URGENT Fund for essentials

I have gone through several request of others round the world and I almost think my situation is not even worthy to put out there. I wish I could be in the position to send help to others but this is where I find myself right now.

Right now, I am facing a critical need for emergency money to cover bills, car repairs, and my driving test due to an unfortunate combination of circumstances: I haven’t been able to secure work shifts for weeks, and while I’ve been actively trying to land a new job or even a passive income, the process takes time. This situation has left me in a precarious position, struggling to keep up with essential expenses like food, rent, and basic needs.

The lack of income has created a domino effect on my financial stability. Without steady shifts, I’ve fallen behind on utility and rent payments, which puts my housing and basic services at risk. Missing even one bill payment can have cascading consequences, such as late fees, reduced credit scores, and the possibility of disconnection of vital services. This pressure is not only financial but also emotional, as the stress of trying to make ends meet without sufficient resources weighs heavily on me. Covering these overdue bills is essential to prevent further deterioration of my financial situation and to ensure that I have a stable environment to focus on finding new employment.

Adding to the urgency is my car, which is in desperate need of repairs (I was able to get the needed part but need funds to take it to the shop). My car isn’t just a convenience; it’s a necessity. Reliable transportation is critical in light of the current weather conditions, potential shifts that might come up on short notice, and everyday tasks like grocery shopping and medical appointments. Without a functioning car, my ability to expand my job search radius or even attend interviews is severely hampered. Public transportation may not be a viable alternative due to limited routes and schedules in my area, making the car repair an unavoidable expense. Ignoring the repairs will only make the problem worse and more expensive in the long run.

While I’ve been doing everything in my power to improve my situation, the job market has been challenging. I’ve updated my resume, applied to numerous positions, and followed up with potential employers. Despite these efforts, the process of securing a new job takes time, and even once I’m hired, there’s typically a delay before the first paycheck arrives. In the meantime, my bills continue to pile up, and my car remains unusable. This gap between expenses and income has created a financial emergency that I cannot overcome without external assistance.

I work as a freelance graphic designer but there has been no paying gig, you can reach out and I will gladly take a paying gig. I am also exploring every avenue to address this crisis. I’ve looked into temporary gigs, borrowed small amounts from friends when possible, and cut down on all non-essential spending. However, these efforts can only go so far, especially when the costs of bills and car repairs exceed my available resources. Emergency funds would provide the immediate relief I need to stabilize my situation, pay overdue bills, fix my car, and maintain my ability to search for and secure a new job.

This situation has been a humbling experience, and I am determined to get back on my feet. With a bit of help, I can overcome this challenging period and work toward a more stable and self-sufficient future.

Thank you very much for your benevolence, and may God bless your kind heart.

Help me I’m drowning in debt after getting out an abusive relationship.

hello my name is Jodie I am a single parent of 2 children and I am up to my eyeballs in debt. I have recently gotten out of an abusive relationship where I was physically, emotionally and financially abused. He took control of my whole life and my finances. He left me with debt I have no chance of repaying at this very moment and I am receiving letters which are quite frightening. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m working and trying to pay off what I can but living is expensive and my current situation is just worsening by the second. I’m honestly desperate and I have no support system either. I just need a break, a fresh start to help me get back on my feet and finally move on for that awful part of my life.

Help with bills and food.

I am single mum of a gorgeous 3 year old. We live alone in small London flat and I don’t work, because I take care of him. I do all I can to get an employment or another source of income. I even started my own online business but it requires monthly budget to invest in FB adverts and I don’t have money to cover that cost at the moment. I went to work last year, but my son was sick and I had to leave the job, because I am unsupported by anybody here as I am from Poland and live in UK. I am on low income and his father stopped paying child maintenance. I have tone of bills to pay, even my previous employer asks for repayment of salary overpayment from last year. Dental care is free, but I cannot have toxic amalgam again, so I need to pay for dental filling as well. I started to use my credit cards and I also need to repay them. Please, support me with anything so I can get my business up and running and start to earn independently again.

You will be blessed and so appreciated. Thank you!

