Need Emergency money due to unexpected events.

Hello there. I have never done anything like this before so I don’t even know what to say.  The past month has made things very hard.  We had bad weather come in and I couldn’t make it to work due to the ice and snow.  I had some money saved up but I had to use it to pay rent and buy food.  I have a low paying, dead end job and can barely pay my bills, as is the same for most Americans right now.  I know I’m not special.  I had been saving for a course to learn a certain skill so I can get a better job or even start my own business, which is huge dream of mine.  I would also like to build my own tiny house someday.  The course costs $6,250.   I can pay $2,100 to start and make two more payments for the rest.  I have put in every loan and credit card application I can and no one will approve me.  They all say my income is insufficient and my credit card balances are too high. If I can pay off my credit cards I may be able to get a small loan to get started.  My credit card debt is not extremely high, about $2,500.  I am making deliveries on the side and saving as much as I can.  I am trying very hard but any help would be so greatly appreciated.  Thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless You.

In desperate need of $4,000, and I will be able to pay it back right away.

My name is Angela and I am in desperate need of some assistance for a relatively small amount of money that I will be able to pay back right away. I recently started working a part time job, working from home. It is with a digital marketing firm and I am submitting orders for them. I am currently in the training process. There are special orders that earn a much higher profit but when they come through, they have a negative balance that must be covered, in order to complete them. It is up to me to pay the negative balance for these type of orders. These orders are supposedly very rare but I have been “lucky” enough to already get six of them and I have managed to cover them up until this point. Now, I am in a bit of a pickle. I have to come up with close to $4,000.00, in order to complete the transaction, in order for me to withdraw my earnings. I have exhausted all the funds I had available, including the money I had for necessities. I am in desperate need of groceries, gas and the money to pay my bills. I will be able to get my earnings once I can cover for the negative balance. So, I will be able to pay back the money, if there is someone that can just help me cover the amount for this negative balance on this order. I would be able to pay it back right away. I mean as early as tomorrow. That quick… My CashApp is $EmeraldEyez48. Is there anyone out there that would be generous enough to help me with this? I would be ever so grateful, and like I said, I will be able to pay it back. Thank you so much for your time. Again, CashApp is $EmeraldEyez48.

Multiple Medical Catastrophes Have Buried Us

I am 34 and have a wife of 12 years and 2 children, one of whom is autistic.

Until my mid-twenties, I was a very healthy, active individual. Basketball, martial arts, running, weight-lifting, and a physically demanding job (which I loved) where I was active outside in all weather conditions all day.

10 years ago, a problem appeared with my immune system and it is generally weak now. I frequently get difficult respiratory illnesses that can have me completely out of commission for 2 weeks at a time. This was manageable by itself as my employer was understanding, but through the next 2 medical difficulties, it has become quite an added burden.

8 years ago, I contracted spinal meningitis. I almost died. Between the hospitalization, long bedrest, and longer overall recovery period, I was out of work for almost a year. (My job fired me because I was out so long.)

When my health returned, I decided to start fixing computers. (We were in a larger city – Nashville TN.) I had always wanted to do that and had trouble finding a job so I put some ads on Craigslist and gave it a shot. It actually went pretty well. I made nearly 30k/year, which was a few thousand more than my previous job.

5 years ago, the big one hit. While on Christmas vacation with family in NY, I suddenly had 3 seizures. The cause of the seizures is still unknown, but they left me with long-term heart and brain complications. I was 100% bedridden for 4 months, wheelchair-bound for 4 more, and then moving slowly on my feet for several more. The symptoms I experienced during that year were quite unbearable. I won’t overdramatize, but between the cardio and neurological difficulties I was experiencing, much of that year could arguably be categorized as torture.

At the end of that year, we moved to a very small town in the midwest where we had family available to help us. Over the last 4 years, the heart and brain difficulties (combined with my immune system problems) have been a roller coaster. Some days, I am totally bedridden. Some days, I feel almost normal. Most days are somewhere in-between. The problem is I am completely unreliable and therefore unemployable. Every day is different and I’d have to call out more than half the week, every week. I have continued to fix computers  and earn around $20k/year doing so. This is not quite enough, even in our cheap living arrangement. Because of medical complications and costs they’ve incurred, many times as a result of missing work, we have found ourselves in $30k debt.

Our monthly bills are $600 and the debt minimum payment is $700. Without the debt, things would be much more manageable, but I simply don’t make enough to get us through the frequent medical hiccups.

As you can imagine, I have exhaustively looked into other things I could do to make money, but most things either require money to start or require reasonably consistent health. Last year, I hatched an idea. I wrote a first-of-its-kind book that will potentially help many women and children find provision in poorer international societies. I worked very hard on it all year. I also wrote a collection of stories alongside it. This is the biggest thing I have ever done as it required a ton of research. The books are now published. Long story short, I would like to get into book publishing. I have already begun working on other things to publish. Book publishing is something I can do from anywhere and even when I’m bedridden, which is often. I have already seen the small beginnings of success, but there is much more work to do. So, I have not been sitting idly, just moping and hoping. I think I really found something I can make a living with.

