Divorce 4 children 1 income

I am a 50 year old mom of 4. I have been a public education teacher for 25 years. Recently divorced, I was left with 9000.00 of credit card debt that I have not been able to dig out of. The cards have provided dental care and travel expenses for my children who live and 2 work in other areas of the United States. I teach full time plus I take on tutoring after school hours! I am paying the minimum but at this point it seems Ill never be back on a clean slate. I googled and found this site and I am hoping and praying that someone will want to help me get back on my feet. I want to be able to help my children with up coming student loans and help them starting their lives but there is no extra money especially on a Teacher’s salary !

LET THERE BE LIGHT!!!

Hello There gracious and caring people!!

There are a few things that I need assistance with due to unfortunate and unexpected expenses, the death of my father in July, and the realization that my partner will be going from ONE BEAUTIFUL grand child to THREE by the end of the year.  Also we have only one personal vehicle which we share between four of us at the moment because I need some things on my other vehicle fixed so I need a few auto parts but I’m going to get to the reasons I am on this site begging for money.

List of my financial needs… (not necessarily in order)

  1. THE MAIN REASON WE ARE HERE:
    1. My lights are on the brink of being disconnected.  I received a letter from the power company stating that my bill is 3,219.61 due October 16, 2023 and that it includes a past due of 2,900.33 that needs to be paid immediately and if not paid the power will be disconnected on October 19th.  I have tried extensions and payment plans to get this thing under control but it just was not in my cards; so this time they made sure they informed me that there will be NO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT.
    2. We have one 2 year old grand daughter whom we are financially supporting, her mother did not want to listen to the “Your actions now can determine your future” talk so it is hard for her to get a stable job that can work with her and she can not afford daycare yet she is now pregnant again about to have our second grand daughter any day now.  With that being said WE CAN NOT BRING OUR GRAND DAUGHTER HOME IF THERE IS NO POWER, WATER OR HEAT!
  2. TRANSPORTATION
    1. As mentioned before we have grand children, and children have appointments, it is so overwhelming sharing one vehicle between 3 people.  I use it for work mainly, my partner uses it mainly for groceries and weekend errands, while my daughter has her appointments, the 2 year old’s appointments and will have appointments for the new baby as well.
    2. I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 (Base) that my parents handed down to me but can not legally drive it because it will not pass inspection due to it setting off codes on the ODB reader.  It is in great physical condition but it has sat for so long it needs repairs.
      1. Fuel Pump Assembly needs to be replaced (Driver side back seat)
      2. Fuel tank filler neck and gasket need to be replaced the filler neck moves around freely
      3. Brakes, Tires, rotors all need to be replaced
      4. Needs a tune up and I’m sure it needs and oil change but I can’t check myself because the dipstick is broken off and i haven’t been able to get it out

I am putting myself out there now and I hope someone reading this can lend a helping hand. We are limited on time as far as the power bill is concerned (Again we only have until the 19th of this month.) I would like to thank everyone who took the time to read this and I would like to thank you in advance for any assistance you are willing to or can provide.

Thank you,

😁Transforming a life through a smile makeover 😁

Dear Potential Life-Transformer,

I hope this message finds you in great health and high spirits. My name is Kay, and I am reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea for your support in my journey towards a life-changing smile makeover.

At the age of 24, I have battled with social anxieties, depression, and insecurities due to the condition of my teeth. These struggles have held me back from fully embracing life’s joys, opportunities, and my true potential. As an aspiring model, I am on the cusp of a breakthrough in my career, as I have secured my first job as a fit model starting Friday, Oct. 20th. However, the fear of social awkwardness caused by my teeth threatens to hinder this milestone moment.

I am writing to you today because I believe that together, we can make a significant difference in my life. By supporting my journey towards a smile transformation, you will not only help me overcome my personal obstacles but also empower me to pursue my dreams with confidence.

