$50 000 To rebuild my life again

In the wake of life’s storms, sometimes all we have left is hope. I know this better than anyone.

After losing my job of 3 years in advertising, I’ve been left with nowhere else to turn to but here. As a single mother of a 10-month old baby girl who lost her fiance a few days before I gave birth, I feel as if the world has turned its back on me.

I find myself in debt of about $85 000, but have managed to use $35 000 of my own savings to stay afloat including selling my car, unfortunately it isn’t enough. Worst part is that my fiance’s ex-wife has laid claim to everything that’s his and the courts have agreed in her favor.

I WANT TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF ADVERSITY

Hey there,

 

I’m sure you’re reading this, wondering why you should help me out. Honestly, I don’t want to become just another sad story. I believe in my potential to change my life for the better. All I need is a Kickstarter, and then I’ll be ready to go.

 

Let me begin by saying how truly amazing you are for taking the time out of your day to read this. I’m Victoria from South Africa, and I’ve always been a hopeful child with big dreams, despite facing challenging circumstances.

 

I live with my grandmother, whom I love dearly. She has been my rock ever since my mother passed away from HIV. We’ve never really talked about my mother’s death, and I believe she is still healing from that loss.

 

My grandmother is a true Super Woman, not just because she’s my grandmother, but also because she works in a hair product factory, earning a meager income, yet still manages to take care of our family. I always strive to make her proud.

 

Besides me, my grandmother has three other children who are my uncles. Unfortunately, they’ve all given up on life. One struggles with alcohol consumption, and recently, he attempted a tragic suicide. Another one frequently finds himself in and out of prison.

 

But as I mentioned, I refuse to become another sad story. Despite the emotional turmoil this all brings, I am determined not to let my life be defined by these hardships. I want to break the cycle and pave the way for a better life for myself.

 

I’ve always dreamt of studying psychology, but I know my grandmother can’t afford the fees. I don’t want to burden her with that, so I’ve taken it upon myself to work towards getting to university.

 

I find inspiration in independent women online who lead luxurious lifestyles. Whenever I can, I visit a nearby Wi-Fi spot to watch their vlogs. It gives me hope that one day, I too can live that life. I’ve even started a dream book and borrowed self-help books from the library to kickstart my journey.

 

My goal is to establish my own online businesses while pursuing my passion for psychology. I’m a deeply passionate person, but at times, I feel lost and unsure about how to raise enough money for my university fees. I’ve tried various side hustles and applied for jobs, but luck hasn’t been on my side.

I trust all is well with you. I am in need of financial help.  In 2020 I decided to take early retirement from my 9 to 5 job to assist my husband in a business he just started.  Our aim was to make enough money before retirement and have a peaceful, happy and stress-free life after retirement.

One month into working on our business plan and to execute, COVID19 hit us and we couldn’t go anywhere and do anything. We decided to change the business according to the trend of the time by buying a Fogging machine on credit card believing that it will pay itself off while going out to do people’s houses and business premises. And out of desperation for the need of finances I became gullible and vulnerable for all kinds of scams on the internet. I even tried trading etc. but failed and lost money.

However, I did not give up hope in looking for a job on the internet, by doing internet marketing.  But I realized that it’s costly and I need money to make money, and I don’t have the money to get the tools and learn the skills to make money online.

My desire is to have my own online business to make more than enough money to pay of my debts, buying a house, help my mother and other family members, friends and neighbors in need, including the Social Club of the Elderly People in my community in need.
