Being a single mother especially in today’s era can be extremely overwhelming. If you are one of those mothers who is doing it alone every day you know what I am talking about. It seems like the bills just continue to pile up and never end.

Researchers have said that just in 2015 year ending alone over 80 percent of the households in America that we’re single households we’re in fact ran by a FEMALE head of household which we’re mostly living very poor.

Many people may say well there is government assistance for them to get a grant but it’s hard to find and information regarding that said topic anywhere. So in hopes to help the single mothers out in the world this article will give you some insight on the different assistance topics we can cover including where and how to get a grant or scholarship. Also, you will read and see how simple it is to receive help with income expenses and medical insurance.

Are there really grants for a single mother?

Of course they do but these grants are not only for single mothers. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t help for a mother to receive one. I know its mind boggling that the government hasn’t had any means created for money for a single mother that is actually in the shape of a grant. One thing the government does for a single mother is they assist them through a group or have set sponsors through a company, and sometimes they are covered by the actual income assistance completely.

Below are a few websites that will redirect you to free items that you can get just for registering on the website.

Low Income Assistance for Single Mothers / Government Grants

As I said there is not an official grant for a single mother available that is FEDERAL. However a single mother can go through federal programs and register and sign up for them. Those kinds of programs are usually for households with low income. Which means you would also qualify for Welfare. No matter what the case these are programs to help those who make below the limit and live poorly.

Below are different types of assistance based in the United States.

TANF – TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES

TANF is a crucial for many low income families located within the US.

With TANF you receive a small amount of cash every month that you can use toward your food, rent, and other necessities. However you only receive TANF for up to 60 month limit.

If you are a single mother and you have children in your home who are less than 19 years old you are eligible for TANF.

SNAP – SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Food-stamps or SNAP as other people may refer to is financial help for meals. You can receive money every month to place food on the table if you are on low or no income.

For most of Americans living in poverty SNAP is potentially the only assistance they can get.

Research has shown that in 2015 SNAP benefits have helped at least 45 million Americans. Most of the ones who receive the stamps are under are up to the age of 18.

When you go to use your benefits for SNAP you have your own personal debit card to ring your groceries up with at the register. If you are interested in trying to get on with SNAP benefits all you have to do is fill and application out and send it in or take it into a local office that deals with SNAP benefits.

NSLP – NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

This is a program that gives free (or discounted) food to students whose parent’s income is bellow a poverty level. The income needs to be at least between 130-185 percent bellow the poverty line.

Most the time if a person is a receiver of SNAP benefits their children will be accepted into this program for free lunches. But, that doesn’t mean if you don’t have or receive SNAP that your children are disqualified.

You need to contact your child’s school to apply.

TEFAP – THE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Food for the American families who are in the poverty range not matter what the age.

If you have received food stamps before or any other program assisting you and helping you such as the ones in this article you could also be approved for this program.

You will need to contact your State distribution agency to learn more about the Emergency food assistance program.

Local Food Banks

A food bank doesn’t exactly fit into the whole “Grant” program area as it is actually a location in your town where you can get food if you are in need.

Do not allow you or your family to go without food. If you ever reach that trouble you can call 211 and ask them where the nearest food bank is based on your location.

More then 200 food banks exist with the feeding america foundation and they supply enough food to feed over 40 million people.

WIC – WOMEN, INFANTS AND CHILDREN PROGRAM

This program includes a package deal where you as a mother are able to receive healthy foods, whether you are pregnant or a new mother, and also to children who are 5 or under.

WIC is a program that is temporary and only used for a short amount of time – usually between 6 to 12 months.

EARLY HEAD START / HEAD START

These programs are for children up to 5 years old.

You can receive free child’s medical and dental care along with their schooling, and dietary needs.

Find your closes headstart office on their website or call at 1-866-763-6481.

Insurance for unemployment

This is a special program which will pay you weekly if you are unemployed and it had nothing to do with you for you being fired or let go. You will only be able to receive this benefit for maximum 26 weeks. Different states have different benefit rules. But most states will average out at about 45% of whatever the average weekly income is.

Single mothers who are out of a job temporarily can find solace with these benefits and can help make the burden less for themselves because this pay will restore what you have lost from losing your work.

If you want to try and get this started and opened for you, you will have to find your local unemployment office or apply on the website for this specific program. Most states will allow you to also try to sign up for this over the phone.

