Need help with rent and past due utility bills

I really need your help ….. I have been struggling financially for the last 4 years after losing a job with a decent income because of an illness, depression, anxiety and consequent actions that affected my job while I was dealing with symptoms that turned out to be Multiple Sclerosis. It actually took about a year and a half for the correct diagnosis. After losing partial vision in my left eye, my doctor sent me to get an MRI and a Spinal Tap. That got me diagnosed. In the meantime, I’d lost lots of time from work and unfortunately, lost the confidence of the HR department that I could adequately do my job. Before I could even file for FMLA, I was fired. I was denied unemployment for “cause.” My cause was failure to record 180 hours of comp time/overtime, which they deemed to be a fraudulent time report. Total garbage…. They just wanted to get rid of me and move on. I don’t regret working the extra hours to attempt to keep up with my work missed while I was out sick. Customers were counting on me, and I didn’t like letting them down due to my personal problems.

 

Since then, I’ve worked as a temp at a much lower salary and tried to fill in the gap by doing DoorDash and UberEats deliveries every evening after work and every day on the weekends but I am SO tired….and so tired of struggling for years trying to push on, working all day then doing food deliveries until 9 o’clock at night, then it still isn’t enough. It’s so frustrating to be working so hard and still not have enough money to pay for even minor medications like acid reflux, all the way up to medications for asthma, high blood pressure, and the disease modifying medication for MS. Like so many others, I have to decide whether to buy medication, or pay bills.

I am honestly doing my best to dig out of the mountain of financial difficulty. My water was turned off on Wednesday, and I had to spin the “pick-a-sister wheel” to call and ask for help, knowing that they are both also struggling. My electric service was “subject” to disconnection on the May 24th notice. I called them a week ago and was denied a payment arrangement because I did not keep a previous payment arrangement. I’m sure it was one of the times that I just did not have the money and had to pay for something else. I want to call them on Tuesday to see if they will let me pay the bill by the end of the day, by which time I am hoping to get some donations to keep my electricity on. That’s all I know to do. Living like this is really hard on my flesh, even though God says that we can bear it. My car insurance is past due as of May 2th, and I need that to be able to continue to do deliveries.

 

The shortage of funds just snowballed…. The deficit getting bigger and bigger, as I have sometimes had to use my credit cards to pay water, electric, gas for my car, soap, toilet paper, dog food, and groceries. No more charging, though, as they are maxed out.

 

Brief therapy was helpful in taking a look at some things that I could do differently, and it did led me to realize that I will have to move out of my apartment and rent a room from someone until I can get into a better situation where my expenses are lowered so that I can use the money I am earning to pay bills and eliminate debt. Unfortunately, I had to give 60 days’ notice to my landlord, so I’m responsible for continuing to pay $1,200 a month for June and July rent. I sought help with June rent from the Salvation Army, but they could only give me $200 towards my rent, and they can only help me once per year. I can get help with rent or with utilities, but not both. I nearly burst into tears. I decided to take the rent help. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. There are no more hours I can spare away from sleeping in order to make more deliveries.

 

I sought out the help of the food bank for me and my dogs. I am very grateful for receiving that help. I have always been a humble person, but being this destitute is humbling on another level. I am really trying to keep a good perspective on my situation, but it’s just so much to mentally take in. I have no more lifelines to get any help and am at the end of the line with no more moves to make except to come here for help.

If you would please, please, please help me raise about $4,000, I could catch up my past due electric bill, water bill, car insurance, remainder of June rent, July rent, and pay the deposit to get moved out of my apartment and into a rented room. I would be eternally grateful for any help from kindhearted people here. Any donation…..big or small would be a blessing so that I can continue to make deliveries to earn money by working for it ….. Financial assistant for double degree abroad

Hello my name is Owen Yapo.

Living paycheck to paycheck and about to sink

I feel sickened to be at the point to have to ask for help but I don’t know what else to do.

$2000 would change my life. I work in the medical field but have been living paycheck to paycheck. I’ve exhausted all other avenues. Extra shifts, overtime, payday loans and had to use credit cards with high interest rates as a crutch just to get gas and groceries. It’s slowly catching up and now the walls feel like they are caving in on me.  When I got paid on Friday, and checked my account balance and it was negative I knew I was in big time trouble. I feel like I can still reverse it.  I want to be able to be able to pay my debts instead of turning to bankruptcy. I’m so close to being able to do it, I just need a little bit of help to get my head back above water.

I need help keeping gas in my car to get to my job. I work in a clinical oncology laboratory. If I can get back to the point where my whole paycheck isn’t spoken for from pay day loans and I can own my money again it would change my life forever.

I can’t Stand the pain anymore :( I need a urgent Surgery

I am a petite woman with a small bone structure. My breasts are unreasonably large. My whole life I’ve had trauma, but I’ve never had physical pain like now. 
I never had the money to have surgery, I work a lot, but everything in my house/family is on me. I even managed to get the money together to have surgery, and then my son got sick, he was in the hospital for a week, we don’t have health insurance, I spent everything on the hospital and now the continuation of treatment (major depressive disorder). The medicines that he is taking are expensive. 
I’m feeling terrible pain in my spine, I’ve had tests and the problem is the size of my breasts… I can’t stand the pain anymore, I work as a cleaner, I use my arms, the work is heavy, when the end of the day comes, all I can do is cry from the unbearable pain in my back, and physiotherapy doesn’t solve it, only by having a reduction surgery.
I need $30,000, this is for the surgery, surgeon’s fees, hospital or surgical facility fees, anesthesia fees, post-operative garments, and any necessary medication or medical tests. the pre-op exams, mammogram required before surgery and paying rent and some expenses while I recover. the Doctor said I need 2 months without pushing too hard, so I will have to work a lot less.