The problem? I have been so sick this year that I’ve only worked a handful of days. We can’t even pay our $600 of monthly bills, never mind the $700 debt payment.

Here’s what we need – $30k to pay off the debt. $6k to cover the rest of this year’s bills. I will stop doing computer repair and devote the year to making the book publishing happen, which I believe will sustain us from next year forward.

Here’s what I could also use – $4k to help the book publishing endeavor. It costs around $1,300 to publish each book and I have 8 planned. That would help me get started with the 3 best prospects and then they should pull income from there.

My wife, children, and I have spent a lot of our lives dealing with my medical catastrophes and the financial complications that come with them. My wife has stayed with me through it all. She homeschools the girls and does so marvelously. We live in the middle of nowhere with no real work opportunities but as you’ve seen, living here is extremely cheap. After years and years of this, I am finally asking for help. (My doctor recommended disability, which I had never thought of. I applied and fought for it for two years, but they ultimately denied me because my issues are not officially diagnosed.)

I realize that we are not the most desperate case in the world, but we are potentially on the verge of homelessness at our current rate this year, which is something I would likely not survive in my condition. Please also keep in mind our special needs daughter. Anything helps.

Financial Relief for a Family in Crisis After a Car Accident

I am reaching out to explain the urgent need for $30,000 to help my family during an incredibly difficult and challenging time. After a traumatic car accident, I have been struggling with both physical and mental health issues that have deeply affected my ability to function in everyday life. The accident left me with serious injuries, but the psychological aftermath has been far more debilitating. I developed chronic paranoia, which has made it nearly impossible for me to leave my home without experiencing severe panic attacks. The mere thought of stepping outside triggers overwhelming feelings of fear and anxiety, and as a result, I have become increasingly isolated from the world. These panic attacks have become a daily struggle, and I find myself trapped in a cycle of fear that prevents me from engaging in any meaningful activities or even taking care of basic responsibilities.

This situation has created a significant financial burden on my family. Because of my inability to work and leave the house, I have fallen behind on all of my bills, including rent, utilities, and medical expenses. The stress of mounting debt and the constant worry about how we will make ends meet has only worsened my mental health, making it even more difficult for me to recover. My family is struggling to manage on a reduced income, and without any immediate financial relief, we are at risk of losing our home and falling further into debt.

The $30,000 I am requesting would allow us to catch up on overdue bills, including essential utilities and medical treatments, and provide the necessary financial support to focus on my recovery. This amount would help cover the cost of ongoing therapy and psychiatric care that I desperately need to address my chronic paranoia and panic attacks. It would also help me access resources for anxiety management and enable me to take steps toward regaining some independence. With this financial assistance, I would be able to get the help I need to heal mentally and physically, and begin the process of rebuilding my life and restoring stability for my family. Without this support, the long-term impact of my condition will continue to create an insurmountable burden on us.

Grandkids

Hello there. I’m a hard working father of 3 wonderful daughters and 5 grandchildren. Raised them by myself and very proud of them. Unfortunately               I live in the bay area[very expensive]. anyway I have been trying to take my whole family on a vacation all together for the last 3 years. I don’t have enough money to do it and I’m not getting any younger. Don’t really know  how to go about getting help. I’m am very sincere about this and I hope there is someone out that feels my plight. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking about a trip to disney world  with them or somewhere not yet determined. I realize plane tickets; transportation and hotels could run into a large expense considering three of my grandkids live in another state. You can see my dilemma in trying to afford this once in a lifetime vacation. A ocean cruise is on the table also considering I have never been on a cruise. a little background about me. I secured full custody of my girls when the oldest was eight. I struggled raising them financially wise but gave them all the knowledge and love that I never recieved growing up. They have turned out to be smart and great parents. Could not be prouder. All of them know how much I have wanted to take all them on vacation at one time. I was told don’t worry about it dad. Were fine with it because we still have each other. I really hope that someone out there will see in there heart to finance this vacation. Iwill even send pictures of our time to show you how much it would mean to us. thank you god bless you      Paypal@EdwardSchepis

Prevent foreclosure Loristaas@yahoo.com

Hi. I am in need of $40,000 to prevent foreclosure on my home of $15,899.84 and the remainder to start my own business. I am recently separated from my husband after 37 years of marriage and have been financially dependent on him. I had a heart attack with a 100 percent blockage Sept 15,2024 due to the stress of being in a long term emotional abusive relationship. I was denied a restraining order from the courts due to no physical abuse and the state laws. I am now strong enough to start a small business providing free range eggs and healthy food grown on my property to provide my own income to become financially independent and prevent this from happening again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Drowning single mom