Section 8 housing

Section 8 is basically a program that helps a family be able to pay for their housing. If approved you will receive a voucher of up to 70 percent of your bills (utilities and rent). You are expected to pay the other 30 percent.

If you want to apply and feel you qualify you can get in touch with your local office involved with public housing, the HUD office.

CCAP – CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

This is a benefit for families who can’t afford to place their children in daycare while working.

You still have to pay a certain percentage but it isn’t a big lump of money. The less you earn, the less you need to contribute.

EITC – Earned Income Tax Credit

It is a tax benefit for people with low income. You could potentially get as much as $6,000.

If you normally have a tax rate of $1050 but you are allowed $5550 then you get refund of $4500.

There is a Children’s Tax Credit too for as much as $1,000 for EACH child.

LIHEAP – LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

LIHEAP is a program that is a one time help to help pay for heating / cooling expenses.

Most of the time this is for the disabled or families with children or disabled person in the home.

If you need any extra information regarding this topic you can get in touch through the number 1-866-674-6327 or a local number for your local LIHEAP office.

WAP – WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Weatherization assistance program lowers energy bills for families in need. Usually the elderly and families involving children are accepted and put to the top of the list before all.

Your monthly income need to be below 200 percent poverty level.

To apply, find a local WAP center.

Medicaid

Medicaid is help with medical expenses. If you do not have health insurance this gives you certain benefits as long as your income restriction meets the level it should.

A lot of single mothers may meet the standards to be recipients of Medicaid even if you are unemployed.

Every state has different rules about Medicaid plans. You can find out exact requirements on this website.

Together with ObamaCare it ensures that even single mothers who didn’t receive any health benefits will now be able to have coverage.

CHIP – CHILDREN HEALTH INSURANCE

CHIP gives children without health insurance a chance to have health benefits all the way up until they are nineteen. It is for families whose income is too high to receive Medicaid benefits.

It provides every type of benefit you can think of — dental, eye exams, and even annual doctor’s exams.

Every state has its own rules. If you would like to learn a little more about this specific benefit you can call 1-877 Kids now (1-877-543-7669)

Federal Pell Grants

Aid program for students of up to $5,815 for those in need to be able to set foot into college.

This is the best opportunity for a mother who is single to finally be able to finish her schooling and finally continue in the workforce. The money is completely free of charge with no interest rates or paybacks ever.

You need to fill out an application and submit it for a pell grant and have it turned in on or before June 30th of every year.

Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant

Similar to the Pell Grant. If you already have had pell grants and you are at the top of the charts in need you will be first on the list to receive this. Depending on a persons needs that are wrapped in with their financial struggle will ultimately decide who will receive anywhere between $100 too $4,000 annually.

Charities

Charities can be a way to seek help for you and your children whether you are in need of food or clothing or even housing. A lot of charities around the world actually have their own food banks that they run and they will give you bags of free food.

If you go to salvation army a lot of the times they will let you sleep there if you have no where else to go especially if it is a result of violence.

Churches

Most churches will offer you food and clothes or maybe even a place to stay if you have been recently kicked out by the one you are living with.

To find information on this you should look through your phone books local listing or yellow page. You can also research online and see what churches are available to your area and call them and ask what services they do offer.

Loans

Single moms can receive loans usually relatively quickly but I would not recommended that at all. You could potentially go into debt and not be able to rise back from that.

Sometimes you have no choice because you have to fix your broken car or maybe pay for utilities and food and need the help right then. But you have to be able to pay that loan realistically quick.

Pay attention to your credit because if you try to get a loan through a bank or anyone they will check your credit score and see if it is even available to be able to place a loan out to you. If it is a loan that is for payday loans or credit card advances they will not run a check but you will end up paying more after fees and costs.

Line of Credit

If your credit is decent some people ask a bank for a loan personally. Most of the time this is a better idea then asking for a payday loan because if you need quick money with lower rates of interest this is it.

Personal Loans

On a personal loan interest is lower dramatically but you have to pay in instalments. It doesn’t really fit criteria for an emergency. Normally if you just tell them you do not have any more funds and that is why you need this they will turn you away. If your credit is poor you will not be able to even touch this offer.

Short term (payday) loans

This is a very popular type of loan. You may know it by the term “Cash advance.” The interest runs really high on these and it is a loan that is only for a small time frame.

