Hello and thank you for visting my page. I know things are tough but it seems this is my only recourse. Recently I have fallen on hard luck and Im currently homeless. But that isnt the problem. I got into a incident with another homeless guy, and even though I was the one threatened and I called the police I was the one arrested because I used Mace on the guy. Please I am trying to rebuild my life and I would not like this blemish to reduce my chances of that. This incident happened in California apparently the laws out here are strict on all self defense methods not just guns. I have most of the money for the down payment, 2500.  I just need 700 more for an attorney. Yes I have a public defender but she only has 2 years experience and no good prognosis. The guy, I would like to go with has 25 years and says he can do more for me. They are trying to charge me with a felony for first time misuse (or any other felony) of pepper spray. Im a 55 yr old man on Disability since 2017 i only get around 1400 and month and after paying rent and other bills in have close 113 dollars left to buy my personal thing and food . I have had open heart surgery in 2015 and pretty much lost everything i owned  due to not being able to work anymore for the rest of my life

i was what i call homeless because i was bounced from place to place with friends and family and to this day i havnt had a bed to sleep on or a place to relax and have me time

im on a ton of meds to keep my going and what im looking for is for some help to get a small RV that runs and drives  it dont have to look pretty but runs and drive is a plus  or if you know someone who is willing to donate one to me  that would be the cars meow

Hi I’m reaching out to anyone that will listen. I’m stuck in a bad spot I can’t get out of myself. For the past year I’ve been stuck living with an older couple; myself and my 2yr old daughter; under the guide of then helping us. They are not helping us.  We are stuck here.  I’ve tried 2 hold jobs but then they refuse to take me to them.  I sold my car to pay for everything for my kid before she was born her dad’s never been any hero and his family is no help either. Etc.  Even shelters where I live won’t take me.  I don’t have friends really that I’d be ok taking my kids too. Most of them are men and have their own intentions anyway.  My family is not around either passed away or can’t help and parents are also decreased.  This is what led to me being in this spot. I used to care their son he’s not in the picture hasn’t been in a long time and isn’t my kids dad. I’m D*** and we’re in need of financial assistance.   We( me , my husband and our 3 kids) are living in a hotel room. while we try to save  enough money together to pay for a apartment application. We’re  having problems saving due to the fact of needing to pay for our hotel room daily. Also we lost our one vehicle due to not being able to pay the car payment and the daily hotel bill. We’ve gone to the agencies that help the homeless, but because we’re able to pay for the hotel for most of the time, we aren’t considered homeless. we are in a grey area ,  not poor enough to be able to get housing assistance, but too rich to get housing assistance as well. I wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone.

Since we’ve become homeless we’ve learned why it’s so difficult to get oneself back to a “normal” life. We became homeless do to the awful condition of our apartment. Our apartment had a bad black mold problem as well as problems with insects and mice. I even discovered mushroom growing in my master suite under a vase. I was horrified. So I called the local health department that refused to come out and document the violation. Instead I was told to speak to the maintence manager. The health department and the maintenace manager knew each other. So there went my chance to do anything about our growing carpet mushrooms. Instead the maintence worker told me that the mushrooms were edible. Living under those conditions took a told on my health and our sons health. Each of our sons are on the Autism spectrum. My oldest son was constantly sick with colds and fevers. Sadly when I took my sons to their pediatrican I was told that there were no tests to take to find out about the constant exposure to black mold. So while dealing with bad health and now homelessness, 2023 was a awful year.

Now that we’ve been in this situation for sometime, we really want out of it. I’m looking for work to do remotely so I can be “home”. to care for my oldest son who is homeschooled. We’ve tried to get more money into our household but to no avail. The constant problem of paying for the hotel room bares us from moving forward, back to a normal life. So now I’m asking for financial help to help us to get back to normal. Please help us get out of this revolving hotel hellscape. I had a very different COVID than most as the virus did nothing more to myself and my loved ones more than destroying my emotional well-being, shaking the foundation of my career, throwing off my financial stability, and the vaccine associated side effects leading to my liver failure for the past few years(not the virus itself). Lockdown made evicting my abusive ex impossible so I was stuck with him for the entirety which made my work environment very rocky and lead to my being forced to resign. I was not eligible for unemployment, PAU was dried up when I got to applying for it, moving to escape his grasp is very expensive so I leaned on my credit with loans then loans to pay those loans in hours of buying time enough to get employed and start paying them back. I was able to make a small sent but my health effects after the second vaccine proved too great and my ability to complete the physical effort of being a veterinarian has become too much for now. So banks and credit cards became overdrawn, retirement accounts cashed in too early and even all my assets have been thrown at the beast but its too much to get a handle on. Now my dog and I are couch surfing or living in my car. He gets fed first but my bills aren’t going away. To be honest I didn’t even know sites like this existed. I suppose it came across my path now for a reason. HI, my name is Faith. I am 23 years old. I graduated when I was 16 so I was able to get a head start. I have been working ever since, at 17 I went to cosmetology school and been working on my career still till this day. Recently, my father passed away from covid and my mother left the country. I fell into depression, to the point that doctors wanted to prescribe me anti-depressants, but I don’t like taking stuff like that so the only way to cope with the depression was to not be alone. Here’s where my nightmare begins. I went out on Friday night in sep. 2023 with a couple of friends when I started feeling under the weather around 1:30-2:00am. I have worked all day, I was tired, and I was feeling beginners cold symptoms. i was just not feeling it that night. So I decided to go back to my friend car and wait, I eventually fell asleep waiting, when a cop knocks on the window. I woke up and put down the window, he asked my for my ID, insurance and registration. I told him I had my ID but that the car I was in, wasn’t mine I was just waiting for a friend to come out the club. He said okay he will be back. When he comes back he ask me if I have a medical card I told him no but my friend does. He told me I had to get out the car and that he had to search it, I asked why. I wasn’t really sure what was going on or if I was doing anything wrong because in the state of Florida smell of smoke is not probable cause to search the car. Anyways, they searched the car and ending up finding other things that wasn’t mine and I got charged with 5 counts of possession, including having to go to jail that night and not one of my suppose to be friends spoke up or helped me out. I have never been to jail or had any encounter with cops until that day. I was stuck there for 3 days, the judge let me out on ROR because they couldn’t keep me in there any longer without any valid evidence. Now we are going to court and my lawyer is asking for $10,000 I have payed $4,500 so far, but struggling with paying the rest between rent, cars, gas, utilities, my salon studio, and person expenses that are getting out of control and I really need help getting out of this situation. I hate to ask but it’s my last resort at this moment anything will be appreciated.
