700 total and includes reactivation/late fees etc), travel (likely needs an oil change/tune up and gas, say $400, and if very fortunate it definitely needs new tires and a spare, say $600). I am seeing these as all that is needed to make my new work a reality. The position pays enough that I can make rent once there for a month, I believe.
Please, I’m so close to having my life back that this is very stressful. Without the generosity of humanity, I am out of luck to make this dream happen. It’s been horrid being unemployed. PS. I also have an emotionally abusive partner to leave and cannot afford it, unless I can afford it. Yes, I’ve been through the women’s shelter and on a waiting list for two years now. Domestic abuse is rampant and there are lots of ladies waiting ahead of me.
Wow. To say one never knows what life will present has been an understatement for sure. But I think I’m doing what’s right to get my life back.  So close. Life can be generous but it sure can be humbling. I’ve experienced both now and feel the knowledge learned is invaluable and should be something I can help others with when I see them seeking to take back their life too.
Please, whatever you feel you can help with so my new future happens, would be wonderful. Thank you for taking time to read my plight. It’s been a long road.

A Desperate Call for Financial Assistance: A $50,000 Plea*

I’m writing this with a heavy heart, hoping to find kindness and generosity in the hearts of strangers. My family and I are facing an unprecedented crisis, one that requires immediate financial attention. We’re in dire need of $50,000 to overcome this challenge, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help.

The situation began when my younger brother, who’s just 19 years old, was involved in a horrific car accident. He suffered severe injuries, including a spinal cord damage that has left him paralyzed from the waist down. The medical expenses have been piling up, and we’re struggling to make ends meet.

The initial hospitalization and surgery costs exceeded our expectations, and we’ve had to take out loans to cover the expenses. However, the real challenge lies ahead. My brother requires ongoing medical care, including physical therapy, medication, and regular check-ups. The estimated cost for his treatment over the next year is staggering – $50,000.

We’ve explored all possible avenues, including insurance, government assistance, and non-profit organizations. Unfortunately, the support we’ve received so far is insufficient to cover the mounting expenses. That’s why I’m turning to you, dear friends, family, and strangers, to ask for your help.

Your contribution will go directly towards covering my brother’s medical expenses, ensuring he receives the best possible care. Every dollar counts, and I’m grateful for any support you can offer. Whether it’s $10, $50, or $100, your donation will bring us one step closer to reaching our goal.

I understand that $50,000 is a significant amount, but I’m confident that together, we can make a difference. Your kindness will not only help my brother receive the medical attention he needs but also bring hope and relief to our family during this difficult time.

If you’re unable to donate financially, please consider sharing this appeal with your network. Your support, prayers, and positive thoughts are equally valuable, and I’m grateful for any help you can offer.

I want to thank you in advance for taking the time to read my story. Your compassion and generosity mean the world to me and my family. Together, we can overcome this challenge and ensure my brother receives the medical care he deserves.

Please consider donating to support my brother’s medical treatment. Your kindness will be a blessing to our family during this trying time.

A Heartfelt Plea for Help from a Struggling Musician

Dear Kind-Hearted Individuals,

I’m writing this message with a mix of emotions – desperation, hope, and gratitude. My name is Godwill Luke, and I’m an upcoming musician with a passion for creating music that inspires and uplifts others. However, my journey has been put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances.

I’m currently stuck in Dubai with an expired visa, which has left me without a job and a means to support myself. The weight of my situation is crushing me, but what’s even more heartbreaking is that I’m unable to provide for my poor family back home. They’re counting on me, and I feel like I’m failing them.

As a musician, I’ve always relied on my craft to make ends meet. But without a valid visa, I’m unable to perform or work on music projects. I’m reaching out to you, dear strangers, in the hopes that you can help me get back on my feet.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would be a lifeline for me and my family. Your kindness would help me cover basic necessities like food and shelter, as well as legal fees to resolve my visa issues.

If you’re able to assist, please consider sending a donation to my PayPal account: canikissyou311980@gmail.com. Your generosity would mean the world to me.

I understand that I’m a stranger to you, but I want to assure you that I’m not looking for a handout. I’m looking for a helping hand to get me through this difficult time. I promise to pay it forward when I’m back on my feet and to use my music as a way to uplift and inspire others.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I’m grateful for your consideration, and I look forward to the possibility of your support.

Sincerely,

Godwill Luke

Overcoming Homelessness: Urgent Support Needed to Move Forward

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am currently facing significant financial hardships and am reaching out for assistance. After being homeless for over a year with my cat, Nala, I have finally secured a place to call home. However, I am struggling to cover essential utilities. My heat and electricity are not included in my rent, and I have a past due balance of $1,519.78 that must be paid in full before I can establish new service.

To complicate matters, the electricity is temporarily in my landlord’s name, and she has been pressing me to transfer it to mine. Additionally, I am at risk of losing my storage unit, where I’ve been paying $1,100 for the past year to keep my belongings safe. This storage unit contains everything I own, and losing it would be devastating.

