A Heartfelt Plea for Help Born Out of Desperation

Introduction:

We find ourselves in a difficult and heartbreaking situation. I am a Retired Disabled Veteran who has served in the military for over 20 years. For years I have been battling a severe illness that has left me physically and emotionally drained. I must have a Lung Transplant which is the last resort, for any hope of returning to any type of normal life. The toll it has taken on my life and family has been difficult and overwhelming. I am reaching out for support during these challenging times.

The Struggle:

I am in a struggle every day with my illness. Simple tasks and hobbies that once brought me joy are now a thing of the past. The fatigue and pain make it difficult to even get out of bed or engage with loved ones. I have an oxygen concentrator at home and oxygen tanks that are my constant companions. A short trip to a store in itself turns out to be a challenge just to try and feel normal.

As a Military Veteran I have been fortunate, that the Veteran Administration will pay for my Lung Transplant operation. Our problem stems from the fact that the hospital which will perform the lung transplant is 3 ½ hours away from us. The hospital requires that we live within 1 hour driving distance from there location, and we do not have the funds to relocate for a year. We must move, and we do not have the necessary funds to rent a furnished apartment within an hour’s distance from the hospital.

With this complication the hospital performing the transplant can not even put me on the Lung Transplant List. Until we are officially within there area for the duration.

Why Donations Matter:

Your generous donations can make a significant difference in my life. Based on our research we have calculated that we will need at least $ 35,000.00. This will help pay for the necessary lodging, plus utilities, food and any unforeseen complications and issues concerning my recovery. With our financial situation resolved, I can mentally prepare my self for the lung transplant surgery and focus on my recovery rather than financial stress. Your kindness in these difficult and troubling times can bring hope back into our lives during this dark time.

Conclusion:

I humbly as for your support as my wife and I navigate this difficult challenging journey. Every contribution no matter how small brings me one step closer to healing and regaining my health.

I want to Thank You in advance for considering helping a Veteran in need.

God Bless You.

I’m 63 ,self employed and injured with no disability benefits available

Hello helpful people. I am a 63 year old female interior painter. I work for myself and have for many years. I owned and operated a b and b and a restaurant for many years. I raised my son on my own during that time. I loved my life even though there was never any extra money. I have always lived rurally and never needed a lot of money. I switched careers 10 years ago and started painting as it was something I was good at, after years of restoring a historical home for the b and b. I have always been a hard worker physically until I injured my knee in 2020. After waiting 3 years to be properly diagnosed I finally had surgery. Then I found out that because I had favoured the leg for 3 years by limping, that other problems had arisen in my leg and back. Cortisone injections would no longer help my pain. I decided to apply for CPP disability. I gathered all the required documentation from the doctors and submitted it. I received a call telling me that I was being denied! My heart sank. When I asked why I was told I was 3 months late in applying. This didn’t make sense to me. Apparently I would have had to apply within 15 months after turning 60. That made no sense. Why would I apply for disability benefits if I wasn’t disabled? She said that was the rule and there was no help for me. I have two years until I retire and I don’t know what to do. I don’t have computer skills or any experience at desk jobs. I can’t be on my feet for long without pain. I have no savings as I ‘ve never made enough to do so. I don’t need a lot of money to live happily. I never have. I love my rural life but now I’m in dire straits as I have bills to pay each month, the usual, like phone, electricity and food. I have never asked anyone for money in my life. I guess I’m like my Mother in that way. I am now desperate enough to ask!  I want to thank those folks with big hearts who would be willing to give me a hand. You’ll never know how much I appreciate the help.   Kim

A mother’s plea for help for herself and two young son’s after husband’s tragic motorcycle crash

Subject: Urgent Help Needed: Supporting April and Her Boys After Tragic Loss
Dear Friends, Family, and Community,
With a heavy heart, I share the devastating news that my beloved husband, Seth , was tragically
taken from us in a motorcycle accident and unfortunately my nine year old and I just so
happened to come up on the scene right after it happened and before medical personnel could
arrive it was something we will never unsee, Our world has been shattered, and we are
struggling to cope with this immense loss.
In the wake of this tragedy, I and our two young sons, Cade and Grayson, are facing another
incredibly difficult challenge. Due to the unexpected expenses of funeral arrangements, therapy
the accident has made it impossible to maintain our current housing. We are now homeless. We
have nowhere to go and nowhere to turn.
Losing Seth has been an unimaginable blow, and now, being without a home adds another layer
of hardship during this already devastating time. My priority is to provide stability and security for
my children as we grieve and try to rebuild our lives.
We are reaching out to you, our community, for help. Any contribution, no matter the size, will
make a significant difference in helping us secure temporary housing and get back on our feet.
The funds raised will be used for temporary housing, therapy for my son’s and I, as well as a
reliable vehicle and basic necessities.
We understand that these are challenging times for many, and we are deeply grateful for any
support you can offer. Even sharing this message with your network can make a difference.
If you are able to help, you can donate to this Paypal https://www.paypal.me/Pebbles063 , or by

