To all whom it may concern.  I am a male that does life insurance for the past 5 years. It is a wonderful  career field. It also has some downsides as well. For an example: if i write someone a policy, and they cancel their policy, i get what we call a “Charge Back.” Meaning i have to pay that money back. Im requesting $142,857.14. Heres why. I drive 1hr 33 mins to and from work. NOT because I have to but because I choose too.  The owner of this agency ask me if I mind going to his other office to help it grow. I said yes. He sent me $500 for gas n i went. (All agents that were under me before I left I lost them and had to start over once I got to the new location) My quality was bad so I wasn’t getting my full pay for 4 months prior.  He understood it. The problem i ran into was starting over. Being 1099 strictly commission can be scary. As part of his management team of 7. We were all told by him that if as an whole agency we write $4 million in business, he would split his bonus among us 7. (Which is $1 million which he sent all of us 7 managers to prove what he gets). Well we all found out that we hit $4 million  2 months before. But noone  never ask for there money because the owner said we didn’t hit our goal.  Now there’s nothing I can do as an agent because this money is his personal money not the company we work under. I fell like for a person who gave up their lively hood to drive almost 2hrs to a new location to help it grow. It shows dedication.  It show that i love my career. BUT the way the insurance rules are writing bad quality can put you out of business. You can’t control people paying their monthly premiums.  If you dont stay for 10 years you will have to pay all those chargeback back.(Not mentioning my car need tires, tune up, oil change etc. I dont have health insurance so i have to pay out of pocket,…etc.) I have put about 160,000 miles on my car driving back n forth and surrounding areas.  I will need a new car soon. Hello everyone, I never asked for any help even if I’m down to my last dollar, but I decided to give this a try. Since 2010 life has been miserable for me and my mom. So bad I had to leave the military to stay by my mom because my baby brother was setup on a robbery and was killed one block from where we stay. I was stationed at fort sill Oklahoma at the time and was going on a deployment which my commander took me off of. Ever since finding work was hard because I had to deal with the civilian life again.
I went to college to obtain a degree on I.T and everything went well till 2016 when I got stage 4 liver disease. Ever since till today I take multiple medications to keep me alive pretty much. I had to sell my car just to help her out. But we never go anywhere ever since my brother passed. I hate having to watch my back every where I go. The crime has been getting worse, rent going out the window, inflation affecting everyone.
my mom is 78 and my dream is to have a nice house where she can go to the yard and actually feel like she’s free and my stress will stabilize and never look back at this place. To be honest I do know how much I need for a decent home since I’ve been in nyc all my life.  I would love to live in Texas or Florida or even in the country. Hello my name is Omar, I am a young entrepreneur I am barber and I have a 2nd job, things have always been pretty difficult for me financially but just recently it got much harder. I am from Brooklyn, NY and just moved to Georgia randomly because of a job I received at the airport and was looking for a change in environment being that living in NYC is very expensive and figured that moving elsewhere would be a little bit different. I just want to start off by saying thank you to whom ever reads this and reaches out to me and believing my cry for help.

I am in desperate need of my own place and a reliable car to get me to and from work. I do work full time. I had a 2002 Nissan X-Terra 4wd which was in pretty bad shape. I had no heat or air and had 3 major oil leaks amongst other dire repairs that I just couldn’t afford. I live in Oregon and if anyone knows about Oregon or the PNW knows it rains a lot here and recently started snowing. So my uncle tried to help and put in a new heater core for me so I can obviously be warm and defrost my windshield, some how after he was done putting in the heater core my car won’t start or even turn over. He troubleshooted for hours on what the issue could be and with no luck couldn’t figure out why my car wouldn’t start. So needless to say I now have no car to get to and from work. I do have a valid driver’s license. My mom let’s me use hers when she can. I work grace yard so not to many people are up around the time I leave for work.

I just started my job 2 weeks ago. I’ve been on social security disability for 7 years prior. This job is extremely important to me. I don’t want to lose it. I need help with a down payment on a car. Not brand new, something used is perfectly fine as long as it’s reliable and eco friendly and somewhat good on gas beings gas prices keep fluctuating.

Then on top of that my current living situation isn’t the best. I am looking to get out of my current living situation ASAP. It’s a very controlling and verbally abusive situation which is really bringing me down and to be honest making me extremely depressed. Hello there everyone, my name Marshall Chatmon, a 60 year old from Westchester county.  I am a TLC Uber  driver in New York City. But in reality I am a out of work Uber driver because of the dire and embarrassing situation that I am now facing.  You have to have a TLC driver’s license and a TLC plated vehicle in order to drive Uber in the 5 boroughs of NYC.  TLC is a New York City agency that regulates all the rideshare companies, limousine companies, green and yellow taxis.  I am behind on bills and unable to go back to work until I can resolve this issue.  The circumstance has triggered a dire and embarrassing dominos effect.  Can someone please help me get back on the road and on track.  My contact PayPal.Me/marshallchatmon.  This is the reason for asking for help today.  The vehicle I use for Uber is a 2013 ford expedition.  I have wasted so much time and money trying to fix a check engine light on this vehicle.  I have had so much engine work done, replaced the catalytic converter, 02 sensors, water pump, head gasket, spark plugs and more.  I say all that to say what exactly.  TLC has a very thorough and rigorous inspection procedure, whereby you have to take your vehicle to one of their facilities, then one of their agent take possession of your vehicle, drive it like mad man, to make sure it’s safe of course, hook it up to a computer, drive it over a hole in the floor, with someone in the hole with a flashlight.  I Just need something newer then what I have, something safe and reliable and can pass the TLC inspection. If you do not pass the TLC inspection they will not let you work.  Please Help.