I have no family to turn to and only a few close friends, so I find myself in a difficult position. I never imagined that after losing my parents at a young age, I’d be facing such struggles again. I have worked hard throughout my life, earning a Bachelor’s degree, but I’ve come to understand that homelessness and hardship do not discriminate.

I am truly grateful to have a roof over my head again and am hopeful I can overcome this financial hurdle. Any support you can provide would be deeply appreciated. I understand there are many people in need, and I am thankful for your time and consideration.

Thank you for your understanding and potential support.

Sincerely,
Jennifer Melendez

Drowning and need help!

To whom it may concern,

In 2017 tragedy struck my mom fell ill and was
no longer able to care for herself as she would never walk again due to Neuropathy due to Diabetes and other health issues. While she was in rehabilitation I realized it was not good and they were not taking care of her as her family would. They would leave her in her briefs for hours on end sitting in her feces and urine. I chose to bring my mom into my home and take care of her as it was the right thing to do in my eyes and my heart anyway.

Well Needless to say I left my job that I loved for almost 19 years. But my mom needed me and that’s what I did. I took care of her, from being bathed changed doctors appointments everything that one would need for care, things that she had done for me growing up. As time went by I realized how expensive supplies were to take care of a medically challenged person. I found myself using credit just to be sure she had what she needed that insurance would not cover.

I lost my mom in 2021. After paying for her cremation I went over my finances I found that I had sucked myself into $108,000 debt more than I could ever think to find myself between her expenses and my home. I needed a job and was able to find one working full time and was able to get a start on paying off the debt but again more unforeseen circumstances my grandbaby needed me and because I was working full time I had no choice but to drop myself down to part-time you see my grandbaby has autism and needs care pretty much around the clock. No one else could understand autism not even other family members so I made a vow my grandbaby was my family and I would take care of my family until my last breath.

I have been making ends meet but it seems at times I have to use credit again and
again for medical needs I can honestly say I was able to get my debt down to $78,000 but I am still sinking and to be honest, once again I feel as if I am drowning with this debt. I have never been one to ask for help I would rather suffer but I realized sometimes we all need a hand up.

I just wanted to reach out to see if there are still good people in this world hoping someone would want to reach out to help me stop drowning all I am trying to do is take care of my family one moral I find is scarce within this world these days doing what is right should not be so hard at times I don’t wanna lose my home of over 20 years and that is why I am reaching out today. I hope someone out there can find it in their heart to help someone who is only trying to do the right thing by her family.

Thank you for taking the time to read about my financial issue even if you do not want to help thank you for allowing me to take your time.

Best regards

Karen Noland

A devastating loss has left me in a crisis

Life has been incredibly difficult lately, and I find myself in a position I never imagined—reaching out for help. As a disabled veteran living on a fixed income, I do my best to make ends meet, but an unexpected tragedy has left me struggling to keep up with my mortgage and utility bills, which are now at risk of disconnection.

On December 9th, we took my sweet baby boy to a different veterinary clinic for a second opinion after some concerning health issues. Just two days later, on December 11th, he took a turn for the worse, and we rushed him to Pittsburgh Emergency Animal Hospital. There, we learned that in addition to his laryngeal paralysis, he was also severely diabetic. The veterinarians tried their best to stabilize him, but it was just too much for his little body to handle. I held him in my arms as we said our final goodbyes, and the pain of that moment is something I don’t think I will ever recover from. I can’t shake the feeling that I failed him, even though I know I did everything I could.

The unexpected costs of his emergency care, combined with my already limited income, have put me in a financial crisis. I am now behind on my mortgage, and my utilities are scheduled for disconnection. I am humbly asking for any help, no matter how small, to keep a roof over my head and the lights on as I try to navigate this heartbreaking time. If you are able to donate or even just share my story, it would mean the world to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Left bad relationship with absolutely nothing but mental health problems and need help

Hi, I’m Ashley. I live in Alberta, Canada. I finally, after four miserable years supporting my narcissistic boyfriend who was awful towards me, realized that I used to be so confident, but now not so much. He bugged me about my teeth (which were supposed to be fixed, but he took that money too) and my weight. He would cheat and always made it my fault. I was so close to the money I needed to buy my home until I was with him, supporting him, and what did it get me? Nothing but anxiety problems. I can talk to people this way, but face to face, it’s not so easy.

It’s sad it took him throwing a can of kerosene and a torch lighter at me to finally be done with it, but before that, things weren’t good at all. I made a stupid promise that I wouldn’t ever give up on him, and that was thrown in my face forever. Now I’m left with nothing, barely making it by. My landlord informed me he would be taking back the place in October unless I have the money to buy it, which I’m now starting to try to do to get on my feet again. It hasn’t been easy, so I’m Here maybe someone will hear my story and wanna help. Thanks for your time