By sponsoring my smile makeover, you will directly contribute to improving my quality of life, boosting my self-esteem, and alleviating my mental health struggles. This transformation will have a profound and lasting impact on my personal and professional well-being. Your financial support will enable me to undergo the cosmetic dentistry procedure, such as veneers, that will transform my smile and alleviate my social anxieties. Your contribution will cover the cost of the procedure, ensuring that I can seize opportunities and live life to the fullest!

I believe that with your support, I can overcome my social anxieties and embrace the life I have always envisioned for myself. Your sponsorship will be an investment in my future, enabling me to transform my insecurities into strengths and serve as a beacon of hope for others.

I kindly request a meeting to discuss this opportunity further and explore how we can collaborate in making a life-changing difference. Thank you for considering my request in making a life-changing difference for me. I eagerly look forward to the possibility of partnering with you on this transformative journey.

With deep gratitude,

Desperate need of help

Hello,

I am 38 and living in Northern Kentucky. I live with my fiance and our two boys.  In 2020, I was forced to quit my job of 13 1/2 years when covid sent schools to virtual learning. My oldest son who is Autistc did not learn anything doing the virtual learning and his school pretty much said stop having him login and they’d work on catching him up the following school year. He’d already been held back once and in Kentucky they can only hold you back one year in elementary school so I was worried about sending him back due to his disability and already being academically behind rest of the children so I chose to start homeschooling him. This year his brother started school and we added him to our classroom :) I’ve been doing crafts and selling those in order to help add some income to the household.

Their Dad and I have been together 13 years and most of those years I’ve experienced mental, verbal and emotional abuse on a daily basis and a handful of times it’s gotten physic. Yesterday was one of those days where it got physical. My youngest son witnessed it and was scared to death to even be near him. I couldn’t leave but called my friend to come and pick me and my children up. We’re at her house at the moment bit she doesn’t exactly have room for any of us. I’m looking for financial help to get my own place to share with my two boys and also a vehicle (I lost mine to repossession last year after my Mom passed away and I quit doing my crafts to sell for a while).  I’ve not been able to save any funds because everything I make he asks for to put towards living expenses which I completely understand. I am trying to avoid going to the police to file a report because I know he loves his boys and they love him, he’s never been abusive toward either of them in any way shape or form and don’t want him to have this on his record if it doesn’t have to be.  I just really do not want to go back there.

I lost my Mom last year to cancer, she’s always been my rock and I’ve been lost without her here.

I hate asking for help but I don’t know what else to do. If you’re able to help, I appreciate it more than you know and if you’re not, I completely understood, thank you for reading about my troubles. God bless you!

I Lost Everything – Widow & Bereaved Mother

I’ve decided to come on here in hopes to reach others who can help me. In December 2022 I lost my husband suddenly and unepectedly.

Myself, 2 stepsons and son were all home with my husband when he went into cardiac arrest that ultimately led to his death. Losing him tore our world apart. Not only emotionally, but financially. There was no life insurance. Living in a 2 income household then down to needing to be the only one to support us, didn’t go well. I wasn’t able to get myself back to work as needed. I tried after 3 months and felt I may have been able to succeed and support my family still.

A month after, in April, we were in a car accident that resulted in losing my youngest, my 4 year old son. This has completely destroyed me.

I’m just trying to keep myself afloat and survive the immense amount of grief and pain. Hanging onto as much as I can in life. I have been trying to get back to work and support myself, but, it has not been successful in any way. Now, I’m MONTHS behind on mortgage payments, behind on car payment, down to my last little bit of money just to pay utilities and struggling to figure out what to do.

I am hoping there is a kind soul (or a few kind souls) out here in this world who would be willing and generous enough to offer help so that I can piece together my life again. I just need time to be able to heal and rebuild my life now without my husband and son.

If I’m unable to pay the mortgage, the house will go into foreclosure, and since I have no additional income, I have nothing to show to be able to get my own apartment or rental. Not to mention I don’t have the money to afford that at the moment either. My credit has tanked due to everything and needing to decide what to pay and what not to.