Fly from SA to Philippines

Good Day Everyone out there

I would like to fly to my hubby from South Africa where I am from to the Philippines where he is from, my 2nd husband. He has not had a job over a year now due to unfairness within the company, and I was retrenched in 2017. I have not been able to find work, as being over 50 it’s not easy at all. It’s like nothing suits me or nobody wants to hire me, or my age, or lots of scams which I’ve lost money to as well, I don’t know. I need to find remote jobs as I usually either spend a few months to a year with my hubby and vice versa with my children on two different continents, so an office job is out of the question.

Our family in the Philippines struggles alot as they have huge families and I help where I can, but my savings are completely exhausted.  My daughter helps me a bit with grocery money when I’m there but it’s not enough for anything else. I also have cats there, most of whom I’ve adopted because people just throw their kittens away in the field because they cannot afford to care for them and also don’t really know how to, I find. I love animals especially cats and I find they only really care for animals that they can financially benefit from.

I am not here to tell you a sob story or a sugary one, just that I need a little help with a sponsored ticket or even a portion thereof. I will be in your debt. Thank you for reading.

Need Help

Hi,

My name is Christy, and I am 44 years old. I am here asking someone for help. I have an invention that I can not pay off to get it produced. It is something that I know would fly off the selves. I did pay for it before when I had a job. I still owe almost 13,000 to Davidson. I can not tell you what it is, of course. I do not want anyone else to try and steal it. I am not the type to ask for help. I learned young that if you want something done, do it yourself. This would turn my life around. I am a baby girl of three. Only a girl. I have two older brothers. My dad died when I was 9. My life was never the same. I have three wonderful boys. A few years back I left a husband that gave me PTSD. I won’t get into that. I moved in with my mom. I was working, but being the only one with 6 people in the house working, I ended up homeless. Right before I became homeless, I started online courses. I am getting my bachelor’s in psychology. After almost a year of being homeless, I kept my grades up. I’m living with my brother now in a one-bedroom camper. My youngest boy has been living with friends, and I can not be there for him. He has already been stabbed in the face. I tried keeping everything together for everyone like I always do, but doing that alone is hard. I know they have people who are worse off than me. I do finally have a roof over my head. I have seen a lot on the streets. I have been through a lot as well. I have struggled my whole life, and I am tired. I am not giving up. I will never do that. I want my boys proud of me.   Suppose I can get some help and pay that off. It will be the break I always needed. I’m asking for just a little help. I hope y’all find it in y’all hearts to help. If not, it’s ok. I will find it somehow. Thank you all for reading my story. Have a blessed day.

When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade

Dear Friends,

I am writing to seek financial support for my new business venture, which focuses on renting inflatable dance clubs and event rentals. My journey to this point has been marked by resilience, perseverance, and a deep commitment to serving my community, and I am excited to channel these qualities into my entrepreneurial endeavors.

At the age of 16, I faced significant personal challenges. I left school, became pregnant, and married a 27-year-old man who eventually drained my inheritance. Despite these hardships, I dedicated myself to raising my three children. I actively volunteered in their classrooms, served as a Cub Scout Leader for several years, and participated in the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) for multiple years, even holding the position of president. During my tenure, I led successful fundraising efforts that resulted in the construction of a new playground for the school. Additionally, I spearheaded a community fundraiser that raised over $10,000 for a local family’s newborn who required critical medical treatment.

While fulfilling my responsibilities as a mother and community volunteer, I also worked part-time and pursued my education. I earned my GED and, in my 30s, achieved my Registered Nurse (RN) degree. Unfortunately, my marriage was plagued by mental and financial abuse, infidelity, and neglect. After enduring years of these difficulties, I made the courageous decision to divorce. However, my ex-husband’s actions left me financially devastated, with drained bank accounts, sabotaged assets, and estranged children.