This is a loan that would more then likely be considered if a problem arises and you needed to repair your car or had a disastrous dental emergency. You have to know for sure you will be able to give every penny back.

If you do not pay this type of loan back you could be in loads of trouble financially.

Credit card cash advance

Do you own a credit card? If so you will be able to get money from a bank as easy as 1, 2, 3. This is not a method that is highly praised though because as soon as you start taking money out of the bank the interest keeps rising and you also are charged for using and pulling out of the bank a fee. This is potentially the easier options if you do need cash asap but you have to pay it back and make sure you absolutely can.

When it is all said and done grants will not solve your money issues within your home if that is what you expect. To get a grant is definitely not easy it isn’t a walk in the park by any means.

If you are looking to get a more stable source of financially being stable you should probably look in areas around you or find a women shelter until you can get back up on your feet.

If you think you have all the time in the world you can apply for other areas of assistance such as Food stamps, HUD, and etc. They do take a lot of time and effort for someone to get back with you and let you know if you have been accepted and enrolled. Try finding a part time working job as a way to financially start becoming stable again.

The moral of this is you can not expect a grant to fall into your hands without effort and take all your worries away. They are only here too do one thing and that doesn’t usually fix anything with your financial setting.

This is all on you and what you decide, no one else can decide for you.

Complete Destruction

I am a single 36 year old with 3 children. I have 2 girls and 1 boy. My girls are 15 and 17 and my son is 3. My 2 girls father walked out of the picture on September 8, 2019 when he was pulled over and arrested for Felony Driving Under the Influence (BAC 0.421) and 2 counts of Felony Child Endangerment. I say walked out of their lives because he made the choice to drink and then drive with our children in the car. Neither one of my girls has accepted contact from him since this incident although he has tried. My sons father walked out of his life before he was even born. I was 3 months pregnant when his father was arrested on a Parole Violation for 1st Degree Sexual Assault with Penetration and was sent to prison. I was unaware that he even had a criminal past let alone for something this serious. I moved back to my home town on March 14, 2020 and the very next day COVID shut everything down. Despite the hardships that came with COVID, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy in May and life was slowly returning to normal for us. On June 19, 2020, 4 weeks after giving birth to my son, I took what was supposed to be a temporary summer job working for a friend of mine in her tanning salon. This very shortly became a grave passion of mine. Not because I love to tan but because there is so much more to tanning than just tanning. I learned so much about the human skin and was even given the opportunity to work with a few local Dermatologists and The Cancer Treatment Center as we offered a Red Light service that was extremely beneficial to patients. I ended up turning my passion into my career, soared into the unknown world of tanning and managed this salon for a little more than 3 years. While I did not ever get certified as a technician, I can now upgrade electrical from 1-phase and 2-phase to 3-phase, disassemble and assemble tanning machines, perform the needed maintenance required to keep the beds running, and educate the public in regards to safe and unsafe tanning because yes there is safe tanning. On May 25, 2022, the salon was sold to new owners, a lawyer and a physical therapist, and I was asked to stay as their manager and I was a little too quick to agree. Of course I was going to stay, I love what I do. The new owners were great, until they weren’t. We signed a 3 year hourly based contract that stated I would be paid for no less than 40 hours a week and would be paid accordingly if I worked over 40 hours in a week. In the summer of 2022, I practically lived at the salon. I was putting in between 50 and 100 hours of overtime the whole summer and on many occasions was told they expected more out of me. I tried not to let their expectations and rude comments get to me but as time went on the comments got worse and I was breaking. In April of 2023, my contract was broken and I was no longer being paid for 40 hours a week. It was decided that my hours were to be cut to between 12 and 18 hours a week and I would only be paid for those hours and was only paid for extra hours during the periods of time where I was the only employee. I also was paid at a regular rate for all overtime worked. When I confronted the owners and reminded them about our contract, I was told, “If you don’t like it, sue us.” I knew then there was nothing I could do and like I said earlier, I love what I do and was willing to put up with the way I was being treated. Then throughout the summer of 2023, I had to call in, which I never do, as I was in and out of the hospital for numerous health reasons like 19 kidney stones, 2 hernias and a few other reasons. I also called in when my son was kidnapped by is fathers family and while he was only gone for 22 hours, I was in a state of shock and hysteria and would not have been able to perform at work. Unfortunately, every time I called in, the salon was closed due to me being their employee at those times. It was more often than not that I was their only employee. This only led to more tension between the owners and myself. In September of 2023, 2 new girls would start and I would train them both as this was one of my duties. One was doing well and the other not so much. So when one of the owners paid me a visit on October 26, 2023 and asked for a report on the 2 girls, I said just that but with more details. At the end of our conversation, I was informed that I was being let go as it was time that the salon be represented by a much younger and prettier face. I was devastated, still am and now I’m faced with financial ruins. There is not another salon in my town to work for and the worst thing is that when I asked the owner what I was going to do, she simply said without any emotion, “You shouldn’t have divulged all your time and energy into this career path and divulged some into a backup plan.” I didn’t know I needed a backup plan as we signed a contract for 3 years. What I haven’t mentioned yet is that in December of 2020, my son was diagnosed with Tracheomalacia. He was born with his right airway completely collapsed. It is often that children born with this condition outgrow it between the ages of 3 and 5. My son however has not. There has been zero improvement and now we are faced with having to place stints in that airway. He will have to have them replaced every couple of years as he grows. He has already undergone 4 major procedures. We travel 3 hours one way to see one specialist and 7 hours another way for his surgeries. I unfortunately am struggling financially and am about to lose everything but more importantly my car. Without my car I cannot travel with my son to see his doctors and for his surgeries. The finance company has already begun calling threatening to reposes my car and I am at a loss. I feel hopeless. I have applied everywhere in town and for the most part, no one will be doing any hiring until after the holidays are over. I have already explained to my children there will be no Christmas this year and things are going to get very hard for a few months and they were more than understanding. We have actually decided not to put up our tree this year with the hopes that it will help ease the disappointment come Christmas morning. I am asking for any kind of help you may be willing to give our family. We are ever so grateful to any kind of offering.