I appreciate the time you took to read this. God Bless. Hug your loved ones tighter, spend as much quality time with your family and children as you can. Life is so short, enjoy all that it has to offer and spread LOVE.

Anything you are able to do, is helpful. I appreciate anything.

Man with Family of 4

Hello, my name is Antonio, a 41-year-old with a family of 4, who I truly love and have committed my life to protecting and securing a foundation for. I’m deeply saddened to even be here asking for help, but things happen unfortunately. But as we all know the world is taking a slight turn for some families financially. I really hate to say I’m one of them. I’ve been let go of my employment of 12 years and it has put me and my family in the toughest situation we’ve ever been in. I’m still looking for work daily in this small town where everyone knows everybody (if you know what I mean), and oddly it’s been hard for anyone to give me a chance to get back supporting my loving family. I’ve even started a few things online called drop shipping business owner selling products on Esty. Also, I’ve created a couple of KDP low content books on Amazon, (Blood Sugar Logbook; Never Sugarcoat Your Blood Sugar Levels) and (Food Inventory Logbook). And like everything else it takes a while to generate sales because I just started all this which I do like, but it takes a little while to get going. So needless to say, bills are getting be hide, rent is getting past due, and this is putting me and my family at an increased risk of being homeless. But I’m a God-fearing man first that is deeply in the lord’s word and have been in deep prayer and fasting daily. Our church family have tried but it’s a small one and them have helped a little, and it’s greatly appreciated. I don’t have family that lives close by that we may turn to in case we can’t afford to stay but I really need my home for us to stay in until something gives. So, I’m asking with a very deep heart for help from anyone that have it and wouldn’t put themselves in danger of having they’re on financial problems. This is so hard for me as a man because I was raised on hard work and providing for my family. But I promise you anything would be greatly appreciated. You can donate to me and my family at paypal.me/Rambofamily or cash app. $Rambofamily5 thank you and God Bless you all.

College Payment

Hello,

I feel weird going on here to ask for money, but I don’t have many other options left. Especially as I am not receiving any financial support from family. I’m currently enrolled in college, majoring in psychology and getting my license in early childhood education. My goal in life is to help people, and to be the support I didn’t have growing up.

I’m doing a payment plan to pay for school until I get a loan, each payment is $1,800. I have been consistently applying for jobs  and have yet to hear anything back. The next payment is due in two days. I was already meant to have a loan in place but there is an issue with the process. Please, I know it’s a lot but I’m a college student with no money, and all I want to do is help people and work with kids. I would forever appreciate it to anyone who helps me.

Thank you

Emergency Help Request for Rent and/or Credit

I’m extremely budget conscious, which makes this a very difficult ask. I was let go from my work in 2020 and have diligently applied to 569 opportunities since that time. I have still yet to land something. In the meantime, my fiancé and I decided to put all our efforts into a very small side business that I had been running for years.

We took that company from about $100 a month in gross sales to what is now $3,500 a month in gross sales over the course of the last 3 years. But as we did that, we used just about every bit of our open credit. We actually would be making enough to survive now if only we could make our credit card payments each month.

Because of my unwillingness to severely damage our credit (other than having our high balances. I do everything I can to make every payment. But we are drowning. We used the very last of our savings last month and I am now $3,500 short for this month’s bills and Rent.

We are currently $28,707 in debt, and the monthly payments are crushing us. If we didn’t have that debt we could make it. But with it, I might now be able to make rent this month for the first time in my life. We are on the verge of homelessness, and I don’t know where else to turn. Any help at all, from the $3,500 I need for this month to the $28,000 in debt, would just be an absolute Godsend right now.

I know there are many people in need of help right now, thank you so much for considering helping us today. If you cannot help today, I would really appreciate your help next time you are able. It would mean the world to us.

Facing Eviction in 2 days!! Please help!!!

To Whomever can help us,

I am writing this request with the hope that someone can truly help my family and I.  We are facing the very real and dark reality of an eviction as of Monday, October 16th. I am a proud man of faith. I was raised with the belief of working hard to get what you have and want. To have ask for help is nothing I take pride in, but for my family, I will do what I need to.

