I have been struggling with this illness , which has placed me on disability unable to live alone anymore.

My daughter Madelyn is the most amazing person I know she has changed her life plan to be here to care for me,. and not for one second would she have it any other way . She’s my rock, my reason to keep going, shes my best friend !!

Her soon to be husband proposed to her Christmas Day a moment that should have been one of her happiest, and it was! They’re so in love, hes a true sweetheart.

Yet, .. I see the worry in her eyes, I feel the financial burden, and wish I wasn’t part of it.

He wants to get married in April before he is stationed in Tennessee, and I truly don’t think he sees how much this means to her, she has been scrap booking this day since she was a little girl.

I just want to give it to her so much. She deserves it.

I lived such a normal life! I had a great job I loved , lived in a nice home, was able to enjoy summer vacations, church lunches, holiday parties.

Just like that one day it was all gone! So many things I took for granted. Simple things, if I could send a message it would be … take that extra minute to appreciate life. Slow down, soak it all in, spend time together.  Memories are the only thing left in the end .

So I guess I’m on this site to ask for help to give my daughter her day just the way she dreamed it would be.  Thank you for listening.

After years of building my career and  financial success, I thought I had found the perfect parter, I found out several years later I was wrong. From beginning to end I gave my all and learned a valuable lesson. I took on the financial weight for my partners while they started their business and never went to work, I put time and energy and money, into remodeling, opening, working in the business while also working and trying to build my career. I tried to give her everything she wanted and gave her everything she needed for not only her dreams but in life as a whole. My family of five, have made this 104-year-old house our cherished home, but it is in dire need of some much-needed improvements. With three children and both parents working hard to make ends meet, we are seeking financial assistance to install insulation and new windows.    

  Unfortunately, our house lacks proper insulation, and the outdated windows allow cold air to seep in during winter and warm air to escape during the summer. These conditions not only make our home uncomfortable, our energy bill skyrockets.    

Living in a poorly insulated house affects our entire family. The extreme temperatures make it challenging for our children to concentrate on their studies or get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the constant drafts and discomfort pose health risks, especially for our youngest child, who suffers from asthma. By improving our home’s insulation and windows, we can provide a healthier and more conducive environment for our children’s growth and development.

In 2003 I was divorced due to a drug dependency. After being clean from drugs for a year and 1/2 also being employed at a stamping plant. My life changed in 2005 when I was involved in a single vehicle rollover accident caused by a mechanical failure. I broke my neck in two places and halfway severed my spine. Which caused me to be “an incomplete spinal cord quadriplegic”. I don’t remember anything about the car accident or what I did for the whole day! I woke up in the hospital and asked the attendant “where am I and what happened to me?”. He told me I was in a car accident and I am paralyzed. I couldn’t feel or move anything below my shoulders. Where I could feel the pain in my neck and head was so intense they gave me all the Percocet, Darvocet, OxyContin and any other kind of pain reliever that my body could handle. With my addictive personality I was blessed not to become opiate dependent.I was completely overwhelmed and devastated by this information. I thought “What was the rest of my life going to be like?. After a week of speaking with doctors about my prognosis, I spent the next three months in a physical and occupational rehabilitation Hospital. I was like a newborn baby, I couldn’t do anything for myself! At this time my humbleness and modesty went right out the window! For the first month of my recovery session I struggled with major depression. I also had intense migraine headaches twenty three hours a day, seven days a week. The doctors gave me a CAT scan for seven days in a row. Through that whole week of testing they found no change. They had absolutely no idea what was causing the migraines. The one thing they did know was that I did not suffer a traumatic brain injury. The only thing that relieved the migraines was an intense hour long head and neck massage! Then one day I woke up and I didn’t have a migraine. In the 18 years since (nock on wood) I barely even have a minor headache! The doctors never said “you’ll never walk again!” Through hard work and determination and having compassionate caring therapist, every day and every week for 12 weeks I slowly progressed. Being able to exercise my arms and legs. Learning how to feed myself. Learning how to maneuver myself on the bed and dress myself, sit up by myself and transfer myself from the bed to my manual wheelchair. The doctors and therapists were amazed at my rehabilitation. With the location of my injury I should have been paralyzed from my chest down to my feet. But for some unknown reason I had feeling and sensation throughout my whole body! The doctors also had no answer for my situation. In just 16 weeks of rehab I was well enough to go back to my hometown and live by myself. I was able to cook, clean, dress myself, take showers and slowly came to grips with my situation. For 2 1/2 years after my accident with continuous physical and occupational therapy I lived what I considered a pretty normal single life with limited ability. I enrolled and completed one year of college education. I was able to maneuver into cars, I was able to take the city bus. I was getting used to my life. Then one Thursday night my life changed again! I went to sleep as usual Friday morning when I woke up I was completely paralyzed from the waist down. For the next 10 years my paralysis had risen from my waist to my chest. That is where I should of been paralyzed from day one! I am blessed to have had what I had when I had it. I have had to need healthcare aids for everything I do now. 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Now I have very limited ability and freedom to go anywhere at any time. I would love to be spontaneous again! Owning a wheelchair accessible van would enable me to do that!

I am trying to get funding to have Rods and Reels not fish. I have applied to get loans from every place i could to try and get funding and I have ben denied at every front. I was a truck driver OTR (Over The Road) for 3 years during the pandemic until i could not bare being away from my family for 3 months at a time any more. I have watched what is happening to my fellow truck drivers with people slamming on the brakes in front of us causing a wreck to collect a check. Which puts us out of a job and the company pays out to keep it from hitting their insurance. 2023 I have went back and earned my GED with college credits, I earned my license for my AZ life and health insurance producers license, all to no avail. What i am trying to do now is a proven tried and true way to help people while also helping yourself financialy.                                                                       My goal is to raise $35,000 to purchase 8 used vehicles that are less than 16 years of age and under 120,000 miles to lease out for people to work for uber and lyft, while driving 1 vehicle myself. I want to make sure to be able to give other people rods and reels but taking 2 to 3 of the vehicles to lease to people that are in the same boat as me at a discounted rate that would be paid once the earn the money to get them on their feet and caught up on their bills. I have the mechanical know how to keep them running for years to come. $300 a week per rental x8 = $2,400 per week x4 = $9,600 a month – 2400 a month for insurance leaves $7,200 a month. Taking some of the profit reinvest to expand to more vehicles helping more people. while also listing vehicles on Turro for daily rentals. I have the knowledge , I just don’t have the means to do this which is why i am on here. I am trying to avoid being pressured by my brother and my father to be OTR again i want to spend time with my son and wife i dont want to be gone for months at a time and coming back to my son not recognizing me when i come home. Back in 2017 I accidentally breathed in some caustic fumes from a floor drain.  From that day on my health has not been the same.  I only have VA medical and Medicare Part A.  The VA doctors did their best to help.  The end result after a lot of testing showed I have the aspergillosis fungus in my lungs.  Having asthma didnt help.  I am presently on a second series of shots trying to help these damaged lungs.  Sometimes in the spring and summer I can work outside for several hours then thats it.  Fatigue is a major problem.  Coughing has its moments which sometimes is hard to stop.  I may be older but I still want to work for income.  These health issues have made it next to impossible to find a source of income.  Thats why I am here asking from the bottom of my heart for financial assistance.  I am retired now on a very limited buget.  Its also next to impossible to try to get ahead.  Thank You for reading my story.  If You feel in Your  heart You would like to help financially then I cannot Thank You Enough.  Here is my PayPal link:  paypal.me/paulbeetschen
