URGENT – EVICTION PENDING

Hello. I am desperate and I am scared. My family is at risk of being evicted next week, Nov. 4th if we can’t come up with $5,800. During the pandemic my husband lost his job and I lost mine right before it started. Our landlord didn’t want to apply for the local grant to help pay rent for those in need because “he didn’t want to do the paperwork”. Needless to say, we ended up 7 months behind in rent. We both found jobs and have been working to catch up. We were almost completely caught up until my husband lost his job in May for reporting safety issues. That set us back again. We are now only 2.5 months behind in rent but our landlord said he will not give us any more time. If we get evicted we have nowhere to go. My only relative that lived in Texas with us passed away 2 years ago. Our daughter graduates college in December and this is a terrible way to end her school year. We are desperate and need help. Please. Anything you can give is appreciated.

SENIOR IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE HELP ONE TIME

I am a senior and going through a common struggle. Turned 65 1.5 years ago during unemployment and companies shy away from hiring one who is too old to start a new dedicated career and will probably retire soon anyway. In the interim, I have struggled to make ends meet with inflation and part time work hours. I accepted a very physical job in February, and got injured. As we all know, insurance company doctors will likely favor the insurance company, who said this was a previous injury, (it is NOT), but they cut off treatment and compensation without warning 10 days ago. My rent and car payment is due in a couple of days, among other necessities and I am worried about getting behind.  I have job applications out there and know I’ll be okay eventually, but help from those who can afford to help would be greatly and heartfelt appreciated. I am a giver myself and do what I can when I can. I thank you very much for your kindness.   My link is :  paypal.me/judie511

Senior Citizen Who Gave Help to Others Now Needs Help

My son is the Pastor of a faith-based recovery and restoration, IRS approved non-profit ministry, to help ex addicts with a 9-month program to help them have a better life after they graduate and be a productive member of normal societal living. The ministry, which started in January 2021, also accepts homeless individuals or any individual experiencing some life crisis situation.

My wife and I helped with the initial finances needed to purchase the first property. That is now our women’s home. We added another home for men in July 2022. My wife passed away in October 2021. I continued to help the ministry with expenses when donations were very limited. This came from utilizing all the profit I made from selling my house. I continued to help over time by using my credit cards, which have now accumulated over $65,000 in debt. The ministry has paid back some of the original debt and has made payments to me when finances were available, but that has been sporadic.

I was forced to retire from the company I worked for after 30 years (their long term policy.) I am 66 years old and now I just have my social security income to live on. I volunteer as the business administrator for the ministry ever since we opened. The ministry simply can’t afford to pay me a wage. But that doesn’t make sense anyway when they owe me for all the income I have put into the ministry and the expenses I have paid through my own income and credit card debt since the ministry opened. I do not regret any expense I have helped to pay and really I don’t care whether or not all I have spent is paid back. I just would like to see my credit card debt eliminated. The rest doesn’t matter to me.

My total minimum payments on credit card debt now exceed my social security income by several hundred dollars. I don’t know how to get out of debt at this rate. My credit score and rating (that was once very high) is now shattered, so I can’t get any loans to consolidate my debt. I just feel at a loss how to reduce the debt. I can’t even afford bankruptcy. Every social security payment gets ate away trying to pay the credit cards. The majority of charges on my credit cards were for the ministry. And a little spent on my own personal expenses just trying to survive.

The ministry can house 22 women and 32 men. The ongoing expenses of the ministry make it very difficult at times to meet all the ministry expenses, so paying me back just cannot be the highest priority. But I don’t need a lot to live on anyway. I live in a tiny home on the property and  I am quite happy and content in this kind of setting the rest of my life. But I do not want to pass from this life with all this debt and add another burden to my son or the ministry.

Anything you are able to help me with to reduce and eventually eliminate the $65,000 debt would be greatly appreciated. This is very stressful and tearing me apart inside. I have always lived very responsible and always paid any debt in a timely manner and had very good credit. It seems that will never be the case again. Helping me with any amount is also helping the ministry and all those we are able to help that benefit from our program… past, current, and future residents in the program. We have had many success stories.

Thank you in advance and no matter what you can do, please know I will be extremely grateful and will also keep you in my prayers.

Financial Hardship

Hi, I am a 31 year old transgender man who is, sadly, in needing of assistance. I am a caretaker for my best friend who is disabled. I am able to get paid for doing this but my pay is basically peanuts and I am currently not fit to work outside home right now. We are barely making rent as it is with only my pay and numerous health issues prevent my friend from completing their SSI application at the moment, even worse now that winter is nearly and the weather has been keeping them bedbound. Due to a lot of financial reasons and decisions, I am now unfortunately also indebted over $1,500 in credit debt, layers of bills, and paying for later plans that I sadly cannot cover at the moment.