Please help!

Hi!
My name is Juana Deras, I have been living in Austin,Texas for the past 20 years… i am originally from Honduras. I came to the United States legally with two of my sons… we flew to Miami and drove to Austin ,one of them Joined the navy and the other one clean houses, we came to the USA for a better future!  I worked all this time as a nanny and really like the Job I like kids a lot so it was a nice place of work for me! I’m still in contact with many of the families and sometimes they invite to go visit them since some of them have moved out of Austin, I have worked since I was 18 years old my first job was as a secretary worked there for 15 years then I purchased a cafeteria and did that until we moved out of my country, I have four kids 3 boys and 1 girl my husband left us in 1991 he came back years later and help with the kids but we never got back together. now I’ll be turning 64 on December 10th, I never saw doing  something like in my life this but I guess when you have no more options you have to put your pride aside and just ask for help! I don’t wanna sound like someone who is just giving up because I’m not, even though I’m not that young anymore I feel very alive and think that I still have something in me to offer to others. Now that you know who I am and where I come from I would kindly ask for your help, I’m sure you get many stories daily since a lot of people are in need nowadays but believe when I say that I would not be doing this if I weren’t in the situation that I’m in right now, my sons help me all the time but I wanna feel like I’m still independent and that I can cover my expenses without asking them all the time! My health is not the best so I don’t have the strength to take care of kids anymore, I have been on medication for anxiety I don’t like how the pills make me feel so I don’t take them anymore! I’m not really sure on how to ask for money… I write this email with shame but have no other option! I was wondering if i could have somewhere between  $20,000 to $50.000 or how much you think you can give me. so I can pay some medical bills also pay the government who loaned me $8000 and to have enough money to survive for multiple years, also Christmas is coming and I would like to buy a little something for my two grand kids that are in San Antonio, Texas. In my current situation I won’t be able to buy them a little toy and that makes my eyes watery because I can’t even afford to do that!   I am very good with money so I know it is going to last me a long time! Maybe for some people the amount I’m asking for is not much but for me it is! I’m a low maintenance person!
I wish you the very best and hope that wherever you are you are safe and blessed.

thank you very much for taking the time to read my story!
may God bless you and your love ones!!!

Please help reunite me with my kids

I am reaching out to you today with a humble request for assistance in reuniting with my children, who are currently residing in Indiana.