76 BULLET HOLES TO THE BODY

My name is Monteria Robinson and I’m the mother of Jamarion Robinson. Who was Jamarion Robinson? At the time of his death, he was a student athlete at Tuskegee University where he majored in Political Science. Jamarion Robinson was a former student athlete at Clark Atlanta University where he was recognized as Freshman Player of the year on the CAU Football Team in 2008-2009. Jamarion was 26 years old at time of death.

In December 2015, Jamarion was diagnosed with schizophrenia/paranoid, as a result of this, my family rallied around him, supported him, and continued to pour our love into him. Like anyone with Mental Health Issues, Jamarion had his battles. He never gave up on his dreams and he inspired all those around him.

On August 5, 2016, Jamarion Robinson was murdered by a Taskforce comprised of U.S. Marshals and other agencies around the surrounding counties of Atlanta, GA. This execution took place in Eastpoint, GA. My son was visiting one his friend’s home when 17 rouge officers battled rammed her door open and starting shooting at my son. He was shot 59 times and has a total of 76 bullet holes to his body which are the entry and exit wounds and and over 100 shots were fired at him.

Yes, you heard me 76 bullets holes in his body and over 100 shots fired at him, after the first 60 shots were fired, a flash grenade was thrown at him, landed on his body burning him. Jamarion stood at only 5’6” and weighed about 150 pounds. We also know that a second flash grenade was thrown into the apartment unit, as well. After shooting him over 50 times, he was then handcuffed and drugged down a flight of stairs. His lifeless body was dropped in the living room of his friend’s apartment where he laid there for the next 8 hours. No medical aid was rendered to Jamarion nor was an ambulance called.

Jamarion was shot 6 times in the palm of his right hand and 5 times in the palm of his left hand. He was shot all down his arms, his torso, his thighs, his groin, rectum, his sheens, his feet.

 

The officers who killed my son was indicted on 15 counts on October 26, 2021. The charges are as follows: 2 counts of Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, Burglary, 2 Counts False Statements and 2 Counts Violation of Oath by a public officer. You can Google a USA article entitled “Federal Marshal Indicted on Felony Murder Charge in 2016 Death of Black Georgia Man shot 59 times.”

Here I am now and it’s 2024, with still No Justice, No Conviction, No Nothing. I’m still running back and forth to court and it’s depleting me. As you can imagine, I don’t sleep at night. This case has exhausted me both mentally, financially, physically, and emotionally. I’m not sure how much longer I can go on like this. I can’t get or keep a job because I’m fighting the Federal government. My son had 76 Bullet Holes to his body. Who can function after all of this? It’s so much! It’s so hard for me to even work and pretend as though I’m happy when I’m melting internally.

I’m going through a financial hardship at the moment and my anxiety is very HIGH right now. My case never made world news or national news due to control of media, so I’m blocked, my story will never reach the massive.  I’m asking for a donation to assist me through my difficult time. Medical bills/Car/Place to live

So in October 2023  I went to hospital for chest pains I had through the night. Conclusion was that I had an heart attack. I had to be transported to a different hospital that specializes with the heart. They were going to go in and put a stint. Well about two weeks later I woke up from being in a coma from complications and found out they did double bypass surgery. It was a tough two more weeks in hospital for recovery. I meet lots of cardiologists, but not one that did my surgery. Finally the cardiologist crew came in and told me that my cardiologist had past away. So I had gained a cardiologist and lost an cardiologist at the same time. I finally got to come home from hospital just in time for thanksgiving. It was great to be back with family. I live with my mom and kinda help out with the stuff she can’t do. 3 days after thanksgiving my mom was rushed to hospital. She suffered a heart attack too. They transported her to the hospital that I was just at. My mom is 82 years old and not in the greatest health. The cardiologist wanted to do a procedure on her, but her body was just not strong enough for it. My came back home on hospice. During the day had at home nurse watch her Monday, Thursday, Friday. My sister did Tuesday and Wednesdays. My sister is a nurse too. I did mom duties from M-F 5:30pm-7:45am and all day and night on Saturday and Sundays. It was a tough time my mom in wheelchair now and me in recovery. This went on till my mom finally couldn’t go on anymore. So on April 25, 2024 my mom passed on. With all this wasn’t a very good end of 2023 and beginning of 2024. I really never thought I would be in this position, but here I am. I had no health insurance so my hospital bills were so much I drained all my 401k that I could to help. Got some help from the state, which took forever. Ended up finally getting health insurance which is helping with stuff now. With all this said and done still way behind in paying medical bills. My car is a 2011 ford Taurus with 150,000 miles on it. The Taurus has issues was planning on getting better one, but hospital put an end to that. Now on to my living situation My mom did an reverse mortgage on house without telling anyone and money she had in an annuity is all gone. My sister is the power of attorney. As of right now waiting on stuff, but I need to be out of house by six months from date my mom passed away. With everything that has happened I’m working check to check. Credit isn’t that great, but no money to put on a house or put on deposit on apartment. Which on waiting list were I live because no open apartments. I never ever have asked for help like this before, I’ve done all the procedures through state. Hoping I can get any help on paying hospital and medical bills. Disabled older woman needs weekly help with household chores

I am requesting financial help so I can get weekly assistance with my household chores. Due to my current work schedule and other personal commitments, I find it increasingly challenging to manage all household tasks on my own.

As a Retail Sales Clerk, I work extensive hours, which leaves me with limited time and energy to maintain my home. Emergency help please