This situation we are in has occurred for a number of reasons including health reasons, and plain bad luck. To say “when it rains, it pours”, would describe the last 6 months for us. To be in this position is truly a very humbling experience.  My wife and I both work, We don’t go out much, and we live a fairly modest life. We have a 16 y/o daughter who has type 1 diabetes,  and I battle type 2 diabetes.  Our medical expenses alone consume a decent amount of our income, but we have been able to keep our head above water for the most part. About 4 months ago, We had an issue being able to pay the rent on time. Our Landlord is a company and there is no help when it comes to paying on time. So we began getting hit with late fees. The complex would not accept partial payments for the rent without the late fees of $10 a day. Before we knew it, we were now facing an extra $300 towards the rent. Then my wife’s car started breaking down on top of this.  One of the cylinders in her car needed to be replaced. My wife has a warranty, so we were thinking that wouldn’t be a problem until we found out the item that needed to be repaired had stipulations that didn’t allow it under the plan. And, she fell behind on the payments too.  I had been working from home for the ladt 3 years, and was blessed to start a new job. This job required me to go into the office.  Because of this, I had to purchase a car due to now having to drive a total of  60 miles to work each day. This created an extra expense for not only having to pay the car note of $550 a month plus spending  $100 a week for gas, plus insurance for another vehicle. Thank goodness I have the car, but now due to the excess wear and tear, my car needs to be serviced. My car is the only means we have, and we can’t afford to have it go down too.  I even took out a loan with my credit union for $1000. We were able to stave off an eviction at that point. But we were soon right back in the same position and now with more debt to pay back. To cover some of these basic expenses, my wife and I both started taking out payday loans. The impact of all of these loans caused the rent to fall behind again.  Before we realized it, this quickly became an overwhelming cycle of debt that has now come to not being able to get caught up. We are facing eviction as of this coming monday October 16th. The keys have to be turned in by that date. We are $6000p behind in rent, $2000 in repairs and getting my wife’s car payments back on track, and having to pay for movers to help us get our stuff out of this apartment and into storage. I have been blessed to find a new location for us, but we need $2000 just to move in. Which we don’t have. We don’t even have decent furniture to move except for our beds. I will have to take time away from my job to get us situated, which places me in a burden.  We have asked family and friends for assistance. Some have been able to help a little, but we are running out of time. I don’t want us to become homeless. We need an extreme financial blessing from someone in the amount of  $10K. Any help to assist us would be greatly and graciously appreciated.

Thank you in advance for reading my request.

Life Altering Diagnosis-Rare Cancer, PLEASE HELP!

Hello, my name is Sandra. My husband Daniel is a strong and caring man, who beat a rare cancer but struggles with its horrible aftermath. His journey, during Covid 19 dental protocols, began in early 2021 with a simple toothache. Months were wasted trying to save the molar until the tooth was finally pulled. When the socket would not heal, a biopsy showed a finding of Cancer, more specifically – Verrucous Carcinoma of the lower right jaw. We wanted to experience denial, but we just cried in our shock & grief.
It took more time to find a specific cancer doctor, make appointments and obtain more imaging, but the cancer did not wait and continued to grow – eating away at Daniel’s jaw!  He would require a mandibulectomy with fibular free flap, which means remove that part of jaw and replace it with bone and tissue from his lower leg. Horrible news and even more shock and crying together!
The surgery was complicated and took our doctor along with a plastic surgeon over six hours to complete. But then we received the ominous warning that blood clots are a risk in the next few days, and could cause the graft to fail. The worst fear occurred three days later when a clot blocked a vein in his new graft, so he went immediately to surgery! Daniel was placed in a medically induced coma for three days to ensure the vein remained open. Scary and heart wrenching cannot begin to describe how his life was in such a fragile state, and I just waited and prayed next to him.