Allow me to provide some background information. I recently made the difficult decision to leave my husband in Florida due to severe abuse that I was enduring. However, in doing so, he kept our children in Indiana, which has caused immense heartache for both myself and my little ones. It is my utmost priority to bring my family back together again, creating a safe and loving environment for my children to thrive in.

Currently, I am in the process of securing legal representation to help me navigate the complexities of family law and ensure the safe return of my children. Additionally, I am searching for a suitable home in Indiana, where I can provide them with stability and a nurturing environment. Unfortunately, I am facing significant financial struggles due to major medical issues that I have been dealing with, making it challenging for me to cover the costs associated with relocation and furnishing a new home.

This is where your generosity and goodwill can make an immense difference. I am kindly seeking your support through a donation towards my moving expenses and furnishings, which will enable me to create a comfortable and secure space for my children upon their return. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will go a long way in reuniting my family and helping us heal from the hardships we’ve endured.

To facilitate your donation, I have also set up a dedicated fundraising campaign through cash app, where you can securely contribute towards our cause. Alternatively, I would be grateful if you could provide details about any other preferred donation channels or methods that are more convenient for you.

I understand that you may receive numerous requests for assistance, and I am genuinely grateful for your time and consideration. Your support will not only create a positive impact on my children’s lives but also restore our faith in humanity, reminding us that compassion and empathy can truly make a difference.

Thank you once again for considering my request. Please feel free to contact me via the provided email address or phone number if you require any further information or have any questions. Your compassion and generosity are greatly appreciated, and I hope to soon share the joyous news of our reunion with you

Thank you so very much!

I’m looking for help with my entreprenurial goals to escape the poverty cycle.

Hi there, and thank you for clicking on my request! My name is Selena Ward, and I’m a 37 year old low-income single mom. I’ll start off with a bit about myself and how I found myself in this situation.

I was raised in a cycle of generational poverty, trauma, addiction, and abuse. My mother has untreated BPD. She married too young, and when I was only two, she left my father, ran to another state, and began an abusive relationship with a man 18 years her senior.

During the first 10 years of their relationship, they were methamphetamine addicts and drug-dealing swingers who often took us along to their drug deals. When they hadn’t completely abandoned us for sometimes weeks at a time. I was exposed to physical, mental, emotional, and sexual abuse. I also witnessed regular domestic violence against my mother.

Due to this, I spent many years lost and frozen in depression. When I was young, I drank too much, smoked massive amounts of marijuana and cigarettes, and generally participated in unhealthy and harmful behaviors.

My life changed when, at 22, I became pregnant following a date rape. I chose to keep the pregnancy and raise my son. When he was 5, he was diagnosed with severe ADHD, and later Autism. He has always struggled with schooling, and has fallen quite far behind in his education, although he is brilliant with technology.

Over the past few years, I have been working diligently on healing and improving myself. I’ve also been building a plan that would allow us to live better lives.

Now that my mental health is stable, I am looking to expand myself in becoming a freelance copywriter to break this cycle of poverty and build a better life for myself and my son.

This is only the first step of my plan. Ultimately the goal is to move into an RV for a couple of years to have a grand adventure with my son while building social skills and improving on cultural awareness while we find the right place to put down roots with an organic homestead. But until then…

I believe that I have the foundations of copy down, and am creating a sample portfolio to assist with client acquisition. However, I could use some help.

I am looking for any contributions that would help attain a newer and capable laptop for my small business, and more importantly, assist in allowing me to hire a business coach.

I would be grateful for any help on the journey to a better life. I have a single proprietorship Llc founded that all donations would go to directly. My business PayPal link is:

Even if you don’t choose to contribute, thank you for taking the time to read. Have a blessed day.

Christmas Bind

Hi, I’m a single mother of two teenagers living with MS. My youngest child has autism and things can get a little difficult. I am working full time to provide for my children and since Christmas is coming, I have even been working overtime just to provide the essentials . I live in California and the cost of living is through the roof. I am by no means lazy and would pick up another job if it was possible but having a child with special needs as well as a disability makes it close to impossible. Someone please help me to make Christmas special for my two children who don’t ask for too much and will appreciate even a simple Christmas.

Caregiver Needs Vehicle

I never thought that I would be on this site asking for help but life has it way of humbling you.

I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Cruze last year and my car has a blown head gasket plus it won’t start. Two different mechanics have told me that I’m better off purchasing another vehicle instead of continuously spending money on fixing the car.  I’ve had problems since I bought the car and have invested about 4k in to repairing it.