Help me recover

I will be honest and say that my current financial position is self- inflicted following a period of unstable mental health (around 3 years ago)

I unfortunately at the time, began to find solace in alcohol and gambling, something which I regret massively and for full clarity have gladly left in the past. (I have a universal ban on gambling now so cannot even attempt to return to this lifestyle, not that I want to)

I took out credit to fund this period which began a spiral of paying off loans with more loans. This has now got me into a position where my entire monthly income (all bar about £40) goes towards repayments and bills. I am at a last resort financially and feel like I am trapped, not living just existing. My current debt totals to just over £35,000

I work full time and try to earn extra with illustration work, I enjoy art but it does not give me near enough income to get myself out of this rut.

Fortunately, I have turned my life around and feel that I am a stronger person for surviving these past years, however, I am left with a massive financial fallout which feels impossible to navigate on my own.

I am asking for help as I have exhausted all other options and would love nothing more than to kick start a new life where I can manage money much better. I also have never had the funds available to me to learn to drive so this is my aim.

Any help would be life changing and I would 100% pay any donations forwards once I am in a position to do so.

Please consider changing my life…

PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK ON MY FEET. I AM A STRUGGLING MOTHER TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET. I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY HOME

Please help me get back on my feet. I am a mum and struggling to make ends meet. I am scared I am going to lose my home.

I am in debt, roughly £30,000. I have long term mental health problems and have not been able to make the right money making decisions and now I am in such a mess. I can’t get help from debt solution companies as it will affect my mortgage. I am struggling to make the payments now and I am scared I am going to lose my home and I just need help. I need to make this right for my child and get back on my feet. I am a working mum, I am a nurse for the NHS and I am working as much as I can.

I want to change the way I handle money and set an example for my child on how to manage money so that she does not experience this.

This is severely impacting my mental health and is making me physically ill. I am unable to sleep at night and my heart rate keeps going up and I am having to manage this with medication. I don’t normally ask for help but I am scared for mine and my child’s future and my health.

Please help if you can

So basically, I had enough of constantly working for someone else and getting peanuts for my hard work. All my life I was working for people that didn’t appreciated my hard work financially and in a combination of having nobody to teach me about life, I found out too late that I suppose to get a career before having a family. And since I was taking care of them and myself, I never managed to accumulate funds to start something of my own. Well… once a little cleaning business, but my girlfriend drove it to the ground because she knows better. So I gave up on the idea to do something together, but since I am a hard worker and I love driving. I became a taxi driver. Unfortunately driving for someone else, pay is not the greatest, but not bad and since I have a family, there is always something to spend money on, from rent to bills, medical bills, I just don’t have enough money to get my own taxi and since the company will be closing down in about 2 – 3 months, I need to figure out what to do next so here I am. Begging strangers to help me. The last resort as I hate to owe money. I have two options. Buy a used car that I drive now, but the owner is very greedy and he is asking for £20k for vehicle that costs about 16k or to buy new-ish vehicle that I found on website that is selling taxis for £33k. I have a loan that I am paying, about £3k left from 11k that I took so that would be added to the amount so I would end up paying only one thing and not more because I don’t want these funds for free. I am willing to sign a contract with someone to pay these money back. I love driving, I would love to keep driving, clients are happy with me and would happily use me after the company shuts down, so work is there just I am missing funds. Anyone that can help me please get in touch with me. Thank you very much for reading this and hopefully someone would be able to help me in this situation. And anyone donating just because you can, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Why I need help paying my debt – recovery from illness

At 23, I pursued my dream of becoming self-employed and starting my own business. I borrowed money to invest in my vision, hoping to build something great for my future. Although my business didn’t take off, I was employed full-time and able to manage my living expenses and debt repayments.

Unfortunately, things took a turn when I became seriously ill. I was hospitalized due to dangerously low phosphate levels, a condition that left me physically weak and unable to work. I lost my job as a result, and my health condition made it impossible for me to continue working.