I don’t even know where to begin. I feel so ashamed that I have to even write this. I am a single mom of four kids that takes care of everything for them and myself by myself.  no child support, and sometimes a helping hand from a family member.  I honestly wasn’t doing so bad up until a few months ago, and there was some water damage in our mobile home, which caused some holes in the floor, which you can pretty much see straight to outside and I guess due to that my power bill went through the roof so for the past several months, I have been struggling so hard to pay these $500, $600 $700 power bills and it feels impossible I know the answer is to fix the holes from the leak that is no longer leaking and that will help reduce the power bill however, the estimate on that was or felt outrageous and definitely not something I could afford so I’m kind of stuck at an impasse here now that I’ve kind of explained things I’m at the point that I’ve actually gotten in a disconnection notice and I’m at my wits and my bank account is in the negatives just making sure I pay the bills. My account has been negative after every paycheck within days and I could just really use some help with the repairs and the power bill. I do know once the repairs are done the power bill will be lower and I can handle things again and be OK on my own. I hate to ask, but I would be so grateful for anything anything.

Current power bill is $945

Floor repairs lowest estimate $5500😭

I have never done this before so please forgive me if you feel my post is lacking.

Urgent Request for Help to Break Free from a Cycle of Debt

Dear Community,

I am reaching out today with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency, humbly asking for your support during an incredibly challenging time in my life. Over the past few months, I have found myself trapped in a relentless cycle of debt, living paycheck to paycheck, and struggling to keep up with mounting bills, late fees, and payday loans that have only deepened my financial crisis.

Despite my best efforts to stay afloat, I have reached a critical point where I need immediate help. I urgently need to raise $2500 within the next 48 hours to prevent further penalties and give me a chance to breathe.

I have exhausted every option available to me: I’ve tried selling valuables on platforms like Marketplace and OfferUp, but the offers have been far below what I need, and many listings go unanswered. I’ve also started exploring ways to earn extra income online, but these efforts take time—time I don’t have under the circumstances.

I fully understand the gravity of my situation and take responsibility for the circumstances that have led me here. But I am determined to break free from this cycle and rebuild my financial stability. Your support, no matter the amount, would be a tremendous help.

I am deeply grateful for any help you can provide. Your kindness would not only alleviate my immediate financial burden but also restore my hope and faith in brighter days ahead. I promise to pay this generosity forward as soon as I am able.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering supporting me during this difficult time. Every dollar brings me closer to breaking free from this cycle and moving toward a better future.

I send this with heartfelt gratitude,

Thank you

Help a single mom with car repairs or a new car downpayment!

Hello!!

I am asking for help with car repairs or a down payment for a new car, first I want to say that I would never abuse anyone’s kindness! I am not looking for a handout, I am praying for a hand up, I have 4 sons, I work a full-time job and recently took another full-time job to help me over this hurdle, so I fully intend to get the necessary repairs or a new car, just saving up for it on my own will take a bit of time in this economy, I love helping people and I do that for work at both of my jobs.

It has just been tough commuting to work, I am spending what I am supposed to be saving and I am hopeful that there are kind people left in this word that have been or know someone who has been in my situation and willing to help, I will always pay it forward and will I am able to get this squared away I plan to pick someone who I can repay the favor too. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I hope you have an amazing day!

Help Me Repay the Kindness That Changed My Life

For over 16 years, my aunt has been my rock. As a single mother of two, she supported me through both pregnancies and was a crucial part of my escape and healing from an abusive marriage. She has always been there, offering a safe haven of stability, advice, and financial help when I had nowhere else to turn.

Most recently, after a car accident in November left us without transportation, she loaned me the money to purchase a replacement vehicle. We formalized the agreement with a signed promissory note, with the understanding that I would repay her in full with my tax return. However, an unexpected reduction in work hours caused me to fall behind on rent and household expenses, forcing me to use a large portion of my refund to prevent eviction. Now, I am unable to repay my aunt as promised.

I am committed to honoring my debt to her. She has given me so much, and I refuse to let financial hardship strain our relationship. My work hours are improving, and I am taking on additional work wherever possible, but I am still navigating financial constraints.

If there is any assistance available—programs, grants, or resources—that could help me repay this debt and regain stability, I would be beyond grateful. My goal is to achieve financial independence and ensure my children and I can stand on our own.

Thank you for reading. Any help or guidance would mean the world to us.

Begging for a jumpstart!!!! With my teenagers stuck on this road!

Located in California on this road, this road called LIFE. I strongly believe a crucial tool in life is a vehicle.