Today, I am starting over with a renewed focus on my mental health and personal growth. Despite the severe anxiety I experience, which prevents me from working as a nurse, I am determined to build a successful business that brings joy and entertainment to my community. My venture, centered around renting inflatable dance clubs and event rentals, aims to create memorable experiences for individuals and families while providing a source of income for myself.

However, I face significant financial challenges, including $40,000 in student loans. Therefore, I am seeking funding to help cover the initial costs of purchasing equipment, marketing, and establishing a strong business foundation. Your support will enable me to overcome these obstacles and turn my vision into reality.

I am confident that my dedication, work ethic, and community spirit will drive the success of this business. I am committed to creating a thriving enterprise that not only supports my family but also contributes positively to our community.

Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss my business plan in greater detail and explore how your support can make a meaningful impact.

Dental Work Request

I am reaching out because I am suffering. I need dental work. I have diabetes and my teeth issues have been my unique complication since I was 18 years old. I have periodontal disease. I have almost gone to the hospital for these issues as abscesses can be fatal to people who are not diabetic. I developed a goiter-like knot (infection) the size of an orange in my throat and experienced severe shortness of breath.

My insurance covers a fraction of the cost. Over the years I have had many teeth pulled since I could not afford the other options that would have saved them. At least ten of those extractions were due to abscesses. I lost one tooth due to grinding teeth at night from excessive anxiety. All of this has been excruciating and quite humiliating as well. People have judged me for my dental issues.

The left side of my mouth is filled with teeth roots from being broken by decay. The right side has a broken tooth that cuts my tongue up every day, I can hardly eat anymore. I used to stuff the holes with dental filling and even tissue due to a lack of funds for proper care, which proved to cause further pain and suffering.

I do not smoke. This is mostly a genetic outcome. I need $17,000.00 just to be able to chew food properly again. This is the cheapest option that I have. This isn’t a scam or a game. I ask for assistance because I have suffered greatly over the years, and I am ready for it to stop. I deserve a better quality of life. I work hard to take care of my family. I treat others with kindness and dignity. I am a law-abiding citizen that cares about my family and community. I saw a YouTube video that led me to this site.

Please assist if you can. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Standdown

Hello my name is Michael Reese I work volunteering at the stand down for North America I provide items for homeless veterans like sleeping bags shirts cots wool blankets hydration systems polar fleece jackets and boots. I have been doing this for the last ten years and I love it however it is voluntary so there is no pay and I struggle financially to keep the lights on but I would not trade it for the world I live it. All I am asking for is a little assistance so that I can keep this going. I am just the wearhouse worker so I do not have access to the funds donated to directly to the stand down not that I would use it for my own personal gain that is for the veterans and I would do anything for them. They have sacrificed their lives so that we can live in a free world and they should be treated like celebrities.  I live out in the middle of nowhere Ive had cancer due to occular melanoma and I lost my left  eye I’ve had two shoulder surgeries due to cancer in my shoulders I am cancer free for now but I am at high risk. I plan on serving the veterans until the day I check out. Not only do I do the yuba- Sutter area I also take care of plumas county, Glenn county, lake county, El Dorado county, Ventura county, and many others.  All I’m asking for is a little help to keep the lights on I figure if a million people send me just one dollar I could help these veterans keep getting the help they need and will be able to provide thank with what they deserve. I will NEVER use the money for my own personal gain (luxury cars houses etc) I just need to be comfortable so I can keep providing the space I need to help out these heroes we do often put on the back burner I hope this is 400 words at least so it gets read anyway that’s all i have to say im hoping its enough love you all and remember it’s for the veterans my cash app is mikeyree09 and my PayPal is mikeydavid65@gmail.com

Ollie needs Srugery

Hello, my name is Patricia and  I am putting this out there regarding my Grand dog Ollie.  We have never done this and not sure it will work, but we are desperate. Ollie has a very large tumor on the side of his cheek.  Having this removed will cost at least 1500 dollars.  We have 320 dollars in his fund now but are a long way from the amount we need.  Ollie is 7 years old, a Lab mix and is the sweetest boy ever.  He is always happy like most labs are, He loves to chase the ball and play with his friends, Ollie loves to go in the car and just hang out on the couch, but the tumor is getting in the way of his life.  It is keeping him away from playing with other dogs especially puppies because we are afraid someone will puncture the tumor and bad things will happen.  https://paypal.me/HelpOllie?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US  Here is the link you will see a picture of Ollie and understand what we are talking about.  The Vet bill is such a strain, but if any of you have pets, you understand.  We have recently inherited a horse and a donkey because of the storms we had back in October (Helene) The people couldn’t take care of them as they lost their pasture but we love animals and will help where we can.  Now I am asking Y’all to help us with Ollie.  As I said before I have never done this, Its hard to ask strangers for help.  But We love Ollie and will do whatever it takes to get this done.  I would like to thank you in advance for anything you can do to help us and Ollie.  Here is the link again.  May The Creator Bless you.

