I’m an Asian person, and my story is all about a lack of physical and mental health. I was born in 1986, and I have been working since 2005. It’s been 7 years in my motherland, 5 years in Qatar, and 8 years in the UAE. I always worked in hospitality (Banquet), and it’s quite hard, and most of the time I worked 16–18 hours of duty every day. When I was young, I was very energetic and dynamic. Help me Help myself and my family!!

Due to many devastating unforseen circumstances, I have found myself living in a mobile home that we can literally see the ground below us in many places. I’m not one to ask for help outright but rather, I’m asking for help with obtaining my real estate license. I’m currently working but not making nearly enough to be barely pay our electric bill. I have been going to food banks for the first time in my life for months now. 

Our story is riddled with many tragedies over the last few years but the one that put us in our current situation began with Covid 99 shut downs in the bar and restaurant industry. I have worked in this industry for over 30 years. During the shutdowns,  we began getting behind on bills and particularly the mortgage. While there were many banks willing to work with their customers and also some government programs helping people, the bank holding our mortgage wasn’t one of them. And with our mortgage not being thru FHA or a program backed by the government, we didn’t have any helpful options available to us. Skip forward at exactly, 3 months behind, as if they were waiting to pounce on the opportunity, the bank served us foreclosure papers. By then, my credit score that has been over 600 have plummeted and it was below 400. Unable to afford a lawyer, we lost our home. Fortunately, I had a small piece of land inherited from my daddy that had recently passed away. And also the mobile home we currently are staying in that has been sitting for years unknown by me to have been falling apart. Termites have eaten much of the walls that I’m surprised are still standing. The insulation is almost non existent and in addition the floors have holes in them making it cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

On a brighter note, my 22 year old daughter that was extremely strung out on very serious drugs, found out about a year ago she was pregnant while I the emergency room for side pain. I had already taken out life insurance on her because I knew that it wasn’t a matter of if I would get that phone call of her being found dead somewhere but only a matter of when. Thank God, for that ER visit and the day she was told she was 5 months pregnant. She called me from the ER crying saying “Mama, I need you to come get me. I need to come home. Are you ready to be a grandmother?”

I’m so very proud to say that she instantly stopped doing drugs of any kind and we welcomed my first grandchild by her into our overwhelmingly changed lives back in November. LillyAnna is a very healthy and happy babygirl that has really changed my daughter’s life in such miraculous way. And she brings us a lot of happiness no matter our current living situation. She’s a miracle baby that despite the 5 months my daughter didn’t know she was pregnant and was shooting serious amounts of drugs daily, entered this world absolutely healthy as can be. God surely, had a hand in that, no doubt.

And yes, we believe in God as we have only been able to endure the tragedies we have suffered with His help. My girls father was murdered when they were 8 and 10 years old. That being said, we also believe in Angels. We have experienced help thru such people at the very moments we needed it that could have only been sent to us by Him.

I’m not asking for help in buying us a house. I’m very capable of working and happy to work hard to get us where we need to be. I also did very well in school and think a change of careers is most appropriate at my age having just turned 50. I have decided that my best option is to obtain my real estate license, due to the short amount of time it should take me to earn them. If I do well, work hard, and fast track the classes. It should take me around 4 months. Real estate agents where we live earn not less than $80,000 to $100,000 a year. I can’t imagine how much different our lives can be. I wish I had checked into this alot sooner many years ago after their dad died and I was struggling being a single mom to support us.

So if your reading this and can help me with the tuition cost for classes and obtaining my real estate license, just know that you will be helping us majorly change our lives for the rest of our lives. And in doing so, helping me help ourselves in a long lasting way that will sustain us more comfortably than we have ever experienced. I have dreamed many times of owning a real house. Not that I’m ungrateful for our mobile home. But until now, I thought actually owning a house could never be possible for us. Now I know that it can with a little help and getting my real estate license. I’m determined to get them even if I have to save up for the cost of tuition while struggling. Help me get united with family

Need Help for Rent, Food and Medications for my conditions.

Hello, I hope with all my heart that you are well, wherever you read me.

I am Andres, I am 52 years old and I find myself in a very complicated situation. I have Psoriasis on the skin, Arthritic Psoriasis on the bones and also a diagnosis of Bipolar. It is very difficult for me to be constant in things in everyday life, as a result of the constant pain caused by Psoriasis, which at the moment is untreated, due to lack of work and money. Also because of my constant changes in mood and not seeing a meaning in life, I have tried to find some online work that allows me to at least cover rent and food expenses and maybe have something extra for my medications, which are quite expensive.

I was living in a tent on the beach for 4 months and thanks to the help of some good friends, I was able to get out of that street situation. Those months, due to all the stress I experienced, my physical and mental situation worsened. I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital for 10 days and managed to stabilize.

I was able to do a fairly physical job and I only lasted 4 months, and now I find myself in the situation of having to pay the rent on June 7th and I no longer have money, I only have something left that I use to eat in a very basic way. I have been living for 2 months in a room where at least I have the internet to communicate and I pay U$220. If there is someone out there, with a good heart and who can help me in these super difficult times for me, I would appreciate it with all my heart and I offer them my time and friendship to talk at any time or maybe I can teach Spanish in exchange. And also if you can help me have treatment for my illnesses for a few months.

I think it is the only way for now to be able to move forward and have the desire to continue on this Planet. I don’t have a family, children or partner and at least, no one depends on me or my actions.

Additionally, any contaminated materials had to be safely disposed of to prevent spores from spreading. This critical but unexpected intervention added to the renovation costs but was essential to ensure the safety and well-being of future tenants. Ensuring a mold-free environment is vital to providing safe, healthy living conditions, aligning with the broader goal of offering affordable yet quality housing.

These unforeseen expenses depleted my savings and maxed out my credit cards. As a result, I found myself unable to keep up with mortgage payments, further compounding my financial distress.

Help to sell off assets of a failing business

I am humbly asking for donations up to $15,072 to exit out of a private car rental business to use for the gap between the outstanding car loans and the purchase offers from Car Max, the settlement on outstanding contracts for GPS trackers, costs for touching up the cars, and seller portion of the transfer fees.  I completed a course offered by Rideshare Domination Mentorship.  Their business model was for private owners to rent their cars to Uber and Lyft drivers.  The model was good until Uber realized they could do the same thing by partnering with car rental companies and offering cars at 25% less than private car renters.  If something mechanical happens to the car, the driver just exchanges it for another one with no added cost.  This shift priced many private car rental businesses out of the market.
