My boyfriend & I are going through a custody battle for his 2 children, the final court date is on Jan 13th & he has to drive 11 hours to a different state to the court hearing. He just got into a car accident last week, & he needs a new rim, rotors, brakes & axle. The total cost to fix his car would be around $2,000 with labor & taxes, & the cost for gas to get to the courthouse & back home is roughly $500. The judge also wants him to pay off his lawyer or else the kids will go to foster care. The remaining fee is $1,200. We’ve tried getting loans to pay for this because we don’t have much time, but neither of us have good enough credit to take out a loan that equals what we need, & now the car accident has set us back, too. In order to get the car repaired on time, we’d need the money no later than Jan 7th or 8th. Someone please help us, these kids mean everything to us & we don’t want them to go back to the abusive mother or foster care, we can afford to take care of them, but the lawyer is taking up a lot of our finances to get the kids back.

My Husband age 57 worked his whole life since he was 12 to be exact. We have 2 beautiful daughters ages 5 and 6. My Husband and I have been married 10 years now. Robby my Husband has been the sole provider for our little family he got up day after day year after year for 8 of the 10 years we have been married and he did so without complaint because working is all he knows. Robby my Husband is very much a country boy and was raised up in  the Country fashion what I mean is he was raised with the belief that it is the job and responsibility of the man of the house to provide for his family and the wife to stay at home and raise the kid’s take care of the house. I of course was all in because I was also raised with the same beliefs. 2 years ago Robby got really sick and had to go to the hospital from there he was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, Graves disease and diabetes forcing him to go on the disabled list. This was deviating to our family financially. We have lost everything and we now squat on property that isn’t ours in our camper trailer with our 2 daughters and we are being harassed daily. We have no credit, no family or friends to get help from. Not a dime left in savings. The disability check we receive once a month barely pays for the gas we buy daily for the generator to keep our girls out of the dark and worm. We need help we desperately need a place to call home.