In Serious Financial Difficulties Since my two Fractures Last Year

Hi There,

. I am a single Mother. I have never recovered from my divorce back in 2000 because I had to support my children through university. I also took under my wings my daughters friends- both sisters one of whom had a young children  were going through abusive situations.  Over time I went self employed and managed to live above the bread line for a number of years . Last year was a particularly difficult time  for me because I experienced two major fractures- my leg at the start of the year so was off work for four months and in October my right dominant hand, wrist and fingers. Luckily my wrist although very painful too was not broken.

I applied to Universal credit in October, and because I work as a self employed health professional they said I need a work coach and health assessment too. They had stated I would be getting money in firstly then February 11. I have still not received anything. My extended family has their own difficulties and are unable to help me.

I have not worked since September. And no income has been coming in from any source. My accident had occurred abroad when I went on a mission trip with to assist renovating a clinic. start the initial ground ground work for building a hospital and carried out wellness checks. Unfortunately the road infrastructure in that particular county was awful and I fell over gravel in the last week of my trip. It has been a nightmare since I retured. I was not able to go anywhere for Christmas or New year.

To compound matters my car engine packed up about three weeks ago and not worth repairing. I have been technically homeless for five years and been floating around from friends and relatives homes. I was on the point of renting a house  last year but spent my wages in September to book the trip.

Currently all my bills are all over the place, I have no money for food or transport.  A few days ago I couldn’t even attend my hospital appointment because of lack of funds.

I am into natural health and wellbeing too. I am normally a  fit person. And  looking into making my dormant company active but all this takes time I am not ready yet to return to work. My hand is still unable to bend at all. I feel despondent at times and just waiting for a miracle.

Any contribution would be gratefully accepted

Lost Everything

A few years ago I lost all of my money and belongings. It’s a very long story but basically, I trusted the wrong person. I believe in helping others and I tried to help someone whom had fallen on hard luck. The situation turned into a nightmare. I was threatened, beaten and tortured by him. Finally, I was kidnapped and had to make an escape. I contacted 3 Law enforcement agencies, but we were unable to track down my “friend”. I  am still recovering from the trauma. I started to build my finances, but I have had many setbacks, including thousands for car repair and a fraudulent service warranty. I had to pay $6,000 for a settlement with the I.R.S. I also payed off many credit cards that my “friend” had fraudulently charged.

I am currently going to psychotherapy. I was diagnosed with PTSD. I do yoga, meditate and get massage to deal with stress. I go on daily hikes and try to eat very healthy. I study supplements and take a large array for optimum health. I have been sober for 7 1/2 years. I had developed a severe problem with alcohol during my traumatic period with my supposed friend and even used methamphetamins for several months.

Over a lifetime of weightlifting, I injured my shoulder several times. I injured it again during my traumatic period and this time it was severe. It slowly got better over the years, and physical therapy helped a great deal. I was back to doing pull-ups, push-ups and rowing exercises. 3 months ago, I woke up one morning and I could hardly move my arm. work had been very stressful for many months. The store was losing money and the new manager demanded 110% effort from everyone at all times. I came in hours early to make sure I got my job done and re-doubled my efforts. He became abusive in his demands for perfection, and I felt exhausted both mentally and physically almost constantly. All my past trauma was re-triggered again. My mind, body, and particularly my shoulder, had reached their limits, and I requested a leave of absence.

During the last three months I consulted an orthopedic surgeon. I believed I had to have surgery for my shoulder to function again. I got an MRI and found out there was extensive damage to my shoulder. There were many torn muscles and the rotator cuff was destroyed. I got an injection of Cortisone and began a course of physical therapy. I still may need surgery, but I will do my best to strengthen my shoulder to a functional level.

The last three months have helped restore me mentally and physically. I researched resources to help during my recovery from surgery, if needed. Unfortunately, I went thousands of dollars further into debt. My total debt is over $26,000. I am underwater over $10,000 on my car and have $10,000 in credit card debt.

Any donations will help me on my road to financial and physical recovery. I donate to many non-profits now and my goal is to start a foundation for the homeless.

You can donate at: paypal.me/conzon1

I greatly appreciate your help.