I’m a single mom to a 12 year old boy and I live in a very rural area in Texas that lacks public transportation. I am also a caregiver so I have several senior citizens that rely on me to run errands and bring them to doctor appointments. Losing my car will eventually lead to losing my job, apartment and everything! If anyone is willing to help me it would be appreciated more than you can ever know! This is the first time in life where I don’t know what I’m going to do.

A Mother’s Plea: Asking for Support for a Brighter Futuer

I trust this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to you with a humble request during a challenging chapter in my life. As a single mother raising four wonderful children, I find myself grappling with a substantial financial burden due to accumulated debt over the years. I am seeking assistance in the amount of $80,000 to alleviate this weight and provide a more stable future for my family.

Among my children is my youngest daughter, who has been a beacon of strength and resilience since the day she was born. Olivia was born prematurely at just 24 weeks gestation and weighing only 13 ounces.  Due to her extreme prematurity and size, Olivia spent 269 days in the neonatal intensive care unit during the height of covid-19 in 2020. Olivia had multiple illnesses in the hospital, has had several broken bones, and was on a ventilator for several months because she could not breathe on her own.  During her time in the hospital, Olivia had to be transferred between three different NICUs, twice by ambulance and once by airplane. I had to manage my time between working, taking care of my three older children at home, and visiting my very sick daughter hours away in the hospital. It was an impossible reality and to this day, I don’t know how we managed. Olivia came home from the hospital when she was nine months old; she was on oxygen and was fed via g-tube directly into her stomach.

Three years later, and Olivia is off oxygen, however she’s still fed by g-tube, and she’s blind in one eye due to retinopathy of prematurity. She attends physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and has many follow up doctors’ appointments. She’s been through so much in her short life.  Her journey has been a testament to the power of perseverance and determination.

The financial strain I am facing stems primarily from years of accumulated debts (both medical and personal) that have accrued over time, hindering my ability to create a more secure and comfortable life for my family. While striving to meet the needs of my children, the weight of debt has become a constant challenge, overshadowing our ability to thrive.

Your philanthropic support and generosity could lift this burden, allowing us to break free from the constraints of financial hardship. Your contribution would directly aid in clearing the accumulated debts, providing a fresh start and the opportunity to build a more stable and secure foundation for my children’s future.

I understand the numerous requests you receive and the multitude of worthy causes seeking assistance. Yet, your kindness and support would serve as a guiding light, illuminating a path towards a brighter future for my family. Your generosity could make an immeasurable difference, not only in our present circumstances but in shaping the possibilities that lie ahead.  Your compassion and consideration would mean the world to us, offering hope and a renewed sense of possibility.

In need of financial help.

I am a single Mom with two disabled daughters. I started having pains on the right side of my upper chest in 2020. I have seen several different doctors and have had several different scans in which the doctor’s can not figure out what is causing the pain. I have been prescribed several different medicines to see if anything helps. And unfortunately, nothing has. So, I have been living with the pains. In October 2022, the pains started on the left side of my upper chest above my heart. I was extremely scared and went to the ER several times to be told it wasn’t my heart and to follow up with my primary care doctor. I switched to 3 different primary care doctors as none of them know what this pain is and have tried several more different medicines that haven’t helped. I was working a high stress full job and used all of my allocated sick and vacation time. I was rushed to the hospital in April this year in the middle of my work shift with only two points left before I was terminated. I was admitted for a mini stroke and the chest pains because they were very severe. I was discharged a few days later with having to take 2 life long medicines and my Echocardio gram showing a FPO in my heart valve that wasn’t related to the chest pains. I was told I could go  back to work in a few days still with no answers to the chest pains. I was terrified, confused, in disbelief and didn’t understand why I couldn’t get a doctor to find out what’s wrong with me. The demand of my job was extremely overwhelming and the pains were too severe for me, I resigned in May. And have been going from doctor to doctor to get a answer to this unknown chronic bilateral chest pain so I can live a pain free life and go back to work.

I need financial help at this time to make ends meet. My donation goal is $50,000. And I appreciate anyone who can help. Thank you and God bless.

Transportation Help Please!