Now, I’m slowly recovering, and while my phosphate levels are stabilizing, I am not yet able to return to work. Despite these challenges, I still owe £6,200 in loans and credit card debt that I took out to fund my dreams. With limited income, I am struggling to keep up with these repayments, and I’m worried about falling further behind.

I’ve always been an active and hardworking person, and the loss of my health and financial stability has been incredibly difficult. As I focus on recovering and getting back on my feet, I am seeking help to manage my debt so I can avoid further financial trouble and stress. Any assistance would make a significant difference in helping me get through this tough time.

Thank you for considering my situation.

Urgent funds required to save home and secure work

I feel like I am right at the end of the line but I am a fighter and I will not give up.  I am so very close to securing my future and that of my daughter.

I need to pay two months rent to avoid eviction and some funding to complete my project that is 99% ready to go and will bring a steady passive income in.

I am a 64 year old highly-skilled massage therapist of 40 years, very popular  and a single mother to a home-schooled talented daughter. I have a lot to give in terms of teaching and compassion.

For the past ten years I have miraculously managed to keep a roof over our heads and to pay for tuition and examination fees etc. for my daughter who has recently got straight A’s (8’s & 9’s) in her GCSE’s and is now studying fr her A levels.

Her father did not pay any maintenance to us  and as classed as “retired” we were not able to secure any.

I have (and am) worked extremely hard writing courses to be put online  for qualified therapists to buy and download as part of their cntinuing professional development. I had a mentor who is a sucessful entrepreneur with hugely successful ventures look over my work and mastermind with me and it is very clear that the specific topics I cover are highly sought after by new and returning therapists in particular and currently not offered anywhere so I am very keen to put them live. I even have an ever-growing waiting list for them.

My monthly outgoings (which include subscriptions to Canva for my illustrating and Freshlearn platform where my courses will be) far outweigh my income and I just need to pay a freelancer on Fivrr  to set my page up to receive payments and one or two other technical things.

Two weeks ago our house was flooded and as I see clients at home I could not earn money and am only restarting this week.   The money I would have earned would have paid my rent which was due yesterday (which also happened to be my birthday)

I find myself in a situation where to stop being evicted I need to pay this last months rent urgently and also be able to pay next months rent. I am desperately needing to pay for my courses to go live to ensure more income.

Once this is happening and I can re-coup I want t be able to help others and “pay it forward” I have always helped others where I can and have given to strangers and I didn’t ever want t be in the position of asking for the same for myself but I guess it is what keeps us humble.

Anything you can give t help my situation will be so gratefully received and I promise to pay it forward when I can.

With very grateful thanks.

Help a Struggling Surgeon

https://paypal.me/jameselhughes96?country.x=GB&locale.x=en_GB

As a current surgical trainee in the South West of England, I have struggled over the last six months with my mental health. This culminated in a diagnosis of schizophrenia and spending to excess. I currently have £25000 worth of credit card debt and no way of paying this back. Due to my mental health I have reduced my working hours and now therefore take home £2100 a month. This just about covers my mortgage and my living expenses but does not enable me to pay off this debt.

I am desperate for any help to help reduce this amount. Removing this stress with improve my mental health further and allow me to continue my surgical training career. Sadly I have no family or friends that are in a position to help and have no support network where I live currently.

This level of debt is also preventing my book exams and courses. This are mandatory to allow me to progress and total £4500 currently – again I cannot afford this and this is preventing my progression.

Please consider this a really worthwhile cause to allow a doctor fulfil their potential and become a consultant surgeon.

