I’m here in need of financial help. I own a business and it’s going to be 12 years that I’ve been open on the 21st of May. I’m asking for help to stay open. I’m not ready to give up everything that I’ve worked soo hard for. I’ve been struggling to get out of the whole after covid. My business had to be closed most of the time during covid. I’ve had my share of up and downs while having this business and a lot of hardship. My car had been stolen in the parking lot. Someone got shot in the parking lot so during that time business was very slow because people were scared to come around. The roof of the building caved in and I had to be closed until the landlord fixed the entire roof. Recently on May 5th 2024 singer people broke in and took whatever I had in the cash register that was left for change the next day. That was my own fault. They took a lot of merchandise and vandalized the place. I’ve fed a lot of people that come into my business that are hungry and can’t pay for their meal. I’ve given free meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas to people that don’t have families to be with. It just breaks my heart and I asked myself why would someone do this to me when all I’ve ever done was give what I have. I’ve provided meals on these occasions every single year since I’ve been open. I thought it was a good idea to tell the Lanlord it’s give him a heads up of what happened and be truthful. Instead he said it wasn’t his problem and said I have to move out at the end of the month or pay up my past rent that accumulated during and after covid which is 60,000 dollars. So in order for me to stay open and keep my business I have to pay him the 60,000 by the end of the month or move out of the building and close for good. I’m not ready to give up or close my business. This is all I have and all I know. I don’t have any funds to my name to help myself to stay open. Money comes in and goes to bills, utilities, rent, supplies, and DOR that is filed quarterly. They’ve had holds or leans on my business account because that’s they only way I can pay for that which just leaves me with nothing when they do that and everything I have to pay for or buy is put on hold until they release the funds. That’s has been one major reason I can never get it of the whole. To be honest I need help with at least 100,000 DOLLARS 60,000 to pay the Lanlord so I don’t have to move out and I can keep my business copen. The 40,000 I would use to stay on top of bills, rent, Dor so they don’t hold funds from me, and it will help me get out of this whole and back on my feet again. Hello, my name is Amy.

Hello everyone I am Rex Blanton.Owner And operator of Alaqua Adventures LLC AKA Zacks Place.a small Seasonal BNB with 3 small cottages on Alaqua Creek in Freeport Florida. we have or will have boat , kayaks and  conoe rentals and great fishing spots all the way to the Choctahachee BayI have been working on this project for the past 5 years after the loss of my 20 y o son in a car wreck I needed something to give myself  some sort of direction or meaning back into my life. I almost didn’t make it . my x wife didn’t sadly.My oldest son moved with his wife and the grand babies 7 years ago.He understandably needed a change of scenary.However they are coming back home at the end of the month.i am so exited.

Its been a long hard road for everyone.with one set back after another .including 2 Hurricans and a devastating  flood.But when you live on the water in Florida you are going to have hurricanes and floods.But you don’t expect to have every thing you have been working towards to be taking from you by a bunch of sorry low lives that are to lazy to work and not smart enough to be theivs.Greed got two of them caught.LMAO Taking myb kayaks and pongtoon boat and breaking into my shop taking every tool I owned and kicked the door in on  all three cottages and destroying the ignition key switch in all three of my trucks (one didn’t even run.not very smart theivs)trying to steal them .but that wasn’t enough.they came back for the rest of the boats.after wrecking one in the drive way,wich is 800 ft to the road .blocking the road preventing them from getting the remaining  boats .they cut the controllers and wires unbolted the motors and were loading them in their truck.When they were enturupted by my life long friend who managed to keep one of them their until the police arrived .The other one was aprehided a couple days later after finding his cell phone in the bag of tools he was using to steal the boat motors.Now I have no working boats to rent.And I am still working on the cottages that were vandalized and the tourist season has already started and I don’t see how I will recovery this time so I am reaching out for any help I may be able to get because I am simply out of options.I know this reads like a sad country song.And god knows I wish it were just that.But such is life,I am a enternal optamust and and I have faith in my fellow humans and refuse to allow life to make me bitter.And I will still be able to enjoy my oldest son and his children.I have really missed that in my life.
