I will first like to appreciate madam Odette for introducing this site to me and I pray by God’s grace I get help.

 

Iam a struggling young man trying hard to make it in life after falling and losing my hard end money in the hands of scammers who call themselves investment platforms or Ponzi schemes companies I have lose almost $5000 to many of this platform from 2021-2023.

This is purely because of my love for business, entrepreneurship,and being self employed.

After losing out such Money I keep hustle with a mina job in my country Cameroon last November as things were not moving I had to borrowed some money about $3000 and travel to Greener pasture to United Arab Emirates where I am currently base.

Here things got worse imagine in a foreign going 13 to 14 hours duty as a security guard and going three months without paid.

It’s was not really easy for me and worse of it my creditors starting placing interest on the money I borrowed.

While here in UAE I have tried to do a side hustle so I can catch up but no capital.

I’m a very smart guy ,a very fast learner I can easily adapt to new things and I usually    carry out Alot of research reason why I have learned about Crypto market,Stock market, Commodities market and Most importantly the Forex market.

Working as a security guard here put my health to danger because the company has no insurance and worse of it owing me salaries reasoning why I wish to quit and get my own Freelance Visa.

Sinking in debt due family misfortunes!

Good day to all you lovely people! I’m typing this from my mobile so the format might be off, but bear with me please 😭

 

Long story short, I’m deep in debt. Covid didn’t help, made it worse, and I’m sure it’s happened to a lot of you as well, but hey, thank you for stopping by to read this, and help if you could ☺️

 

A couple of years ago, my sister had stroke. This led her to not being able to work for an entire year (and a little more) as job markets were bad. My sister also falls ill really easily, have and been in and out of A&E too often.

 

Last year, my mom underwent surgery for her spine. To be frank, I’m not sure which surgery in particular. My understanding is that the nerves were sitting on her spine and that was giving her pain all the time. This surgery was done in hopes that it’ll lessen the pain, and maybe her legs would feel better. Unfortunately, that was not the case, although it did help lessen the pain a little. This year, she had a total knee replacement done, and will be going for another surgery done next year.

 

The death of my grandparents didn’t help either as I was paying for funeral too.

 

Hospitalisation bills ain’t cheap, and I now have to pay for both my sister and mom. I’ve paid off most of it, by burning my savings, and taking up bank loans. I am sinking in debts due to taking up loans. At this point, I am about $60k in debt.

 

I am working full time, and every pay check I receive, it goes straight to paying off debts, daily necessities, mortgage (parent’s place, I do not have my own)… you name it, I’m paying them. My parents are both retired due injuries and well, old age. I’ve reached out to my relatives in hopes that they would lend a hand but none agreed to help. This led me to taking up bank loans, hoping to help with the financial burden. It was clearly a bad decision as I now am unable to pay even the minimum amount per month. I’m barely scraping by, let aside living pay check to pay check.

 

There’s no one I can turn to, and I am at my wits end. I’m doing everything I can but it isn’t enough. I’m really burnt out. I’m trying, I really am 😭

Urgent Need: Surviving the Storm

In my early twenties, my world was shattered when my father was diagnosed with a chronic liver disease. He endured unimaginable pain and medical treatments for over seven long years. Our family was plunged into a never-ending nightmare of hospital stays, mounting medical bills, and crushing debts. Fresh out of college, I took on any odd job I could find to support my family while juggling my studies and hospital shifts. It was a relentless struggle.

We lost my father in December 2017, but the dark cloud of debt continued to loom over us. I worked tirelessly, picking up extra shifts and freelancing to keep our household afloat. Then came the lockdown, and our world crumbled even further.

Life post-lockdown has been a relentless rollercoaster of emotions, physical agony, and mental anguish. In the latter half of 2021, my body betrayed me. A paralytic attack struck the left side of my body, caused by a sinister infection in my cerebro-spinal fluid, resulting in debilitating vertigo attacks. Months of treatment left me anxiously pondering my job security while the debt continued to spiral, reaching a staggering $6,000.

After a year of battling the paralysis and infection, I sensed that something was still amiss. I relied on public transport for my daily commute, and one fateful day, my leg felt strange. Ignoring the discomfort for a few weeks, I finally sought medical help.

The diagnosis was a devastating blow. More than 70% of my right hip bone had deteriorated, rendering my body incapable of bearing my own weight. An emergency surgery was imperative, though only partly covered by my insurance. My world crumbled again, and I underwent the surgery, followed by months of bedridden recovery. No employer had the patience to wait for my extended absence, and I lost my job.

Since June 2023, I’ve been grappling with the overwhelming challenge of making ends meet at home, let alone tackling the mountain of debt, which has now soared to an insurmountable $15,000. All I fervently ask for is a chance to reclaim my life—a sum of $25,000-30,000 to help me recuperate from my medical ordeal and sustain myself until I can secure a job and rebuild my life.

I have never had to do anything like this before and I am feeling very embarrassed but I don’t know where else to turn.  I am a teacher in Phnom Peng Cambodia.  I have been doing this job for 7 years.  I teach lower level primary.  Until this month I was employed at a Singaporean school.  I had been with them for 18 months and would still be there had there not been an incident that took place where I felt I could no longer stay owing to the way the situation was handled.