All of this was done to aquire food, pet supplies, medicine, and toiletries, etc. that we unfortunately have to try and stretch out due as my pay is never enough to cover much. I have sincerly tried my hardest to keep on top of everything but I am currently at the end of my rope with trying to make ends meet. If anyone would be kind enough to donate, I would appreciate it greatly. I won’t let that kindness go to waste.

Recaudacion para continuar luchando

Need mortgage help

Hello. My name is Angela and my family needs help bringing our mortgage current. To bring it current is $6011. If I could just get enough to cover this months payment it is $2051. We’ve lived in our house almost 27 years and have raised three great kids here. We’ve been married 31 years. I truly don’t want to lose our home. We’re in an area where our property taxes have increased significantly and we were keeping up but then everything has gone up in price such as food, insurance,  and all necessities. I know everyone is struggling.  If I can get the help we need I have no problem paying it forward. Thank you for reading.

Just a little Faith

Really hard to start out this paragraph. I was stuck for 5 minutes trying to begin typing this up . But there’s nothing better than honesty. I believe honesty gets us through a lot .
Helps you connect and meet people and gives you a chance to let others know who you really are. It is my first time using this website. But I definitely hope it’s last. I don’t like being in a bad situation. And always try to keep pushing through. But as of right now I am going through a rough time in my life . Which I know will get better . I work everyday. I just feel like i haven’t been very smart with the money I have left over after bills and rent.
I am now coming on here for a bit help. I work in mobile detailing (mobile carwash) and at a carwash here in the area in the afternoons. But some how always end up working check to check . Don’t have much left over . Now I know i should have maybe went on to college after highschool. To maybe just maybe get a better paying job. But after I started realizing I was just working and working. And put it off. Now I don’t blame my job . For I am thankful that I at least have one and have mastered what I love to do.
which is wash cars and not only that . But helping  customers enhance the appearance of their vehicles. I have big dreams and hopes in this career. I dream of one day opening and having a carwash of my own.
There’s a lot more to just (car wash) you meet and learn so much from others. I just haven’t been up to my best. Haven’t been honest and fair with my own self. Which is why I’m in this situation now.
i will use any help I receive for a positive outcome . For myself pay bills . And my rent which I am behind. Wish I could keep going on with what I have to say. Which is weird because I never open up to anyone about anything. And I feel like I am here doing just that. And maybe I need to change that about me and just ask for help once in a while .
I appreciate anything and everything

thanks and god bless

My heart breaks…

Hi. My name is Joan. I am here because of my mom. She is 86 years old. She doesn’t have any insurance whatsoever and my husband and I don’t have the funds for the hip replacement operation my mom needs. My mom and me are from another country that misdiagnosed her last year. She fell in the shower.

My mom is an amputee right leg to the knee. She also is a diabetic.

May 2023 her bathroom chair broke under her and she fell straight on the stump. She was taken to the hospital. The doctor that diagnosed her over there said that she was “only” hurt and will suffer pain for some time and gave her pain ointment and pills for the pain.

More than 1 year has gone by and she cries every day with pain. I have gone to the pharmacy and bought all kinds of pain meds but nothing works.

I am the sole care giver and child she has and it breaks my heart every time I see and hear her cry.

Two weeks ago she needed to be transported to the hospital because her blood sugar went way too low and the doctor there had the imaging nurses take a closer look of the stump and back/hip and she was the first doctor that saw that her hip had been broken but it healed in the wrong way causing the daily pain and that mom needs a hip replacement.

I humbly beg for help to help us pay for the hip replacement. Whatever anyone can spare is greatly appreciated even prayer is more than welcome.

My mom’s name is Olivia.

We thank you for reading our plight.

God bless you.

Seeking Support for My Family During a Challenging Time

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out today as a father of three, deeply committed to my family but facing some serious challenges that have made it hard to keep up. We’re a family of five, and my wife and I are doing everything we can to provide for our kids and create a stable life, but we’re at a point where we need some extra support.

A few years ago, I left a secure job for a new opportunity, only to lose it due to unexpected economic changes. I’ve since returned to work, but I’m also dealing with cancer, which limits my ability to take on more to make ends meet. My wife, who lost her job when the pandemic forced her company to close its retail stores, has also been trying to find stable employment.

Our three kids are doing great in school and keep us so proud. Our teenager, is passionate about football, but a recent ACL tear has put him on the sidelines for a while. Our middle school daughter loves dance and aerobics , and our baby boy is just as dedicated to football and wrestling. We want to keep supporting them in their passions and education, but it’s been tough to stay afloat.