Hi I am in dyer need of a Good, Working, Reliable Vehicle for me and my girls. I do work and with the bills and money I spend for daily living, the money that I am trying to save for the down payment is difficult. I would like the opportunity to be flat on my feet for once to help me and my girls accomplish more then what I have yet to. I believe a gift of funds to purchase a vehicle would be well worth it, then wasting money on calling Lyft and Uber for our needs and setting dates for transportation to go to our medical appointments especially when I can do it myself to me seems ridiculous. I love to drive and travel and take my girls places and it is saddening to be in this position where I am not able to do that right now. I am also working on my schooling to further educate and learn the skills I need to better myself to not fall under the cracks when I know there is always more to achieve and I want to share what I know and continue to learn about the world with them. I do all that I can, but help would make it look brighter. I am asking for at least $20000 so that that bill would not be a worry, but anything would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance for your Graciousness and Blessings!! It is Appreciated more then you know.

Homeless single mom

Here is why I’m asking for financial help. I am a single mom and for the past two years I’ve been homeless living in my car with my newborn son nowhere to go. I have no family that can support me. I tried to get jobs but no one hired me because I have no one to watch my son and I am completely broke to afford a daycare. I had a job but I lost it once they found out I was pregnant now that I just had my baby I am trying to get back on my feet to be able to provide for my son but I need help. I am also trying to catch up on some debt that  I owe. I owe $20,000 in debt and trying to pay off.

I need the money so I can find a place to stay for me and my son, be able to put him in daycare so I can work and be able to eat and afford food for us. I also need it because so I can pay off some of my debt any financial assistance would be very appreciated.Thank you so much.

Housing Expenses

I am a solo parent of two children.  I lost my home in Boulder Colorado wildfires called the Marshall Fire on December 30, 2021.  I also lost my home business when my house burned down.  I was underinsured.  FEMA only gave me $500 and I had to completely liquidate everything to just provide us with basic needs after the fire.  I am not fully back to where I was before the fire.  Resources and grants are gone and not providing help.

This year I have struggled to get financially stable since the fire gutted all my resources and there are no more resources or grants for the fire refugees.  I want to restart my business but I need at $12,000 for marketing and to replace the equipment and I need funding to pay monthly bills.  It has created a catch-22 situation for me.

I am asking for financial assistance to get me out of this loop and aid me in getting back to financially stability for me and my children.

Helplessly Hoping to find kind souls to help me save my home and kids. I promise to pay it forward!

My name is Sharen, and I find myself reaching out to you today with a heart heavy with both gratitude and desperation. I would have never thought I would have been in such a position. Ive always found it hard to ask for help ;-(

Life has a curious way of testing our strength, and at this moment, my strength is being pushed to its limits. I am a single mother of four beautiful children, and my journey has taken an unexpected turn that I never could have anticipated.

Iam completely broke finding myself in a position of selling whatever I have to survive. My business is on its last leg, I’ve tried applying for jobs but my age doesn’t help me much.

As the sole provider for my family, I have faced numerous challenges, and while I have always done my best to navigate the turbulent waters of life, I find myself now standing on the precipice of a crisis that threatens everything I hold dear.

A series of unforeseen events has led me into a web of debts that has become increasingly difficult to untangle. The weight of financial strain is bearing down on me, and the walls of security around my home are slowly closing in. I am at a crossroads where the possibility of bankruptcy and losing our home looms ominously.

The thought of uprooting my children from the only place they’ve ever known is a heavy burden to bear. The echoes of their laughter in these walls, the memories we’ve woven into the fabric of this home – it’s not just a structure, but a sanctuary for my family. The idea of losing it is a heart-wrenching prospect that keeps me awake at night.

It is with great humility that I turn to you, our extended community, for support. I am reaching out to request your assistance in navigating these stormy seas. Your kindness and generosity could make a world of difference in preserving the stability and security that my children deserve.

I understand that times are tough for many, and every dollar is hard-earned. Your consideration, no matter the amount, will be a beacon of hope for my family. I am not just asking for financial support; I am asking for the chance to secure a future where my children can continue to grow, learn, and thrive.

I believe in the power of community, and I am hopeful that together, we can weather this storm. Your support will not only impact our lives but will be a testament to the strength that lies in unity and compassion.

If you find it in your heart to contribute, please donate towards my family. Your generosity will not be forgotten, and I will be forever grateful for the lifeline you extend to us during this challenging time. I promise when times get better I will pay it forward!