I’m stalled and in desperate need of a jumpstart. A year ago I was in an accident which totalled my vehicle.
I’m a single mom just trying to give my kids a better life. I am seeking employment which I know that I can land a great job. I have my GED also a medical assistant certificate, my background report is clean along with my clean drivers license. I’ve worked as an Office Manager for a Birthing Center and have much experience so I am confident I can obtain a position in the medical field. My goal is to move out of my dads garage where we spend cold nights and hot summer days (no insulation).

I want to give my kids their own room their own space. I have a boy and a girl that are preteens, and at this age privacy is needed.
I’m begging you for help, for just a jumpstart. So that we may be able to move along on this road of life and not just watch everyone pass us by.

Thank you in advance.

Out Of Options

First off, thank you for taking the time to read my post.

This is new for me. I’ll start by stating a little about myself. I am a father of 2 girls and 1 boy. Ages 7, 3 and 5 mos. I was born and raised in the heart of Newark, NJ but moved to Louisville, KY at 19.

Fast forward to now. Currently 32 years old and was just permanently laid off by Jack Cooper Transport. Ive been employed there since moving to Kentucky in 2011. My gf is currently in nursing school and has no income. It was tough as is trying to maintain things on my income alone. There is no chance of me getting my job back unfortunately so I’m actively in the job market.

We have three vehicles, all of which are not currently running aside from one, Our oldest, a 1997 toyota corolla that’s on its way out. We shopped our 2015 durango for repair, paid 3k that we didn’t really have (winter time and we have young kids – this vehicle is a necessity for us) only for them not to fix the issue and tell us we need to pay 4k more in order to fix the issue. We also have a 2018 Ford fusion that has a blown engine.

We were able to make rent for february but march and April are not looking very good. We are almost down to no car since we can’t afford to repair our durango and we are behind on payments since we put out a lumpsum for the repair. Hopefully the bank will not repo it from us.

Our oldest is getting surgery on the 10th of March. It would be nice to have a comfortable and safe vehicle to transport our baby from the procedure.

We are making due with what we have and we help all we can. We are asking for some love here, some help to get us through these times.

Our goal is 10k. This will allow us to fix our vehicle, pay rent for 2 months and catch up on the vehicles payments while I search high and low for employment that will sustain our family of 5. I feel less of a man, that I am unable to provide my family with comfort at this time. Especially since my gf is in school and needs to be focused on her schooling. I don’t enjoy making my family worry on whether or not their man/dad can take care of them.

Please to those that see this, donate what you can. Thank you and God bless.

Mortgage, Car and Bills

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this. I know everyone on here has their own unique set of circumstances. Mine are as follows:

  1. I shattered my kneecap September 2023 after recently going through a divorce. Due to medical bills, being out of work for two months and the debt I was still carrying due to divorce lawyers I maxed out all my cards nearly $40,000 in debt. Ive paid off 3 of the 4 but it is still a wok in progress.
  2. My Identity got stolen and my ICLOUD hacked in late June 2024. I was only able to recover half of the money that was stolen and am still dealing with this as an ongoing issue despite my numerous precautionary measures.
  3. I rent out a floor in my house to traveling nurses to help with my mortgage. We worked completely opposite schedules and after agreeing to wait until her assignment started to pay me for the first month she paid for one week with continued promises of full payment when the position started. This continued for a month and a half but I hadn’t secured another tenant so I was stuck, hoping she would pay. She didn’t pay for any more of her 3 month contract and packed up and left without telling me, texting me for weeks as if she was still living here. That drained my account with no help with mortgage or utilities for 3 months.
  4. Due to the seasonality of my job, my hours were cut significantly in early July.
  5. I was carjacked as I was leaving work in mid-August. The vehicle was never recovered. My laptop, ipad and phone were all in the car.
  6. I broke my foot a week after being carjacked.
  7. I hired an Auto Broker to find a car for me at auction, he has a legitimate LLC and Dealer License. I gave him a budget of what I wanted to spend and in addition to his brokers fee I had to pay half upfront. He went to auctions twice a week and was constantly sending options while there. He said he f0und one but needed the rest of the money before leaving the auction lot because he was also buying several other cars at the auction and didn’t have enough cash. So I sent it to him. Long story short, I am out $8,000, dont have a vehicle and though I won my judgement against him- you can’t garnish what they don’t have.
  8. Due to the absolute disaster beyond explanation that my nonpaying roomate left her rooms in, I spent a month patching drywall, scrubbing floors, cleaning carpets and disposing of bags and bags of trash. I was just able to repost it as available but have had no inquiries.
  9. My property taxes and homeowner insurance both nearly doubled in 2024 vs. 2023. My former insurer refused to renew my policy when it was set to renew early July because apparently I need a new roof, badly.

I am sure this is likely very similar to what you read on other messages, that is why I tried to break each incident down seperately to make my situation a bit more clear. I would sincerely appreciate any help you can give. My financial situation over the last 6 months has literally made me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t even afford to buy Christmas presents for anyone this year. Thank you in advance to anyone kind enough to help out.