Despite managing to pay down some debt, our financial situation has been overwhelming, especially as we’re facing over $52,000 in debt. We’ve done our best to keep our credit healthy, never missing a payment, but with one of our cars breaking down, it’s become nearly impossible to manage daily commutes to work and activities for our kids. To make matters harder, our home is in urgent need of repairs, including our HVAC system and a collapsing kitchen structure.

We’re reaching out for help to try and keep our family stable through these difficulties. Any assistance, advice, or support would mean the world to us. Thank you for reading our story and for any help you can provide.

General Assistance

Good evening to everyone,

I am a 47 year old divorce woman with 2 adult children. An beautiful autistic son and and a beautiful daughter.  I divorced about 6 years ago and was laid off about 2 months ago after employed at the dame company for 6 years. I started looking for work immediately after my layoff. I have also been to interviews and am told that I’m either over qualified or I am needing to provide proof of a completed bachelors degree and it had been overwhelming. I am trying to complete my bachelors and have not been able to due to the fact that I have exhausted my financial aid and have to pay out of pocket. I only have 8 classes left to finish but it has been very hard, for I have to work to pay my mortgage, bills and help my daughter with college ( I really don’t want her to quite school to help me pay bills) My daughter is also going through some health issues regarding her kidneys and is in and out of the hospital the majority of the times. In regards to my autistic son, I have also been trying to find a remote position so its easier for me to be at home more often. I’ve been surviving of  my savings but  that is running out and so is my time. We are starting a new month in a few days and I don’t know what to do.

I came across this site and decided to give this a chance, so here I am requesting help to be able to pay bills. I’m a responsible person, hard working and definitely want to get ahead for me and my children’s future. I don’t tend ask for help in any way. I always try to resolve my own problems but I sincerely don’t want to loose my home and I truly need help to get ahead. Meaning, Pay off my student loans, pay of my bills maybe purchase a better transportation and simply just thrive.

I ask of you to please help in anyway possible, every bit helps and it will be truly appreciated.

My promise to all is that I WILL NEVER FORGET AND I WILL PAY IT FORWARD!

Thank you all.

God Send Me An Angel…

October 28, 2024

(I created the word Passionoy, because I’m full of passion for life and the Joy of God lives in me, “Passionoy, passion + joy”

Dear God send me an Angel,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Angela, and I am reaching out today in a genuine and humble request for assistance. I’m a 51-year-old single mother of three wonderful children—my 16-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son who live with me, and an older child who is on their own. Life recently took me from my hometown of Wayne, Michigan, to Cary, North Carolina, in pursuit of what I hoped would be a lasting and committed relationship. I planned and saved for a year-long move, preparing to transition into a life where I believed my partner and I, along with my children, would begin a new chapter together.

Unfortunately, things didn’t unfold as I had envisioned. As we reached the end of that year, my partner expressed that he wasn’t ready for us to fully integrate our lives and suggested we needed more time apart to continue developing our relationship. While I understand his perspective, I had not financially prepared to continue supporting myself and my children on my own past that initial year. My boyfriend had been helping me financially, but in August, he lost his job and is currently unemployed, making it impossible for him to assist at this time. Despite my best efforts, I now find myself struggling to keep up with bills, and the weight of these responsibilities has grown heavier with each passing month.

I have always been someone who is used to taking care of others. For the past 17 years, I have worked consistently, building a stable life for my children and supporting my loved ones. I am my father’s only child, and he is currently in a nursing home where I oversee all of his affairs. I also care for my godmother back in Michigan, who is 84 years old, managing her finances and ensuring she has what she needs, and I support my mother as much as I can. My life has always revolved around helping and caring for others, giving my heart and energy to bless those around me. It feels unusual for me to be reaching out for help, but this time, I am in need of a helping hand.

Due to an unexpected turn in my health, I had to take a medical leave from work on September 23, 2024. I am currently on salary continuation leave, which is dependent on my health and when I am able to return to work. I can provide verification of my 17-year tenure with my employer, as well as documentation of my current medical leave. My leasing office is aware of my situation and has offered to verify my residency and payment history.

In June 2023, I signed a lease on our apartment, believing it was a step toward stability. I managed to stay on top of my rent until October of this year, but the costs have added up quickly. My October rent, now late with additional fees, is $2,700, and November’s rent of $2,500 is now due. I am hoping to secure some form of assistance to cover October, November, and, if possible, December’s rent to prevent the looming threat of eviction and give my children and me some much-needed stability.