Daniel’s recovery took even longer due to muscle atrophy after the coma but the main victory was the graft was stable and no longer at risk. We finally got a win in his cancer journey. Focus soon turned to allowing Daniel to eat puréed food along with some physical therapy to get him out of bed and walking. Daniel was hospitalized for 18 days, and was discharged right before Christmas-an amazing gift!

When I finally brought Daniel home, he was so frail that he needed to be cared for completely. I became his caregiver-feeding, bathing and dressing him for several weeks, under my FMLA. We had a visiting nurse check his surgical sites until I was comfortable changing bandages on his neck and leg (infected soon after coming home). Daniel also worked with an occupational therapist, to get him moving. Eventually, physical therapy appointments started and they were a weekly motivation for Daniel to fully recover!

The next hurdle to climb was dealing with the loss of nine teeth when the jaw was removed. We found one dentist who specialized with oral cancer patients, then he retired during Covid, just our luck. More time was wasted until Daniel was fitted for a denture/ bridge(not covered by dental insurance). Unfortunately, the denture never fit well because the floor of his mouth is a bulkier piece of flesh from his lower leg. So the denture is for show and speech, but cannot be used for eating. Daniel continues to have pain and struggles. He has a ten inch scar on his neck along with facial asymmetry and chronic leg pain, but we are staying strong together.

Our request is for assistance with hospital/dental expenses along with lost income that has reached $44,000 in remaining debt. We just need a helping hand-any donation will be greatly appreciated. We are so very grateful for your kindness and beautiful heart!

Thank you,
Sandra and Daniel

Winter is almost here, Help me, Help the Homeless in an around Atlanta GA.

As the winter season approaches, I am seeking charity to help purchase winter coats, socks, and hats for the homeless, in an around the city of Atlanta GA. I passed out 153 coats with hoods an scarfs last year. I desperately need help this year.

Homelessness in our society is a pressing issue that affects the most vulnerable members including children of our community. While there are various challenges faced by the homeless, one of the most immediate and impactful ways we can aid them is by providing them with warm clothes to endure if the harsh winter conditions. There are basic necessity but are often inaccessible and unaffordable for those experiencing homelessness. By providing winter coats, we won’t only be alleviating their physical discomfort but also offer some compassion in their lives. My aim is to ensure the unfortunate’s without a home in our community have access to a coat that will shield them from these next few fall and winter months.

To achieve this goal, we are seeking financial contributions from kind-hearted donors like you. Your generosity and support will directly impact the lives of those in need by providing essential winter clothing. We have researched available options and estimate that

$10,500 dollars for 500 mix of  men/women/kids, at $21 per coat.

$3,247.00 dollars for 250 hygiene kits men/women

$13.00 dollars per tent.

$2,250.00 dollars for 250 six in a pack socks

Roughly $8.99 per pack.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will go a long way in making a difference in the lives of our homeless community members. Your generosity will provide warmth, comfort, and protection during the challenging winter months, and it will demonstrate our shared commitment to caring for those who are less fortunate.

We are more than willing to collaborate with you to ensure transparency and accountability. We can provide you with regular updates, photographs, and impact reports showing how your donation is making a positive impact on the lives of those who receive these items.

Your donation will truly be a gift that warms not only their bodies but also their hearts.

Thank you for considering our request and for your commitment to creating a compassionate and inclusive community. Together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of the homeless this winter season.

We deeply appreciate your consideration and look forward to the possibility of working together to bring warmth and support to those in need.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Alexander Herrera

A Little Extra Push

To whom this may concern,

I’m a millennial seeking financial help to gain financial stability. Unfortunately I was working for a restaurant that, fortunately managed to make it through covid, but shortly after couldn’t sustain and closed. As a result of the closure, I lost income, losing financial control abruptly, falling behind on bills, rent, etc. I’m hard working and I’m currently seeking a job that will help to cover all my financial needs. Falling into this financial bind has caused me to go into a horrible state of depression, as I worry constantly about providing for myself. I believe if I had just a “financial push” it could really be the stepping stool for me to have a better future. I would be able to put gas in my car to get back and forth to job interviews and continue to help the youth in my Youth Group.