Rebuilding our lives after losing all our money to a very clever investment scam

Hello. My name is Steve Gould. I am 67 years of age, married (since 1978 to the same amazing lady), two incredible daughters and five grandkids. In June 2019, I sold my computer repair business which I’d run for 20 years in our local town. In January 202, I realised I should be looking to invest some (if not all) of the money I got from the sale into something that would give me a residual income to allow me to pursue our first love – organising, promoting and running live music events. All I was looking to do was to create a monthly income that would pay the bills, nothing more – not looking to have a holiday, buy an expensive car/house etc – just enough to survive. I know the stock market can be a very profitable way to create wealth, but at the time had little or no knowledge of how it works – introducing www.any1profit.com (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/any1profit.com). They offered to do the trading for us and take 7% of the profit. Obviously sceptical at first, I only put in a couple of hundred pounds, but could see the profit accumulating albeit a small amount. When I explained to the guy who was our agent, that I was looking to put in place a residual income to pay the bills, he told me we’d have to invest more (which made sense). Over the following eight months, I ended up putting £32000 in the account and could see a marked difference in the accumulated profit, but the alarm bells started ringing when I tried to withdraw….Overall, I think I managed to withdraw £2500, but to cut a long story short, they did a runner and left me with a huge debt, no money and I’d also borrowed £15K from a dear friend (on the basis I paid him back in January of the following year as he needed the money to pay his tax bill !!) which means I now have to pay him back at £300 a month until it’s paid back – needless to say it nearly destroyed a long term friendship !! Here we are in 2024, I am now on state pension, my wife is a mobile carer on not much above minimum wage and we are not coping financially. We have managed to keep up to date with bills, but have had to pass all our debt to STEPCHANGE, so we’re on a DMP (Debt Management Plan) where we have total debts of around £55k paying back at £77 a month !!!! We’ll be over 100 by the time it’s paid off… If there’s any kind soul out there who can help in ANY way, we would be forever in your debt. I can provide whatever proof you  need to validate our story. Many thanks for reading – peace and love, Steve & Lou xx

Her life story is? Horrible very disturbing, which led to her having mental health issues.

But she has done it! Shes got through it all and hot a degree, im mindblown at what she has achieved.

We want to set up an alternative educational organization for challenged kids, using eco Therapy.

To do this costs money.

We have to register ourselves with CICs which costs.

We have been given some land to use at will free if charge by a local farmer.

We need to build a Hut, our HQ we need a computer desks, tools, website, we need insurance.

Once we are registered and set up we will be approaching local schools the nhs and other avenues.

We both work part time, I’m a single dad to if a 6 year old girl.

Please help us get this off the ground. I’ll be doing all the building work to get it set up.

Any help will be greatly appreciated and will help the children who dont or cant cope in normal school settings, there isn’t much help for them.

Thank you

Daughter’s Nursery Fees.

To whom it may concern,

Hello. My name is Leanne. I’m 28 and from Liverpool, England. I know it’s none of your concern but I wanted to ask if you’d help an average person out.

I’m currently on maternity leave in the UK and if you are aware of our government statutory pay you’ll know that I currently earn less than half of what I was earning when I was working. I’m really struggling financially. I have household bills piling up and we’re barely staying afloat.

The only thing keeping me going right now is the beautiful smile from my little girl every morning. I’m really trying to give her the life I didn’t get as a child. My mother is disabled and my father is an alcoholic. I’m one of four children which meant we didn’t get what we needed, never mind what we wanted as children. I was determined to not have the same thing happen to my child, but life isn’t working out that way currently.

You see, I work in a nursery when I’m not on maternity leave and while I have every intention of going back to work once my maternity leave ends in February of next year – however with the cost of her nursery fees its giving me anxiety as I have no idea where this money will come from. My daughter would be attending the nursery I work at and even with an employee discount of 20%, my monthly nursery fees would be £915.40. Which is more than my whole monthly household expenses.

Anyway, the reason I’ve created this post is to see if you could spare some of your wealth to change the life of an ordinary person for the better. I’ve worked hard to be where I am – it’s by no means the wealth that you possess but its a long way from where I was as a child.

I’m hoping to be gifted £30,000 to cover the cost of nursery fees for her entire time at the nursery (just under 4 years). You may think that I’ve worked out how much I need wrong, but I haven’t because come September next year we’ll be entitled to funded hours which will take the cost down slightly which is why I’m only asking for £30,000.

I’m hoping that you’ll take mercy on us and help in anyway you can, I will be forever grateful for your generosity.

Thank you for reading and hopefully hear from you soon.

Regards, Leanne