I am a woman of faith, deeply committed to helping others and to finding purpose even in life’s setbacks. While I’m unable to work due to my medical condition, I’ve dedicated myself to creating two YouTube channels that share lessons and encouragement, offering others insights drawn from my own journey. My desire is to help others find strength, hope, and growth through every trial.

If there is any way you could assist me during this difficult time, it would be a blessing beyond words. I am simply seeking the chance to overcome this setback and find stability for myself and my children. Your kindness and support could make an incredible difference, helping me to hold on to our home and to continue building a better future for us all.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Any help you can provide would mean the world to us.

With gratitude and hope, and thank you in advance for the consideration!

Angela

Retired Disabled Vietnam Era Veteran Needs Help

I am 75 yo a terminally ill Vietnam Era Veteran.  I have worked most of my life.  At 13 I mowed lawns for different businesses.  At 16 I worked after school in a factory.  At 19 I enlisted in the USAF and served 4 yrs.  I worked my way from the bottom to the manager of different retail stores.  I lost my son to a bicycle accident, after my initial mourning, I turned to helping troubled youths, in his memory.  I assisted around 20 youths, however only 6 actually accepted the help and went on to a profitable career.  At 43 yrs old I became terminally ill, however I did continue to work different off jobs even through today.  Now at 75 yo I’m not able to do very much work, but I still try.  I have never used any social services or government ran services in my life.  I humbly come to you asking for any assistance you can help me with.  My debts are all current, at approximately $43,000 owed.  But there is very little left for any basic things or pleasure able things I would love to do during my last few years, all depending on when the inevitable time does occur.  Thanking you in advance for any assistance you can do.  God bless

Help with turning animal hoarding nightmare into safe sanctuary

Hi! – I’m reaching out to those who have a big heart and huge love for animals and their wellbeing to consider helping move a cause forward. My immediate need is for financial support to help with feeding and supplies for sanctuary cats who are mostly unadoptable and in my care.  This is while I continue to work on the second goal which is to move my efforts forward to building a permanent sanctuary for these animals. Their current feeding cost is just under $925 per month.  Litter is another $120 per month.  Additional medical and other is beyond that cost.  I have been carrying this cost load for about 3 ½ years solely out of my own pocket.  This has put GIANT hole in what savings I had before all of this.

An older gentleman who found himself in a hoarding situation 3 ½ years ago needed assistance with cats and dogs on his property that had gotten overpopulated (50 in total). Nobody else was helping so I stepped in.  The additional challenge was this was during COVID aftermath; a time when people had lost their jobs and incomes, moving out of homes and taking their pets to shelters or worse, dumping them, leaving animals to fend for themselves.  Shelters and rescue groups were already over capacity, and I could find almost no help.  It took me 8 months of trapping, spaying, neutering and vaccinating as well as rehabilitating many of them back to health, physically and emotionally.  Several were placed elsewhere, and I am now down to 25 cats still in my care that are seniors, unadoptable due to either PTSD, or other ongoing medical issues that had resulted from the previous hoarding environment.  I am DETERMINED to make sure these animals continue to know they are loved and well cared for during their remaining years as they have been through a lot already.

Up to this point, I have had no volunteers or financial help, and this has been a solo operation.  I am now looking for some agricultural tax status acreage with a metal building where I can create a better sanctuary environment where they have plenty of room to enjoy their lives.  This has been a long hard go but the joy every day of seeing these creatures know they are loved and safe is priceless for me. I will be able to look back on life and say yes, I did something when I could have just ignored it.  Because I didn’t many lived were saved.

There is a sanctuary called Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary which I am not affiliated with,  located in Faribault, MN. I have plans to do a sanctuary modeled after their facility on a similar and smaller scale.  I am currently eyeing a property in the north Texas area that fits the animals’ needs which is  selling for 109K as well as scouting other places.  I am not financially resourced yet after this rescue project has eaten up most of my finances but maybe others who are and want to see these animals thrive can help.

So, in addition to the need for help on the immediate goal of financial support with monthly food costs, I would ask anyone who has this on their heart and either knows of property, wants to donate ag property or help move this forward for these cats to acquire a space, please reach out to me.  If the property works for what they need, I am willing to relocate to another area.

I must be honest, I’m also tired and ready for a little bit of rest and to enjoy life a little more again. My whole world, finances and time spent has been wrapped up the last few years in sacrificing for these animals and their wellbeing.  I kind of want to get back to me a little bit now too and have some balance again.  Getting them set up permanently will help me get a little rest.

Love and joy to you all  – L

She hasn’t been able to get a job since August. I’m very worried because she’s a hard-working woman and she’s a little depressed. I can’t handle all the expenses alone. Can I help pay for the house, car, etc.? Help me with whatever you can. My family and I will be very grateful.