A young boy in P4 tried to kill himself in class.  He was a new student who has mental health and violence issues that we as teachers were not made aware of.  They P4 teacher was left traumatised and was offered no support from the school.  The decisions made by management after the event only served to make matters worse and the student became more voilent towards younger students.  The stress cause the P4 teacher to resign and again this was handled very badly.  I was concerned for the safety of my students but the pupil was allowed to remain.

Several other things happened towards the teacher who resigned in terms of deducting money from her salary etc.  I voiced my concerns but they were not taken seriously.  I left as the stress was also becoming too much for me.

I am actively seeking work but most of the positions are for nursery which I can not teach as I broke my femur bone 3 years ago and have a metal rod inserted.  I can not get up and down easily and I cant kneel on a floor to play.  I have to wait until a primary level position opens up.

I am confident I will get something but my visa renewal is due on 8th November 2023 and it costs $300 and I will also have to change my work permit status now which is a further $200.  Without these 2 things I can not stay.  My rent is due on the 6th of November it is $360 plus bills which are around $40.  I have myself and a dog to feed and if I can secure a job soon, I will need money for travelling to and from work.

The dream of recording my music

My name is Gustavo, I am a musician, guitarist and composer.
I have been in music for 40 years and it has been very hard, the life of a musician is very difficult, I have not really been able to fulfill my dreams… it was very difficult to buy a good guitar, survive playing the guitar and teaching classes. My failures and shortcomings cost me a marriage, financially I have not been a good father, I have not been able to give my children the best… many frustrations and depression, but I cannot leave music, I have lost many things in my life and yet even In the worst moments my music is always there. I haven’t seen my family in 3 years and I still haven’t met my grandson. I feel so so so useless, I don’t know how to do things right, I’m happy when I compose for my mother, my daughters, my son and my grandson… but it’s a fantasy world, I don’t function well in the real world, I’m broken…

My passion is composing, I do not have a defined genre or style since I have influences from flamenco, tango, jazz, classical and others. My music is instrumental based on the guitar. I want to record my music, I want to be able to make a professional recording, a well-produced album. Being able to do this would be the summary of my entire life.

It seems very strange to me to be doing this but anyway, thank you very much for taking the time to read about me.

For my project I need a good microphone, headphones, laptop. I can record the guitar at home… but I can’t bring musicians to my small apartment. Rent studio for rehearsal and recording. Young couple fighting for a life

Dear Reader,

we trying to get a home and this is our endless story in short:

My name is Stefanie and I came from Egypt to Vienna/Austria for the summer holidays, where my mother is living, to volunteer at a refugee camp in 2015 during the refugee crisis in Europe. There I met my husband Mansour, who volunteered at the same place as a refugee at this place.

Long story short, he got a deportation notice back to Afghanistan in 2019 for not having evidence enough of being in life danger. His brother worked for the Afghan Government, so his life was in constant threat of being kidnapped. Despite that, car bombs were a daily routine in Afghanistan. So he decided to run to the next neighbour country Germany, telling his story and asking for help. He was denied, and returned to Austria on his way back police took him to prison waiting for his deportation.

It was clear to him that there was no life back in Afghanistan and he could not risk my life in bringing me to Afghanistan as well. So he set his cell room on fire one day before his deportation. An act of desperation and a cry for help (https://www.krone.at/1774440). He survived with burns on his back and hands. He got charged in court for doing that and he got an entry ban to the European Union for 8 Years. Sent back to Afghanistan.

Our separation caused us sadness and depression. Hopelessness, no place for us on this earth to live together a life. I suffered from a chronic Eppstein bar infection which was activated by stress, which attacked my brain and significantly limited my cognitive abilities compared with severe exhaustion. I got treated over the next years and I am at least able to do 50 % of what I was able to do before.

2020 he tried to to come to me, taking a dangerous way through Iran. He failed and got beaten up and nearly shot at the border of Iran. He suffered from injury on his legs. He made it to get a medical visa to Turkey in 2021 during the pandemic.

Luckily we are finally both together in Turkey :) we have been here since 2021 on a tourist visa which we have to renew every 6 months. There is no permanent residence to apply for us. Every 6 months we fear the result of our application because there is no way for us with an Afghan Passport. All of his family left Afghanistan after the takeover of the Taliban.

His Turkish visa didn´t get extended this time and with a lawyer, we are waiting for the answer. We are tired of never having a stable home. For at least 8 years we have feared and worried about how can we have a life. We don´t have children because we worry too much, stress is too much.

There is only one place and one way to have a stable residence. Which is purchasing an apartment in Turkey for at least 70,000 Dollars. This will grant us the residence for owning a property in Turkey. My husband works from Monday to Sunday, building stone walls on the streets of Turkey. I am trying to earn some money with online jobs. We already saved 15,000 Dollars which was extremely hard, earning just about 700-900 Dollars per month (our monthly costs if we are not sick or something like that is about 350 Dollars).

Our wish in life is just to live permanently in one place, my husband wishes to work and make money as much as possible. My wish is to get at least one child. We wish to then to help our families and cover our parents’ medical expenses. After that, we wish to help other people. We have much compassion for people in need and we enjoy to help. We want to help people in Turkey and we want help especially children in Afghanistan to build a future. But first, we need to make it to help ourselves. We have been fighting for 8 years. We fear our life ends before we make it.

In summary, what we are trying to do is to save 55.000 Dollars to purchase a home before we depart from Turkey to Afghanistan.
