Hi, My name is Philip, I am 25 and have been addicted to drugs and alcohol from the age oof 13. I really want to sort my life out and get into a rehab centre but it costs 4600 pounds. I am fully committed to this and am fully committed to become a recovering addict. I live in northern Ireland. It is a 112 week program. I would really apprecaite any help with this
